Stability condition and quality evaluation formula of layerlike backfilling roof,Q≥C,where Q denotes is quality index depending on allowable compressive or tensile strength and integrity of backfilling,and C is the technical index depending on mining method and backfilling technology,were inferred according to simply supported beam theorem.Technical treatment measures for instable backfilling roof,including optimum of appropriate filling materials and dosage for excellent flow property and reduction of backfill cost.It is proved that slope equation of backfill slurry in a stope to be filled is y=hexp[x2/(2σ)2)],where h is height of cone and σ2 is mean square,and that optimum drainage point of backfill slurry can be determined by the equation and sizes of stope.Case study indicates that the results can give a theoretical support for quality evaluation and control of layerlike backfilling. 展开更多

Spatial quality evaluation for drinking water based on GIS and ant colony clustering algorithm 被引量:4

To develop a better approach for spatial evaluation of drinking water quality, an intelligent evaluation method integrating a geographical information system(GIS) and an ant colony clustering algorithm(ACCA) was used.... To develop a better approach for spatial evaluation of drinking water quality, an intelligent evaluation method integrating a geographical information system(GIS) and an ant colony clustering algorithm(ACCA) was used. Drinking water samples from 29 wells in Zhenping County, China, were collected and analyzed. 35 parameters on water quality were selected, such as chloride concentration, sulphate concentration, total hardness, nitrate concentration, fluoride concentration, turbidity, pH, chromium concentration, COD, bacterium amount, total coliforms and color. The best spatial interpolation methods for the 35 parameters were found and selected from all types of interpolation methods in GIS environment according to the minimum cross-validation errors. The ACCA was improved through three strategies, namely mixed distance function, average similitude degree and probability conversion functions. Then, the ACCA was carried out to obtain different water quality grades in the GIS environment. In the end, the result from the ACCA was compared with those from the competitive Hopfield neural network(CHNN) to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the ACCA according to three evaluation indexes, which are stochastic sampling method, pixel amount and convergence speed. It is shown that the spatial water quality grades obtained from the ACCA were more effective, accurate and intelligent than those obtained from the CHNN. 展开更多

One of the goals of data collection is preparing for decision-making, so high quality requirement must be satisfied. Rational evaluation of data quality is an effective way to identify data problem in time, and the quality of data after this evaluation is satisfactory with the requirement of decision maker. A fuzzy neural network based research method of data quality evaluation is proposed. First, the criteria for the evaluation of data quality are selected to construct the fuzzy sets of evaluating grades, and then by using the learning ability of NN, the objective evaluation of membership is carried out, which can be used for the effective evaluation of data quality. This research has been used in the platform of 'data report of national compulsory education outlay guarantee' from the Chinese Ministry of Education. This method can be used for the effective evaluation of data quality worldwide, and the data quality situation can be found out more completely, objectively, and in better time by using the method. 展开更多

Subjective evaluation of indoor environmental quality of underground shopping malls in central district of Chongqing,China

In order to know the status of indoor environmental quality of underground shopping malls,five large underground shopping malls in five central districts of Chongqing,China,were surveyed. 2 411 questionnaires were distributed,and 98.5% of them were returned. From the results of questionnaire survey,the following conclusions were obtained:(1) in the five underground shopping malls surveyed,only shopping mall D in Nan'an district accords with the ASHRAE standard for good indoor air quality; (2) odors and sick building syndrome (SBS) symptoms are widespread in the underground shopping malls. The SBS occurrence rates for women and salespersons are higher than those of men and customers,respectively; (3) in the evaluation of the indoor environment,the indoor air quality dissatisfaction rate is the highest,followed by the thermal environment; and (4) women and salespersons generally have higher rates of dissatisfaction with the indoor environmental quality of underground shopping malls than men and customers,respectively. 展开更多

To be a worldwide competitor, enterprise needs to e va luate and select its supplier carefully. Generally, to evaluate a supplier, the evaluating effort is focused on the purchase price, delivery time, product quali ty, etc. The vendors’ quality assurance is seldom considered. However, it reflec ts the ability that a vendor can provide high quality but low cost products cont inuously and stably. In this paper, with the study on evaluation of supplier’s q uality assurance system, a set of methods and indices to supplier’s quality assu rance evaluation is introduced. The indices construct an index system, which is based on the ISO9000 series standards. According to the problem’s character and the requirement of evaluation, all the evaluation indices are set off to three k inds: general index, functional index and protective index. And the evaluation m ethod combines quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis. Firstly, a sensi tive factor model is constructed to estimate the contribution of factors that ha ve key effect on synthetic evaluation in supplier’s quality system. Then, those suppliers having low evaluating value are rejected. Secondly, fuzzy logic is int roduced to evaluate other suppliers synthetically. The rest suppliers are compar able. So, supplier’s quality assurance system can be evaluated in quantity. Afte r unification works, the evaluated suppliers can be ranked. And the best vendor can be selected out intuitively. 展开更多

Real coding based on Accelerating Genetic Algorithm (RAGA) is a method of optimum. Through combining the PP model and RAGA, the paper applies the model in the water environment quality evaluation. The writer takes the water quality evaluated indexes of each sample as projection direction and turns high dimension data into low dimension projection value. Thus, the writer achieves on evaluating the grade of water samples and its optimum order. Based on this, the writer overcomes the jamming of weights calculated on fuzzy synthesize judge and gray system valuation. This study investigated the physicochemical properties,enzyme activities,volatile flavor components,microbial communities,and sensory evaluation of high-temperature Daqu(HTD)during the maturation process,and a standard system was established for comprehensive quality evaluation of HTD.There were obvious changes in the physicochemical properties,enzyme activities,and volatile flavor components at different storage periods,which affected the sensory evaluation of HTD to a certain extent.The results of high-throughput sequencing revealed significant microbial diversity,and showed that the bacterial community changed significantly more than did the fungal community.During the storage process,the dominant bacterial genera were Kroppenstedtia and Thermoascus.The correlation between dominant microorganisms and quality indicators highlighted their role in HTD quality.Lactococcus,Candida,Pichia,Paecilomyces,and protease activity played a crucial role in the formation of isovaleraldehyde.Acidic protease activity had the greatest impact on the microbial community.Moisture promoted isobutyric acid generation.Furthermore,the comprehensive quality evaluation standard system was established by the entropy weight method combined with multi-factor fuzzy mathematics.Consequently,this study provides innovative insights for comprehensive quality evaluation of HTD during storage and establishes a groundwork for scientific and rational storage of HTD and quality control of sauce-flavor Baijiu. 展开更多

The purpose of this study was to explore the quality of the Tibetan native hulless barley variety in depth and to evaluate the characteristics of its processing quality using ratio analysis.For this study,10 native barley varieties were chosen with the detection of 24 quality indexes in order to build a system of comprehensive evaluation.The results of the factor analysis indicated that seven common factors with an eigenvalue greater than 1 were extracted,cumulatively accounting for 96.21%of the total variance.The first common factor,including ASP,GLU,SER,GLY,ARG,TYR and CYS contents,accounted for 33.82% of the variance.The second common factor,including ash,the total starch,soluble fiber,VB_(3),Cu,Mn,Na and beta-glucan contents,accounted for 19.46%of the variance.The third common factor,including the total dietary fiber,α-VE,K,Zn and glutelin.The fourth common factor,including B,Ba and prolamin,explained the barley starch character of the rheological property.The fifth common factor included crude fiber.The sixth and the seventh common factors did not account for a substantial amount of variance.According to the comprehensive evaluation model,the score consequence was as the following:Zangqing25>Pengnaigabu>Lhasa changhei>2004Qing21>Lhasa duanbai>Liangamu>Zhikonggaxia>lianmubai>Jiangreejiu>Longzihei. 展开更多

The present building facility management status in China resulted in many problems such as high energy consumption,failure of automation control,services failure and poor indoor air quality.Based on questionnaires and interviews to professional engineers and building users,a comprehensive evaluation index system was established on facility management of high-rise office buildings.A Fuzzy AHP based upon hierarchy criteria system was established.A Fuzzy AHP Evaluation Model on Facility Management System was set up;α-cut analysis was introduced and incorporated with expert knowledge together,which made up the optimism index λ.The fuzzy optimum crisp weight of each criterion was resulted from data-mining.Case investigations were processed in high-rise office buildings in Shenyang.The results illustrated that indoor air quality,thermal comfort and life cycle cost were the most important indexes in the evaluation of Facility Management System of high rise office buildings.Residents in high-rise buildings in Shenyang pay less attention to maintenance management and environment protection.By comparison with the analysis result of Export Choice,Fuzzy AHP-based evaluation model could act as a scientific reference for the establishment of governmental standards in facility management area in building. 展开更多

评价雅尼湿地水质状况,解析水体的污染来源,为雅尼湿地环境监测与保护提供科学依据。基于雅尼湿地流域平水期58个样品的9项理化指标,运用综合营养状态指数法(TLI)、综合污染指数法和综合水质指数法(WQI)对目标水体水质状况和富营养化水... 评价雅尼湿地水质状况,解析水体的污染来源,为雅尼湿地环境监测与保护提供科学依据。基于雅尼湿地流域平水期58个样品的9项理化指标,运用综合营养状态指数法(TLI)、综合污染指数法和综合水质指数法(WQI)对目标水体水质状况和富营养化水平进行评估,采用主成分分析法(PCA)和绝对主成分-多元线性回归(APCS-MLR)模型对雅尼湿地水质特征及污染来源进行分析。结果表明:(1)雅尼湿地总磷(TP)、氨氮(NH_(3)-N)和化学需氧量(COD)指标均达到《地表水环境质量标准》Ⅰ类水质标准,总氮(TN)达到Ⅱ类水质标准,湿地整体水质良好;湿地TLI为36.88,为中营养状态;综合污染指数为0.74,表现为轻污染,TN和TP值的污染分担率高于60%,是湿地水体主要的污染因子;WQI总体处于“良好”水平;(2)PCA结果显示,前4项因子的累计贡献率为82.497%,第1主成分(PC1)推测为自然源,第2主成分(PC2)推测为农业-生活源,第3主成分(PC3)推测为畜禽养殖-农业源,第4主成分(PC4)推测为藻类暴发源;根据主成分/综合主成分得分分析雅尼湿地水质空间变化总体呈上游优于中下游的特征;(3)APCS-MLR模型结果显示,自然源对雅尼湿地水质影响的贡献率为31.64%,未知源贡献率为30.47%,畜禽养殖-农业混合源贡献率为23.30%。TN、TP和NH_(3)-N的主要来源为农村化肥施用、牲畜集聚排泄。 展开更多

当前我国正进入专利高质量发展的战略转型期,高校在以科技创新服务国家经济社会高质量发展中起着重要作用。目前高校中仍有大量专利“沉睡”在象牙塔里,折戟在专利授权和专利转移转化之间的“死亡之谷”。制定一套科学有效的高校专利评... 当前我国正进入专利高质量发展的战略转型期,高校在以科技创新服务国家经济社会高质量发展中起着重要作用。目前高校中仍有大量专利“沉睡”在象牙塔里,折戟在专利授权和专利转移转化之间的“死亡之谷”。制定一套科学有效的高校专利评价指标和构建一套高质量专利评价体系是当务之急。本文采用德尔菲法与层次分析法相结合的混合研究方法确定指标权重,构建了包含4个一级指标、15个二级指标的高质量专利评价体系。其中4个一级指标权重由高到低分别为专利转化(0.2674)、专利管理(0.2582)、专利创造(0.2435)和专利维持(0.2309)。该评价体系具有较好的科学性和适用性,可以较为全面、综合地反映高校专利现状,为高校开展科技成果评估工作奠定基础。 展开更多

通过对数据扩增方式合成的缺陷数据进行质量评估,有助于实现缺陷数据高质量扩充,进而缓解缺陷数据不足导致的检测模型性能不佳问题。针对现有质量评价算法在评估合成缺陷数据质量时更关注数据的失真特性而忽略了对数据缺陷属性考量的问... 通过对数据扩增方式合成的缺陷数据进行质量评估,有助于实现缺陷数据高质量扩充,进而缓解缺陷数据不足导致的检测模型性能不佳问题。针对现有质量评价算法在评估合成缺陷数据质量时更关注数据的失真特性而忽略了对数据缺陷属性考量的问题,提出一种基于注意力特征增强(AFE)和多尺度注意力质量感知(MAQP)的模型SDENet,综合考虑数据的失真特性和缺陷属性进行质量评价。首先,AFE通过双分支池化操作提高模型对不同尺寸、位置缺陷的泛化能力,并结合注意力机制增强模型对特征的表达。其次,MAQP对AFE增强后的特征进行向量化与融合处理,以更好地感知合成缺陷数据质量。最后,对融合后的特征进行质量评估,得到最终的评估分数。在构建的合成道路裂缝缺陷数据集上进行实验,结果表明,SDENet模型在RMSE,RMAE,PLCC和SROCC指标上均取得最优结果,比次优模型依次提升10.7%,5.0%,1.8%和1.8%,验证了模型的有效性。在失真数据集TID2013上,SDENet模型也取得较有竞争的结果,在PLCC和SROCC指标上依次达到0.902和0.876。 展开更多
