The very basic PSO model and some variants of PSO do not consider the enhancement of the explorative capability of each particle. Thus these methods have a slow convergence speed and may trap into a local optimal solution. To enhance the explorative capability of particles, a scheme called explorative capability enhancement in PSO(ECE-PSO) is proposed by introducing some virtual particles in random directions with random amplitude. Research on modeling and simulation of the BMDS beforehand is essential as developing a real one requires lots of manpower and resources. BMDS is a typical complex system for its nonlinear, adaptive and uncertainty characteristics. The agent-based modeling method is well suited for the complex system whose overall behaviors are determined by interactions among individual elements. A multi-agent decision support system (DSS), which includes missile agent, radar agent and command center agent, is established based on the studies of structure and function of BMDS. Considering the constraints brought by radar, intercept missile, offensive missile and commander, the objective function of DSS is established. In order to dynamically generate the optimal interception plan, the variable neighborhood negative selection particle swarm optimization (VNNSPSO) algorithm is proposed to support the decision making of DSS. The proposed algorithm is compared with the standard PSO, constriction factor PSO (CFPSO), inertia weight linear decrease PSO (LDPSO), variable neighborhood PSO (VNPSO) algorithm from the aspects of convergence rate, iteration number, average fitness value and standard deviation. The simulation results verify the efficiency of the proposed algorithm. The multi-agent DSS is developed through the Repast simulation platform and the constructed DSS can generate intercept plans automatically and support three-dimensional dynamic display of missile defense process.展开更多

The improved PSO algorithm is used to generate a good initial value in a short time, and the mission of the improved GPM is to find the final solution with a high precision. In the improved PSO algorithm, by controlling the entropy of the swarm in each dimension, the typical PSO algorithm's weakness of being easy to fall into a local optimum can be overcome. In the improved GPM, two kinds of breaks are introduced to divide the trajectory into multiple segments, and the distribution of the Legendre-Gauss (LG) nodes can be altered, so that all the constraints can be satisfied strictly. Thereby the advan- tages of both the intelligent optimization algorithm and the direct method are combined. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method is insensitive to initial values, and it has more rapid convergence and higher precision than traditional ones.展开更多

文摘The influence of ocean environment on navigation of autonomous underwater vehicle(AUV)cannot be ignored. In the marine environment, ocean currents, internal waves, and obstacles are usually considered in AUV path planning. In this paper,an improved particle swarm optimization(PSO)is proposed to solve three problems, traditional PSO algorithm is prone to fall into local optimization, path smoothing is always carried out after all the path planning steps, and the path fitness function is so simple that it cannot adapt to complex marine environment. The adaptive inertia weight and the“active”particle of the fish swarm algorithm are established to improve the global search and local search ability of the algorithm. The cubic spline interpolation method is combined with PSO to smooth the path in real time. The fitness function of the algorithm is optimized.Five evaluation indexes are comprehensively considered to solve the three-demensional(3D)path planning problem of AUV in the ocean currents and internal wave environment. The proposed method improves the safety of the path planning and saves energy.

文摘Particle swarm optimization (PSO) is a new heuristic algorithm which has been applied to many optimization problems successfully. Attribute reduction is a key studying point of the rough set theory, and it has been proven that computing minimal reduc- tion of decision tables is a non-derterministic polynomial (NP)-hard problem. A new cooperative extended attribute reduction algorithm named Co-PSAR based on improved PSO is proposed, in which the cooperative evolutionary strategy with suitable fitness func- tions is involved to learn a good hypothesis for accelerating the optimization of searching minimal attribute reduction. Experiments on Benchmark functions and University of California, Irvine (UCI) data sets, compared with other algorithms, verify the superiority of the Co-PSAR algorithm in terms of the convergence speed, efficiency and accuracy for the attribute reduction.
文摘Ballistic missile defense system (BMDS) is important for its special role in ensuring national security and maintaining strategic balance. The multi-agent DSS is developed through the Repast simulation platform and the constructed DSS can generate intercept plans automatically and support three-dimensional dynamic display of missile defense process.

文摘To rapidly generate a reentry trajectory for hypersonic vehicle satisfying waypoint and no-fly zone constraints, a novel optimization method, which combines the improved particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm with the improved Gauss pseudospectral method (GPM), is proposed. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method is insensitive to initial values, and it has more rapid convergence and higher precision than traditional ones.

文摘For the underwater long baseline(LBL)positioning systems, the traditional distance intersection algorithm simplifies the sound speed to a constant, and calculates the underwa-ter target position parameters with a nonlinear iteration. However, due to the complex underwater environment, the sound speed changes with time and space, and then the acoustic propagation path is actually a curve, which inevitably causes some errors to the traditional distance intersection positioning algorithm. To reduce the position error caused by the uncertain underwater sound speed,a new time of arrival(TOA)intersection underwater positioning algorithm of LBL system is proposed.Firstly, combined with the vertical layered model of the underwater sound speed,an implicit positioning model of TOA intersection is constructed through the constant gradient acoustic ray tracing. And then an optimization function based on the overall TOA residual square sum is advanced to solve the position parameters for the underwater target. Moreover, the particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is replaced with the tra-ditional nonlinear least square method to optimize the implicit positioning model of TOA intersection.Compared with the traditional distance intersection positioning model, the TOA intersec-tion positioning model is more suitable for the engineering practice and the optimization algorithm is more effective.Simulation results show that the proposed methods in this paper can effectively improve the positioning accuracy for the underwater target.
