The fusion of infrared and visible images should emphasize the salient targets in the infrared image while preserving the textural details of the visible images.To meet these requirements,an autoencoder-based method for infrared and visible image fusion is proposed.The encoder designed according to the optimization objective consists of a base encoder and a detail encoder,which is used to extract low-frequency and high-frequency information from the image.This extraction may lead to some information not being captured,so a compensation encoder is proposed to supplement the missing information.Multi-scale decomposition is also employed to extract image features more comprehensively.The decoder combines low-frequency,high-frequency and supplementary information to obtain multi-scale features.Subsequently,the attention strategy and fusion module are introduced to perform multi-scale fusion for image reconstruction.Experimental results on three datasets show that the fused images generated by this network effectively retain salient targets while being more consistent with human visual perception. 展开更多

医学图像分割在临床诊疗和病理分析中具有重要的应用价值。近年来,去噪扩散模型在图像分割建模方面取得了显著成功,其能够更好地捕获图像中的复杂结构和细节信息。然而,利用去噪扩散模型进行医学图像分割的方法大多忽略了分割目标的边... 医学图像分割在临床诊疗和病理分析中具有重要的应用价值。近年来,去噪扩散模型在图像分割建模方面取得了显著成功,其能够更好地捕获图像中的复杂结构和细节信息。然而,利用去噪扩散模型进行医学图像分割的方法大多忽略了分割目标的边界不确定和区域模糊因素,从而造成了最终分割结果的不稳定性和不准确性。为了解决这一问题,提出了一种基于模糊逻辑驱动的医学图像扩散融合网络分割模型(FDiff-Fusion)。该模型通过将去噪扩散模型集成到经典U-Net网络中,有效地从输入医学图像中提取丰富的语义信息。由于医学图像的分割目标边界不确定性和区域模糊化现象普遍存在,因此在U-Net网络的跳跃路径上设计了一种模糊学习模块。该模块为输入的编码特征设置多个模糊隶属度函数,以描述特征点之间的相似程度,并对模糊隶属度函数应用模糊规则处理,从而增强了模型对不确定边界和模糊区域的建模能力。此外,为了提高模型分割结果的准确性和鲁棒性,在测试阶段引入了基于迭代注意力特征融合的方法。该方法将局部上下文信息添加到注意力模块中的全局上下文信息中,以融合每个去噪时间步的预测结果。实验结果显示,与现有的先进分割网络相比,FDiff-Fusion在BRATS 2020脑肿瘤数据集上获得的平均Dice分数和HD95距离分别为84.16%和2.473mm,在BTCV腹部多器官数据集上获得的平均Dice分数和HD95距离分别为83.82%和7.98mm,表现出良好的分割性能。 展开更多

Contourlet transform is a flexible multiresolution, local and directional image expansion, also provids a sparse representation for two-dimensional piece-wise smooth signals resembling images. Due to lack of translation invariance property in Contourlet transform, the conventional image fusion algorithm based on Contourlet transform introduces many artifacts. According to the theory of cycle spinning applied to image denoising, an invariance transform can reduce the artifacts through a series of processing efficiently. So the technology of cycle spinning is introduced to develop the translation invariant Contourlet fusion algorithm. This method can effectively eliminate the Gibbs-like phenomenon, extract the characteristics of original images, and preserve more important information. Experimental results show the simplicity and effectiveness of the method and its advantages over the conventional approaches. 展开更多

In last few years,guided image fusion algorithms become more and more popular.However,the current algorithms cannot solve the halo artifacts.We propose an image fusion algorithm based on fast weighted guided filter.Firstly,the source images are separated into a series of high and low frequency components.Secondly,three visual features of the source image are extracted to construct a decision graph model.Thirdly,a fast weighted guided filter is raised to optimize the result obtained in the previous step and reduce the time complexity by considering the correlation among neighboring pixels.Finally,the image obtained in the previous step is combined with the weight map to realize the image fusion.The proposed algorithm is applied to multi-focus,visible-infrared and multi-modal image respectively and the final results show that the algorithm effectively solves the halo artifacts of the merged images with higher efficiency,and is better than the traditional method considering subjective visual consequent and objective evaluation. 展开更多

Fusion methods based on multi-scale transforms have become the mainstream of the pixel-level image fusion. However,most of these methods cannot fully exploit spatial domain information of source images, which lead to the degradation of image.This paper presents a fusion framework based on block-matching and 3D(BM3D) multi-scale transform. The algorithm first divides the image into different blocks and groups these 2D image blocks into 3D arrays by their similarity. Then it uses a 3D transform which consists of a 2D multi-scale and a 1D transform to transfer the arrays into transform coefficients, and then the obtained low-and high-coefficients are fused by different fusion rules. The final fused image is obtained from a series of fused 3D image block groups after the inverse transform by using an aggregation process. In the experimental part, we comparatively analyze some existing algorithms and the using of different transforms, e.g. non-subsampled Contourlet transform(NSCT), non-subsampled Shearlet transform(NSST), in the 3D transform step. Experimental results show that the proposed fusion framework can not only improve subjective visual effect, but also obtain better objective evaluation criteria than state-of-the-art methods. 展开更多

Inverse NWF transform is performed on the composite NWF transform coefficients in order to obtain the intermediate fused image. Finally, intensity adjustment is applied to the intermediate fused image in order to maintain the dynamic intensity range. This paper is concerned on multiresolution (MR) image fusion. Considering the characteristics of the multisensor (SAR and FLIR etc) and the goal of fusion, which is to achieve one image in possession of the contours feature and the target region feature. It seems more meaningful to combine features rather than pixels. A multisensor image fusion scheme based on K-means duster and steerable pyramid is presented. K-means cluster is used to segment out objects in FLIR images. The steerable pyramid is a multiresolution analysis method, which has a good property to extract contours information at different scales, Comparisons are made with the relevant existing techniques in the literature. The paper concludes with some examples to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed scheme. 展开更多

Image fusion based on the sparse representation(SR)has become the primary research direction of the transform domain method.However,the SR-based image fusion algorithm has the characteristics of high computational complexity and neglecting the local features of an image,resulting in limited image detail retention and a high registration misalignment sensitivity.In order to overcome these shortcomings and the noise existing in the image of the fusion process,this paper proposes a new signal decomposition model,namely the multi-source image fusion algorithm of the gradient regularization convolution SR(CSR).The main innovation of this work is using the sparse optimization function to perform two-scale decomposition of the source image to obtain high-frequency components and low-frequency components.The sparse coefficient is obtained by the gradient regularization CSR model,and the sparse coefficient is taken as the maximum value to get the optimal high frequency component of the fused image.The best low frequency component is obtained by using the fusion strategy of the extreme or the average value.The final fused image is obtained by adding two optimal components.Experimental results demonstrate that this method greatly improves the ability to maintain image details and reduces image registration sensitivity. 展开更多

针对无人机航拍图像存在多个小目标聚集、目标尺度变化大的问题,提出一种改进YOLOv8的目标检测算法TS-YOLO(tiny and scale-YOLO)。在主干部分去除冗余的特征提取层,设计了一种高效特征提取模块(efficient feature extraction module,EF... 针对无人机航拍图像存在多个小目标聚集、目标尺度变化大的问题,提出一种改进YOLOv8的目标检测算法TS-YOLO(tiny and scale-YOLO)。在主干部分去除冗余的特征提取层,设计了一种高效特征提取模块(efficient feature extraction module,EFEM),避免小目标特征消失在冗余信息中。在颈部设计了一种双重跨尺度加权特征融合方法(dual cross-scale weighted feature-fusion,DCWF),融合多尺度信息的同时抑制噪声干扰,提升特征表达能力。通过构建一种参数共享检测头(parameter-shared detection header,PSDH),使回归和分类任务实现参数共享,保证检测精度的同时有效降低了模型的参数量。所提模型在VisDrone-2019数据集上的精度(P)和召回率(R)分别达到54.0%、42.5%;相比于原始YOLOv8s模型,mAP50提高了5.0个百分点,达到44.5%,且参数量减少了55.8%,仅有4.94×106;在DOTAv1.0遥感数据集上,mAP50达到71.9%,仍具有较好的泛化能力。 展开更多

针对传统的特征融合算法多从单一的尺度上抽取图像的特征,并且在红外图像亮度增强过程中可能导致局部特征信息的丢失与退化而引起红外图像细节分辨率不高的问题,提出了多尺度特征提取与融合的红外图像增强算法,主要由多尺度自适应特征... 针对传统的特征融合算法多从单一的尺度上抽取图像的特征,并且在红外图像亮度增强过程中可能导致局部特征信息的丢失与退化而引起红外图像细节分辨率不高的问题,提出了多尺度特征提取与融合的红外图像增强算法,主要由多尺度自适应特征提取模块、亮度增强迭代函数以及特征融合和图像重建模块构成。首先,提出的多尺度自适应特征提取融合模块保存和融合了来自不同卷积层特征的多尺度信息;然后,改进的亮度增强迭代函数使用了融合特征作为逐像素参数,用于红外图像亮度增强;最后,通过提出的特征融合和图像重建模块,增强了特征在网络中的传播能力,并保持了局部信息的完整性。实验结果表明:多尺度特征提取与融合的红外图像增强算法与其它表现较好的网络相比,峰值信噪比、余弦相似度以及信息熵分别提高了3.7%、1.3%、1.6%。且在测试数据集上根据引用的火灾隐患检测算法判断是否存在火灾隐患进行早期火灾检测,其准确率为97.86%,说明了提出的多尺度特征提取与融合的红外图像增强算法的有效性与可行性。 展开更多

针对多模态医学图像融合过程中多尺度特征和纹理细节信息丢失的问题,提出一种基于生成对抗网络和多尺度空间注意力的图像融合算法。首先,生成器采用自编码器结构,分别利用编码器和解码器对输入图像进行特征提取、融合和重建,生成融合图... 针对多模态医学图像融合过程中多尺度特征和纹理细节信息丢失的问题,提出一种基于生成对抗网络和多尺度空间注意力的图像融合算法。首先,生成器采用自编码器结构,分别利用编码器和解码器对输入图像进行特征提取、融合和重建,生成融合图像;其次,整个对抗网络框架采用双鉴别器结构,使得生成器生成的融合图像同时保留多个模态图像的显著特征;最后,构建一种多尺度空间注意力作为编码器进行特征提取的基本模块,利用多尺度结构充分捕获并保留源图像的多尺度特征,并且引入空间注意力更好地保留源图像的结构和细节信息。全脑图谱数据库上的实验结果表明:所提算法生成的融合图像不仅纹理细节更为丰富,有助于人类视觉观察,而且在3种不同类型的医学图像融合任务上平均梯度、峰值信噪比、互信息、视觉信息保真度等客观评价指标的平均值分别达到0.3023、20.7207、1.4414、0.6498,与其他先进的算法相比具有一定的优势。 展开更多

采用自动化手段对植物生长过程中的表型特征进行精准测量对于育种和栽培等应用具有重要意义。本文围绕工厂化生菜种植中的表型特征无损精准检测需求,通过融合深度相机采集的RGB图像和深度图像,利用改进的DeepLabv3+模型进行图像分割,并... 采用自动化手段对植物生长过程中的表型特征进行精准测量对于育种和栽培等应用具有重要意义。本文围绕工厂化生菜种植中的表型特征无损精准检测需求,通过融合深度相机采集的RGB图像和深度图像,利用改进的DeepLabv3+模型进行图像分割,并通过双模态回归网络对生菜表型特征进行估算。本文改进的分割模型的骨干网络由Xception替换为MobileViTv2,以增强其全局感知能力和性能;在回归网络中,提出了卷积双模态特征融合模块CMMCM,用于估算生菜的表型特征。在包含4个生菜品种的公开数据集上的实验结果表明,本文方法可对鲜质量、干质量、冠幅、叶面积和株高共5种生菜表型特征进行估算,决定系数分别达到0.9222、0.9314、0.8620、0.9359和0.8875。相较于未添加CMMCM和SE模块的RGB和深度图的表型参数估计基准ResNet-10(双模态),本文改进的模型决定系数分别提高2.54%、2.54%、1.48%、2.99%和4.88%,单幅图像检测耗时为44.8 ms,说明该方法对于双模态图像融合的生菜表型特征无损提取具有较高的准确性和实时性。 展开更多

为资源合理利用、生态保护与修复提供科学依据,文中提出基于多源遥感数据的遥感影像生态地块划分方法,实现了高精度生态地块划分。采用高频调制融合法逐像素融合处理采集的生态环境多源遥感影像;构建新的卷积神经网络(CNN),以融合后的... 为资源合理利用、生态保护与修复提供科学依据,文中提出基于多源遥感数据的遥感影像生态地块划分方法,实现了高精度生态地块划分。采用高频调制融合法逐像素融合处理采集的生态环境多源遥感影像;构建新的卷积神经网络(CNN),以融合后的高光谱影像为输入,通过在CNN中引入分组卷积和残差学习,实现输入高光谱影像多尺度特征提取,经过全连接层和softmax层的处理后,输出生态地块划分结果,并在softmax层中引入多分类Focal loss损失函数,解决生态地块划分结果产生的类别不平衡问题,提升生态地块划分精度。实验证明,该方法能够准确划分生态地块,划分精度平均值达到95.38%。融合后的多源遥感影像光谱扭曲度数值均低于20,可以确保融合影像在光谱信息上的高保真度,提高生态地块划分的准确性。 展开更多

提出了一种动态场景下火灾烟雾多特征融合识别定位算法。为解决动态场景下烟雾准确识别与定位问题,将ORB特征提取结合改进的K—最近邻(KNN)算法,实现了更准确的特征点匹配,通过特征点对灰度阈值划分,实现特征点的分离,达到精确的背景补... 提出了一种动态场景下火灾烟雾多特征融合识别定位算法。为解决动态场景下烟雾准确识别与定位问题,将ORB特征提取结合改进的K—最近邻(KNN)算法,实现了更准确的特征点匹配,通过特征点对灰度阈值划分,实现特征点的分离,达到精确的背景补偿;从烟雾静态特征出发,经过烟雾增强的颜色分割后,引入暗通道帧差法,结合亮度视觉注意机制模型,突出烟雾显著区域,实现了轮廓区域精准分割;最后将烟雾纹理信息与轮廓不规则性两类特征进行融合,对融合后的特征向量进行支持向量机(SVM)训练,实现烟雾区域的最终判定。定位实验表明:所提算法具有能够满足动态场景下的火灾烟雾准确识别与定位。 展开更多
