The evaporative cooling,which assists the refrigeration machinery air-conditioning systems test-rig,has been designed.Its structure and working principle were described,and the performance test was conducted and analyzed.The test shows that making full use of the evaporative cooling "free cooling" in Spring and Autumn seasons can fully meet the requirements of air-conditioned comfort through the switch of the function in different seasons.Taking into account the evaporative cooling fan and pump energy consumption,compared with the traditional mechanical refrigeration system,more than 80 percent of energy can be saved,and the energy efficiency ratio of the Unit(EER)is as high as 7.63.Using the two stages of indirect evaporative cooling to pre-cool the new wind in summer,under the conditions of the same air supply temperature requirements,0.83 kg/s chilled water saved can be equivalent to the traditional mechanical refrigeration system,and when the new wind ratio up to 50 percent,more than 10 percent load was reduced in mechanical refrigeration system.The overall EER increased about 35 percent. 展开更多

This paper presented an entropy evaluation method for the influences of condense heat recovery system on the environment.Aiming at the damage of the condense heat to the environment,an entropy of resource loss and an emission entropy from the condense heat recovery system in the air conditioning refrigerating machine were introduced.For the evaluation of the entropies,we developed a new algorithm for the parameter identification,called the composite influence coefficient,based on the Least Squares Support Vector Machine method.By simulation,the numerical experiments shows that the Least Squares Support Vector Machine method is one of the powerful methods for the parameter identification to compute the damage entropy of the condense heat,with the largest training error being-0.025(the relative error being-3.56%),and the biggest test error being 0.015(the relative error being 2.5%). 展开更多

In the travel process of urban residents,travelers will take a series of activities such as imitation and exclusion by observing other people’s travel modes,which affects their following trips.This process can be seen as a repeated game between members of the travelers.Based on the analysis of this game and its evolution trend,a multi-dimensional game model of low-carbon travel for residents is established.The two dimensional game strategies include whether to accept the low-carbon concept and whether to choose low-carbon travel.Combined with evolutionary game theory,the low-carbon travel choices of residents in different cities are simulated,and the evolutionary stability strategies are obtained.Finally,the influences of the main parameters of the model on the evolution process and stability strategies are discussed.The results show that travelers would develop towards two trends.Cities with more developed public traffic system have a higher proportion of receiving low-carbon concept and choosing low-carbon travel.Cities with underdeveloped public transport system could increase this proportion by some measures such as encouraging residents to choose slow transport and increasing the propaganda of low-carbon travel,but the positive effects of the measures like propaganda have a limited impact on the proportion. 展开更多

In order to investigate the regularity of metal magnetic signals of ferromagnetic materials under the effect of applied load, the static tensile test of Q235 steel and 18CrNiWA steel plate specimens were conducted and metal magnetic memory signals of specimens were measured during the test process. The influencing factors of metal magnetic memory signals and the relationship between axial applied load and signals were analyzed. The fracture and microstructure of the specimens were observed. The results show that the magnetic signals corresponding to the measured points change linearly approximately with increasing axial load. The microstructure of Q235 steel is ferrite and perlite, whereas that of 18CrNiWA steel is bainite and low-carbon martensite. The fracture of these two kinds of specimens is ductile rupture; carbon content of specimen materials and dislocation glide give much contribution to the characteristics of magnetic curves. 展开更多

Common insulation gas cannot normally work in refrigeration temperature range(153-243 K), especially in extremely cold regions. To solve this problem, this essay uses cubic equation combined with two-parameter model in theorem of corresponding states to estimate dew-point of hybrid gas. The influence of temperature on mixing ratio is studied by using van der Waals equation. The result shows that the mixing ratio is stable during temperature-fall period. Insulation property of CF_4 and CF_4/N_2 in refrigeration temperature range is studied through self-designed low-temperature test system. The result shows when the density of hybrid gas is invariable, temperature changing has less influence on breakdown voltage, and when the mixing ratio is 20%, CF_4/N_2 is the greatest potential hybrid gas. 展开更多

A model of quantum thermoacoustic refrigeration micro-cycle(QTARMC)is established in which heat leakage is considered.A single particle contained in a one-dimensional harmonic potential well is studied,and the system consists of countless replicas.Each particle is confined in its own potential well,whose occupation probabilities can be expressed by the thermal equilibrium Gibbs distributions.Based on the Schrodinger equation,the expressions of coefficient of performance(COP)and cooling rate for the refrigerator are obtained.Effects of heat leakage on the optimal performance are discussed.The optimal performance region of the refrigeration cycle is obtained by the using ofΩobjective function.The results obtained can enrich the thermoacoustic theory and expand the application of quantum thermodynamics. 展开更多

At the same time, the research on giant magnetocaloric materials will accelerate the development of room temperature magnetic refrigeration. In this paper, the new theoretical and experimental investigations on magnetic materials in room temperature application were described, including Gd and its binary and ternary intermetallic compounds, Mn-based compounds, La(Fe13-xMx)-based compounds and manganites. Based on the analysis of hysteresis, corrosion, cost and heat process, the comparison between different families of magnetic materials was discussed. Full scale experimental study on nitrogen removal for low-carbon wastewater was conducted in reversed A2/O process in Jiguanshi waste water treatment plant in Chongqing,in order to aid the operation and maintenance of similar WWTP. When the proposed measures,such as using 0.1% (volume fraction of wastewater) landfill leachate,shortening HRT by 2/3 in the primary sedimentation tank and controlling DO at 0.5 mg/L in the 3rd section of aerobic zone,are applied,15% of the carbon source can be complemented,the favorable property of activated sludge is achieved,and the nitrogen removal effect is significantly improved. The effluent NH3-N is 2 mg/L and the removal rate is 90%. The effluent TN is 17 mg/L and the removal rate is 54%. The up-to-standard discharge of the effluent is achieved. And after the optimization,the unit electricity consumption also reaches 0.21 kW/h and saves 20%. 展开更多

However the carbon component in low-carbon steel is comparatively low,the carbo n of welded joint will diffuse to the low-carbon steel when it is welded with gr ey cast iron,which will cause the component of carbon greatly increased at the low-carbon steel side in HAZ,high carbon martensite and cracks will occur.If p reheating before weldingslow cooling after welding and other welding procedure are taken,the grey cast iron side can probably be qualified.But the carbon wi ll diffuse to HAZ of the low-carbon steel side more easily.Therefore after stud ying the weldabilities of grey cast iron and low-carbon steel,the author develo ped a new type of cast iron electrode considering the demands of factories’prac tices,and the welding technology test of grey cast iron and low-carbon steel ar e carried out. In this paper,a new type of grey cast iron electrode is developed based on the practices in factories,its ingredients and properties are introduced.The w elding tests of grey cast iron and low-carbon steel are practiced.The joint str ucture of the dissimilar metal and the appearance of weld are observed.The hard ness distribution of the welded joint is tested.The results show that the elect rode can meet the welding requirements of the grey cast iron and low-carbon stee l.There are no cracksgas pores and other defects of metallurgy in welded join t,the appearance of welded joint are good. 展开更多

The mechanism of gas discharge in refrigeration temperature range is still not clear. N2, CF4, 20% CF4+N2 and 50%CF4+50%N2 binary gas mixtures were tested under the conditions of –153–25 ℃ and 50–2000 Pa. The experimental results show that the minimum of Paschen curves of all test samples shifts to low pressure, from 500 Pa to 200 Pa. The value of Paschen curve minimum of N2 shows remarkable fluctuation. This fluctuation is explained by molecule agglomeration and electronic mean energy. The fluctuation decreases with the increasing mixing ratio of CF4. What’s more, the value of Paschen curve minimum of CF4 decreases with temperature. This phenomenon is ascribed to attach-radiation and secondary process. 展开更多

R1270和R290均是氟利昂等传统工质的潜在替代工质。实验研究了名义工况下工质充注量对分别使用R1270和R290的热泵热水器系统性能和冷凝器中换热流体温度分布的影响以及自然工质替代R22的可行性。结果表明:充注量对两系统的循环性能和换热流体的温度分布均有显著影响;R1270系统和R290系统均在相同的最佳充注量(0.90 kg)下分别获得最大COP为4.443和4.317;不同充注量下两系统的冷凝器中均出现2个传热窄点和2个最大传热温差,且其第一传热窄点和第二最大传热温差的出现位置均随充注量的变化而出现相似的迁移;相比于R22系统,R1270系统和R290系统在最佳充注量下均获得明显占优的COP和排气温度以及基本相当的排气压力,且其制热量分别提升了7.05%和降低了10.65%,因此R1270比R290在热泵热水器中替代R22时优势更显著。 展开更多

为探究食材经热加工后在冷藏过程中的品质变化,该实验将不同种类蔬菜与肉经预煮处理后,在4℃冷藏条件下进行贮藏,并在不同时间点(0,1,3,5,7 d)采集样品,对其色泽、pH值、硫代巴比妥酸反应物(thiobarbituric acid reactive substances,TB... 为探究食材经热加工后在冷藏过程中的品质变化,该实验将不同种类蔬菜与肉经预煮处理后,在4℃冷藏条件下进行贮藏,并在不同时间点(0,1,3,5,7 d)采集样品,对其色泽、pH值、硫代巴比妥酸反应物(thiobarbituric acid reactive substances,TBARS)值、挥发性盐基氮(total volatile basic nitrogen,TVB-N)含量、菌落总数、硝酸盐含量和亚硝酸盐含量等品质指标进行测定分析。结果表明,在冷藏期间,随着贮藏时间的延长,预煮食材的品质发生显著变化(P<0.05)。具体表现为:预煮食材整体色泽逐渐变暗;pH值升高;畜禽肉中的TBARS值、TVB-N含量逐渐增加,猪肉在第3天时发生氧化酸败,牛肉和羊肉在第7天时发生氧化酸败;菌落总数在贮藏期间不断上升;硝酸盐含量和亚硝酸盐含量逐渐增加,叶菜类蔬菜中亚硝酸盐含量在贮藏第3天时均超过国家限量标准(≥4 mg/kg)。综上所述,预煮后的食材在冷藏过程中随着时间的延长呈现明显的外观劣化,同时伴随着脂质氧化、蛋白质分解、微生物活动、有害物质生长等现象,致使其品质严重下降,不宜食用,这一发现为预制菜的品质安全提供了重要的参考信息。 展开更多

【目的】探究不同浓度独脚金内酯(SL)对‘珍珠油杏’果实品质及钾钠稳态的影响,并筛选出维持杏果实品质的最适SL浓度。【方法】分别用0、0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0μmol/L SL以及5.0μmol/L独脚金内酯合成抑制剂(Tis-108)对杏果实进行浸果处... 【目的】探究不同浓度独脚金内酯(SL)对‘珍珠油杏’果实品质及钾钠稳态的影响,并筛选出维持杏果实品质的最适SL浓度。【方法】分别用0、0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0μmol/L SL以及5.0μmol/L独脚金内酯合成抑制剂(Tis-108)对杏果实进行浸果处理后于0℃贮藏,测定了不同处理对果实硬度、相对电导率、亮度和可溶性固形物质量分数等杏果实品质指标的影响,筛选出适宜杏果实贮藏的SL浓度;进一步测定了杏果实腐胺、亚精胺和精胺质量比及ATP质量比、H^(+)-ATPase、H^(+)-PPase活性和钠、钾离子质量比变化,以探究SL处理对杏果实多胺含量、能量代谢和钾钠稳态的影响。采用单因素方差分析检验各处理间差异显著性。【结果】与对照处理及其它浓度处理相比,2.0μmol/L SL处理通过多途径协同作用显著延缓了采后杏果实的成熟衰老进程。2.0μmol/L SL有效抑制了果实呼吸速率升高、可溶性固形物的积累以及硬度下降,抑制了杏果实质量的减少,同时抑制杏果实相对电导率的上升,使相对电导率维持在一个稳定水平。通过抑制ATP质量比下降及延缓H^(+)-ATPase、H^(+)-PPase活性的降低,2.0μmol/L SL处理能保障细胞膜能量代谢稳定。2.0μmol/L SL能调降低冷藏期间杏果实钠离子含量、提高钾离子含量,维持钾钠动态平衡。同时,2.0μmol/L SL提高了杏果实内腐胺、精胺和亚精胺3种多胺的质量比,高水平的多胺有利于保持果蔬采后品质和延长贮藏期。【结论】2.0μmol/L的SL浸果处理通过整合能量代谢调控、离子稳态维持及膜系统保护机制,显著延缓了‘珍珠油杏’果实在0℃低温贮藏期的品质下降,使杏果实在采后20d内保持良好的贮藏品质。 展开更多

探究不同添加量的谷氨酰胺转氨酶(TGase)处理对新鲜及不同冻藏时间玉米面团的加工特性、蛋白质结构及玉米饼品质特性的影响,通过向新鲜及冻藏3、6周的玉米面团添加不同量TGase(其添加量对应每100 g玉米粉中含60、120、180、240 U酶活)... 探究不同添加量的谷氨酰胺转氨酶(TGase)处理对新鲜及不同冻藏时间玉米面团的加工特性、蛋白质结构及玉米饼品质特性的影响,通过向新鲜及冻藏3、6周的玉米面团添加不同量TGase(其添加量对应每100 g玉米粉中含60、120、180、240 U酶活)进行实验。结果表明,TGase的添加降低了新鲜和冷冻玉米面团的糊化参数值,优化了面团的黏弹性,增强了玉米面团的持水能力。同时,它促使蛋白质交联,进而形成更为致密的网络结构,有效减轻了冷冻过程中冰晶对玉米面团产生的负面效应,提升了玉米面团的低温稳定性。此外,适量添加TGase能够显著降低以不同冻藏周期玉米面团制作的玉米饼的硬度和老化率。当添加最佳量(即每100 g玉米粉中含180单位酶活的TGase,质量分数为1.5%)的TGase时,与对照组相比,不同冻藏周期玉米面团所制玉米饼的硬度分别降低了15.07%(新鲜面团)、19.22%(冻藏3周)和26.61%(冻藏6周)。 展开更多

不同干燥方式山药粉对希腊式酸奶冷藏中品质及抗氧化活性的影响 被引量:1

为研究不同干燥工艺(热风干燥、微波干燥及冷冻干燥)制得的山药粉对希腊式酸奶贮藏期间的品质稳定性和抗氧化活性的影响,采用这三种山药粉分别替代2%的全脂乳粉制作希腊式酸奶,测定其在4℃贮藏21 d过程中的各项指标变化情况。结果表明:... 为研究不同干燥工艺(热风干燥、微波干燥及冷冻干燥)制得的山药粉对希腊式酸奶贮藏期间的品质稳定性和抗氧化活性的影响,采用这三种山药粉分别替代2%的全脂乳粉制作希腊式酸奶,测定其在4℃贮藏21 d过程中的各项指标变化情况。结果表明:随着贮藏时间的增加,山药希腊式酸奶的酸度、硬度、内聚性、黏度、乳酸菌活菌数和多酚含量均有所提高,固形物含量和持水性略有下降,铁还原能力和DPPH自由基清除率基本处于平稳不变状态。与空白对照组相比,三种山药粉均显著提高了希腊式酸奶的酸度、内聚性、黏度、多酚含量、铁还原能力和DPPH自由基清除率(P<0.05),持水力和乳酸菌活菌数量有所提高,总固形物含量显著降低(P<0.05),而硬度值在贮藏14 d前相对较高,在21 d时山药希腊式酸奶的硬度均低于空白对照组。冷藏过程中三种山药酸奶的固形物含量、硬度、内聚性、黏度等指标存在显著差异(P<0.05),其中Y3组(冷冻干燥)固形物含量显著高于Y1(热风干燥)、Y2组(微波干燥)(P<0.05),硬度显著低于Y1、Y2组(P<0.05),酸度、铁还原能力和DPPH自由基清除率略高于Y1、Y2组;Y3、Y2组的内聚性和黏度显著高于Y1组(P<0.05)。综合分析可知,三种山药粉中冷冻干燥山药粉更有利于改善希腊式酸奶品质和抗氧化性能。本研究为山药粉在希腊式酸奶中的应用提供了理论依据。 展开更多

新型无源模块化蓄冷运输装备设计与性能分析

目的解决目前冷藏运输装备能耗较高的问题。方法引入节能降耗改进技术,在综合分析冷藏运输装备能耗构成的基础上,研制新型隔热、蓄能材料,设计新型无源模块化蓄冷运输装备,并开展性能测试。结果在隔热性能方面,研制了具有高反射率的复... 目的解决目前冷藏运输装备能耗较高的问题。方法引入节能降耗改进技术,在综合分析冷藏运输装备能耗构成的基础上,研制新型隔热、蓄能材料,设计新型无源模块化蓄冷运输装备,并开展性能测试。结果在隔热性能方面,研制了具有高反射率的复合型围护结构,实验表明结构优化后的外表面峰值温度最高下降了14.9%,平均温度最大降幅达到7.6%;内表面峰值温度最高下降了5.1%,平均温度最大降幅达到5.0%。在制冷性能方面,开发了一系列无毒、高潜热量蓄冷剂,并设计了可拼接模块化蓄冷装置,提出了相应的运用模式。实验表明,在蓄冷剂使用量为1 t时,9.6 m冷藏车厢的有效控温时间可达到10 d以上,满足长途运输的需要。在经济性方面,新型无源模块化蓄冷运输装备相较于传统机械冷藏车,其年均制冷成本下降了79.6%。结论可为冷藏运输装备新能源的运用提供参考。 展开更多

为了探究不同包装材料及气调条件对普安盘江乌鸡冷藏过程中肉质的影响,选用4种包装膜(包装膜0(PP),包装膜1(PE/EVOH/PA),包装膜2(PE/TIE/PA/EVOH/TIE/PE/TIE/PA),包装膜3(NY/EVA))对新鲜普安盘江乌鸡肉进行充空气包装,并在不同储藏时间... 为了探究不同包装材料及气调条件对普安盘江乌鸡冷藏过程中肉质的影响,选用4种包装膜(包装膜0(PP),包装膜1(PE/EVOH/PA),包装膜2(PE/TIE/PA/EVOH/TIE/PE/TIE/PA),包装膜3(NY/EVA))对新鲜普安盘江乌鸡肉进行充空气包装,并在不同储藏时间段对鸡肉品质指标进行测定,筛选出保鲜效果最好的包装膜,然后采用保鲜效果最优包装膜结合4种不同气调包装(A组(空气),B组(30%CO_(2)+70%N_(2)),C组(5%O_(2)+40%CO_(2)+55%N_(2)),D组(15%O_(2)+30%CO_(2)+55%N_(2)))进行包装,研究其对普安盘江乌鸡肉品质的影响,确定最优气调包装组合。结果表明,在储藏过程中,4种不同包装膜中,包装膜2的保鲜效果良好,该处理鸡肉的菌落总数和挥发性盐基氮(TVB-N)值相比其他膜相对较低,保鲜效果最佳。气调包装中,D组(15%O_(2)+30%CO_(2)+55%N_(2))的菌落总数和TVB-N值相比其他气调包装组相对较低,能将普安盘江乌鸡保鲜至18 d。综合菌落总数及其他指标,优化的包装材料和气调包装乌鸡肉的货架期相比聚丙烯膜空气包装延长了10 d以上。 展开更多
