【目的】为实现木材微观构造的宏观化,更直观全透认识木材生物结构,将其细胞组织从二维平面图像转到三维立体图像,基于参数化设计模块Creo Parametric建模技术,构建出马尾松Pinus massoniana微观构造的立体模型。【方法】首先通过光学... 【目的】为实现木材微观构造的宏观化,更直观全透认识木材生物结构,将其细胞组织从二维平面图像转到三维立体图像,基于参数化设计模块Creo Parametric建模技术,构建出马尾松Pinus massoniana微观构造的立体模型。【方法】首先通过光学显微镜观察马尾松三切面的微观构造图像,然后对构成马尾松木材各类组织的细胞类型、组织比量和形态尺寸进行观测定量化分析;基于观察与分析结果,对马尾松典型细胞的结构形貌及胞壁上结构特征进行三维模型构建,将构建的模型导入弘瑞3D打印系统(modellight)进行模拟分析与模型打印。【结果】针叶材马尾松解剖分子排列规则,管胞约占木材体积90%,其他细胞为木射线、轴向薄壁组织和树脂道等。基于各类细胞的真实形态特征构建单个细胞模型,在单个细胞的3D模型基础上根据各类组织分布与排列规律将各细胞进行组装,获得针叶材马尾松木材微观构造的立体模型。运用3D打印技术将虚拟的模型实体化,构造出等比例放大200倍的微观实物模型。【结论】本研究证实3D技术在木材微观构造水平建模的可行性,将丰富的木材微观结构以实体化的形式展现,为充分了解木材内部特征提供便利,也为木材学教学和木材美学价值开发提供参考,为植物遗态生物质高性能仿生材料研究提供生物学理论基础。 展开更多

The buffeting performance of kilometer-level high-speed railway suspension bridges has a great impact on the smooth operation of high-speed trains.To investigate the buffeting performance of the structure significantly different from traditional suspension bridges,the first long-span high-speed railway suspension bridge,Wufengshan Yangtze River Bridge(WYRB),is taken as a numerical example to demonstrate the effects of structural parameters and wind field parameters on the buffeting responses.Based on the design information,the spatial finite element model(FEM)of WYRB is established before testing its accuracy.The fluctuating wind fields are simulated via both classical and stochastic wave based spectral representation method(SRM).Finite element method is further taken to analyze the parametric sensitivity on wind induced buffeting responses in time domain.The results show that the vertical displacement is more sensitive to the changing dead load than the lateral and torsional ones.The larger stiffness of the main girder and the lower sag-to-span ratio are both helpful to reduce the buffeting responses.Wind spectrum and coherence function are key influencing factors to the responses so setting proper wind field parameters are essential in the wind-resistant design stage.The analytical results can provide references for wind resistance analysis and selection of structural and fluctuating wind field parameters for similar long-span high-speed railway suspension bridges. 展开更多

The parametric temporal data model captures a real world entity in a single tuple, which reduces query language complexity. Such a data model, however, is difficult to be implemented on top of conventional databases because of its unfixed attribute sizes. XML is a matured technology and can be an elegant solution for such challenge. Representing data in XML trigger a question about storage efficiency. The goal of this work is to provide a straightforward answer to such a question. To this end, we compare three different storage models for the parametric temporal data model and show that XML is not worse than any other approaches. Furthermore, XML outperforms the other storages under certain conditions. Therefore, our simulation results provide a positive indication that the myth about XML is not true in the parametric temporal data model. 展开更多

It was shown that pathlines remain mostly circular for different geometries. Moreover, the contributions of fin periphery, fin side and bare tube to heat transfer were specified. It was shown that the heat transfer per unit area of fin periphery can be several times that of other parts. Moreover, in higher finspacing, the heat transfer from the bare tube can be more important than fin sides. 展开更多

Taking the ratio of heat transfer area to net power and heat recovery efficiency into account, a multi-objective mathematical model was developed for organic Rankine cycle (ORC). Working fluids considered were R123, R134a, R141b, R227ea and R245fa. Under the given conditions, the parameters including evaporating and condensing pressures, working fluid and cooling water velocities were optimized by simulated annealing algorithm. The results show that the optimal evaporating pressure increases with the heat source temperature increasing. Compared with other working fluids, R123 is the best choice for the temperature range of 100--180℃ and R141 b shows better performance when the temperature is higher than 180 ℃. Economic characteristic of system decreases rapidly with the decrease of heat source temperature. ORC system is uneconomical for the heat source temperature lower than 100℃. 展开更多

This paper presents a generalization of the authors' earlier work. In this paper, the two concepts, generic regular decomposition (GRD) and regular-decomposition-unstable (RDU) variety introduced in the authors' previous work for generic zero-dimensional systems, are extended to the case where the parametric systems are not necessarily zero-dimensional. An algorithm is provided to compute GRDs and the associated RDU varieties of parametric systems simultaneously on the basis of the algorithm for generic zero-dimensional systems proposed in the authors' previous work. Then the solutions of any parametric system can be represented by the solutions of finitely many regular systems and the decomposition is stable at any parameter value in the complement of the associated RDU variety of the parameter space. The related definitions and the results presented in the authors' previous work are also generalized and a further discussion on RDU varieties is given from an experimental point of view. The new algorithm has been implemented on the basis of DISCOVERER with Maple 16 and experimented with a number of benchmarks from the literature. 展开更多

Regarding excavation-damaged zone (EDZ) around underground opening as non-homogeneous rockmass with spatial deterioration effect on stuffiness and strength, a parametric model of EDZ using radius-displacement-dependent deformation modulus (RDDM) was proposed. Considering the nonlinearity characteristic of deformation and locality otherness of surrounding rock, deterioration parameter field of deformation modulus of rockmass around opening was quantitatively calculated through a given function. Applicability for multi-cavern condition and parameter sensibility of the model was analyzed by numerical experiments using synthetic data. Furthermore, the model was applied to identify EDZ of underground caverns of Pubugou hydropower station by calculating deterioration parameter field. Based on the parametric analysis of spatial effect and geological investigation, it is recognized that large radial deformation of deep fractured rock at the spandrel position and insufficient supporting bolts mainly result in great deformation pressure to act on the shotcrete and cause partial crack and spalling. It is shown that deterioration parameter field along the longitudinal axis of main powerhouse is evidently non-homogeneous in space and distributes exponentially along the radius from the opening. The model provides a simple and convenient way to identify the EDZ in the working state for rapid construction feedback analysis and support optimization of underground cavem from quantitative point of view and also aids in interpreting monitoring displacements and estimating support requirements. 展开更多

There have been a great demand for a suitable and convenient method in the field of buckling analysis of stiffened ship structures, which is essential to structural safety assessment and is significantly time-consuming. Modeling, buckling behaviors and ultimate strength prediction of stiffened panels were investigated. The modeling specification including nonlinear finite element model and imperfections generation, and post-buckling analysis procedure of stiffened plates were demonstrated. And a software tool using set-based finite element method was developed and executed in the MSC. Marc environment. Different types of stiffen panels of marine structures have been employed to investigate the buckling behavior and assess the validity in the estimation of ultimate strength. A comparison between results of the generally accepted methods, experiments and the software tool developed was demonstrated. It is shown that the software tool can predict the ultimate capacity of stiffened panels with imperfections with a good accuracy. 展开更多

The uncertainties are assumed to be time-invariant, norm-bounded, and exist in both the system and control input matrices. The dynamic output feedback is mainly dealt with. A necessary and sufficient condition for the uncertain multi-channel system to be stabilized robustly with a specified disturbance attenuation level is derived based on the bounded real lemma, which is reduced to a feasibility problem of a nonlinear matrix inequality (NMI). A two-stage homotopy method is used to solve the NMI iteratively. First, a decentralized controller for the nominal system with no uncertainty is computed by imposing structural constraints on the coefficient matrices of the controller gradually. Then the decentralized controller is modified, again gradually, to cope with the uncertainties. On each stage, a variable is fixed alternately at the iterations to reduce the NMI to a linear matrix inequality (LMI). A given example shows the efficiency of this method. 展开更多

Based on the analysis of impulse response properties, a scattering model of ultra wideband (UWB) radar targets is developed to estimate the target parameters exactly. With this model, two algorithms of multiple signal classification (MUSIC), and matrix pencil (MP), are introduced to calculate the scattering center parameters of targets and their performances are compared. The simulation experiments show that there are no differences in the estimation precision of MUSIC and MP methods when the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is larger than 13 dB. However, the MP method has a better performance than that of MUSIC method when the SNR is smaller than 13 dB. Besides, the time consuming of MP method is less than that of MUSIC method. Therefore, the MP algorithm is preferred for the parametric estimation of UWB radar targets. 展开更多

Based on Lyapunov stability theory and decentralized control theory of large-scale system, the design schema of decentralized parallel distributed compensation (DPDC) fuzzy controllers to ensure the asymptotic stability of the whole fuzzy large-scale system is proposed. Relative navigation is a key feature in the joint tactical information distribution system(JTIDS).A parametric message passing algorithm based on factor graph is proposed to perform relative navigation in JTIDS.First of all,the joint posterior distribution of all the terminals' positions is represented by factor graph.Because of the nonlinearity between the positions and time-of-arrival(TOA) measurement,messages cannot be obtained in closed forms by directly using the sum-product algorithm on factor graph.To this end,the Euclidean norm is approximated by Taylor expansion.Then,all the messages on the factor graph can be derived in Gaussian forms,which enables the terminals to transmit means and covariances.Finally,the impact of major error sources on the navigation performance are evaluated by Monte Carlo simulations,e.g.,range measurement noise,priors of position uncertainty and velocity noise.Results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms the extended Kalman filter and cooperative extended Kalman filter in both static and mobile scenarios of the JTIDS. 展开更多

By propagating as well as improving the parameters down from layer to layer of the image pyramid, a new global feature line can then be detected to parameterize the attitude of the robots. Furthermore, this approach paves the way for segmenting the image into distinct parts, which can be realized by deploying a Bayesian classifier on the picture cell level. Comparison with the Hough transform based method in terms of robustness and precision shows that this multi-scale least square algorithm is considerably more robust to noises.
