以脱硫石膏及其常压盐溶液法重结晶得到的α-半水石膏为研究对象,采用改进的Tessier流程和Test Method 1311法研究两种石膏晶体重金属元素的赋存形态和浸出特性,并对其进行环境效应评价。结果表明:重结晶过程能够释放脱硫石膏中的重金... 以脱硫石膏及其常压盐溶液法重结晶得到的α-半水石膏为研究对象,采用改进的Tessier流程和Test Method 1311法研究两种石膏晶体重金属元素的赋存形态和浸出特性,并对其进行环境效应评价。结果表明:重结晶过程能够释放脱硫石膏中的重金属元素并使其赋存形态改变;重结晶后石膏晶体中的重金属组分短期内可达到释放平衡,其中Cr、Pb、Ni元素的最大浸出量明显低于对应的脱硫石膏,As元素的浸出量几乎不变;α-半水石膏的环境友好性优于脱硫石膏,但仍具有污染环境的潜在风险。 展开更多

目的在Triple test装置中,观察状态性焦虑对小鼠睡眠-觉醒周期的影响。方法选取18只ICR雄性小鼠,麻醉状态下,进行了皮层脑电电极和肌电电极的埋置,术后恢复7 d。先描记正常状态下连续24 h皮层脑电。每天首先利用三重复合装置(Triple te... 目的在Triple test装置中,观察状态性焦虑对小鼠睡眠-觉醒周期的影响。方法选取18只ICR雄性小鼠,麻醉状态下,进行了皮层脑电电极和肌电电极的埋置,术后恢复7 d。先描记正常状态下连续24 h皮层脑电。每天首先利用三重复合装置(Triple test)复制小鼠状态性焦虑模型并做行为学评价,随后记录其24 h的皮层脑电,每天1次,连续7 d。结果行为学评价结果表明,与d 1相比,造模d 3、4、5、6在旷场(open field,OF)的中央格运动时间及中央格运动时间%明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),d 4-7在高架十字迷宫(EPM)中的开臂进入时间%及开臂进入次数%有明显增加(P<0.01),d 2、4在明暗穿梭箱(LDB)中的暗箱停留时间明显增加(P<0.05,P<0.01);脑电图(EEG)分析结果表明,与正常状态下的睡眠-觉醒周期相比,其睡眠和觉醒周期发生了明显的变化,其变化为在d 1、2、3、4、5和7清醒总时间和所占比例明显延长(P<0.05,P<0.01),NREM睡眠时间和所占比例明显缩短(P<0.05,P<0.01),在d 1、2、4 REM睡眠时间和所占比例明显增加(P<0.05)。结论利用Triple test装置复制的状态性焦虑小鼠伴有睡眠-觉醒周期的变化,且对日间睡眠的影响更加明显。 展开更多

The woven basalt fiber composites(WBFC) and the unidirectional [0°/90°/45°/-45°]s basalt fiber composites(UBFC) were prepared by hot-pressing.Three-point bending test,low velocity impact test,and ballistic test were performed to the prepared composites.After the tests,the specimens were recovered and analyzed for micromorphology.Three-point bending tests show that both the bending strength and stiffness of the WBFC surpass those of the UBFC.Low velocity impact test results show that the low velocity impact resistance to hemispherical impactor of the UBFC is higher than that of the WBFC,but the low velocity impact resistance to sharp impactor of the UBFC is lower than that of the WBFC.For the ballistic test,it can be found that the ballistic property of the UBFC is higher than that of the WBFC. After the tests,microscopic analysis of the specimens was applied,and their failure mechanism was discussed.The main failure modes of the UBFC are delamination and fibers breakage under the above loading conditions while the main failure mode of the WBFC is fibers breakage.Although delamination damage can be found in the WBFC under the above loading conditions,the degree of delamination is far less than that of the UBFC. 展开更多

利用人体指纹特征本身内在的唯一性、不可预测性和外部随机噪声(光照、损伤等)给出了产生随机序列的一类新方法——基于人体指纹特征的随机序列发生器,实现了人体生物特征与密码的结合.使用自相关函数方法和BDS统计检验方法验证了该随... 利用人体指纹特征本身内在的唯一性、不可预测性和外部随机噪声(光照、损伤等)给出了产生随机序列的一类新方法——基于人体指纹特征的随机序列发生器,实现了人体生物特征与密码的结合.使用自相关函数方法和BDS统计检验方法验证了该随机序列优良的线性不相关性和非线性不相关性,得到了完全不可预测的非周期随机序列.通过美国国家标准技术研究院(NIST)推荐的标准随机统计测验FIPS140-1 Tests和NIST Special Publication 800-22 Tests对该随机序列进行了检验.检验结果表明基于人体指纹特征的随机序列发生器是满足密码安全的随机序列发生器,并且实现简单、方便. 展开更多

梯度分析是群落定量分析的基本方法,借助于R语言的程序包所提供简捷运算与操作得以广泛应用,但不少文献在对分析结果的解读上仍存在一些错误。这些错误的发生,在深层上缘于对群落性质理解的模糊性。笔者回顾了群落生态学发展中由整体论... 梯度分析是群落定量分析的基本方法,借助于R语言的程序包所提供简捷运算与操作得以广泛应用,但不少文献在对分析结果的解读上仍存在一些错误。这些错误的发生,在深层上缘于对群落性质理解的模糊性。笔者回顾了群落生态学发展中由整体论到个体论的范式转变,说明了梯度分析方法的由来和发展,简述了基于群落组成与群落变化这两类数据的梯度分析在内涵上的差异,并着重介绍了一种正被广泛应用的、全新的梯度分析方法:广义非相似性模拟(Generalized dissimilarity modelling,GDM)。GDM是线性矩阵回归模型的非线性扩展,合理地处理了β-多样性变化的两类非线性,提供了解析β-多样性是如何随环境距离变化的有力工具。通过一个浮游植物集合群落的案例分析,展示了GDM方法的应用。 展开更多

Flashover on polluted insulators is the most common accident occuring in power system.A great amount of work has been done to study the flashover characteristics on various kinds of insulators with several theoretical models proposed.In these models,the amount and the distribution of the pollution on the insulator is critical to the flashover performance.However,very few simulation works has been carried out to study the pollution accumulation characteristics on the insulators.In this paper,both experimental and numerical efforts were given to study the pollution accumulation characteristics in order to evaluate the flashover probability.Experiments were performed first to have a bird view on the overall pollution distributions considering several crucial influential factors such as the wind speed and wind direction.AC porcelain insulators(XWP_2-160 type) were selected as the experimental samples and the equivalent salt deposit density(ESDD) was measured after the total predetermined amount of pollution was reached.Then, aerodynamic simulation was carried out to study the airflow and velocity distributions on each part of the insulator in clean air with regard to different wind speed and direction.It was found that the amount of the pollution on each section of the insulator has clear connections to the wind speed or air pressure distribution on the insulator surface.These distributions coincide to the pollution distribution obtained from experiments.Besides,the wind speed and air pressure distribution along the insulator chain was also studied.This work has shown that the numerical simulation may predict the pollution distribution on the insulators with practical accuracy.It is also possible to design new insulator shapes to reduce the pollution accumulation on critical areas according to the analysis in this work. 展开更多
