This research focuses on detecting faults in flight vehicles with unstable subsystems operating asynchronously.By accounting for asynchronous switching,a switched model is established,and filters for fault detection(FD)in unstable subsystems are developed.The FD challenge is then transformed into an H∞filtering issue.Utilizing the multiple discontinuous Lyapunov function(MDLF)approach and the mode-dependent average dwell time(MDADT)method,sufficient conditions are derived to ensure stability during both fast and slow switching.Furthermore,the existence and solutions for FD filters are provided through linear matrix inequalities(LMIs).The simulation outcomes demonstrated the excellent performance of the developed method in studied cases. 展开更多

As the performance of the box-type multiple launch rocket system(BMLRS)improves,its mechanical structures,particularly the plane clearance design between the slider on the rocket and the guide inside the launch canister,have grown increasingly complex.However,deficiencies still exist in the current launch modeling theory for BMLRS.In this study,a multi-rigid-flexible-body launch dynamics model coupling the launch platform and rocket was established using the multibody system transfer matrix method and the Newton-Euler formulation.Furthermore,considering the bending of the launch canister,a detection algorithm for slider-guide plane clearance contact was proposed.To quantify the contact force and friction effect between the slider and guide,the contact force model and modified Coulomb model were introduced.Both the modal and launch tests were conducted.Additionally,the modal convergence was verified.By comparing the modal experiments and simulation results,the maximum relative error of the eigenfrequency is 3.29%.thereby verifying the accuracy of the developed BMLRS dynamics model.Furthermore,the launch test validated the proposed plane clearance contact model.Moreover,the study investigated the influence of various model parameters on the dynamic characteristics of BMLRS,including launch canister bending stiffness,slider and guide material,slider-guide clearance,slider length and layout.This analysis of influencing factors provides a foundation for future optimization in BMLRS design. 展开更多

It is easy for teenagers to view pornographic pictures on social networks. Many researchers have studied the detection of real pornographic pictures, but there are few studies on those that are artificial. In this work, we studied how to detect artificial pornographic pictures, especially when they are on social networks. The whole detection process can be divided into two stages: feature selection and picture detection. In the feature selection stage, seven types of features that favour picture detection were selected. In the picture detection stage, three steps were included. 1) In order to alleviate the imbalance in the number of artificial pornographic pictures and normal ones, the training dataset of artificial pornographic pictures was expanded. Therefore, the features which were extracted from the training dataset can also be expanded too. 2) In order to reduce the time of feature extraction, a fast method which extracted features based on the proportionally scaled picture rather than the original one was proposed. 3) Three tree models were compared and a gradient boost decision tree (GBDT) was selected for the final picture detection. Three sets of experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve better recognition precision and drastically reduce the time cost of the method. 展开更多

A credible method of calculating the detection threshold is presented for the multiple target situations, which appear frequently in the lower Doppler velocity region during the surveillance of sea with HF ground wave radar. This method defines a whole-peak-outlier elimination (WPOE) criterion, which is based on in-peak-samples correlation of each target echo spectra, to trim off the target signals and abnormal disturbances with great amplitude from the complex spectra. Therefore, cleaned background noise samples are obtained to improve the accuracy and reliability of noise level estimation. When the background noise is nonhomogeneous, the detection samples are limited and often occupied heavily with outliers. In this case, the problem that the detection threshold is overvalued can be solved. In applications on experimental data, it is verified that this method can reduce the miss alarm rate of signal detection effectively in multiple target situations as well as make the adaptability of the detector better. 展开更多

The problem of fault detection for linear discrete timevarying systems with multiplicative noise is dealt with.By using an observer-based robust fault detection filter(FDF) as a residual generator,the design of the FDF is formulated in the framework of H ∞ filtering for a class of stochastic time-varying systems.A sufficient condition for the existence of the FDF is derived in terms of a Riccati equation.The determination of the parameter matrices of the filter is converted into a quadratic optimization problem,and an analytical solution of the parameter matrices is obtained by solving the Riccati equation.Numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多

A switching variability index (SVl) constant false alarm rate (CFAR) detector is proposed for improving the detection performance of VI-CFAR detectors in multiple targets backgrounds. When the presence of non-homogeneity in CFAR reference windows is indicated by a VI-CFAR detector, a switching- CFAR detector is introduced to optimize the performance of the VI-CFAR detector in homogeneous, multiple targets and clutter edge backgrounds. The structure and parameters selection method of the SVI-CFAR detector is presented. Comparisons with classic CFAR detectors and recently proposed detectors are also given. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that SVICFAR detector maintains the good performance of the VI-CFAR detector in homogeneous and clutter edge backgrounds, while greatly improving the capacity of anti-multi targets. 展开更多

To accurately assess the performance of cooperative multiple packet reception (MPR) based on network-assisted diversity multiple access (NDMA), non-ideal collision detection is introduced in ALLIANCES (ALLow improved access in the network via cooperation and energy savings). To provide a unified anatysis frame- work, the length of cooperative transmission epoch is fixed to the detected collision order. The mathematical analysis of potential throughput (PTP) and potential packet loss rate (PPLR) are given under a pessimistic assumption and an optimistic assumption. According to the analysis of PTP and PPLR, threshold selection is done to optimize system performances, e.g. the optimal threshold should guarantee PTP to be maximum or guarantee PPLR to be minimum. In simulations, the thresholds are selected according to PTP under the pessimistic assumption. Simulation results show that the proposed cooperative MPR scheme can achieve higher throughput than NDMA and slotted ALOHA schemes. 展开更多

For the case that two pursuers intercept an evasive target,the cooperative strategies and state estimation methods taken by pursuers can seriously affect the guidance accuracy for the target,which performs a bang For the case that two pursuers intercept an evasive target,the cooperative strategies and state estimation methods taken by pursuers can seriously affect the guidance accuracy for the target,which performs a bang-bang evasive maneuver with a random switching time.Combined Fast multiple model adaptive estimation(Fast MMAE)algorithm,the cooperative guidance law takes detection configuration affecting the accuracy of interception into consideration.Introduced the detection error model related to the line-of-sight(LOS)separation angle of two interceptors,an optimal cooperative guidance law solving the optimization problem is designed to modulate the LOS separation angle to reduce the estimation error and improve the interception performance.Due to the uncertainty of the target bang-bang maneuver switching time and the effective fitting of its multi-modal motion,Fast MMAE is introduced to identify its maneuver switching time and estimate the acceleration of the target to track and intercept the target accurately.The designed cooperative optimal guidance law with Fast MMAE has better estimation ability and interception performance than the traditional guidance law and estimation method via Monte Carlo simulation. 展开更多

The structure and performance of space-time multiuser detection receiver at base stations of WCDMA system is analyzed, in which smart antenna is employed. WCDMA uplink signal model is established in this paper. Space-time multiuser receiver presented in this paper combines 2D-RAKE with parallel interference cancellation (PIC), and the improved parallel interference cancellation methods are given. A novel space-time multiuser detection scheme, 2DRAKE-GPPIC is proposed. This scheme employs smart antenna to suppress unexpected DOA (Direction Of Arrival) signal, uses RAKE receiver to combine different delays of expected signal, and utilizes grouped partial parallel interference cancellation (GPPIC) algorithm to suppress further the interference signal in the main lobe of array antennas. The simulation results reveal that the scheme of space-time multiuser detection presented in this paper has better performance for WCDMA system. 展开更多

以广距鸟瞰视角拍摄获取的遥感图像通常具有目标种类多、尺度变化大以及背景信息丰富等特点,为目标检测任务带来巨大挑战。针对遥感图像成像特点,该文设计一种上下文感知多感受野融合网络,通过充分挖掘深度网络中遥感图像在不同尺寸特... 以广距鸟瞰视角拍摄获取的遥感图像通常具有目标种类多、尺度变化大以及背景信息丰富等特点,为目标检测任务带来巨大挑战。针对遥感图像成像特点,该文设计一种上下文感知多感受野融合网络,通过充分挖掘深度网络中遥感图像在不同尺寸特征描述下所包含的上下文关联信息,提高图像特征描述力,进而提升遥感目标检测精度。首先,在特征金字塔前4层网络中构建了感受野扩张模块,通过扩大网络在不同尺度特征图上的感受野范围,增强网络对不同尺度遥感目标的感知能力;进一步,构建了高层特征聚合模块,通过将特征金字塔网络中高层语义信息聚合到低层特征中,从而将特征图中所包含的多尺度上下文信息进行有效融合;最后,在双阶段定向目标检测框架下设计了特征细化区域建议网络。通过对一阶段提案进行精细化处理,提升提案准确性,进而提高二阶段兴趣区域对齐网络得到的不同成像方向下的遥感目标检测性能。在公测数据集DIOR-R和HRSC2016上的定性和定量的对比实验结果证明,所提方法对不同种类和尺度大小的遥感目标均能实现更加准确的检测。 展开更多

电磁式磨粒检测传感器已逐渐应用于机械装备磨损状态监测与评估领域,但检测灵敏度与大流量间的矛盾仍是阻碍该类传感器在大型机械装备中应用的主要原因。为同时保障传感器具有较大的允许流量以及较高的检测灵敏度,提出了基于高频偏置磁... 电磁式磨粒检测传感器已逐渐应用于机械装备磨损状态监测与评估领域,但检测灵敏度与大流量间的矛盾仍是阻碍该类传感器在大型机械装备中应用的主要原因。为同时保障传感器具有较大的允许流量以及较高的检测灵敏度,提出了基于高频偏置磁场的多通道磨粒检测传感器结构原理,并建立了传感器磁特性模型,研究了不同结构参数、不同电流和频率对传感器性能的影响特性,探究了高频偏置磁场对磨损颗粒的影响。仿真和实验表明:传感器在磁铁厚度为8 mm、外径为40 mm、磁铁间距趋于0时检测灵敏度最高,此时,传感器最高可有效检测到直径最小为60μm的磨粒,且多通道传感器结构的设计明显提高了传感器的最大允许流量。 展开更多

针对当前林火频发背景下无人探测系统缺失及火灾失控后人员疏散效率低的问题,提出一种基于多无人机(MUAVs)协同的林火安全探测方法和避难所选址优化策略。在NetLogo平台上构建多因素耦合的森林火灾动态蔓延模型;改进基于蚁群算法的MUAV... 针对当前林火频发背景下无人探测系统缺失及火灾失控后人员疏散效率低的问题,提出一种基于多无人机(MUAVs)协同的林火安全探测方法和避难所选址优化策略。在NetLogo平台上构建多因素耦合的森林火灾动态蔓延模型;改进基于蚁群算法的MUAVs协同搜索机制,该机制通过引入吸引信息素(引导火点聚集区域搜索)与排斥信息素(避免重复路径),优化无人机(UAV)飞行方向转移概率,并建立含避障功能及载水量-速度约束的飞行模型;结合希腊罗德岛地理信息系统(GIS)数据,构建人员疏散动态仿真环境。结果表明:改进蚁群算法在株树密度50%与60%场景下,收敛时间分别较传统算法缩短15%与14%,搜索覆盖率提升35.02%与32.16%;经过对避难所选址进行优化,基于A算法的疏散策略使整体死亡率降低2.525%。 展开更多

针对现有传统方法存在特征提取和表示受限、无法同时捕获API序列的空间语义特征和时序特征、无法捕获能决定目标任务的关键特征信息等问题,利用自然语言处理领域的词嵌入技术和多模型特征抽取以及特征融合技术,提出一种基于词嵌入和特... 针对现有传统方法存在特征提取和表示受限、无法同时捕获API序列的空间语义特征和时序特征、无法捕获能决定目标任务的关键特征信息等问题,利用自然语言处理领域的词嵌入技术和多模型特征抽取以及特征融合技术,提出一种基于词嵌入和特征融合的恶意软件检测方法.首先使用自然语言处理领域的词嵌入技术对API序列编码,得到其语义特征编码表示;然后分别利用多重卷积网络和Bi-LSTM网络提取API序列的n-gram局部空间特征和时序特征;最后利用自注意力机制对捕获的特征进行关键位置信息的深度融合,通过刻画深层恶意行为特征实现分类任务.实验结果表明,在二分类任务中,该方法准确率达到94.79%,相较于传统机器学习方法平均提高了12.37%,比深度学习方法平均提高5.78%.在多分类任务中,该方法的准确率也达到91.95%,能够有效地提高对恶意软件的检测准确率. 展开更多

多色熔解曲线法快速检测5种小鼠病原体

借助多色熔解曲线分析技术(multicolor melting curve analysis,MMCA),建立起一套高效、低成本的同时检测5种小鼠病原体(金黄色葡萄球、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、嗜肺巴斯德杆菌、变形杆菌)的多重检测方案,用于快速检测实验动物感... 借助多色熔解曲线分析技术(multicolor melting curve analysis,MMCA),建立起一套高效、低成本的同时检测5种小鼠病原体(金黄色葡萄球、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、嗜肺巴斯德杆菌、变形杆菌)的多重检测方案,用于快速检测实验动物感染情况。同时添加辣椒基因组作为内参,排除假阴性干扰,使结果更准确可靠。通过对探针进行设计,使不同病原菌在不同荧光通道的不同的Tm值处出现熔解峰:在FAM荧光通道,金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎克雷伯菌的熔解峰Tm值分别为(53.51±0.94)℃、(61.23±0.34)℃;在ROX通道,铜绿假单胞菌和嗜肺巴斯德杆菌的熔解峰Tm值分别为(61.70±0.66)℃、(55.98±0.10)℃;在CY5通道,变形杆菌和辣椒内参的熔解峰Tm值分别为(63.91±0.19)℃、(57.43±0.31)℃。经验证,该方法对不同病原体具有不同的检测限,分别为金黄色葡萄球菌102 copies/μL、肺炎克雷伯菌101 copies/μL、铜绿假单胞菌102 copies/μL、嗜肺巴斯德杆菌102 copies/μL、变形杆菌102 copies/μL。综上,研究建立的多色熔解曲线方法能够对多种小鼠常见病原体在单管内进行快速有效的检测。 展开更多

基于前后帧关联的多检测伯努利滤波器

伯努利滤波器作为随机有限集(Random Finite Set,RFS)框架下唯一的单目标跟踪滤波器,以其能够传递完整概率密度函数(Probability Density Function,PDF)而在贝叶斯体系内被视为理论上最优的单目标跟踪解决方案。经典伯努利滤波器基于的... 伯努利滤波器作为随机有限集(Random Finite Set,RFS)框架下唯一的单目标跟踪滤波器,以其能够传递完整概率密度函数(Probability Density Function,PDF)而在贝叶斯体系内被视为理论上最优的单目标跟踪解决方案。经典伯努利滤波器基于的假设是,在每个时刻单个目标最多只能通过观测方程产生一个观测结果。然而,当单个目标形成多个检测结果时,经典伯努利滤波器可能会产生错误的目标状态估计。为了将伯努利滤波器应用于单个目标形成多个检测结果的跟踪场景,学界提出了多种改进型的多检测伯努利滤波器。尽管这些改进型滤波器能有效处理多检测问题,但其在校正步中需要遍历观测集的所有可能子集来计算后验PDF,这不可避免地引入了极高的计算复杂性,限制了它们的实用性。针对多检测伯努利滤波器计算复杂度高的问题,研究人员提出了多种分割算法,通过仅使用部分观测子集而非全部可能子集来计算后验PDF,有效减少了计算需求。然而,当前提出的各种分割算法都仅利用当前时刻的观测集,并未充分利用滤波器递归过程中的运动信息。本文的创新之处在于将视频多目标跟踪领域广泛采用的匈牙利算法引入到贝叶斯体系内的单目标跟踪滤波器,进而提出了一种基于前后帧数据关联的多检测伯努利滤波器以降低滤波器的计算复杂度,实现多检测场景下的单目标快速跟踪。该滤波器利用前一帧的目标状态估计和后一帧的观测集进行关联,根据关联结果选择用于计算校正步的观测集子集。通过巧妙地利用连续帧中包含的动态信息,所提算法能够在校正步计算过程中选择与目标实际观测最接近的子集,在保持滤波器性能基本不变的同时,大幅度减少计算复杂度。基于天波超视距雷达(Over-the-horizon Radar, OTHR)多检测模型的仿真结果表明,与使用所有子集和部分子集的多检测伯努利滤波器相比,本文所提方法在保持性能基本稳定的前提下大幅度减小了计算复杂度。因此,本文所提方法尤其适用于对实时性要求较高的目标跟踪应用。 展开更多
