The combustion and detonation processes of energetic materials exhibit remarkable complexity and ultra-fast transient characteristics.While reactive molecular dynamics has been extensively employed to investigate the ...The combustion and detonation processes of energetic materials exhibit remarkable complexity and ultra-fast transient characteristics.While reactive molecular dynamics has been extensively employed to investigate the reaction dynamics of energetic materials,its utility is often constrained to capturing only fundamental reaction events and species information,thereby limiting mechanistic investigations of complex reaction pathways.To elucidate the topological features of energetic material reaction networks and identify critical reaction pathways with high fidelity,this study presents ReacNetwork-an advanced large-scale reaction network analysis methodology that synergistically integrates complex network theory with molecular simulation techniques.Specifically,we have developed a multi-dimensional feature screening protocol based on node centrality metrics and K-shell decomposition algorithms.Takingα-Hexahydro-1,3,5-trinitro-1,3,5-triazine(α-RDX)as the subject,we successfully constructed a comprehensive high-temperature thermal decomposition reaction network consisting of 1,134 distinct chemical species and 3,626 elementary reactions.Through systematic application of community detection algorithms and global topological feature extraction techniques,we achieved effective dimensionality reduction and successfully identified the dominant reaction pathway within theα-RDX thermal decomposition network.The computational results not only validate the well-established initial reaction mechanism dominated by N-NO2 homolytic bond cleavage,but also provide unprecedented visualization ofα-RDX framework ring-opening dynamics and subsequent radical chain propagation networks.展开更多
Correlation and path coefficient analyses were conducted for 10 characteristics of 24 pure lines of flue-cured tobacco such as plant height, knot distance, leaf number, the central leaf length and width, ratio of the ...Correlation and path coefficient analyses were conducted for 10 characteristics of 24 pure lines of flue-cured tobacco such as plant height, knot distance, leaf number, the central leaf length and width, ratio of the length to width, stem girth, dates of budding, leaf yield and ratio of the prime-medium tobacco. The leaf number and the central leaf length showed a positive or a strong positive correlation with the yield per plant. And the leaf number and leaf yield per plant showed a strong positive correlation with the ratio of prime-medium tobacco. The results showed that the leaf yield per plant among these characteristics played a major role in determining the ratio of prime-medium tobacco while the others were less related with the ratio. Square sum of deviation method cluster analyses showed that 24 pure lines of flue-cured tobacco were clustered into two groups. Of the pure lines, Line T1706 and Line T1245 had a far relationship with all other lines, and also had a heterosis when crossed with the other lines. Lines Guangdonghuang 1 and R72(3)B-2-1 were closely related.展开更多
Pantograph-catenary contact force provides the main basis for evaluation of current quality collection; however,the pantograph-catenary contact force is largely affected by the catenary irregularities.To analyze the c...Pantograph-catenary contact force provides the main basis for evaluation of current quality collection; however,the pantograph-catenary contact force is largely affected by the catenary irregularities.To analyze the correlated relationship between catenary irregularities and pantograph-catenary contact force,a method based on nonlinear auto-regressive with exogenous input(NARX) neural networks was developed.First,to collect the test data of catenary irregularities and contact force,the pantograph/catenary dynamics model was established and dynamic simulation was conducted using MATLAB/Simulink.Second,catenary irregularities were used as the input to NARX neural network and the contact force was determined as output of the NARX neural network,in which the neural network was trained by an improved training mechanism based on the regularization algorithm.The simulation results show that the testing error and correlation coefficient are 0.1100 and 0.8029,respectively,and the prediction accuracy is satisfactory.And the comparisons with other algorithms indicate the validity and superiority of the proposed approach.展开更多

But unfortunately, the cyclic cross-correlation will not really approach zero due to the limited data length in some real conditions. In this paper, the quantitative relation between the data length and the estimated cyclic cross-correlation is deduced, and some useful conclusions are drawn, which are proven by some computer simulations. A blind separation method for space-time block code (STBC) systems is proposed by using the ordinary independent component analysis (ICA). This method cannot work when specific complex modulations are employed since the assumption of mutual independence cannot be satisfied. The analysis shows that source signals, which are group-wise independent and use multi-dimensional ICA (MICA) instead of ordinary ICA, can be applied in this case. Utilizing the block-diagonal structure of the cumulant matrices, the JADE algorithm is generalized to the multidimensional case to separate the received data into mutually independent groups. Compared with ordinary ICA algorithms, the proposed method does not introduce additional ambiguities. Simulations show that the proposed method overcomes the drawback and achieves a better performance without utilizing coding information than channel estimation based algorithms.展开更多
