Magnetic seeding agglomeration(MSA),i.e.,adding magnetic seeds and a low intensity pre-magnetization for fine agglomeration,was applied to the flotation of coal,pyrite and hematite ore slimes.Size analysis and flotation tests highlight that the MSA improved flotation recovery and kinetics of pyrite ore while causing some loss in selectivity,and in the presences of the polyacrylamide for coal and starch for hematite the agglomeration flotation was further strengthened due to the synergetic effect between the flocculants and magnetic seeds.Magnetism analyses and calculation confirmed the adsorption of magnetic seeds onto minerals,resulting in a decreased threshold magnetic field intensity for the MSA to happen.Then atomic force microscope(AFM)study found that there exists a long range force between magnetic seeds and minerals,which facilitates the adsorption of magnetic seeds on minerals.FTIR shows both the polyacrylamide and starch adsorbed onto minerals and magnetic seeds,thus acting as the bridging media between minerals and magnetic seeds,intensifying the agglomeration in flotation.Surface characterization of the MSA was understood by SEM imaging,and models of the MSA were proposed. 展开更多

Aluminum(Al) particles are commonly added to energetic materials including propellants,explosives and pyrotechnics to increase the overall energy density of the composite,but aluminum agglomeration on the combustion surface may lower the combustion efficiency of propellants,resulting in a loss in twophase flow.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the agglomeration mechanism of aluminum particles on the combustion surface.In this paper,a high-pressure sealed combustion chamber is constructed,and high-speed camera is used to capture the whole process of aluminum accumulation,aggregation and agglomeration on the combustion surface,and the secondary agglomeration process near the combustion surface.The microscopic morphology and chemical composition of the condensed combustion products(CCPs) are then studied by using scanning electron microscopy coupled with energy dispersive(SEM-EDS) method.Results show that there are three main types of condensed combustion products:small smoke oxide particles oxidized by aluminum vapor,usually less than 1 μm;typical agglomerates formed by the combustion of aluminum agglomerates;carbonized agglomerates that are widely distributed,usually formed by irregular movements of aluminum agglomerates.The particle size of condensed combustion products is measured by laser particle size meter.As the pressure increases from 0.5 MPa to 1.0 MPa in nitrogen,the mass average particle size of aluminum agglomerates decreases by 49.7%.As the ambient gas is changed from 0.5 MPa nitrogen to 0.5 MPa air,the mass average particle size of aluminum agglomerates decreases by 67.3%.Results show that as the ambient pressure increases,the higher oxygen content can improve combustion efficiency and reduce the average agglomeration size of aluminum particles. 展开更多

The data-driven fault diagnosis methods can improve the reliability of analog circuits by using the data generated from it. The data have some characteristics, such as randomness and incompleteness, which lead to the diagnostic results being sensitive to the specific values and random noise. This paper presents a data-driven fault diagnosis method for analog circuits based on the robust competitive agglomeration (RCA), which can alleviate the incompleteness of the data by clustering with the competing process. And the robustness of the diagnostic results is enhanced by using the approach of robust statistics in RCA. A series of experiments are provided to demonstrate that RCA can classify the incomplete data with a high accuracy. The experimental results show that RCA is robust for the data needed to be classified as well as the parameters needed to be adjusted. The effectiveness of RCA in practical use is demonstrated by two analog circuits. 展开更多

Agglomeration is almost finished in 8h, seeds, below 5μm, especially below 2μm, gather together rapidly and almost disappear in 8h. In the same supersaturation of aluminate solution and seed size, the smaller the number of seed is, the bigger the degree of agglomeration is. With the same primary number of seed, the agglomeration of larger seed is superior to that of small seed, and the agglomeration does not happen among the coarse seeds. The agglomeration mainly happens among fine particles, and the combinations among the fine particles are unconsolidated. 展开更多

The vibration problem of a fluid conveying cylindrical shell consisted of newly developed multi-scale hybrid nanocomposites is solved in the present manuscript within the framework of an analytical solution.The consistent material is considered to be made from an initial matrix strengthened via both macro-and nano-scale reinforcements.The influence of nanofillers’agglomeration,generated due to the high surface to volume ratio in nanostructures,is included by implementing Eshelby-Mori-Tanaka homogenization scheme.Afterwards,the equivalent material properties of the carbon nanotube reinforced(CNTR)nanocomposite are coupled with those of CFs within the framework of a modified rule of mixture.On the other hand,the influences of viscous flow are covered by extending the Navier-Stokes equation for cylinders.A cylindrical coordinate system is chosen and mixed with the infinitesimal strains of first-order shear deformation theory of shells to obtain the motion equations on the basis of the dynamic form of principle of virtual work.Next,the achieved governing equations will be solved by Galerkin’s method to reach the natural frequency of the structure for both simply supported and clamped boundary conditions.Presenting a set of illustrations,effects of each parameter on the dimensionless frequency of nanocomposite shells will be shown graphically. 展开更多

The gasification industries make use of biomass residue as feedstock to produce synthesis gas,but the gasification of this waste biomass generates tons of ash everyday.Performance properties and agglomeration behavior of corncob ash(CCA) collected from the gasification of corncobs in a pilot-scale gasification station were investigated by using some experimental methods.Based on the chemical composition results,the agglomeration tendency of CCA from combustion and gasification process was also analyzed.Chemical analysis shows that the fly ash is mainly composed of inorganic matters formed by K,Mg,Ca,Na,Fe,Al,S,etc.The agglomeration characteristics indicate that the slagging degree increases with the increase of ashing temperature,and the slagging tendency of these CCA samples from gasification or combustion is different with various slagging indices.All CCA samples from combustion or gasification can cause slagging/fouling problems in thermal conversion systems.The applications of CCA are closely related to its performances,and CCA has the potential to be used in various fields,for example,as a material for ceramic products and activated carbon,as an adsorbent,as a crude fertilizer,and as a structural material. 展开更多

Carboxylmethyl cellulose(CMC) has become a commercial organic binder in agglomeration of iron ore concentrates. The relative molecular mass and degree of substitution(DS) of CMC have a large impact on its binding performance. The interaction mechanism between CMC and iron ore particles was analyzed through Zeta potential measurements, adsorption measurements and infrared spectra. The results show that the interaction is chemical adsorption-oriented and the CMC's adsorption performance is related to the properties of CMC as well as the type of iron oxides. CMC has a greater affinity to Fe2O3 than Fe3O4, and CMC with higher relative molecular mass shows a higher adsorption isotherm. Pelletization of practical iron ore concentrates added with CMC further illustrates that CMC with higher relative molecular mass or DS exhibits a better binding performance, which is consistent with the results of adsorption tests. 展开更多

The unfavorable growth and agglomeration of micro-particles of RDX explosive was almost observed in manufacture process. For preventing of growth of micro-particles and agglomeration in anti-solvent crystallization process, the effect of additives glucose, sucrose and poly ethylene glycol-2000 and wetting solvent of isopropyl alcohol were studied. Taguchi experimental design was used for optimization of the operating conditions. The type of additive, the amount of additive(%wt.), solvent of wetting and wetting time were selected for optimization of the conditions. By using 4 factor and 3 levels, 27 experiments were conducted(L27). Results showed that in the presence of 2 %wt. of sucrose additive and isopropyl alcohol solvent, the agglomerations of particles were decreased so that a decrease 30-50% in the average of particles size was seen. Addition additives were effective in storage container and for reduce the agglomeration of particles during storage. Also, the agglomeration rate of particles was reduced over time at optimized conditions. Imaging optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and particle size analyzer(PSA) methods were used for particles size analyzing as a response in statistical optimization and quality control of the final product. The sensitivity to some mechanical and shock stimuli on the RDX in presence of sucrose additive was tested and the obtained results showed the insignificant effect of additive on the safety properties of pure RDX. 展开更多

Fine Al(OH)3 crystals were aggregated from supersaturated aluminate solution in the batch reaction tanks. By means of laser particle size analyzer and scanning electron microscopy, the influences of temperature and initial molar ratio of Na2O to Al2O3 (aK) on agglomeration of fine seed in Bayer process were investigated. The results show that agglomeration is almost finished in 8 h, and seeds with size less than 2 μm are easily aggregated together, and almost disappear in 8 h under the optimal process conditions. In the aluminate solution with the same moderate initial aK, when the reaction temperature reaches 75 ℃, the secondary nucleation does not occur, and the effect of agglomeration is better. And at the same reaction temperature, when the initial aK is 1.62, the initial supersaturation of aluminate solution is moderate, the binders on the surfaces of the seed are enough to maintain the agglomeration process, and the agglomeration degree is better. From SEM images, agglomeration mainly occurs in the fine particles, the combinations among the fine particles are loose and the new formed coarse crystal shapes are irregular. 展开更多

The granulability and absorbtivity of sawdust and coke breeze were investigated.These properties are important within the preparation of agglomeration charge.They have a significant impact on plynodynamic batch conditions.Ability of materials to wet is a fundamental condition of granulability of materials.Wettability and water absorption of wood with liquids is generally significantly affected by their chemical structure.The important factors affecting the wetting process are undoubtedly the wood moisture content,the value of the surface tension of liquid media and their chemical composition.With increasing moisture content of wood,the time to equilibrium rises.Determination of water absorption and granulability of sawdust was conducted to seek their possible use as a partial replacement of coke dust in the production of the agglomerate.Experiments have been realized with alder,oak and pine sawdust and reference material-coke breeze.These materials were divided to four classes of granularity:supplied material,1-2 mm,0.5-1 mm and less than 0.5 mm.And different liquid media were used:water 16°C,water 60°C,soapy water,lime milk and surfactant. 展开更多

The effect of composite agglomeration process(CAP) on fluoric iron concentrates sintering was investigated.The yield and quality of the sinter are greatly improved when using CAP assisted with heat airflow and enhancing magnesium oxide(MgO) contents.For conventional sintering of fluoric iron concentrate,due to lower viscosity of binding phase and higher fluidity of liquid phase,the sinter is formed with large thin-walled holes and the strength of the sinter is deteriorated consequently.The novel process forms composite agglomerate in which acid pellets are embedded in basic sinter.The pellets are solid with interconnecting crystals of hematite(Fe2O3) and magnetic(Fe3O4).For basic sintering,after adding MgO,the viscosity of the melting phase increases and the fluidity decreases;and calcium and aluminum silico-ferrites and magnesium ferrite are formed with perfect crystals and good sintering microstructure. 展开更多

A new direct recycling technology was developed to recover the valuable metals present in the stainless steelmaking dust and protect the environment. The agglomeration behavior of the dust was analyzed to ensure the requirements of the direct recycling. The main characteristics such as strength, leachability, structure and chemical composition of the pellets were investigated. SEM images show a significant amount of porosities affecting the strength of the pellets and the arrangement of particles in the pellets reveals that no recrystallization bonds are formed, resulting in the poor strength of the pellets. When lignosulfonate is applied as the binder for the agglomeration and the green pellets are dried at room temperature for 60 h, the strong pellets can be obtained without milling the dust. The result of leachability tests shows that the pellets agglomerated can not satisfy the regulations set by the environmental protection agency of US. And it will cause some environmental problems in the long storage of pellets. 展开更多

在解析新型城镇化与乡村振兴耦合协调机理的基础上,构建新型城镇化与乡村振兴评价指标体系,采用2012-2021年黄河流域7个城市群58个样本城市的面板数据,运用综合指数法、耦合协调度模型、空间自相关分析探究黄河流域城市群新型城镇化与... 在解析新型城镇化与乡村振兴耦合协调机理的基础上,构建新型城镇化与乡村振兴评价指标体系,采用2012-2021年黄河流域7个城市群58个样本城市的面板数据,运用综合指数法、耦合协调度模型、空间自相关分析探究黄河流域城市群新型城镇化与乡村振兴耦合协调发展的时空演变特征,并引入空间马尔可夫链预测两子系统耦合协调状态,结果显示:1)研究期内黄河流域城市群新型城镇化指数和乡村振兴指数均呈增长趋势,上游城市群的两子系统指数相对较低,与中、下游城市群相比仍存在较大差距。2)研究期内黄河流域城市群两子系统耦合协调度波动上升,上、中、下游差异明显,呈现出自东向西梯度递减的空间分异格局,且存在显著的空间正相关性,主要有“低-低”“高-高”两个局部集聚区,“高-低”“低-高”集聚区呈零星分布。3)在考虑空间关联条件下,黄河流域城市群新型城镇化与乡村振兴耦合协调水平保持自身状态不变的概率较大,存在一定程度的俱乐部趋同现象,城市群内各城市耦合协调水平的概率转移与其周围城市的耦合协调水平具有较大关联。 展开更多

随着创新驱动发展战略的深入实施,基本公共服务可及性增强不仅关乎民生福祉的改善,更是影响创新要素空间配置和提升城市创新能力的关键因素。本文构建理论模型解析基本公共服务可及性对城市创新能力的影响机制,在科学测度基本公共服务... 随着创新驱动发展战略的深入实施,基本公共服务可及性增强不仅关乎民生福祉的改善,更是影响创新要素空间配置和提升城市创新能力的关键因素。本文构建理论模型解析基本公共服务可及性对城市创新能力的影响机制,在科学测度基本公共服务可及性的基础上,利用2015—2022年中国240个城市的面板数据进行实证检验。研究发现:基本公共服务可及性对城市创新能力具有显著的促进作用,其中,对核心技术创新能力与一般技术创新能力均存在提升效应;基本公共服务可及性通过人才集聚和企业集聚两条路径增强城市创新能力。进一步分析表明:在高购房压力和低财政自主权的城市中,基本公共服务可及性对城市创新能力的促进作用相对较弱;教育文化可及性和公共交通可及性对城市核心技术创新能力的促进作用更为突出,而医疗可及性对城市一般技术创新能力的提升效应更为明显。地方政府应合理规划城市功能布局,增强基本公共服务可及性,强化人才集聚与企业集聚,以提升城市创新能力,驱动经济高质量发展。 展开更多

[目的]促进水生态韧性与城市发展高水平协同对实现流域生态保护与高质量发展具有重要的现实意义。[方法]基于2007-2022年黄河流域城市群面板数据,利用投影寻踪模型测度水生态韧性与城市发展综合水平,采用约束效应模型对两子系统的约束强度进行测算,进一步利用耦合协调度模型以及地理探测器模型分析水生态韧性与城市发展耦合协调度及其驱动因素。[结果]研究期内黄河流域城市群水生态韧性与城市发展综合水平呈缓慢上升趋势,但空间分异显著;两子系统的约束强度在时序上递减,整体仍处于强约束状态;黄河流域城市群水生态韧性与城市发展耦合协调度呈上升态势,空间失衡现象突出,呈现“南高北低”特征,且耦合协调等级以濒临失调与勉强协调为主;人口集聚、水资源赋存与水利用效率为核心驱动因子,因子交互作用呈现非线性加强或双因子增强特征,协同推动系统协调演进。[结论]应通过调控城市发展模式、强化水生态韧性,双轮驱动构建以水定城、量水发展的水城协同新格局。 展开更多

新能源汽车是我国由汽车大国迈向汽车强国的核心引擎,也是重塑全球产业链竞争格局的重要抓手。近年来,我国新能源汽车产业链企业数量快速增长,探究其产业集聚对车企走向国际市场的影响具有重要现实意义。基于2009—2023年我国工商注册... 新能源汽车是我国由汽车大国迈向汽车强国的核心引擎,也是重塑全球产业链竞争格局的重要抓手。近年来,我国新能源汽车产业链企业数量快速增长,探究其产业集聚对车企走向国际市场的影响具有重要现实意义。基于2009—2023年我国工商注册企业与国泰安上市企业数据,结合产业组织相关理论与新新贸易理论,分析并实证检验产业集聚对新能源车企“走出去”的影响及作用机制。研究发现,产业集聚能够有效发挥规模经济效应的正外部性,降低新能源车企拓展海外市场门槛、提高自身国际竞争力,进而推动其“走出去”,且该结论在通过一系列稳健性检验后仍然成立。产业集聚能够通过引发赛马效应机制的竞争效应与合作效应,促进新能源车企“走出去”。其中,竞争效应通过产业集聚推动车企进入、抑制车企退出,进而促进车企数量增长实现;合作效应通过产业集聚推动劳动力蓄水池、中间投入共享与知识外溢三大效应实现。产业链不同位置的集聚对新能源车企“走出去”均具有正向影响,中游集聚的推动作用最强,上游、下游次之。同时,产业集聚对较低贸易开放水平城市、较高融资约束、较高数字化水平与较大国内市场依赖程度的新能源车企“走出去”的推动作用更为明显。此外,基于政府补贴视角的拓展分析并未发现政府补贴对新能源车企“走出去”具有直接影响,也未识别出补贴在产业集聚作用中的调节效应,在一定程度上说明美国及部分西方国家以政府补贴名义限制我国车企“走出去”的不合理性。为此,我国应主动与西方国家对话磋商,推动新能源车企“走出去”;强化统一市场建设,打造能源相关集聚区;实施差异发展战略,优化产业集聚效应;加强产业链合作水平,提质增效开拓市场。 展开更多

行政法治建设、金融发展与制造业集聚——来自地方政府工作报告的经验证据

制造业集聚是构建新发展格局和实现经济高质量发展的关键,行政法治建设是推动制造业集聚的重要保障。基于政府工作报告,利用词向量模型测算了城市行政法治建设水平,考察了行政法治建设对制造业集聚的影响以及二元金融在其中的作用。研... 制造业集聚是构建新发展格局和实现经济高质量发展的关键,行政法治建设是推动制造业集聚的重要保障。基于政府工作报告,利用词向量模型测算了城市行政法治建设水平,考察了行政法治建设对制造业集聚的影响以及二元金融在其中的作用。研究发现,行政法治建设能够显著促进外部融资依赖度较高的制造业的整体集聚,并对专业化和多元化集聚均有积极影响。机制检验表明,行政法治建设能够推动金融发展,进而促进制造业集聚;行政法治建设之于专业化集聚的作用主要通过引导建设性非正规金融发展来实现,而行政法治建设之于多元化集聚的影响则体现在对正规金融的促进作用上。异质性分析发现,行政法治建设对制造业专业化集聚的积极影响主要作用于非国有部门,而对制造业多元化集聚的促进作用集中于国有部门;行政法治建设的制造业集聚效应在中心城市内更显著。研究结论对如何利用行政法治建设推动金融结构优化,进而实现经济高质量发展具有重要的政策启示。 展开更多
