To achieve the controllable release of energy of nitrocellulose-based propellants,this paper combines the cellulose-based nanocomposites aqueous coating(Surelease®-NC)with fluidized bed coating equipment to succe...To achieve the controllable release of energy of nitrocellulose-based propellants,this paper combines the cellulose-based nanocomposites aqueous coating(Surelease®-NC)with fluidized bed coating equipment to successfully prepare the coated spherical propellant for the first time.The effects of fluidized bed coating temperature,air velocity,flow speed and atomization pressure on the adhesion rate,coating integrity and coating uniformity of the coated spherical propellant were investigated,and the preparation of coated spherical propellant with homogeneous size and structural integrity was achieved for the first time.The microscopic morphology,chemical structure,water vapor adsorption behavior,combustion performance,and ageing resistance property of the coated spherical propellant were systematically investigated by,Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),Micro confocal raman spectrometer,field scanning electron microscopy(SEM),dynamic vapor adsorption techniques,and closed bomb test,confirming the surface core-shell structure and the tightly bonded interfacial structure of coated spherical propellant.Meanwhile,the coated spherical propellant has good hygroscopic,excellent progressive burning and long storage stability.展开更多
A light and temperature dual responsive copolymer,poly(7-(4-vinylbenzy-loxyl)-4-methylcoumarin-co-N vinyl caprolactam-co-tri(ethylene glycol)methyl ether methacrylate)(PVNM),was grafted on the surface of dopamine base...A light and temperature dual responsive copolymer,poly(7-(4-vinylbenzy-loxyl)-4-methylcoumarin-co-N vinyl caprolactam-co-tri(ethylene glycol)methyl ether methacrylate)(PVNM),was grafted on the surface of dopamine based mesoporous silica nanoparticles(MSNs).The resulting polymer brush,MSNs-g-PVNM,was characterized by FT-IR,TEM,TGA and XPS.The dual responsive behaviors of MSNs-g-PVNM were systematically studied.With imidacloprid as the model guest pesticide,the loading percentage and loading efficiency of the polymer brush were determined as 9.2%and 40.6%,respectively.The release efficiency of imidacloprid in MSNs-g-PVNM was the lowest value of 5.4%at 20℃ and 365 nm,and it reached the highest value of 52.4%at 50℃ and 254 nm.The loss percentage of imidacloprid on the leaves contained imidacloprid-loaded MSNs-g-PVNM(8.4%)was much less than that contained only imidacloprid(25.2%)after three rinses.It was confirmed that the release process of imidacloprid was well regulated through changing external conditions such as light and temperature.展开更多
订单审核与投放(Order Review and Release,ORR)是一种适用于面向订单制造(Make to Order,MTO)企业的生产控制技术。生产部门接收到顾客订单后,采用ORR确定所需物料投放到车间的时间,以使订单能够按时完工。另外ORR还对车间和机器的负...订单审核与投放(Order Review and Release,ORR)是一种适用于面向订单制造(Make to Order,MTO)企业的生产控制技术。生产部门接收到顾客订单后,采用ORR确定所需物料投放到车间的时间,以使订单能够按时完工。另外ORR还对车间和机器的负荷进行限制,以降低车间库存和订单在车间内的加工时间。由此ORR考虑的是一个多目标优化问题。以往的研究中一般选取多个评价指标,分别分析后再对ORR做出一个综合定性判断,导致很难定量、客观的评价不同ORR。基于此,这里提出一个总成本公式,综合考虑了按时完工和降低车间生产时间两类目标的信息,可以对不同ORR进行全面的量化分析。在实验设计的基础上,采用总成本指标对常见ORR的实际效果进行了比较,分析结论对ORR的选择有一定的借鉴意义。展开更多
