In this paper,the process modeling and dynamic simulation for the EAST helium refrigerator has been completed.The cryogenic process model is described and the main components are customized in detail.The process model...In this paper,the process modeling and dynamic simulation for the EAST helium refrigerator has been completed.The cryogenic process model is described and the main components are customized in detail.The process model is controlled by the PLC simulator,and the realtime communication between the process model and the controllers is achieved by a customized interface.Validation of the process model has been confirmed based on EAST experimental data during the cool down process of 300-80 K.Simulation results indicate that this process simulator is able to reproduce dynamic behaviors of the EAST helium refrigerator very well for the operation of long pulsed plasma discharge.The cryogenic process simulator based on control architecture is available for operation optimization and control design of EAST cryogenic systems to cope with the long pulsed heat loads in the future.展开更多

We report the results of protein folding (219M, C34, N36, 2KES, 2KHK) by the method of accelerated molecular dynamics (aMD) at room temperature with the implicit solvent model. Starting from the linear structures,...We report the results of protein folding (219M, C34, N36, 2KES, 2KHK) by the method of accelerated molecular dynamics (aMD) at room temperature with the implicit solvent model. Starting from the linear structures, these proteins successfully fold to the native structure in a lO0-ns aMD simulation. In contrast, they are failed under the traditional MD simulation in the same simulation time. Then we find that the lowest root mean square deviations of helix structures from the native structures are 0.36 A, 0.63 A, 0.52 A, 1.1 A and 0.78 A. What is more, native contacts, cluster and free energy analyses show that the results of the aMD method are in accordance with the experiment very well. All analyses show that the aMD can accelerate the simulation process, thus we may apply it to the field of computer aided drug designs.展开更多

The different kinds of typical motions are simulated to analyze the motion performance and the maneuverability of the AUV. In order to evaluate the influences of appendages on the motion performance of the AUV, simulations of the AUV with and without appendages are performed and compared. Using stochastic dynamic simulation for railway vehicle collision still faces many challenges,such as high modelling complexity and time-consuming.To address the challenges,we introduce a novel data-driven stochastic ...Using stochastic dynamic simulation for railway vehicle collision still faces many challenges,such as high modelling complexity and time-consuming.To address the challenges,we introduce a novel data-driven stochastic process modelling(DSPM)approach into dynamic simulation of the railway vehicle collision.This DSPM approach consists of two steps:(i)process description,four kinds of kernels are used to describe the uncertainty inherent in collision processes;(ii)solving,stochastic variational inferences and mini-batch algorithms can then be used to accelerate computations of stochastic processes.By applying DSPM,Gaussian process regression(GPR)and finite element(FE)methods to two collision scenarios(i.e.lead car colliding with a rigid wall,and the lead car colliding with another lead car),we are able to achieve a comprehensive analysis.The comparison between the DSPM approach and the FE method revealed that the DSPM approach is capable of calculating the corresponding confidence interval,simultaneously improving the overall computational efficiency.Comparing the DSPM approach with the GPR method indicates that the DSPM approach has the ability to accurately describe the dynamic response under unknown conditions.Overall,this research demonstrates the feasibility and usability of the proposed DSPM approach for stochastic dynamics simulation of the railway vehicle collision.展开更多
Based on the tortuous capillary network model,the relationship between anisotropic permeability and rock normal strain,namely the anisotropic dynamic permeability model(ADPM),was derived and established.The model was ...Based on the tortuous capillary network model,the relationship between anisotropic permeability and rock normal strain,namely the anisotropic dynamic permeability model(ADPM),was derived and established.The model was verified using pore-scale flow simulation.The uniaxial strain process was calculated and the main factors affecting permeability changes in different directions in the deformation process were analyzed.In the process of uniaxial strain during the exploitation of layered oil and gas reservoirs,the effect of effective surface porosity on the permeability in all directions is consistent.With the decrease of effective surface porosity,the sensitivity of permeability to strain increases.The sensitivity of the permeability perpendicular to the direction of compression to the strain decreases with the increase of the tortuosity,while the sensitivity of the permeability in the direction of compression to the strain increases with the increase of the tortuosity.For layered reservoirs with the same initial tortuosity in all directions,the tortuosity plays a decisive role in the relative relationship between the variations of permeability in all directions during pressure drop.When the tortuosity is less than 1.6,the decrease rate of horizontal permeability is higher than that of vertical permeability,while the opposite is true when the tortuosity is greater than 1.6.This phenomenon cannot be represented by traditional dynamic permeability model.After the verification by experimental data of pore-scale simulation,the new model has high fitting accuracy and can effectively characterize the effects of deformation in different directions on the permeability in all directions.展开更多

The method is objective, straightforward, and independent of the molecular dynamics (MD) simulation. The result can be used as the reference for the MD simulation, and the method can improve the reliability and precision of MD simulation. The hybrid atomistic structure-based model has been validated to be effective in investigation of G-quadruplex folding.In this study,we performed large-scale conventional all-atom simulations to complement the folding...The hybrid atomistic structure-based model has been validated to be effective in investigation of G-quadruplex folding.In this study,we performed large-scale conventional all-atom simulations to complement the folding mechanism of human telomeric sequence Htel24 revealed by a multi-basin hybrid atomistic structure-based model.Firstly,the real time-scale of folding rate,which cannot be obtained from the structure-based simulations,was estimated directly by constructing a Markov state model.The results show that Htel24 may fold as fast as on the order of milliseconds when only considering the competition between the hybrid-1 and hybrid-2 G-quadruplex conformations.Secondly,in comparison with the results of structure-based simulations,more metastable states were identified to participate in the formation of hybrid-1 and hybrid-2 conformations.These findings suggest that coupling the hybrid atomistic structure-based model and the conventional all-atom model can provide more insights into the folding dynamics of DNA G-quadruplex.As a result,the multiscale computational framework adopted in this study may be useful to study complex processes of biomolecules involving large conformational changes.展开更多

The method of robotic dynamics to derive the dynamic equations of the swing of load is accurate and convenient and it has good regularity. As the proportion of renewable energy infiltrating the power grid increases,suppressing its randomness and volatility,reducing its impact on the safe operation of the power grid,and improving the level of new energy c...As the proportion of renewable energy infiltrating the power grid increases,suppressing its randomness and volatility,reducing its impact on the safe operation of the power grid,and improving the level of new energy consumption are increasingly important.For these purposes,energy storage stations(ESS)are receiving increasing attention.This article discusses the structure,working principle,and control methods of grid-following and grid-forming energy-storage converters,which are currently commonly used.A simulation analysis was conducted to investigate their dynamic response characteristics.The advantages and disadvantages of two types of energy storage power stations are discussed,and a configuration strategy for hybrid ESS is proposed.This paper presents research on and a simulation analysis of grid-forming and grid-following hybrid energy storage systems considering two types of energy storage according to different capacity scenarios.Finally,a comparative analysis between the systems is presented.A simulation model was established using PSD-BPA(Power System Department-Bonneville Power Administration)to analyze the impact of the capacity ratio of grid-following and grid-forming ESS on their dynamic response characteristics in a hybrid ESS.In addition,a development direction for future ESSs is indicated.展开更多

In this paper, a mini AUV- "MAUV-Ⅱ" was researched and the nonlinear mathematic model of the AUV in spatial motion was derived based on momentum theorem. The forces acting on AUV were resolved to several modules which were expressed in matrix form. Based on the motion model and combined with virtual reality technology, a motion simulation system was constructed. Considering the characteristic of "MAUV-Ⅱ ", the heading control and depth control were simulated by adopting S-surface control method. A long distance traveling simulation experiment based on target planning was also done. The simulation results show that the "MAUV-Ⅱ" has good spatial maneuverability, and verify the feasibility and reliability of control software.展开更多

And then the damage model is implemented in LS DYNA3D dynamic nonlinear program. Numerical simulation of deep hole blasting of groove is studied by use of the damage model proposed. 文摘The hybrid atomistic structure-based model has been validated to be effective in investigation of G-quadruplex folding.In this study,we performed large-scale conventional all-atom simulations to complement the folding mechanism of human telomeric sequence Htel24 revealed by a multi-basin hybrid atomistic structure-based model.Firstly,the real time-scale of folding rate,which cannot be obtained from the structure-based simulations,was estimated directly by constructing a Markov state model.The results show that Htel24 may fold as fast as on the order of milliseconds when only considering the competition between the hybrid-1 and hybrid-2 G-quadruplex conformations.Secondly,in comparison with the results of structure-based simulations,more metastable states were identified to participate in the formation of hybrid-1 and hybrid-2 conformations.These findings suggest that coupling the hybrid atomistic structure-based model and the conventional all-atom model can provide more insights into the folding dynamics of DNA G-quadruplex.As a result,the multiscale computational framework adopted in this study may be useful to study complex processes of biomolecules involving large conformational changes.
文摘This paper sets up a robotic manipulator model on slewing crane. The model can synthetically describe the dynamic behavior of the load of slewing crane in rotating, elevating and hoisting motions. The dynamic equations of the system are recursively derived by a Newton Euler method. The dynamic behavior of the load of slewing crane in rotating motion is simulated on a computer. The method of robotic dynamics to derive the dynamic equations of the swing of load is accurate and convenient and it has good regularity. The result of the study provides a base in theory on design of crane and an accurate mathematical model for controlling the swing of load.
文摘This paper investigates the problem of the model validation in identifying discrete-time-nonlinear dynamic systems by using neural networks with a single hidden layer.Based on the estimation theory,a synthetic error-index(SEI)criterion for the neural network models has been developed.By using the powerful training algorithm of recursive prediction error (RPE),two simulated non-linear systems are studied,and the results show that the synthetic error-index criterion can be used to verify the dynamic neural network models.Furthermore,the proposed technique is much simple in calculation than that of the effective correlation tests.Finally,some problems required by further study are discussed.

文摘As the proportion of renewable energy infiltrating the power grid increases,suppressing its randomness and volatility,reducing its impact on the safe operation of the power grid,and improving the level of new energy consumption are increasingly important.For these purposes,energy storage stations(ESS)are receiving increasing attention.This article discusses the structure,working principle,and control methods of grid-following and grid-forming energy-storage converters,which are currently commonly used.A simulation analysis was conducted to investigate their dynamic response characteristics.The advantages and disadvantages of two types of energy storage power stations are discussed,and a configuration strategy for hybrid ESS is proposed.This paper presents research on and a simulation analysis of grid-forming and grid-following hybrid energy storage systems considering two types of energy storage according to different capacity scenarios.Finally,a comparative analysis between the systems is presented.A simulation model was established using PSD-BPA(Power System Department-Bonneville Power Administration)to analyze the impact of the capacity ratio of grid-following and grid-forming ESS on their dynamic response characteristics in a hybrid ESS.In addition,a development direction for future ESSs is indicated.

文摘Accurate modeling and simulation of autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) is essential for autonomous control and maneuverability research. In this paper, a mini AUV- "MAUV-Ⅱ" was researched and the nonlinear mathematic model of the AUV in spatial motion was derived based on momentum theorem. The forces acting on AUV were resolved to several modules which were expressed in matrix form. Based on the motion model and combined with virtual reality technology, a motion simulation system was constructed. Considering the characteristic of "MAUV-Ⅱ ", the heading control and depth control were simulated by adopting S-surface control method. A long distance traveling simulation experiment based on target planning was also done. The simulation results show that the "MAUV-Ⅱ" has good spatial maneuverability, and verify the feasibility and reliability of control software.

文摘In this paper, we propose a new formula of the real-time minimum safety headway based on the relative velocity of consecutive trains and present a dynamic model of high-speed passenger train movements in the rail line based on the proposed formula of the minimum safety headway. Moreover, we provide the control strategies of the high-speed passenger train operations based on the proposed formula of the real-time minimum safety headway and the dynamic model of highspeed passenger train movements. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed control strategies of the passenger train operations can greatly reduce the delay propagation in the high-speed rail line when a random delay occurs.
文摘A new reasonably perfect dynamic mathematic model has been established for condenser used in ship nuclear power plant according to its structural features and operating principle. The model has been solved by the Runge-Kutta method. And an analysis program has been developed for dynamic numerical simulation under steady operation condition, disturbance condition, and accident condition. The dynamic characteristics of condenser has been calculated and analyzed under several kinds of disturbances, and the results of calculation are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis.
文摘On the basis of shock induced experiments and the ultrasonic tests of the damaged rocks, the damage evolution relation between the attenuation coefficient of sound wave and the damage dissipated energy is described. Based on the TCK and RDA models, a damage model which connects the shock compression and tensile damage is established. And then the damage model is implemented in LS DYNA3D dynamic nonlinear program. Numerical simulation of deep hole blasting of groove is studied by use of the damage model proposed. The rock damage evolution process and the distributing rules of stress field under the explosion load are described well fairly, which provides the theory basis for the engineering blasting design.

文摘A model was developed to simulate a vehicle diaphragm spring clutch with the evaluation indicators of jerk degree and friction work.First,the pressing load characteristic of the driven plate of the diaphragm spring clutch was analyzed.Then,the clutch dynamic characteristic under each state was studied according to the basic principles of tribology.Finally,the mathematical model of the clutch was developed.Based on the model,the performance of a vehicle was simulated.The simulation results show that the model can predict the dynamic characteristic of the clutch correctly and evaluate the performance of the clutch engagement effectively.The model can be used for theoretical research of automatic clutch control and can be easily applied to simulate vehicle longitudinal dynamics.
