The construction of high-precision urban rail maps is crucial for the safe and efficient operation of railway transportation systems.However,the repetitive features and sparse textures in urban rail environments pose ...The construction of high-precision urban rail maps is crucial for the safe and efficient operation of railway transportation systems.However,the repetitive features and sparse textures in urban rail environments pose challenges for map construction with high-precision.Motivated by this,this paper proposes a high-precision urban rail map construction algorithm based on multi-sensor fusion.The algorithm integrates laser radar and Inertial Measurement Unit(IMU)data to construct the geometric structure map of the urban rail.It utilizes image point-line features and color information to improve map accuracy by minimizing photometric errors and incorporating color information,thus generating high-precision maps.Experimental results on a real urban rail dataset demonstrate that the proposed algorithm achieves root mean square errors of 0.345 and 1.033m for ground and tunnel scenes,respectively,representing a 19.31%and 56.80%improvement compared to state-ofthe-art methods.展开更多
The traditional A^(*)algorithm exhibits a low efficiency in the path planning of unmanned surface vehicles(USVs).In addition,the path planned presents numerous redundant inflection waypoints,and the security is low,wh...The traditional A^(*)algorithm exhibits a low efficiency in the path planning of unmanned surface vehicles(USVs).In addition,the path planned presents numerous redundant inflection waypoints,and the security is low,which is not conducive to the control of USV and also affects navigation safety.In this paper,these problems were addressed through the following improvements.First,the path search angle and security were comprehensively considered,and a security expansion strategy of nodes based on the 5×5 neighborhood was proposed.The A^(*)algorithm search neighborhood was expanded from 3×3 to 5×5,and safe nodes were screened out for extension via the node security expansion strategy.This algorithm can also optimize path search angles while improving path security.Second,the distance from the current node to the target node was introduced into the heuristic function.The efficiency of the A^(*)algorithm was improved,and the path was smoothed using the Floyd algorithm.For the dynamic adjustment of the weight to improve the efficiency of DWA,the distance from the USV to the target point was introduced into the evaluation function of the dynamic-window approach(DWA)algorithm.Finally,combined with the local target point selection strategy,the optimized DWA algorithm was performed for local path planning.The experimental results show the smooth and safe path planned by the fusion algorithm,which can successfully avoid dynamic obstacles and is effective and feasible in path planning for USVs.展开更多

Netted radars could get position information of the blanket jamming by make use of radars' relative position and the angle information, when there is one blanket jamming. In the presence of error, the localization method and the accuracy analysis of one blanket jamming are given. However, if there are more than one blanket jamming, and the two blanket jamming and two radars are coplanar, the localization of jamming could be error due to localization ambiguity. To solve this confusion, the Kalman filter model is established for all intersections, and through the initiation and association algorithm of multi-target, the false intersection can be eliminated. First,the different sensors images,i. e.,infrared and visible images,are transformed by NSCT to obtain a low frequency sub-band and a series of high frequency sub-bands respectively.Then,the high frequency sub-bands are fused with the max regional energy selection strategy,the low frequency subbands are input into GoogLeNet neural network model to extract feature maps,and the fusion weight matrices are adaptively calculated from the feature maps. Next,the fused low frequency sub-band is obtained with weighted summation. Finally,the fused image is obtained by inverse NSCT. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method improves the image visual effect and achieves better performance in both edge retention and mutual information.展开更多

However, if the measurements are not reliable, the SRCKF may give inaccurate r...In the normal operation condition, a conventional square-root cubature Kalman filter (SRCKF) gives sufficiently good estimation results. However, if the measurements are not reliable, the SRCKF may give inaccurate results and diverges by time. This study introduces an adaptive SRCKF algorithm with the filter gain correction for the case of measurement malfunctions. By proposing a switching criterion, an optimal filter is selected from the adaptive and conventional SRCKF according to the measurement quality. A subsystem soft fault detection algorithm is built with the filter residual. Utilizing a clear subsystem fault coefficient, the faulty subsystem is isolated as a result of the system reconstruction. In order to improve the performance of the multi-sensor system, a hybrid fusion algorithm is presented based on the adaptive SRCKF. The state and error covariance matrix are also predicted by the priori fusion estimates, and are updated by the predicted and estimated information of subsystems. The proposed algorithms were applied to the vessel dynamic positioning system simulation. They were compared with normal SRCKF and local estimation weighted fusion algorithm. The simulation results show that the presented adaptive SRCKF improves the robustness of subsystem filtering, and the hybrid fusion algorithm has the better performance. The simulation verifies the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms.展开更多
In order to improve the ability of a bionic quadruped robot to percept the location of obstacles in a complex and dynamic environment, the information fusion between an ultrasonic sensor and a binocular sensor was stu...In order to improve the ability of a bionic quadruped robot to percept the location of obstacles in a complex and dynamic environment, the information fusion between an ultrasonic sensor and a binocular sensor was studied under the condition that the robot moves in the Walk gait on a structured road. Firstly, the distance information of obstacles from these two sensors was separately processed by the Kalman filter algorithm, which largely reduced the noise interference. After that, we obtained two groups of estimated distance values from the robot to the obstacle and a variance of the estimation value. Additionally, a fusion of the estimation values and the variances was achieved based on the STF fusion algorithm. Finally, a simulation was performed to show that the curve of a real value was tracked well by that of the estimation value, which attributes to the effectiveness of the Kalman filter algorithm. In contrast to statistics before fusion, the fusion variance of the estimation value was sharply decreased. The precision of the position information is 4. 6 cm, which meets the application requirements of the robot.展开更多

The transmitter extracts semantic features for two users separately and then effectively fuses them for broadcasting by leveraging semantic similarity. Unlike traditional allocation of time, power, or bandwidth, the semantic fusion scheme can dynamically control the weight of the semantic features of the two users to balance their performance. Considering the different channel state information(CSI) of both users over DBC,a DBC-Aware method is developed that embeds the CSI of both users into the joint source-channel coding encoder and fusion module to adapt to the channel.Experimental results show that the proposed system outperforms the traditional broadcasting schemes.展开更多
The existing indoor fusion positioning methods based on Pedestrian Dead Reckoning(PDR)and geomagnetic technology have the problems of large initial position error,low sensor accuracy,and geomagnetic mismatch.In this s...The existing indoor fusion positioning methods based on Pedestrian Dead Reckoning(PDR)and geomagnetic technology have the problems of large initial position error,low sensor accuracy,and geomagnetic mismatch.In this study,a novel indoor fusion positioning approach based on the improved particle filter algorithm by geomagnetic iterative matching is proposed,where Wi-Fi,PDR,and geomagnetic signals are integrated to improve indoor positioning performances.One important contribution is that geomagnetic iterative matching is firstly proposed based on the particle filter algorithm.During the positioning process,an iterative window and a constraint window are introduced to limit the particle generation range and the geomagnetic matching range respectively.The position is corrected several times based on geomagnetic iterative matching in the location correction stage when the pedestrian movement is detected,which made up for the shortage of only one time of geomagnetic correction in the existing particle filter algorithm.In addition,this study also proposes a real-time step detection algorithm based on multi-threshold constraints to judge whether pedestrians are moving,which satisfies the real-time requirement of our fusion positioning approach.Through experimental verification,the average positioning accuracy of the proposed approach reaches 1.59 m,which improves 33.2%compared with the existing particle filter fusion positioning algorithms.展开更多

The performance of detection fusion was studied and compared based on the Neyman-Pearson principle when the binary phase shift keying (BPSK) and on-off keying (OOK) modes were used by the local sensors. The comparative simulation and analysis between the optimal likelihood ratio test and the proposed strategy was completed, and both the theoretical analysis and simulation indicate that using the proposed new strategy could improve the detection performance effectively. It is therefore necessary to perform color...Due to the selective absorption of light and the existence of a large number of floating media in sea water, underwater images often suffer from color casts and detail blurs. It is therefore necessary to perform color correction and detail restoration. However,the existing enhancement algorithms cannot achieve the desired results. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a multi-stream feature fusion network. First, an underwater image is preprocessed to obtain potential information from the illumination stream, color stream and structure stream by histogram equalization with contrast limitation, gamma correction and white balance, respectively. Next, these three streams and the original raw stream are sent to the residual blocks to extract the features. The features will be subsequently fused. It can enhance feature representation in underwater images. In the meantime, a composite loss function including three terms is used to ensure the quality of the enhanced image from the three aspects of color balance, structure preservation and image smoothness. Therefore, the enhanced image is more in line with human visual perception.Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by comparison experiments with many stateof-the-art underwater image enhancement algorithms. Experimental results show that the proposed method provides superior results over them in terms of MSE,PSNR, SSIM, UIQM and UCIQE, and the enhanced images are more similar to their ground truth images.展开更多

In the multi-radar networking system,aiming at the problem of locating long-distance targets synergistically with difficulty and low accuracy,a dual-station joint positioning method based on the target measurement err...In the multi-radar networking system,aiming at the problem of locating long-distance targets synergistically with difficulty and low accuracy,a dual-station joint positioning method based on the target measurement error feature complementarity is proposed.For dual-station joint positioning,by constructing the target positioning error distribution model and using the complementarity of spatial measurement errors of the same long-distance target,the area with high probability of target existence can be obtained.Then,based on the target distance information,the midpoint of the intersection between the target positioning sphere and the positioning tangent plane can be solved to acquire the target's optimal positioning result.The simulation demonstrates that this method greatly improves the positioning accuracy of target in azimuth direction.Compared with the traditional the dynamic weighted fusion(DWF)algorithm and the filter-based dynamic weighted fusion(FBDWF)algorithm,it not only effectively eliminates the influence of systematic error in the azimuth direction,but also has low computational complexity.Furthermore,for the application scenarios of multi-radar collaborative positioning and multi-sensor data compression filtering in centralized information fusion,it is recommended that using radar with higher ranging accuracy and the lengths of baseline between radars are 20–100 km.展开更多

文摘At present, multi-se nsor fusion is widely used in object recognition and classification, since this technique can efficiently improve the accuracy and the ability of fault toleranc e. This paper describes a multi-sensor fusion system, which is model-based and used for rotating mechanical failure diagnosis. In the data fusion process, the fuzzy neural network is selected and used for the data fusion at report level. By comparing the experimental results of fault diagnoses based on fusion data wi th that on original separate data,it is shown that the former is more accurate than the latter.
文摘针对自动驾驶路面上目标漏检和错检的问题,提出一种基于改进Centerfusion的自动驾驶3D目标检测模型。该模型通过将相机信息和雷达特征融合,构成多通道特征数据输入,从而增强目标检测网络的鲁棒性,减少漏检问题;为了能够得到更加准确丰富的3D目标检测信息,引入了改进的注意力机制,用于增强视锥网格中的雷达点云和视觉信息融合;使用改进的损失函数优化边框预测的准确度。在Nuscenes数据集上进行模型验证和对比,实验结果表明,相较于传统的Centerfusion模型,提出的模型平均检测精度均值(mean Average Precision,mAP)提高了1.3%,Nuscenes检测分数(Nuscenes Detection Scores,NDS)提高了1.2%。
文摘The localization of the blanket jamming is studied and a new method of solving the localization ambiguity is proposed. Radars only can acquire angle information without range information when encountering the blanket jamming. Netted radars could get position information of the blanket jamming by make use of radars' relative position and the angle information, when there is one blanket jamming. In the presence of error, the localization method and the accuracy analysis of one blanket jamming are given. However, if there are more than one blanket jamming, and the two blanket jamming and two radars are coplanar, the localization of jamming could be error due to localization ambiguity. To solve this confusion, the Kalman filter model is established for all intersections, and through the initiation and association algorithm of multi-target, the false intersection can be eliminated. Simulations show that the presented method is valid.

文摘In order to improve the detail preservation and target information integrity of different sensor fusion images,an image fusion method of different sensors based on non-subsampling contourlet transform(NSCT)and GoogLeNet neural network model is proposed. First,the different sensors images,i. e.,infrared and visible images,are transformed by NSCT to obtain a low frequency sub-band and a series of high frequency sub-bands respectively.Then,the high frequency sub-bands are fused with the max regional energy selection strategy,the low frequency subbands are input into GoogLeNet neural network model to extract feature maps,and the fusion weight matrices are adaptively calculated from the feature maps. Next,the fused low frequency sub-band is obtained with weighted summation. Finally,the fused image is obtained by inverse NSCT. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method improves the image visual effect and achieves better performance in both edge retention and mutual information.

文摘In the normal operation condition, a conventional square-root cubature Kalman filter (SRCKF) gives sufficiently good estimation results. However, if the measurements are not reliable, the SRCKF may give inaccurate results and diverges by time. This study introduces an adaptive SRCKF algorithm with the filter gain correction for the case of measurement malfunctions. By proposing a switching criterion, an optimal filter is selected from the adaptive and conventional SRCKF according to the measurement quality. A subsystem soft fault detection algorithm is built with the filter residual. Utilizing a clear subsystem fault coefficient, the faulty subsystem is isolated as a result of the system reconstruction. In order to improve the performance of the multi-sensor system, a hybrid fusion algorithm is presented based on the adaptive SRCKF. The state and error covariance matrix are also predicted by the priori fusion estimates, and are updated by the predicted and estimated information of subsystems. The proposed algorithms were applied to the vessel dynamic positioning system simulation. They were compared with normal SRCKF and local estimation weighted fusion algorithm. The simulation results show that the presented adaptive SRCKF improves the robustness of subsystem filtering, and the hybrid fusion algorithm has the better performance. The simulation verifies the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms.

文摘In order to improve the ability of a bionic quadruped robot to percept the location of obstacles in a complex and dynamic environment, the information fusion between an ultrasonic sensor and a binocular sensor was studied under the condition that the robot moves in the Walk gait on a structured road. Firstly, the distance information of obstacles from these two sensors was separately processed by the Kalman filter algorithm, which largely reduced the noise interference. After that, we obtained two groups of estimated distance values from the robot to the obstacle and a variance of the estimation value. Additionally, a fusion of the estimation values and the variances was achieved based on the STF fusion algorithm. Finally, a simulation was performed to show that the curve of a real value was tracked well by that of the estimation value, which attributes to the effectiveness of the Kalman filter algorithm. In contrast to statistics before fusion, the fusion variance of the estimation value was sharply decreased. The precision of the position information is 4. 6 cm, which meets the application requirements of the robot.

文摘Degraded broadcast channels(DBC) are a typical multiuser communication scenario, Semantic communications over DBC still lack in-depth research. In this paper, we design a semantic communications approach based on multi-user semantic fusion for wireless image transmission over DBC. The transmitter extracts semantic features for two users separately and then effectively fuses them for broadcasting by leveraging semantic similarity. Unlike traditional allocation of time, power, or bandwidth, the semantic fusion scheme can dynamically control the weight of the semantic features of the two users to balance their performance. Considering the different channel state information(CSI) of both users over DBC,a DBC-Aware method is developed that embeds the CSI of both users into the joint source-channel coding encoder and fusion module to adapt to the channel.Experimental results show that the proposed system outperforms the traditional broadcasting schemes.

文摘The existing indoor fusion positioning methods based on Pedestrian Dead Reckoning(PDR)and geomagnetic technology have the problems of large initial position error,low sensor accuracy,and geomagnetic mismatch.In this study,a novel indoor fusion positioning approach based on the improved particle filter algorithm by geomagnetic iterative matching is proposed,where Wi-Fi,PDR,and geomagnetic signals are integrated to improve indoor positioning performances.One important contribution is that geomagnetic iterative matching is firstly proposed based on the particle filter algorithm.During the positioning process,an iterative window and a constraint window are introduced to limit the particle generation range and the geomagnetic matching range respectively.The position is corrected several times based on geomagnetic iterative matching in the location correction stage when the pedestrian movement is detected,which made up for the shortage of only one time of geomagnetic correction in the existing particle filter algorithm.In addition,this study also proposes a real-time step detection algorithm based on multi-threshold constraints to judge whether pedestrians are moving,which satisfies the real-time requirement of our fusion positioning approach.Through experimental verification,the average positioning accuracy of the proposed approach reaches 1.59 m,which improves 33.2%compared with the existing particle filter fusion positioning algorithms.

文摘Based on the dinuclear system model,the calculated evaporation residue cross sections matched well with the current experimental results.The synthesis of superheavy elements Z=121 was systematically studied through combinations of stable projectiles with Z=21-30 and targets with half-lives exceeding 50 d.The influence of mass asymmetry and isotopic dependence on the projectile and target nuclei was investigated in detail.The reactions^(254)Es(^(46)Ti,3n)^(297)121 and^(252)Es(^(46)Ti,3n)^(295)121 were found to be experimentally feasible for synthesizing superheavy element Z=121,with maximal evaporation residue cross sections of 6.619 and 4.123 fb at 219.9 and 223.9 MeV,respectively.

文摘In order to solve the distributed detection fusion problem of underwater target detection, when the signal to noise ratio (SNR) of the acoustic channel is low, a new strategy for united detection fusion and communication using multiple sensors was proposed. The performance of detection fusion was studied and compared based on the Neyman-Pearson principle when the binary phase shift keying (BPSK) and on-off keying (OOK) modes were used by the local sensors. The comparative simulation and analysis between the optimal likelihood ratio test and the proposed strategy was completed, and both the theoretical analysis and simulation indicate that using the proposed new strategy could improve the detection performance effectively. In theory, the proposed strategy of united detection fusion and communication is of great significance to the establishment of an underwater target detection system.

文摘The received signals used for sparse code multiple access(SCMA)detection are usually contaminated with noise during transmission,which exposes an issue of low decoding efficiency.To address this issue,a novel detector based on a residual network(ResNet)perception fusion framework(RSMPA)is proposed for uplink SCMA system in this paper.Specifically,we first formulate a joint design of perception system and traditional communication module.A perception framework based on ResNet is applied to cancel the noise component and enhance the communication system performance.The ResNet model is designed and trained using the clean and noisy SCMA signal,respectively.Based on the denoised output,information iteration process is executed for multi-user detection.Simulation results indicate that the perception model achieves an excellent denoising performance for SCMA system and the proposed scheme outperforms the conventional detection algorithms in terms of SER performance.

文摘Due to the selective absorption of light and the existence of a large number of floating media in sea water, underwater images often suffer from color casts and detail blurs. It is therefore necessary to perform color correction and detail restoration. However,the existing enhancement algorithms cannot achieve the desired results. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a multi-stream feature fusion network. First, an underwater image is preprocessed to obtain potential information from the illumination stream, color stream and structure stream by histogram equalization with contrast limitation, gamma correction and white balance, respectively. Next, these three streams and the original raw stream are sent to the residual blocks to extract the features. The features will be subsequently fused. It can enhance feature representation in underwater images. In the meantime, a composite loss function including three terms is used to ensure the quality of the enhanced image from the three aspects of color balance, structure preservation and image smoothness. Therefore, the enhanced image is more in line with human visual perception.Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by comparison experiments with many stateof-the-art underwater image enhancement algorithms. Experimental results show that the proposed method provides superior results over them in terms of MSE,PSNR, SSIM, UIQM and UCIQE, and the enhanced images are more similar to their ground truth images.

文摘Because of their economy and applicability,high-power thyristor devices are widely used in the power supply systems for large fusion devices.When high-dose neutrons produced by deuterium–tritium(D–T)fusion reactions are irradiated on a thyristor device for a long time,the electrical characteristics of the device change,which may eventually cause irreversible damage.In this study,with the thyristor switch of the commutation circuit in the quench protection system(QPS)of a fusion device as the study object,the relationship between the internal physical structure and external electrical parameters of the irradiated thyristor is established.Subsequently,a series of targeted thyristor physical simulations and neutron irradiation experiments are conducted to verify the accuracy of the theoretical analysis.In addition,the effect of irradiated thyristor electrical characteristic changes on the entire QPS is studied by accurate simulation,providing valuable guidelines for the maintenance and renovation of the QPS.

文摘An effective breeding blanket is critical to support tritium self-sufficiency for future fusion reactors.The difficulty is to achieve tritium breeding ratio(TBR)target of 1.05 or more.This paper presents a new design approach to the blanket design process.It indicates that fusion blanket design is affected by universal functions based on iterations.Three aspects are worth more attention from fusion engineers in the future.The first factor is that the iterations on the material fractions affect not only structure scheme but also TBR variation.The second factor is the cooling condition affecting final TBR due to the change of the structure material proportion.The third factor is temperature field related to the tritium release.In particular,it is suggested that the statistical calculation of effective TBR must be under reasonable control of the blanket temperature field.This approach is novel for blanket engineering in development of a fusion reactor.
文摘In the multi-radar networking system,aiming at the problem of locating long-distance targets synergistically with difficulty and low accuracy,a dual-station joint positioning method based on the target measurement error feature complementarity is proposed.For dual-station joint positioning,by constructing the target positioning error distribution model and using the complementarity of spatial measurement errors of the same long-distance target,the area with high probability of target existence can be obtained.Then,based on the target distance information,the midpoint of the intersection between the target positioning sphere and the positioning tangent plane can be solved to acquire the target's optimal positioning result.The simulation demonstrates that this method greatly improves the positioning accuracy of target in azimuth direction.Compared with the traditional the dynamic weighted fusion(DWF)algorithm and the filter-based dynamic weighted fusion(FBDWF)algorithm,it not only effectively eliminates the influence of systematic error in the azimuth direction,but also has low computational complexity.Furthermore,for the application scenarios of multi-radar collaborative positioning and multi-sensor data compression filtering in centralized information fusion,it is recommended that using radar with higher ranging accuracy and the lengths of baseline between radars are 20–100 km.
