At present,there are a lot of problems in normal universities in the training of teachers' skills,such as unscientific arrangement of curriculum in normal universities,lack of vocational skills training,discrepancy between knowledge and skills,shortage of the training,the poverty of the methods and imperfection of evaluation system and so on. In order to improve the modern information teaching skills of the students of normal universities,broaden the paths of employment and improve the level of running a school,we should adjust the curriculum set,strengthen the teachers' quality,deal with the relationship between theory and practice appropriately,pay attention to integration of academic skills training,and build a scientific evaluation system.展开更多
