Nonperiodic interrupted sampling repeater jamming(ISRJ)against inverse synthetic aperture radar(ISAR)can obtain two-dimensional blanket jamming performance by joint fast and slow time domain interrupted modulation,whi...Nonperiodic interrupted sampling repeater jamming(ISRJ)against inverse synthetic aperture radar(ISAR)can obtain two-dimensional blanket jamming performance by joint fast and slow time domain interrupted modulation,which is obviously dif-ferent from the conventional multi-false-target deception jam-ming.In this paper,a suppression method against this kind of novel jamming is proposed based on inter-pulse energy function and compressed sensing theory.By utilizing the discontinuous property of the jamming in slow time domain,the unjammed pulse is separated using the intra-pulse energy function diffe-rence.Based on this,the two-dimensional orthogonal matching pursuit(2D-OMP)algorithm is proposed.Further,it is proposed to reconstruct the ISAR image with the obtained unjammed pulse sequence.The validity of the proposed method is demon-strated via the Yake-42 plane data simulations.展开更多

An electronic counter-countermeasure...The interrupted sampling repeater jamming(ISRJ) is an effective deception jamming method for coherent radar, especially for the wideband linear frequency modulation(LFM) radar. An electronic counter-countermeasure(ECCM) scheme is proposed to remove the ISRJ-based false targets from the pulse compression result of the de-chirping radar. Through the time-frequency(TF) analysis of the radar echo signal, it can be found that the TF characteristics of the ISRJ signal are discontinuous in the pulse duration because the ISRJ jammer needs short durations to receive the radar signal. Based on the discontinuous characteristics a particular band-pass filter can be generated by two alternative approaches to retain the true target signal and suppress the ISRJ signal. The simulation results prove the validity of the proposed ECCM scheme for the ISRJ.展开更多

Results showed that the T6 alloy...Effects of interrupted ageing(T6I6) and asymmetric rolling on microstructures, mechanical properties, and intergranular corrosion(IGC) behaviors of Al-Mg-Si-Zn alloy were investigated. Results showed that the T6 alloy has the lowest strength and the worst IGC resistance, while the T6I6 alloy has higher strength and better IGC resistance.What’ s more, the alloy treated by pre-rolling deformation has higher strength and better IGC resistance;and the alloy treated by the pre-asymmetry rolling achieves the highest strength, the best IGC resistance and lower elongation. The mechanical properties depend on microstructures such as the grain size, texture, dislocation density and precipitation, the grain boundary misorientation and grain boundary microstructure are responsible for the IGC resistance.展开更多
Investigations are reported into the use of an electromagnetically convoluted arc,external to a magnetic field(B-field)producing coil,in combination with a parallel R,L,C resonant circuit for interrupting quasi-steady...Investigations are reported into the use of an electromagnetically convoluted arc,external to a magnetic field(B-field)producing coil,in combination with a parallel R,L,C resonant circuit for interrupting quasi-steady currents.In order to elucidate the complex interactions between the arc,B-field and R,L,C circuit,the B-field producing coil is energised independently from the current to be interrupted and the R,L,C circuit.Experimental results are presented for the time variation of the currents flowing through the arc gap,the B-field coil and the parallel R,L,C circuit,along with the voltage across the arc gap.An insight is gained into the role of various effects,which are produced by the complex interactions and which might be used to advantage for direct current interruption.展开更多
