The electric double layer with the transmission of particles was presented based on the principle of electrochemistry.In accordance with this theory,the cavitation catalysis removal mechanism of ultrasonic-pulse elect...The electric double layer with the transmission of particles was presented based on the principle of electrochemistry.In accordance with this theory,the cavitation catalysis removal mechanism of ultrasonic-pulse electrochemical compound machining(UPECM) based on particles was proposed.The removal mechanism was a particular focus and was thus validated by experiments.The principles and experiments of UPECM were introduced,and the removal model of the UPECM based on the principles of UPECM was established.Furthermore,the effects of the material removal rate for the main processing parameters,including the particles size,the ultrasonic vibration amplitude,the pulse voltage and the minimum machining gap between the tool and the workpiece,were also studied through UPECM.The results show that the particles promote ultrasonic-pulse electrochemical compound machining and thus act as the catalyzer of UPECM.The results also indicate that the processing speed,machining accuracy and surface quality can be improved under UPECM compound machining.展开更多
The generation and development of microcracks of SiCp/Al materials in the machining process were researched, and the forming causes and mechanism of the cut surface morphology for ap=0.2 mm or ap=0.4 mm and at 2 m/min...The generation and development of microcracks of SiCp/Al materials in the machining process were researched, and the forming causes and mechanism of the cut surface morphology for ap=0.2 mm or ap=0.4 mm and at 2 m/min~10 m/min were systematically analyzed. The supporting and "floor"roles of aluminum are wake at a shallower cutting depth and a lower speed, the SiC particles are shed under the role of cutting force, and the microcrack size of cut surface is larger. With the increase in the cutting depth and the cutting speed, the cutting temperature increases, the supporting and "floor" roles of aluminum are enhanced, the shedding and fracture of the reinforcement particles are flexible under the action of the cutting force, the fracture of cutting transforms from brittle to ductile, and the expansion of microcrack on the entire surface tends to balance with a smaller size. A curve between the cutting force and the cutting speed was plotted, a microcrack form of the cut surface was given, and some theoretical basis is provided for the mechanical processing and the surface quality.展开更多

A new kind of cutting movement trajectory is gi ven whose actual cutting efficiency is near to 100%. It can reduce the energy w earing greatly, and the surface quality of the product is improved to the utmost extent. The design mechanism of the optimal cutting movement trajectory system structure is analyzed incisively. At the same time, the principle of the complex movement of horizontal movement and swing is researched. The optimal design scheme of th e cutting movement trajectory system structure is set up. The choice method to g et the superior value of the movement system structure is found. The mathematics function formula is established which exhibits the relationship between the par ameter of the complex movement structure and that of the system movement structu re. By the formula, the precision value of the offset can be figured out. The r ule is adapted to different types of energy-saving stone-sawing machines. The complex movement structure of horizontal movement and swing is designed to f ulfill the cutting movement. It can make the saw frame move up with the hanging pod deviating from the vertical direction. At the same time, the saw frame have a down-movement. Then the sum of the two movements is near to zero, and the saw blade and the stone can keep in touch during the whole horizontal cutting. The result is that the actual cutting efficiency is 100%. Also, when the hanging pod moves to the limited position, the saw frame can keep the original inertia, and continue to swing up. It makes the back-cutting have high energy-storing. The optimal design of the eccentricity balance wheel is done. The mathematics fo rmula for expressing the movement system structure is deduced. The calculation m ethod and formula is set up which is used to get the value of important componen ts such as offset. The choice method and formula of elasticity distortion coeffi cient is set up when the saw frame moves smoothly. It is concluded that the offs et is the key dimension to actualize the optimal cutting movement trajectory. In this kind of machine structure, the tot...In view of the structure of traditional five-coord in ate machine tool, the work-piece and machine tool often move along their respec tive guides simultaneously on the whole. In this kind of machine structure, the total mass of moving parts including work-pieces, fixtures, rotating table, wor king table and so on is often very large. Besides, the elastic reform of transmi ssion and the viscous friction force of the guide can not be ignored. As a resul t, the machine tool can not move with high velocity and acceleration, and can no t meet the needs of modern fast and efficient production. The emergence of virtual-axis machine tool has provided a new approach for the solution of the above problems. The kernel of the virtual-axis machine tool is the parallel mechanism. So far, research of parallel mechanism in the world has achieved many results and various applied equipments based on parallel mecha nism have been worked out, but the research generally focuses on the working spa ce and kinematics analysis, dynamics are rarely considered. To meet the requirements of the modern fast and efficient production, reduce the cost and promote the machine tool’s acceleration character, not only should we analyze the kinematics of machine tool, but also we should study its dynamics a nd optimize the structure on the basis of analysis. In this paper, the kinem atics and dynamics of a 5-DOF (degrees of freedom) machine tool with novel para llel mechanism that has three moving DOF and one rotating DOF are studied by Rob ot-Wittenberg method. The dynamics character of the parallel robotic machine is analyzed and used to guide the structure design of machine tool. At last, the c orrectness is verified through a numerical simulation of 5-DOF. Hence, the dyna mics model can generally solve the problems existing in the parallel and hybrid machine tools. The dynamics character of the parallel robotic machine is studied and analyzed in quantity. The dynamics equation of the system can be written as This is a set of differential equations of four DOF system. Theoretically, the c losed solution of the forward and inverse problems can be gained by solving the above equations. The system equations quite suit to program at the computer. Whe n the forces are given, the state variables’ numerical solution can be gain ed through integral; and when the dynamics parameters are given, the forces can also be solved. But the multiple valued phenomena can not be avoided. We have developed simulation software based on the dynamics model presented by t his paper. The different effects of the structure parameters can be given by numerical simulation.展开更多

The main factors which affect the dispersion accuracy of machine gun are analyzed. Based on the concept of dynamic stability, a structural optimization model is built up, and the sensitivity of dispersion accuracy to design variables is analyzed. The optimization results of a type of machine gun show that the method is valid, feasible, and can be used as a guide to the structural optimization of other automatic weapons.展开更多
