This study for the first time demonstrates that some of the so-called clay-sized mudstones observed by the naked eye,such as clay-sized black mudstones and clay-sized oil shales,which are rich in black organic matter(including oil and asphaltene),in the Chang 73 Submember of the Upper Triassic Yanchang Formation in the Ordos Basin of China are actually clay-sized tuffaceous rocks(including tuff,sedimentary tuff and tuffaceous sedimentary rock)with high hydrocarbon generation capacities.Thus,these rocks can be defined as clay-sized tuffaceous source rocks.Identification of this lithology has important theoretical and practical significance for the exploration and development of shale oil in the Chang 7 Member.Through the macroscopic observation of drill cores and outcrop profiles,microscopic observation of electron probe thin sections and whole-rock inorganic geochemical analysis(including major,trace and rare earth elements),this work demonstrates that the organic matter-rich clay-sized tuffaceous rocks,especially clay-sized tuffs,have the following characteristics.First,the clay-sized tuffaceous rocks with little black organic matter are mainly greyish white,yellowish brown and purplish grey,and mixed colors occur in areas with strong bentonite lithification.Second,the clay-sized tuffaceous rocks have experienced strong devitrification and recrystallization,forming abundant flaky aluminosilicate minerals with directional arrangement.In thin sections under a polarizing microscope,the interference colors generally show regular alternation between the lowest interference color of first-order yellow and the highest interference color of second-order blue-green.Third,the rock samples plot in the igneous rock field in the TiO2-SiO2 cross-plot and exhibit similar trace element and rare earth element patterns on spider diagrams,indicating that the samples are derived from the same source.The results prove that clay-sized tuffaceous rocks may be widespread in the Chang 73 Submember of the Upper Triassic Yanchang Formation in the Ordos Basin,China. 展开更多

This work aims to understand the relationship between the member angle limit and the energy ratio for 24 test samples of composite beams and CFT square steel tube columns. This work also compares the formula applicability for member angle limit with the previous test result to provide the basic data for the design of composite beam-CFT column. The evaluation of the member angle limit was performed with concrete compressive strength (fC =22.16 MPa, 30.49 MPa), breadth-to-thickness ratio (B/t=25.0, 33.3, 43.5), and axial capacity ratio (N/N0=0, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5) as the main variables of the test samples. For the relationship between the member angle limit (Ru) and the energy ratio (ES/EC ), the test result shows that the energy ratio becomes lower as the axial capacity ratio and the breadth-to-thickness ratio increase. The energy ratio is lower for the Type B test sample compared with that of Types A and C. For the formula suggested by SATO, the test samples are distributed evenly for comparison between test values and the member angle limit; however, other formulas indicate a deviation. Specifically, for the comparison between R u,cal and R u (Test), Maeda's formula shows severe deviation. 展开更多

Mechanical Properties of Two Kinds of New Cold-Formed Flange-Closed Welding Section Members

The hollow flange beam(HFB) is a unique cold-formed steel section developed in Australia for use as a flexural member.It′s a particular cross section with two torsion rigid closed triangular flanges and a comparatively flexible web,and it is a type of high efficient cross section.This paper presents two kinds of new cold-formed flange-closed welding sections named HF1 and HF2 according to different section component and parameters of HFB.Nonlinear finite element method has been adopted to investigate the mechanical properties such as buckling mode,deformation process,rigidity,ductility and correlation curve of two kinds of new section members which being subjected to axial compression,flexure,combined compression and bending.Systematical comparisons of the consumed steel quantities of per unit load carrying capacity between new section members and the same section dimensions of cold-formed C-section members have been carried out.Some conclusions can be drawn from above work that the new sections have some superior properties including higher load carrying capacity and section modulus,sufficient section stiffness,and difficult occurrence for the sub element local buckling.The new sections are suitable for bearing flexure,compression,combined compression and bending.The new sections′ consumed steel quantities of per unit load carrying capacity are almost half as those of the same dimension C-section members′.The experimental investigation is carried out further on the new cold-formed flange-closed welding section members and can be used in the practical engineering. 展开更多

Potassium-calcium activates channel subfamily N member 3(KCNN3/SK3/KCa2.3)is involved in regulating cellular calcium signaling,muscle contraction and neurotransmitter release.Dysregulation of the KCNN3 channel is associated with the development of various tumors.We use bioinformatics analysis to identify whether KCNN3 regulates the occurrence and development of stomach adenocarcinoma(STAD)as a prognostic target.By analyzing the Human Protein Atlas(HPA)database and The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database,we found that the protein and mRNA levels of KCNN3 were dramatically reduced in STAD,and TCGA database showed that KCNN3 significantly correlated with the prognosis and clinical features of STAD.In addition,we found that high expression of KCNN3 in STAD reduced the IC 50 of several drugs in STAD cells,suggesting that high expression of KCNN3 correlated with the drug sensitivity of STAD.To investigate the underlying biological mechanism,we identified a potential KCNN3 interaction factor,tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 7(CD27/TNFRSF7),which is expressed at low levels in STAD.RT-qPCR and Western blotting confirmed that KCNN3 and CD27 positively correlated with each other at protein and mRNA levels,and co-immunoprecipitation and immunofluorescence experiments confirmed that the two proteins interact and colocalize in the cytoplasm.Moreover,we confirmed the inhibitory effect of KCNN3 on the proliferation,migration and invasion of human STAD cells in vitro and in vivo through subcutaneous tumorigenesis and cellular experiments.Furthermore,GO/KEGG enrichment analysis showed that KCNN3 was enriched in signaling pathways regulating the immune response and calcium or metal ion transport.Lastly,we verified through cell co-culture,RT-qPCR and CCK8 assays that high expression of KCNN3 can promote the increase of T cell activating factor and the killing effect of T cells on STAD cells.Therefore,our results suggest that KCNN3 is a potential inhibitory factor affecting the occurrence and progression of STAD. 展开更多

2023年12月,吉木萨尔凹陷新疆油田探区在二叠系井井子沟组二段发现了致密砂岩油藏,但致密储层特征和致密油富集主控因素不清,制约着油气勘探开发进展。为了精细表征致密砂岩储层特征,本文利用岩心、铸体薄片、高压压汞、核磁共振、氮气... 2023年12月,吉木萨尔凹陷新疆油田探区在二叠系井井子沟组二段发现了致密砂岩油藏,但致密储层特征和致密油富集主控因素不清,制约着油气勘探开发进展。为了精细表征致密砂岩储层特征,本文利用岩心、铸体薄片、高压压汞、核磁共振、氮气吸附等方法,开展了储层岩石学特征以及孔隙结构特征研究,从原油生成到聚集过程探讨了致密油富集主控因素,并建立了研究区致密油成藏模式。研究表明:1)储层岩性主要以细砂岩为主,为长石岩屑砂岩,成熟度低;平均孔隙度8.04%,平均渗透率0.04×10^(-3)µm^(2),主要以溶蚀孔为主,微米级孔隙为主要储集空间,纳米级喉道为渗流通道。2)二叠系井井子沟组上覆芦草沟组优质烃源岩大面积连续分布,Pr/Ph、Pr/nC_(17)以及β/NC_(max)等地化参数显示井井子沟组二段原油与上覆芦草沟组下部烃源岩相似,证实芦草沟组下部烃源岩为井井子沟组供烃。3)优质烃源岩、断裂、储层、超压等因素联合控制着井井子沟组二段致密油藏的富集。4)基于源储关系、输导体系以及运移动力,建立了“源储紧邻,超压输导,垂侧运聚式”成藏模式。研究成果对二叠系井井子沟组二段致密油勘探及地质研究具有一定的推进作用。 展开更多

目的分析子宫内膜癌(EC)组织肿瘤坏死因子α诱导蛋白8家族成员2(TIPE2)、细胞增殖核抗原(Ki67)表达水平及与临床病理参数和预后的关系。方法回顾性收集2020年2月至2022年2月我院收治的、行手术切除的96例EC患者、120例因子宫肌瘤行子宫... 目的分析子宫内膜癌(EC)组织肿瘤坏死因子α诱导蛋白8家族成员2(TIPE2)、细胞增殖核抗原(Ki67)表达水平及与临床病理参数和预后的关系。方法回顾性收集2020年2月至2022年2月我院收治的、行手术切除的96例EC患者、120例因子宫肌瘤行子宫全切患者及120例行全子宫切除或刮宫患者的组织标本及临床资料为研究对象,分为EC组、正常子宫内膜组和不典型增生子宫内膜组,三组均随访至2023年3月28日。免疫组化法检测三组组织标本中TIPE2、Ki67表达水平,分析TIPE2、Ki67表达水平与EC组临床病理参数及预后的关系,并用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析其对不良预后的诊断价值。结果EC组患者癌组织TIPE2、Ki67表达水平高于正常子宫内膜组和不典型增生子宫内膜组,且不典型增生子宫内膜组高于正常子宫内膜组(P<0.05);EC组织TIPE2、Ki67表达水平在FIGO手术病理分期为Ⅲ期、淋巴结有转移患者中高于Ⅱ期、淋巴结无转移患者(P<0.05),EC组织TIPE2表达水平在Ⅱ期、绝经及ER、PR阴性患者中高于Ⅰ期、未绝经及ER、PR阳性患者(P<0.05);EC组织Ki67表达水平在p53阳性患者中高于p53阴性患者(P<0.05),且EC组织TIPE2、Ki67表达水平之间呈正相关(r=0.569,P<0.05)。与不良预后组相比,良好预后组EC组织TIPE2、Ki67表达水平下调(P<0.05),且TIPE2、Ki67表达水平联合检测的AUC值为0.905显著大于单一检测的AUC(P<0.05),敏感度为86.67%,特异度为87.88%,预测价值较高。结论EC组织中TIPE2、Ki67呈高表达水平,两者之间具有正相关性,其高表达与临床病理特征相关,且两者联合检测对EC不良预后具有较高的预测价值。 展开更多

基于鄂尔多斯盆地西南部三叠系延长组长73亚段页岩油勘探实践进展,综合野外露头、钻井、测井、岩心、地球化学等资料,以及水槽实验模拟等技术手段,开展陆相湖盆细粒沉积古环境、岩相组合和分布、沉积成因及页岩油储集特征的系统研究。... 基于鄂尔多斯盆地西南部三叠系延长组长73亚段页岩油勘探实践进展,综合野外露头、钻井、测井、岩心、地球化学等资料,以及水槽实验模拟等技术手段,开展陆相湖盆细粒沉积古环境、岩相组合和分布、沉积成因及页岩油储集特征的系统研究。结果表明:①长73亚段沉积期研究区古环境整体表现为温暖湿润、梅雨事件频发、水体深度较大的淡水湖盆特征,古地貌呈现西南陡、东北缓的不对称型,可进一步细分为湖底深洼、古沟道、湖底古脊等微古地貌单元。②长73亚段发育一套极细砂岩、粉砂岩、泥页岩、凝灰岩等细粒沉积,垂向多呈薄互层—纹层组合分布,砂岩粒径大多小于62.5μm,单层厚度为0.05~0.64 m,含完整植物碎片,发育波状层理、逆粒序-正粒序组合、爬升沙纹层理等沉积构造,揭示异重流沉积成因。③环形水槽模拟实验再现了异重流搬运过程及沉积特征,主要表现为初期的密度流速差造成头部较厚且粒径较大,上部较薄且粒径偏小的特征;中期滑水作用促使流体头部抬升并向前快速搬运,由此产生的多个“新前端”促使粉砂岩、泥质粉砂岩等细粒砂岩向湖盆中部长距离搬运。④明确了盆地西南部细粒砂质岩以异重流成因为主,指出频繁发育的洪水事件、西南部陡坡地形是异重流发育的主控因素。⑤长73亚段砂岩、泥页岩发育微纳米孔喉系统,不同岩性均含油,但可动油含量差异大,砂岩中可动油含量最大。⑥明确了长73亚段多期异重流砂岩与泥页岩形成的细粒沉积复合体具有“整体含油、差异储集”特征,低TOC泥岩与粉砂岩组合为目前最有利的勘探目标。 展开更多

通过对鄂尔多斯盆地三叠系延长组7段3亚段(简称长7_(3)亚段)富有机质页岩的纹层(组合)类型、储集特征和页岩油赋存状态等开展系统研究,揭示不同纹层组合约束下页岩油赋存的主控因素;并结合页岩油微运移表征及评价方法,从接力式供烃、阶... 通过对鄂尔多斯盆地三叠系延长组7段3亚段(简称长7_(3)亚段)富有机质页岩的纹层(组合)类型、储集特征和页岩油赋存状态等开展系统研究,揭示不同纹层组合约束下页岩油赋存的主控因素;并结合页岩油微运移表征及评价方法,从接力式供烃、阶梯式运移、多级分异的角度深入探讨页岩油差异富集机理和富集模式。研究表明:①长7_(3)亚段页岩主要发育无纹层型(泥岩)、砂质纹层、凝灰质纹层、混合纹层和富有机质纹层等5类主要纹层组合。②不同纹层组合页岩储集空间存在明显差异,砂质纹层和凝灰质纹层页岩中大量发育的粒间孔、溶蚀孔及生烃增压缝等多尺度孔缝系统构成液态烃赋存的主要场所。③各类纹层组合页岩中页岩油的赋存和分布受有机质丰度、储集性、热演化程度、矿物组成及纹层规模共同控制,砂质、凝灰质纹层等刚性纹层组合页岩的微纳米孔缝中以游离态的轻质组分为主,而有机质、黏土矿物及骨架矿物颗粒表面则以吸附态的重质组分为主。④长7_(3)亚段不同纹层组合页岩间发生了明显的页岩油微运移,整体呈现出富有机质纹层页岩→凝灰质纹层页岩→混合纹层页岩→砂质纹层页岩→泥岩的阶梯式运移特点。⑤多种类型纹层页岩空间叠置关系控制下有机质的“接力式”供烃、多尺度孔缝网络的“阶梯式运移”及不同纹层组合页岩中“有机-无机相互作用”控制下的“多级分异”是导致页岩油在不同纹层组合页岩间油组分差异性的根本原因。 展开更多

碳酸盐岩储层经历了复杂的沉积、成岩和构造作用,内部发育着不同尺度的孔、洞、缝结构,往往表现出强烈的非均质性,常规力学实验难以全面评估其内部结构对岩石力学参数的影响。为此,以四川盆地震旦系灯影组灯四段藻白云岩为例,利用微米C... 碳酸盐岩储层经历了复杂的沉积、成岩和构造作用,内部发育着不同尺度的孔、洞、缝结构,往往表现出强烈的非均质性,常规力学实验难以全面评估其内部结构对岩石力学参数的影响。为此,以四川盆地震旦系灯影组灯四段藻白云岩为例,利用微米CT扫描和纳米压痕实验,系统表征了孔洞、藻凝块及白云石的微观结构特征和力学属性,然后结合均匀化理论提出了一种藻白云岩的岩石力学性质跨尺度评价方法,并揭示了白云石与藻凝块在力学性能上的差异及其对宏观力学参数的影响规律。研究结果表明:①白云石矿物展现出更高的微观强度、更低的塑性变形以及更强的抗裂缝扩展能力,而藻凝块的微观力学参数具有更强的分散性;②白云石与藻凝块在微观层面的弹性模量、硬度及断裂韧性之间呈现良好的线性相关性,通过均匀化方法预测得到的藻白云岩宏观弹性模量和泊松比分别是单轴实验测得值的1.90和1.39倍;③藻白云岩弹性模量随孔洞发育程度增加逐渐降低,其预测范围逐渐收窄,而泊松比与之相反,孔洞纵横比和微裂纹进一步控制宏观力学性质,当孔洞纵横比为0.087~0.202或裂缝线密度为0.30~0.63条/m时,均匀化预测结果与实验值一致。结论认为,该方法不仅避免了传统岩心采集中成本高昂和实验重复性差的问题,还有效降低了传统均匀化方法导致的高估现象,为复杂碳酸盐岩储层的精细力学参数表征提供了新思路,为复杂储层的力学建模与参数预测奠定了理论基础。 展开更多

为了阐明蓬莱地区震旦系灯二段丘滩体的时空展布规律以及探索地震沉积学在碳酸盐岩中的应用,利用钻井、岩心、测井及三维地震资料,采用古地貌恢复、正演模拟、波形聚类、属性融合等地震沉积学技术方法对蓬莱地区震旦系灯二段丘滩体进行... 为了阐明蓬莱地区震旦系灯二段丘滩体的时空展布规律以及探索地震沉积学在碳酸盐岩中的应用,利用钻井、岩心、测井及三维地震资料,采用古地貌恢复、正演模拟、波形聚类、属性融合等地震沉积学技术方法对蓬莱地区震旦系灯二段丘滩体进行了识别与刻画。研究结果表明:①四川盆地蓬莱地区震旦系灯二段沉积期,蓬莱地区整体表现为碳酸盐岩台地沉积,可分为丘滩复合体、丘滩间海、台坪、局限潟湖等4种沉积亚相。②通过地震-岩性精细标定,建立了地震相与沉积相带间的良好对应关系,其中高能丘滩相带在地震剖面上表现为低幅丘状外形、内部杂乱或断续—弱断续反射、内幕核部亮点反射特征。基于地震相约束下的主成分分析(PCA)多属性融合技术可以有效地提升丘滩复合体识别精度。③灯二段丘滩分布具有分区分带的特点,磨溪地区SQ1沉积期丘滩较蓬莱地区发育,至SQ2沉积期,蓬莱地区丘滩发育规模变大,滩核微相发育范围广,而磨溪地区以台坪沉积为主,丘滩仅在局部零星发育。 展开更多
