Designing the orthogonal code sets with low autocorrelation and cross-correlation is a key issue for OAR. This paper proposes a novel hybrid genetic algorithm (HGA) and designs the polyphase orthogonal code sets with low autocorrelation and cross-correlation properties, which can be used in the OAR system. By orthogonal range and variance analysis, the orders of three factors to influence the strength, the significance levels of different factors, and the optimized compound ratio scheme of copolymer grouting material mixture at different curing ages were determined. An empirical relationship among the strength of copolymer grouting material, the water-cement ratio, the epoxy resin content, and the waterborne epoxy curing agent content was established by multivariate regression analysis. The results indicate that water-cement ratio is the most principal and significant influencing factor on the strength. Epoxy resin content and waterbome epoxy curing agent content also have a significant influence on the strength. But epoxy resin content has a greater influence on the 7-day and 28-day flexural strength, and waterborne epoxy curing agent content has a greater influence on the 3-day flexural strength and the compressive strength. The copolymer grouting material with water-cement ratio of 0.4, epoxy resin content of 8% (mass fraction) and waterbome epoxy curing agent content of 2% (mass fraction) is the best one for repairing of cement concrete pavement. The flexural strength and the compressive strength have good correlation, and the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength is between 1.0 and 3.3.展开更多

The range analysis, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and optimization project were used to investigate the FEM results. In order to decrease the ingot riser head and improve the utilization ratio of ingot, the casting parameters involved casting temperature, pouring velocity and interface heat transfer were optimized to decrease shrinkage pore and microporosity. The results show that the heat transfer coefficient between melt and heated board is a more sensitive factor. It is favor to decrease the shrinkage pore and microporosity under the conditions of low temperature, high pouring velocity and high heat transfer between melt and mold. If heat transfer in the ingot body is quicker than that in the riser, the position of shrinkage pore and microporosity will be closer to riser top. The results of optimization project show that few of shrinkage pore and microporosity reach into ingot body with the rational parameters, so the riser size can be reduced.展开更多

The moments estimated directly from a sample of observed values of a random variable could be conventional moments (moments about the origin or central moments) and probability-weighted moments (PWMs). Probability curves derived from orthogonal polynomials and conventional moments are probability density functions (PDF), and probability curves derived from orthogonal polynomials and PWMs are inverse cumulative density functions (CDF) of random variables. The proposed approach is verified by two most commonly-used theoretical standard distributions: normal and exponential distribution. Examples from observed data of uniaxial compressive strength of a rock and concrete strength data are presented for illustrative purposes. The results show that probability curves of rock variable can be accurately derived from orthogonal polynomials and sample moments. Orthogonal polynomials and PWMs enable more secure inferences to be made from relatively small samples about an underlying probability curve.展开更多

The second Chebyshev orthogonal polynomial(SCOP) combined with sample moments (the origin moments) was used to approximate the PDF of parameters. X^2 test was adopted to verify the availability of the method. It is distribution-free because no classical theoretical distributions were assumed in advance and the inference result provides a universal form of probability density curves. Six most commonly-used theoretical distributions named normal, lognormal, extreme value Ⅰ , gama, beta and Weibull distributions were used to verify SCOP method. An example from the observed data of cohesion c of a kind of silt clay was presented for illustrative purpose. The results show that the acceptance levels in SCOP are all smaller than those in the classical finite comparative method and the SCOP function is more accurate and effective in the reliability analysis of geotechnical engineering.展开更多

文摘To provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for preparing composite rods of external diameter no larger than 12 mm by directly continuous casting, low melting point materials of lead and tin were selected to prepare composite rods of external diameter 12 mm and inner diameter 8 mm with air pressing core filled continuous casting process. The orthogonal tests consisting of three factors and three levels were designed to investigate the parameters of melting lead temperature, continuous casting speed and air pressure that affect the performance of the composite rods. The results show that melting lead temperature is the most important factor that influences the solid/liquid interface location;continuous casting speed is the most important factor that influences the surface quality and lead and tin inter-diffusion amount;air pressure can improve the surface quality obviously and make the rods easily drawn out,but the surface quality cannot get obvious improvement when the air pressure is above 0.03 MPa.The composite rods have excellent surface quality, obvious intermediate layer, even thick clad, and metallurgical bonding interface under the condition of melting lead temperature of 375 °C,continuous casting speed of 10 mm/min,and air pressure of 0.03 MPa.

文摘A method to estimate the probabilistic density function (PDF) of shear strength parameters was proposed. The results show that the acceptance levels in SCOP are all smaller than those in the classical finite comparative method and the SCOP function is more accurate and effective in the reliability analysis of geotechnical engineering.
