Project construction and development are an impor-tant part of future army designs.In today’s world,intelligent war-fare and joint operations have become the dominant develop-ments in warfare,so the construction and development of the army need top-down,top-level design,and comprehensive plan-ning.The traditional project development model is no longer suf-ficient to meet the army’s complex capability requirements.Projects in various fields need to be developed and coordinated to form a joint force and improve the army’s combat effective-ness.At the same time,when a program consists of large-scale project data,the effectiveness of the traditional,precise mathe-matical planning method is greatly reduced because it is time-consuming,costly,and impractical.To solve above problems,this paper proposes a multi-stage program optimization model based on a heterogeneous network and hybrid genetic algo-rithm and verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the model and algorithm through an example.The results show that the hybrid algorithm proposed in this paper is better than the exist-ing meta-heuristic algorithm. 展开更多

In low Earth orbit(LEO)satellite networks,on-board energy resources of each satellite are extremely limited.And with the increase of the node number and the traffic transmis-sion pressure,the energy consumption in the networks presents uneven distribution.To achieve energy balance in networks,an energy consumption balancing optimization algorithm of LEO networks based on distance energy factor(DEF)is proposed.The DEF is defined as the function of the inter-satellite link dis-tance and the cumulative network energy consumption ratio.According to the minimum sum of DEF on inter-satellite links,an energy consumption balancing algorithm based on DEF is pro-posed,which can realize dynamic traffic transmission optimiza-tion of multiple traffic services.It can effectively reduce the energy consumption pressure of core nodes with high energy consumption in the network,make full use of idle nodes with low energy consumption,and optimize the energy consumption dis-tribution of the whole network according to the continuous itera-tions of each traffic service flow.Simulation results show that,compared with the traditional shortest path algorithm,the pro-posed method can improve the balancing performance of nodes by 75%under certain traffic pressure,and realize the optimiza-tion of energy consumption balancing of the whole network. 展开更多

Gear assembly errors can lead to the increase of vibration and noise of the system,which affect the stability of system.The influence can be compensated by tooth modification.Firstly,an improved three-dimensional loaded tooth contact analysis(3D-LTCA)method which can consider tooth modification and coupling assembly errors is proposed,and mesh stiffness calculated by proposed method is verified by MASTA software.Secondly,based on neural network,the surrogate model(SM)that maps the relationship between modification parameters and mesh mechanical parameters is established,and its accuracy is verified.Finally,SM is introduced to establish an optimization model with the target of minimizing mesh stiffness variations and obtaining more even load distribution on mesh surface.The results show that even considering training time,the efficiency of gear pair optimization by surrogate model is still much higher than that by LTCA method.After optimization,the mesh stiffness fluctuation of gear pair with coupling assembly error is reduced by 34.10%,and difference in average contact stresses between left and right regions of the mesh surface is reduced by 62.84%. 展开更多

Resilience of air&space defense system of systems(SoSs)is critical to national air defense security.However,the research on it is still scarce.In this study,the resilience of air&space defense SoSs is firstly defined and the kill network theory is established by combining super network and kill chain theory.Two cases of the SoSs are considered:(a)The kill chains are relatively homogenous;(b)The kill chains are relatively heterogenous.Meanwhile,two capability assessment methods,which are based on the number of kill chains and improved self-information quantity,respectively,are proposed.The improved self-information quantity modeled based on nodes and edges can achieve qualitative and quantitative assessment of the combat capability by using linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy sets.Then,a resilient evaluation index consisting of risk response,survivability,and quick recovery is proposed accordingly.Finally,network models for regional air defense and anti-missile SoSs are established respectively,and the resilience measurement results are verified and analyzed under different attack and recovery strategies,and the optimization strategies are also proposed.The proposed theory and method can meet different demands to evaluate combat capability and optimize resilience of various types of air&space defense and similar SoSs. 展开更多

Transmission network planning (TNP) is a large-scale, complex, with more non-linear discrete variables and the multi-objective constrained optimization problem. In the optimization process, the line investment, network reliability and the network loss are the main objective of transmission network planning. Combined with set pair analysis (SPA), particle swarm optimization (PSO), neural network (NN), a hybrid particle swarm optimization model was established with neural network and set pair analysis for transmission network planning (HPNS). Firstly, the contact degree of set pair analysis was introduced, the traditional goal set was converted into the collection of the three indicators including the identity degree, difference agree and contrary degree. On this bases, using shi(H), the three objective optimization problem was converted into single objective optimization problem. Secondly, using the fast and efficient search capabilities of PSO, the transmission network planning model based on set pair analysis was optimized. In the process of optimization, by improving the BP neural network constantly training so that the value of the fitness function of PSO becomes smaller in order to obtain the optimization program fitting the three objectives better. Finally, compared HPNS with PSO algorithm and the classic genetic algorithm, HPNS increased about 23% efficiency than THA, raised about 3.7% than PSO and improved about 2.96% than GA. 展开更多

As the huge computation and easily trapped local optimum in remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain network (RCSCN) design considered, a genetic particle swarm optimization algorithm was proposed. The total cost of closed-loop supply chain was selected as fitness function, and a unique and tidy coding mode was adopted in the proposed algorithm. Then, some mutation and crossover operators were introduced to achieve discrete optimization of RCSCN structure. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can gain global optimal solution with good convergent performance and rapidity. The computing speed is only 22.16 s, which is shorter than those of the other optimization algorithms. 展开更多

The NCSs with uncertain time-varying delays are modeled as parameter-uncertain systems by the matrix theory. Based on the model, an observer-based residual generator is constructed and the sufficient condition for the existence of the desired fault detection filter is derived in terms of the linear matrix inequality. Furthermore, a time domain opti- mization approach is proposed to improve the performance of the fault detection system. To prevent the false alarms, a new thresh- old function is established, and the solution of the optimization problem is given by using the singular value decomposition (SVD) of the matrix. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. 展开更多

In the non-linear microwave drying process, the incremental improved back-propagation (BP) neural network and response surface methodology (RSM) were used to build a predictive model of the combined effects of independent variables (the microwave power, the acting time and the rotational frequency) for microwave drying of selenium-rich slag. The optimum operating conditions obtained from the quadratic form of the RSM are: the microwave power of 14.97 kW, the acting time of 89.58 min, the rotational frequency of 10.94 Hz, and the temperature of 136.407 ℃. The relative dehydration rate of 97.1895% is obtained. Under the optimum operating conditions, the incremental improved BP neural network prediction model can predict the drying process results and different effects on the results of the independent variables. The verification experiments demonstrate the prediction accuracy of the network, and the mean squared error is 0.16. The optimized results indicate that RSM can optimize the experimental conditions within much more broad range by considering the combination of factors and the neural network model can predict the results effectively and provide the theoretical guidance for the follow-up production process. 展开更多

The anti-aircraft system plays an irreplaceable role in modern combat. An anti-aircraft system consists of various types of functional entities interacting to destroy the hostile aircraft moving in high speed. The connecting structure of combat entities in it is of great importance for supporting the normal process of the system. In this paper, we explore the optimizing strategy of the structure of the anti-aircraft network by establishing extra communication channels between the combat entities.Firstly, the thought of combat network model(CNM) is borrowed to model the anti-aircraft system as a heterogeneous network. Secondly, the optimization objectives are determined as the survivability and the accuracy of the system. To specify these objectives, the information chain and accuracy chain are constructed based on CNM. The causal strength(CAST) logic and influence network(IN) are introduced to illustrate the establishment of the accuracy chain. Thirdly, the optimization constraints are discussed and set in three aspects: time, connection feasibility and budget. The time constraint network(TCN) is introduced to construct the timing chain and help to detect the timing consistency. Then, the process of the multi-objective optimization of the structure of the anti-aircraft system is designed.Finally, a simulation is conducted to prove the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method. Non-dominated sorting based genetic algorithm-Ⅱ(NSGA2) is used to solve the multiobjective optimization problem and two other algorithms including non-dominated sorting based genetic algorithm-Ⅲ(NSGA3)and strength Pareto evolutionary algorithm-Ⅱ(SPEA2) are employed as comparisons. A region proposal method inspired by human glance based on the convolutional neural network is proposed to select promising regions, allowing more processing is reserved only for these regions. The speed of object segmentation is significantly improved by the region proposal method.By the combination of the region proposal method based on the convolutional neural network and superpixel method, the category and location information can be used to segment objects and image redundancy is significantly reduced. The processing time is reduced considerably by this to achieve the real time. Experiments show that the proposed method can segment the interested target object in real time on an ordinary laptop. 展开更多

An improved wavelet neural network algorithm which combines with particle swarm optimization was proposed to avoid encountering the curse of dimensionality and overcome the shortage in the responding speed and learning ability brought about by the traditional models. Based on the operational data provided by a regional power grid in the south of China, the method was used in the actual short term load forecasting. The results show that the average time cost of the proposed method in the experiment process is reduced by 12.2 s, and the precision of the proposed method is increased by 3.43% compared to the traditional wavelet network. Consequently, the improved wavelet neural network forecasting model is better than the traditional wavelet neural network forecasting model in both forecasting effect and network function. 展开更多

This paper proposes an optimization algorithm based on a multi-loop control system with a neural network controller,in which the objective function that is used is the control plant of each sub-control system.To obtain the global optimization solution from a control plant that has many local minimum points,a transformation function is presented.On the one hand,this approach changes a complex objective function into a simple function under the condition of an unchanged globally optimal solution,to find the global optimization solution more easily by using a multi-loop control system.On the other hand,a special neural network(in which the node function can be simply positioned locally)that is composed of multiple transformation functions is used as the controller,which reduces the possibility of falling into local minimum points.At the same time,a filled function is presented as a control law;it can jump out of a local minimum point and move to another local minimum point that has a smaller value of the objective function.Finally,18 simulation examples are provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多

This paper proposes an environment-aware best- retransmission count selected optimization control scheme over IEEE 802.11 multi-hop wireless networks. The proposed scheme predicts the wireless resources by using statistical channel state and provides maximum retransmission count optimization based on wireless channel environment state to improve the packet delivery success ratio. The media access control (MAC) layer selects the best-retransmission count by perceiving the types of packet loss in wireless link and using the wireless channel charac- teristics and environment information, and adjusts the packet for- warding adaptively aiming at improving the packet retransmission probability. Simulation results show that the best-retransmission count selected scheme achieves a higher packet successful delivery percentage and a lower packet collision probability than the corresponding traditional MAC transmission control protocols. 展开更多
