Hefei Light Source(HLS)is a synchrotron radiation light source that primarily produces vacuum ultraviolet and soft X-rays.It currently consists of ten experimental stations,including a soft X-ray microscopy station.As part of its on-going efforts to establish a centralized scientific data management platform,HLS is in the process of developing a test sys-tem that covers the entire lifecycle of scientific data,including data generation,acquisition,processing,analysis,and de-struction.However,the instruments used in the soft X-ray microscopy experimental station rely on commercial propriet-ary software for data acquisition and processing.We developed a semi-automatic data acquisition program to facilitate the integration of soft X-ray microscopy stations into a centralized scientific data management platform.Additionally,we cre-ated an online data processing platform to assist users in analyzing their scientific data.The system we developed and de-ployed meets the design requirements,successfully integrating the soft X-ray microscopy station into the full lifecycle management of scientific data. 展开更多

Two dynamic grey models DGM (1, 1) for the verification cycle and the lifecycle of measuring instrument based on time sequence and frequency sequence were set up, according to the statistical feature of examination data and weighting method. By a specific case, i.e. vernier caliper, it is proved that the fit precision and forecast precision of the models are much higher, the cycles are obviously different under different working conditions, and the forecast result of the frequency sequence model is better than that of the time sequence model. Combining dynamic grey model and auto-manufacturing case the controlling and information subsystems of verification cycle and the lifecycle based on information integration, multi-sensor controlling and management controlling were given. The models can be used in production process to help enterprise reduce error, cost and flaw. 展开更多

This review presents a comprehensive techno-economic and life-cycle assessment of sustainable aviation fuel(SAF)production from biomass.The critical need for transitioning towards environmentally sustainable alternatives for liquid fuel and aviation industry is first discussed.Key insights encompass the evolutionary progression of biofuel production from first-generation to second-generation biofuels,with a focus on utilizing non-food sources like woody biomass for enhanced sustainability.Available data from the literature on techno-economic assessments of various SAF production pathways are analyzed including production costs,conversion efficiency,and scalability.Moreover,results of lifecycle assessments associated with different SAF production pathways are presented,providing essential insights for decision-making processes.The challenges of scaling up woody biomass-based SAF production are discussed based on the assessment results,and recommendations are proposed to steer stakeholders towards a greener and more sustainable trajectory for aviation operations. 展开更多

Modular technology can effectively support the rapid design of products, and it is one of the key technologies to realize mass customization design. With the application of product lifecycle management(PLM) system in enterprises, the product lifecycle data have been effectively managed. However, these data have not been fully utilized in module division, especially for complex machinery products. To solve this problem, a product module mining method for the PLM database is proposed to improve the effect of module division. Firstly, product data are extracted from the PLM database by data extraction algorithm. Then, data normalization and structure logical inspection are used to preprocess the extracted defective data. The preprocessed product data are analyzed and expressed in a matrix for module mining. Finally, the fuzzy c-means clustering(FCM) algorithm is used to generate product modules, which are stored in product module library after module marking and post-processing. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by a case study of high pressure valve. 展开更多

This study takes the patent information of China's electric agricultural machinery technology as the research object,and uses patent measurement analysis method and visual analysis tools to carry out statistical analysis and comparative research on the relevant patent information from the perspectives of annual patent applications,patent structure,technological key,main applicants,patent layout,technology lifecycle and so on.The research results show that China's electric agricultural machinery technology innovation is developing rapidly,and the patent categories are mainly utility model and invention patents,and the proportion of invention patents is lower than utility model patents.Universities are the most important innovation subjects in this field,and technology research and development focuses on IPC(international patent classification)subcategories such as A01C(seeding,fertilization),B60K(power,transmission),and A01D(harvesting.mowing).Jiangsu Province and Shandong Province rank the top 2 in the number of domestic patent applications,and the United States and Japan are the two countries with the most layout in China.At present,the growth of electric agricultural machinery technology is weak,but the new technology has strong features,there is no sign of maturity,and it does not have signs of technological aging and still has greater development potential.The results of the study can provide information reference for clarifying the status quo,characteristics and development trend of China's electric agricultural machinery technology innovation. 展开更多
