To fulfill the demands for higher quality,efficiency and flexibility in aviation industry,a multi-functional end effector is designed to automate the drilling and riveting processes in assembling carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)and aluminum components for a robotic aircraft assembly system.To meet the specific functional requirements for blind rivet installation on CFRP and aluminum materials,additional modules are incorporated on the end effector aside of the basic processing modules for drilling.And all of these processing modules allow for a onestep-drilling-countersinking process,hole inspection,automatic rivet feed,rivet geometry check,sealant application,rivet insertion and installation.Besides,to guarantee the better quality of the hole drilled and joints riveted,several online detection and adjustment measures are applied to this end effector,including the reference detection and perpendicular calibration,which could effectively ensure the positioning precision and perpendicular accuracy as demanded.Finally,the test result shows that this end effector is capable of producing each hole to a positioning precision within ±0.5 mm,aperpendicular accuracy within 0.3°,a diameter tolerance of H8,and a countersink depth tolerance of±0.01 mm.Moreover,it could drill and rivet up to three joints per minute,with acceptable shearing and tensile strength. 展开更多

Biodiesel is an attractive alternative to fossil fuels due to the energy and environmental concerns. In this paper, seven different multi –SO_(3)H functionalized ILs based on the low-cost less-substituted amines, which contained massive sites for functionalization of sulfonic acid groups and further treatment of sulfonate-based anions, were prepared as catalysts with high acidity and desirable catalytic activity for the synthesis of biodiesel from the esterification of oleic acid with methanol. The physicochemical properties of these acidic ILs were characterized by a variety of analytical techniques such as FT-IR, EA, TGA, and the Br?nsted acidity was well determined by UV–vis. Among the ILs prepared, [EDA-PS][P-TSA] showed the highest catalytic activity for esterification due to its high acidity and appropriate miscibility with reactants, with an ultrahigh97.58% conversion of oleic acid under the optimum conditions(i.e. reaction time, 1.8 h;catalyst amount, 3 wt%;alcohol/acid molar ratio, 13:1,temperature 70℃) acquired from the Box–Behnken response surface methodology. With the novel strategy of multi –SO_(3) H modification on ILs,our catalyst had an approaching or even superior oleic acid conversion rate compared to other reported catalysts with considerably lower catalyst dosage and shorter reaction time. More importantly, it also exhibited high generality for converting various FFA feedstocks into biodiesel with considerable conversion within 93.59–94.33% under a rather lower catalyst dosage, which showed the valuable potential for converting low-cost oils into biodiesel from an economic and environmental perspective. 展开更多

A compound multi-functional sensor was designed by the study on the on-line testing technology of wood-based panels, and its properties of shape, functions, size, resistance to special environment were studied in details. The operational principles of different sensors, technical flow of manufacturing, development of software systems of special functions, and the assessments of technical specification were also be introduced. This sensor adopted many new technologies, such as the applications of piezoresistant effect and heat sensitive effect can effectively measure the pressure and temperature, digital signal processing technology was used to extract and treat signals, and resist interference, encapsulation technology was used to keep the normal run of sensor under a harsh environment. Thus, the on-line compound multi-functional temperature/pressure sensor can be applied better to supervise the production of wood-based panels. All technical specifications of the compound multi-functional sensor were tested and the results met the requirements of the equipments. 展开更多

A multi-group pin power reconstruction method that fully exploits nodal information obtained from global coarse mesh solution has been developed.It expands the intra-nodal flux distributions into nonseparable semi-analytic basis functions,and a colorset based form function generating method is proposed,which can accurately model the spectral interaction occurring at assembly interface.To demonstrate its accuracy and applicability to realistic problems, the new method is tested against two benchmark problems,including a mixed-oxide fuel problem.The results show that the new method is comparable in accuracy to fine-mesh methods. 展开更多

In order to realize the on-line real-time measurement of neutron spectrum of ITER fusion,this paper presents a multi-sphere spectrometer system which consists of eight thermal neutron detectors,namely SP9 3He proportional counter,embedded in eight different diameter polyethylene spheres.The response function of eight polyethylene spheres of multi-sphere neutron spectrometer was calculated after the simulation of the neutron transport processes in multi-sphere spectrometer by adopting software Geant4.The peak of the response function is in the low energy region for smaller diameter polyethylene sphere.As the polyethylene sphere diameter increased,the peak of the response function moves to the high energy region.The experimental calibration adopts 241Am-Be neutron source.The relative error between normalized data of experiment 4πsolid angle counts and normalized data of simulated detection efficiency of 4in to 8in polyethylene sphere is from 1.152%to 12.222%.The experimental results verify the response function of the simulation.All these results provide a theoretical and experimental basis for solving the on-line real-time neutron spectrum of ITER fusion. 展开更多

The atmospheric scattering optical transfer function (OTF) is solved by applying the multi-coupled single scattering (MCSS) method to the three-dimensional radiative transfer equation (RTE) under the periodic ground condition. This approach is a direct hit to the atmospheric scattering OTF using the same original context of modulation transfer function (MTF) measurement, i.e., images of sinusoidal grating at different spatial frequencies. Both the amplitude and phase shift of the OTF at various zenith and azimuth angles can be obtained at an arbitrary spatial frequency. 展开更多

This paper is aimed at detecting the neutron spectrum of^(241)Am–Be, a widely used neutron source, with the SP9 ~3He proportional counter, which is a multi-sphere spectrometer system of eight thermal neutron detectors embedded in eight polyethylene(PE) spheres of varying diameters. The transport processes of a neutron in the multi-sphere spectrometer are simulated using the Geant4 code. Two sets of response functions of the PE spheres are obtained for calculating the^(241)Am–Be neutron spectrum.Response Function 1 utilizes the thermal neutron scattering model G4 Neutron HPThermal Scattering for neutron energies of ≤4 eV, and Response Function 2 has no thermal treatment. Neutron spectra of an^(241)Am–Be neutron source are measured and compared to those calculated by using the response functions. The results show that response function with thermal treatment is more accurate and closer to the real spectrum. 展开更多

In order to overcome the essential difficulties in iteratively adjusting multiple parameters of conventional multi-parameter control, this paper introduces a unified step function controlled by a single parameter for constructing various multi-wing chaotic and hyperchaotic systems. In particular, to the best of the authors' knowledge, this is also the first time to find a non-equilibrium multi-wing hyperchaotic system by means of the unified step function control. According to the heteroclinic loop Shilnikov theorem, some properties for multi-wing attractors and its chaos mechanism are further discussed and analyzed. A circuit for multi-wing systems is designed and implemented for demonstration, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed approach. 展开更多

基于不同目标函数的WRF-Hydro模型参数敏感性研究

水文与气象预报相结合可以有效提高洪水预报的精度和延长预见期,陆气耦合模型已成为水文气象学者研究的重点。WRF-Hydro模型作为新一代分布式陆气耦合模型在多尺度洪水预报中具有广阔的应用前景,但由于各物理过程参数化方案复杂,模型计... 水文与气象预报相结合可以有效提高洪水预报的精度和延长预见期,陆气耦合模型已成为水文气象学者研究的重点。WRF-Hydro模型作为新一代分布式陆气耦合模型在多尺度洪水预报中具有广阔的应用前景,但由于各物理过程参数化方案复杂,模型计算量大,对该模型的参数敏感性研究还不充分,也影响着模型的模拟精度。研究以湿润区的新安江上游屯溪流域为研究对象,构建多个单目标和多目标函数,并结合Morris全局参数敏感性分析方法,探究了WRF-Hydro模型在不同目标函数下的参数敏感性。结果表明:土壤参数(DKSAT、SMCMAX、BEXP)主要影响壤中流和地表径流,对径流量影响显著,尤其DKSAT最为敏感,直接影响水在土壤中的下渗速度,增大时基流量显著增高而洪峰流量则明显降低;产流参数(SLOPE、REFKDT)主要影响地表径流和基流分配,对洪水过程线形状有重要影响;河道汇流参数ManN影响汇流速度并主要控制峰现时间;植被参数MP对于总水量有一定影响;坡面汇流参数OVROUGHRTFAC和地下水参数Zmax则最不敏感。不同目标函数下的参数敏感性顺序和最优参数取值有一定差异,单目标函数中以相对误差为优化目标会更侧重于全年径流总量和低流量部分的模拟精度,而以效率系数和Kling-Gupta系数为目标则更侧重于场次洪水和高流量部分的模拟效果;基于几个单目标函数组合的多目标函数综合考虑了不同目标函数的影响,结果在一定程度上优于单目标函数。研究可为合理确定WRF-Hydro模型参数优化策略提供参考。 展开更多

【目的】探索适应未来环境变化、耦合生态系统层级结构、实行差异化建设管控的国家公园生态廊道体系,有助于缓解生境破碎化、强化国家公园功能。【方法】以拟建南岭国家公园为例,依据生态系统服务功能重要性,识别区域层级生态源地;结合... 【目的】探索适应未来环境变化、耦合生态系统层级结构、实行差异化建设管控的国家公园生态廊道体系,有助于缓解生境破碎化、强化国家公园功能。【方法】以拟建南岭国家公园为例,依据生态系统服务功能重要性,识别区域层级生态源地;结合气候与相关规划模拟未来情景,采用MaxEnt模型进行生境适宜性评价,识别园区层级生态源地。在各层级阻力面的基础上采用电路理论模型提取生态廊道,再基于地理探测器识别源地的生态本底特征,从而确定廊道宽度与生态踏脚石,并通过踏脚石进行层级嵌套。最终依据生态本底特征进行景观异质性分析,制定差异化建设管控内容。【结果】在南岭国家公园生态廊道体系中,分别构建区域与园区2个层级的生态廊道990条、154条,将13个生态踏脚石与52条区域层级生态廊道进行层级嵌套连接。将园区层级生态廊道划分为三大类建设管控分区,以林业小班为空间单元制定了12小类差异化建设管控内容。【结论】多层级生态廊道体系的建立,提高了廊道对未来环境变化的适应性,增强了国家公园园区内部生境的连通性及园区与更大尺度区域的连通性,可有效支撑生态廊道的建设与实施,增强了国家公园在自然保护地体系中的主体支撑作用。 展开更多

农业运输车辆路径优化是农业物流领域的关键问题之一。为了实现农产品运输配送成本和碳排放量低等问题,提出了一种基于狼群算法(Wolf Pack Algorithm,WPA)的农业运输车辆路径优化模型,将农业运输车辆路径优化问题建模为一种多目标优化... 农业运输车辆路径优化是农业物流领域的关键问题之一。为了实现农产品运输配送成本和碳排放量低等问题,提出了一种基于狼群算法(Wolf Pack Algorithm,WPA)的农业运输车辆路径优化模型,将农业运输车辆路径优化问题建模为一种多目标优化问题。以最小化总行驶距离和最小化运输时间为研究目标,通过定义适应度函数,并结合狼群算法的搜索策略,实现了农业运输车辆路径的优化。针对黑龙江某农场水稻收获运输配送问题的实际需要,采用所提出的WPA优化模型完成了水稻运输车辆路径方案的优化,并与传统优化方法进行对比,结果表明:基于狼群算法的路径优化模型在农业配送总成本上平均节省了7.97%,碳排放量上平均降低了6.88%。优化后的路径方案可以显著缩短运输距离和时间,提高了农业物流的效率,并最大限度地利用运输资源。 展开更多

基于深度学习的图像隐写方法,因存在模型参数量和计算量大等问题,而面临高参数和计算负载的挑战,为此提出了一种轻量高效的图像隐写方法。首先在编码器和解码器中引入Ghost模块,降低了编码器和解码器的参数量和计算量。其次提出了一个... 基于深度学习的图像隐写方法,因存在模型参数量和计算量大等问题,而面临高参数和计算负载的挑战,为此提出了一种轻量高效的图像隐写方法。首先在编码器和解码器中引入Ghost模块,降低了编码器和解码器的参数量和计算量。其次提出了一个多尺度特征融合模块,用以捕捉多维数据中的复杂关系。最后提出了一个新颖的混合损失函数,可在保持模型不变的情况下提升图像隐写质量。实验结果表明,所提方法在256×256像素的图像上峰值信噪比达到47.59 dB。与目前最优的图像隐写方法相比,所提方法的隐写质量提升1.7 dB,参数量减少77%,计算量减少91%,在隐写质量上有较优的表现,同时模型的参数量和计算量大大降低,实现了模型的轻量高效化。 展开更多

针对当前基于强化学习的雷达干扰决策方法依据单一因素、固定规律设置探索率参数导致算法收敛需要的对抗回合次数增多的问题,提出一种探索率自适应设置的强化学习雷达干扰决策方法。基于模拟退火法的Metropolis参数调节准则,结合对抗过... 针对当前基于强化学习的雷达干扰决策方法依据单一因素、固定规律设置探索率参数导致算法收敛需要的对抗回合次数增多的问题,提出一种探索率自适应设置的强化学习雷达干扰决策方法。基于模拟退火法的Metropolis参数调节准则,结合对抗过程中干扰机已识别的雷达工作状态数量、干扰成功次数、算法收敛曲线变化率及干扰机对雷达的认知程度,推导一种探索率自适应设置准则。依据干扰动作的有效性,设计一种干扰动作空间裁剪策略,减小干扰动作空间维度,进一步提高算法收敛速度。在仿真实验中,设计两个不同的雷达工作状态图,并结合Q学习算法予以对比验证。仿真结果表明,在雷达工作状态转换关系发生变化的情况下,新方法均可完成探索率的自适应设置,与基于模拟退火法以及单一因素、固定规律的探索率设置方案相比,新方法在两个状态图下收敛需要的对抗回合次数分别减少了18%、26%、45%和42%、44%、48%,同时还可获得更大的收益和更高的干扰成功率,为基于强化学习的多功能雷达干扰决策提供了一种新的探索率设置思路。 展开更多

中国森林康养研究现状及展望——基于CiteSpace分析Based on CiteSpace Analysis

森林康养作为融合林业与健康养生的复合型业态,积极回应了人口老龄化、亚健康、生态旅游、休闲度假等社会需求。立足新时代生态文明建设要求及健康中国理念,森林康养产业逐步提档升级,彰显了绿色福祉的新增长极。本文选取近年CNKI中关... 森林康养作为融合林业与健康养生的复合型业态,积极回应了人口老龄化、亚健康、生态旅游、休闲度假等社会需求。立足新时代生态文明建设要求及健康中国理念,森林康养产业逐步提档升级,彰显了绿色福祉的新增长极。本文选取近年CNKI中关于森林康养主题的文献467篇,借助CiteSpace软件梳理分析得出结论。(1)当前森林康养相关生态产业、产业融合及其实现路径研究为学界关注前沿;(2)该领域倍受农林类高校青睐,但存在领域壁垒、领域间学者跨界交流较少的现象;(3)演进脉络为关注重点从宏观到微观;从资源依托到需求导向的转变;从关注外部客观世界提供的森林康养资源的开发潜力、发展路径、现实意义转向关注消费者的主观需求、满意度、需求的产品与服务过渡。基于此(1)未来可从新型产品开发、休闲旅游业态发展等纵深研究;(2)应激发森林康养研究与其他学科的碰撞,以新视角探索其可能带来的效用;也应以政治导向性思维探索其与人类共同命运之间的关系,不断丰富大众对于该领域的价值认知;同时鼓励不同群体表达多样性需求,充分驱动数智森林康养的技术迭代,以现代工具赋能森林康养创新实践。 展开更多

基于区域划分的多功能一体集成物理基模型

射频前端芯片的多功能一体化设计对晶体管模型的功能及其复用能力提出了更高的要求。然而,传统模型无法实现多功能复用,导致模型参数提取步骤多、建模效率低。对此,本文提出了一种基于准物理区划分(Quasi-physical zone division, QPZD... 射频前端芯片的多功能一体化设计对晶体管模型的功能及其复用能力提出了更高的要求。然而,传统模型无法实现多功能复用,导致模型参数提取步骤多、建模效率低。对此,本文提出了一种基于准物理区划分(Quasi-physical zone division, QPZD)理论的多功能的器件物理基建模方法,模型具备非线性、噪声和开关特性的表征能力。首先,本文阐述了QPZD的建模原理,分别介绍了基于QPZD的非线性、微波噪声和开关三类单功能模型理论,并基于统一的核心模型方程提出了上述模型的一体化融合方法及其多功能模型架构。其次,介绍了包括自热效应、环境温度效应和陷阱效应在内的色散效应的建模方法。最后,从晶体管在片测试验证和射频前端多功能芯片设计验证两个角度对建立的模型进行了验证。仿真实测对比结果表明,模型的非线性、噪声和开关特性的综合仿真精度大于80.33%。本文的建模方法对多功能射频前端关键芯片的全面和精准设计具有重要的指导意义。 展开更多
