基于深度学习的大规模室外场景Scan2BIM研究综述

当前,大规模室外基础设施的数字化需求持续扩大,基于深度学习的自动扫描到建筑信息模型(scanning to building information modeling, Scan2BIM)通过卓越的特征学习能力和自动化流程显著提升了建模精度和构建速度,在结构复杂的室外场景... 当前,大规模室外基础设施的数字化需求持续扩大,基于深度学习的自动扫描到建筑信息模型(scanning to building information modeling, Scan2BIM)通过卓越的特征学习能力和自动化流程显著提升了建模精度和构建速度,在结构复杂的室外场景重建中发挥了关键作用.文中介绍了Scan2BIM的4大核心模块及其相关研究进展.其中,针对3D点云获取模块,从采集设备与采集来源2个维度概括了3D点云数据采集的技术发展,并着重梳理了代表性3D点云数据集;根据学习方式的不同,将大规模点云对齐算法划分为基于优化和深度学习2大类,并从精准度、计算效率、鲁棒性等多维度对比分析了相关工作;在点云分割模块中,分别对点云全景分割和点云实例分割算法通过统一的评估指标进行了整理归纳;对于BIM自动化建模,简述了BIM核心互操作标准体系,并分类总结了多种几何实体建模与关系建模算法.最后,通过深入分析和前瞻性探讨,指出了现阶段大规模室外场景建模的高效性、精准性、泛化性与统一性的无法有效结合的问题;未来将重点围绕多源数据融合建模、精度与鲁棒性协同优化、端到端Scan2BIM通用框架构建以及大模型应用与探索等方向展开. 展开更多

This paper presents the design of an experimental battlefield dynamic scanning and staring imaging system based on a fast steering mirror(FSM), which is capable of real-time monitoring of hot targets and wide-area reconnaissance of hot regions. First,the working principle and working sequence of the FSM are briefly analyzed. The mathematical model of the FSM system is built by modeling its dynamic and electrical properties, and the rationality of the model is validated by means of model identification. Second,the influence of external sources of disturbance such as the carrier and moment on the control precision of the FSM is effectively suppressed by the jointly controlling of proportional integral(PI)and disturbance observer(DOB), thus realizing a high precision and strong robustness control of the FSM system. Then, this paper designs an experimental prototype and introduces a special optical structure to enable the infrared camera to share the FSM with the visible light camera. Finally, the influence of the velocity difference between the mirror of the FSM and the rotating platform on the imaging quality of the system is experimentally analyzed by using the image sharpness evaluation method based on point sharpness. A good dynamic scanning and staring imaging result is achieved when the velocity of these two components correspond. 展开更多

The fatigue pre-cracking 304 stainless steel (SS) specimens with lengths of 1.002 mm (L-crack) and 0.575 mm (S-crack) were prepared. Their corrosion behavior was studied by electrochemical noise (EN) in 4 mol/L NaC1 + 0.01 mol/L Na2S203 solution under slow-strain-rate-testing (SSRT) conditions. Moreover, the characteristics of L-crack's surface morphology and potential distribution with scanning Kelvin probe (SKP) before and after SSRT were also discussed. Compared with S-crack, L-crack is propagated and the features of crack propagation can be obtained. After propagation, the noise amplitudes increase with increasing stress and accelerating corrosion, the white noises at low and high frequencies (WE and WH) of the later stage are one order of magnitude larger than that at early stage in the current power spectral densities (PSDs). The potential PSDs also increase, but WH disappears. In addition, the crack propagation can be demonstrated according to variation of probability distribution, surface morphology and potential distribution. 展开更多

This paper presents a voxel-based region growing method for automatic road surface extraction from mobile laser scanning point clouds in an expressway environment.The proposed method has three major steps:constructing a voxel model;extracting the road surface points by employing the voxel-based segmentation algorithm;refining the road boundary using the curb-based segmentation algorithm.To evaluate the accuracy of the proposed method,the two-point cloud datasets of two typical test sites in an expressway environment consisting of flat and bumpy surfaces with a high slope were used.The proposed algorithm extracted the road surface successfully with high accuracy.There was an average recall of 99.5%,the precision was 96.3%,and the F1 score was 97.9%.From the extracted road surface,a framework for the estimation of road roughness was proposed.Good agreement was achieved when comparing the results of the road roughness map with the visual image,indicating the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed framework. 展开更多

Safe and precise cavity detection is vital for reasonable cavity underground cavities especially those unsafe or inaccessible evaluation and disposal. The conventional cavity detection methods and their limitation were analyzed. Those methods cannot form 3D model of underground cavity which is used for instructing the cavity disposal; and their precisions in detection are always greatly affected by the geological circumstance. The importance of 3D cavity detection in metal mine for safe exploitation was pointed out; and the 3D cavity laser detection method and its principle were introduced. A cavity auto scanning laser system was recommended to actualize the cavity 3D detection after comparing with the other laser detection systems. Four boreholes were chosen to verify the validity of the cavity auto scanning laser system. The results show that the cavity auto scanning laser system is very suitable for underground 3D cavity detection, especially for those inaccessible ones. 展开更多

In this paper, we presented a method of using the l as er scanning triangulation for the non-contact 3D surface profile measurement of large-scale object. The characteristic of large-scale object non-contact mea surement is analyzed and the measuring method is proposed. Main factors influenc ing measurement precision such as image distortion and accurate designation of s peckle center are analyzed and methods of solving these problems are proposed. W e designed a combined filter by which the pulse noise and the Gaussian noise of speckle image can be eliminated efficiently. Using the characteristic of intensi ty distribution of laser speckle image we proposed a new approximating method th at could locate the center of laser speckle image at sub-pixel. The auxiliary v ariables are set to linearize the relationship between the image displacement an d the distance, the accurate values of laser triangulation system parameters cou ld be calibrated accurately and the measuring precision is increased remarkabl y. Using the above techniques we designed a measuring system based on laser sc anning triangulation. The results of the experiment show that these methods can raise the measuring precision of large-scale 3D surface profile effectively. 展开更多

Two postpartum cows were used to study the ultrastructural changes of uterine endometrium by using scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the process of repair of uterine endometrium after calving was demonstrated by scanning electron microscope through a series of endometrium biopsy.Some part of the endometrium was damaged after calving and its adjacent endometrium cells became necrosis and exfoliated during the first 7 days post-partum;the cilium and microvillus of the epithelial cell in the undamaged area of the endometrium disappeared.By 26 days postpartum the damaged area reduced and the cilium and microvillus increased in their numbers.The damaged tissues were all repaired by day 60 postpartum. 展开更多

In recent years,heavy ion accelerator technology has been rapidly developing worldwide and widely applied in the fields of space radiation simulation and particle therapy.Usually,a very high uniformity in the irradiation area is required for the extracted ion beams,which is crucial because it directly affects the experimental precision and therapeutic effect.Specifically,ultra-large-area and high-uniformity scanning are crucial requirements for spacecraft radiation effects assessment and serve as core specification for beamline terminal design.In the 300 MeV proton and heavy ion accelerator complex at the Space Environment Simulation and Research Infrastructure(SESRI),proton and heavy ion beams will be accelerated and ultimately delivered to three irradiation terminals.In order to achieve the required large irradiation area of 320 mm×320 mm,horizontal and vertical scanning magnets are used in the extraction beam line.However,considering the various requirements for beam species and energies,the tracking accuracy of power supplies(PSs),the eddy current effect of scanning magnets,and the fluctuation of ion bunch structure will reduce the irradiation uniformity.To mitigate these effects,a beam uniformity optimization method based on the measured beam distribution was proposed and applied in the accelerator complex at SESRI.In the experiment,the uniformity is successfully optimized from 75%to over 90%after five iterations of adjustment to the PS waveforms.In this paper,the method and experimental results were introduced. 展开更多

A 3D laser scanning strategy based on cascaded deep neural network is proposed for the scanning system converted from 2D Lidar with a pitching motion device. The strategy is aimed at moving target detection and monitoring. Combining the device characteristics, the strategy first proposes a cascaded deep neural network, which inputs 2D point cloud, color image and pitching angle. The outputs are target distance and speed classification. And the cross-entropy loss function of network is modified by using focal loss and uniform distribution to improve the recognition accuracy. Then a pitching range and speed model are proposed to determine pitching motion parameters. Finally, the adaptive scanning is realized by integral separate speed PID. The experimental results show that the accuracies of the improved network target detection box, distance and speed classification are 90.17%, 96.87% and 96.97%, respectively. The average speed error of the improved PID is 0.4239°/s, and the average strategy execution time is 0.1521 s.The range and speed model can effectively reduce the collection of useless information and the deformation of the target point cloud. Conclusively, the experimental of overall scanning strategy show that it can improve target point cloud integrity and density while ensuring the capture of target. 展开更多

New method for analyzing recrystallization kinetics of deformed metal by differential scanning calorimeter

The drawn copper wires have been analyzed by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) and a new method, which uses DSC measurements to determine the Johnson-Mehl-Avrami-Kolmogorov(JMAK) exponent via introducing Arrhenius behavior and modifying the baseline of DSC curves, has been proposed. The results show that JMAK exponent and recrystallization activation energy of the drawn copper wires with a strain of 2.77 are about 2.39 and 125 k J/mol, respectively. The line linking the tangency points of DSC curve hypotenuse can be used as the baseline when calculating recrystallization fraction. The JMAK exponent obtained by the DSC method is in a good agreement with that obtained by microhardness measurements. Compared to traditional methods to measure the exponent, the proposed method is faster and less labor intensive. 展开更多

In this paper, as the active position measurement system, a novel method for a two-dimensional localization system using M-sequence signal is proposed. The feature of this system is to realize a position measurement only by scanning the encoded laser beams from fixing points to a measurement field, and by observing it. First, both the system configuration and encoding method were practically considered, and an order and an initial value of M-sequence signal were selected for encoding. This method is based on discrete angle measurement therefore the resolution has its own limitation. To overcome this limitation, analogue phase shift detecting method was introduced. System design was performed and applied to position measurement experiments. The experimental results show that the measurement error of the analogue method is 1/3 of that of the discrete method. 展开更多

为探究不同粒型小麦在挤压破碎过程中的力学行为,探索粒型对小麦力学特性、应力、应变及总变形规律的影响,该研究以含水率为16%的小麦籽粒为研究对象,采用微CT(X-ray micro-computed tomography)扫描建模与有限元分析相结合的方法,精确... 为探究不同粒型小麦在挤压破碎过程中的力学行为,探索粒型对小麦力学特性、应力、应变及总变形规律的影响,该研究以含水率为16%的小麦籽粒为研究对象,采用微CT(X-ray micro-computed tomography)扫描建模与有限元分析相结合的方法,精确构建小麦籽粒的三维模型,系统分析了不同粒型小麦在挤压破碎过程中的力学特性、应力、应变及总变形分布规律。结果表明,小麦粒型与力学响应行为密切相关,较大小麦籽粒具有更高的抗压强度和弹性模量,且应力集中主要发生在籽粒腹沟区域。整体挤压分析表明,不同粒型的小麦裂纹生成规律相似;在腹式和侧式压缩下,裂纹均沿腹沟处产生,并延腹沟向内部延伸,这一结果通过微CT扫描模型的精确建模与有限元模拟得到了验证,同时将小麦颗粒受挤压时的应力应变及总变形分布情况可视化,以表征小麦颗粒在挤压过程中的力学行为。通过微CT扫描小麦压缩后的裂纹与有限元模拟后腹沟处应力集中的现象进行对比,从试验与仿真双重角度验证了腹沟区域其特有的结构特征。本研究通过微CT扫描与有限元分析的结合,揭示了小麦腹沟作为力学薄弱区域的结构特性,构建了精准的挤压模型,为优化制粉工艺参数、实现小麦精准低损加工提供了理论模型与设计依据。 展开更多

在煤矿生产过程中,为防止老空水害而留设的各类防隔水煤柱在废弃采空区蓄积的具有侵蚀性的矿井水长期带压浸水作用下,其宏观、细观结构不断发生变化并出现损伤劣化现象,导致煤柱的物理力学强度减小、稳定性降低,进而诱发煤柱失稳和突水... 在煤矿生产过程中,为防止老空水害而留设的各类防隔水煤柱在废弃采空区蓄积的具有侵蚀性的矿井水长期带压浸水作用下,其宏观、细观结构不断发生变化并出现损伤劣化现象,导致煤柱的物理力学强度减小、稳定性降低,进而诱发煤柱失稳和突水事故的发生。论文通过自主设计的高压矿井水−煤耦合作用试验装置,开展了煤柱试样在不同水压、模拟矿井水、原样矿井水等条件下的长期浸泡模拟试验,并采用计算机断层扫描(CT)、X射线衍射(XRD)以及高压伺服压缩试验加载系统等手段,分析并研究了煤样长期浸水条件下的结构演化与力学损伤劣化过程和作用机理。研究结果表明:煤样结构在侵蚀性矿井水长期浸泡条件下表现为不规则孔隙−裂隙显著发育、孔隙率由0.25%增大到1.2%、孔隙发育的离散性随浸泡时间逐步降低;煤样在侵蚀溶液长期浸泡条件下的力学损伤劣化效应明显,受浸泡时间和浸泡溶液的pH值影响最为明显;煤样与矿井水在浸泡过程中产生相互作用,具体体现为初期的吸水膨胀作用与后期的溶解消耗作用。根据上述研究成果,论文阐明了废弃矿井及采空区各类边界煤柱在高渗透压、侵蚀性矿井水长期作用下结构演化与损伤劣化的物理−化学耦合作用机理,揭示了废弃采空区边界煤柱带压浸水作用下的动态响应过程与关键阶段:第一阶段以物理吸水膨胀作用为主,表现为抗压强度整体减小而抗拉强度先降低后回升再降低的现象;第二阶段以物理−化学联合作用为主,表现为黏土类矿物部分溶解、消耗导致孔隙率增大,进而诱发物理力学损伤劣化;最后,在“软化系数”的基础上提出了浸水煤柱“损伤系数”的定义和计算公式,并确定了浸水煤柱“损伤系数”的经验数值。研究结果对各类废弃矿井或采空区边界煤柱的稳定性评价和水害的防控具有重要的理论意义和工程实践价值。 展开更多

煤岩体中不同尺度层级的节理交错,分布规律迥异,对其变形破坏特征有重要影响。筛选对煤岩力学行为起主控作用的裂隙尺度层级并在该尺度基础上进行随机节理网络模型(Discrete Fracture Network,DFN)构建,在保证数值计算准确性的同时降低... 煤岩体中不同尺度层级的节理交错,分布规律迥异,对其变形破坏特征有重要影响。筛选对煤岩力学行为起主控作用的裂隙尺度层级并在该尺度基础上进行随机节理网络模型(Discrete Fracture Network,DFN)构建,在保证数值计算准确性的同时降低冗余裂隙尺度对模型构建及计算机算力的影响,可为提升岩石力学数值计算效能提供新的途径。基于CT扫描与图像处理技术,提取煤样三维裂隙结构及其几何特征参数,嵌入RFPA^(3D)-CT进行单轴加载数值分析并与试件的单轴压缩试验结果进行比对,确定了煤样数值模型的细观力学参数,进一步逐级筛选出对煤样力学行为起主要控制作用的裂隙尺度层级。在此基础上,运用Baecher模型和Monte-Carlo随机模拟理论,依据主控裂隙的几何分布特征构建等效DFN模型,并通过数值模拟计算对模型的有效性进行验证。研究结果表明:研究煤体试件样本的主控裂隙尺度(迹长)不小于14 mm,对该尺度以上的裂隙与对该尺度及以上裂隙进行删减的模型相较,破坏形态由“2”型转为斜“1”型,破坏峰值强度升高了61.79%,该尺度以上裂隙的存在与否对试件模型的数值计算结果起到决定性的控制作用。基于试件的主控裂隙尺度构建了等效DFN模型,其节理几何特征与基于CT扫描的真实裂隙各项几何特征参数基本一致,其平均误差为5.16%,等效DFN模型在单轴加载作用下表现出的力学性质与CT扫描后6组全裂隙模型相对吻合,两者峰值强度平均误差为13.41%,破坏计算时步的计算效率提升了14.59%。 展开更多

基于岩碴比表面积的完整岩体TBM破岩效率分析 被引量:2

岩碴是TBM掘进过程中岩~机相互作用的直接产物,其破碎程度、形态特征、粒径分布等信息是TBM破岩效率的重要反馈指标。基于岩碴现场筛分试验和室内三维扫描试验,定量分析了TBM岩碴的形态特征及其随粒径变化的规律,提出一种基于岩碴粒径... 岩碴是TBM掘进过程中岩~机相互作用的直接产物,其破碎程度、形态特征、粒径分布等信息是TBM破岩效率的重要反馈指标。基于岩碴现场筛分试验和室内三维扫描试验,定量分析了TBM岩碴的形态特征及其随粒径变化的规律,提出一种基于岩碴粒径分布规律的比表面积计算方法,准确计算了不同粒径分布条件下岩碴比表面积的真实值。结合岩碴新表面理论指标对岩碴比表面积计算结果进行验证,同时分析了岩碴比表面积与TBM破岩效率之间的内在联系。研究结果表明:随着岩碴粒径增大,岩碴的球形度和扁平度逐渐减小、伸长度逐渐增大。总体上,岩碴的伸长度越大、扁平度和球形度越小,粗糙度指数就越大,TBM破岩效率越高。采用积分的方法,利用表面积预测函数与累积分布函数可计算得到岩碴试样比表面积真实值且分析发现其数据可近似表示单位质量岩体破碎后新增表面积的大小。岩碴比表面积SW与新表面理论指标Sa之间具有较好的线性相关性,可以相互验证其准确性与合理性,但相比新表面理论指标Sa,比表面积SW具有更清晰的物理意义和更为直观的数字结果。岩碴比表面积随TBM掘进比能、贯入度指数增加而增大,随粗糙度指数增大而减小,即岩碴比表面积可较好地描述岩石破碎程度及能量消耗,岩碴比表面积越大,岩碴就越破碎,TBM破岩效率越低。 展开更多
