Based on the idea of fusing modeling, an integrated prediction model for sintering process was proposed. A framework for sulfur content prediction was established, which integrated multi modeling ways together, including mathematical model combined with neural network(NN), rule model based on empirical knowledge and model-choosing coordinator. Via metallurgic mechanism analysis and material balance computation, a mathematical model calculated the sulfur content in agglomerate by the material balance equation with some parameters predicted by NN method. In the other model, the relationship between sulfur content and key factors was described in the form of expert rules. The model-choosing coordinator based on fuzzy logic was introduced to decide the weight of result of each model according to process conditions. The model was tested by industrial application data and produced a relatively satisfactory prediction error. The model also preferably reflected the varying tendency of sulfur content in agglomerate as the evidence of its prediction performance. 展开更多

The uncertain time-delay system under consideration may have mis- matching norm bounded uncertainties in the state matrix as well as the input matrix, A sufficient condition for the existence of a sliding surface is given to guarantee asymptotic stability of the full order slJdJng mode dynamics. An LMI characterization of the slid- ing surface is given, together with an integral sliding mode control law guaranteeing the existence of a sliding mode from the initial time. Prediction has become more and more difficult in mineral exploration, especially in the mature exploration environment such as Tongling copper district. For enhancing predictive discovery of hidden ore deposits in such mature environment, the key strategies which should be adopted include the innovation of the exploration models, application of the advanced exploration techniques and integration of multiple sets of information. The innovation of the exploration models should incorporate the new metallogenic concepts that are based on the geodynamic anatomization. The advanced techniques applied in the mature exploration environment should aim at the speciality and complexity of the geological setting and working environments. The information synthesis is to integrate multiple sets of data for giving a more credible and visual prospectivity map by using the geographic imformation system(GIS) and several mathematical methods, such as weight of evidence and fuzzy logic, which can extract useful information from every set of data as much as possible. Guided by these strategies, a predictive exploration in Fenghuangshan ore field of Tongling copper district was implemented, and a hidden ore deposit was discovered. 展开更多

The 3D clearance of a high-speed train(HST) is critical to ensure the safety of railway transportation. Many studies have been conducted on the inspection of the clearance profile in railway operation based on the vision system, but few researchers have focused on the computation of the 3D clearance in the design phase of an HST. This paper summarizes the virtual 3D clearance computation of an HST based on model integration and the convex hull method. First, both the aerodynamic and kinetic analysis models of the HST are constructed. The two models are then integrated according to the corresponding relationship map, and an array of transformation matrixes of the HST is created to drive the designed model simulating the physical railway motion. Furthermore, the convex hull method is adopted to compute the 3D envelope of the moving train. Finally, the Hausdorff metric is involved in the measurement of the minimum clearance model and the 3D envelope model. In addition, the color map of the Hausdorff distance is established to verify that the designed shape of the HST meets the national standards. This paper provides an effective method to accurately calculate the 3D clearance for the shape design of an HST, which greatly reduces the development cost by minimizing the physical prototype that must be built. 展开更多

The globalization and the intensive competition of th e automotive market require shortening the product development cycle, improving the quality and reducing the cost. Optimizing the product development process, b uilding product’s consistent defining model for life cycle, and realizing the in tegration of CAD/CAM/CAE and Concurrent Engineering (CE) become the means to acc ept the challenge. A new product modeling technology, Multi Model Technology (MM T), is provided in this paper to meet the needs of the challenge for automotive powertrain product development. First, the paper introduces the concept of Multi Model Technology. MMT introduce s Object-oriented Technology (OT) into product modeling process and combine OT with feature-based modeling technology. With the help of OT, MMT builds product object model to support system level management in product development. The obj ect model of the product is a Multi Model Structure. The MMS consists of finish part model level (assembly model level), rough part model level (part model leve l), function model level and basic model level. Every models in the MMS is creat ed by feature-based technology in design process. In this case, models in the M MS of product can be shared by casting mould, sand core and sand core mould. The refore, CAD engineers, CAE engineers and CAM engineers can work concurrently and the integration of CAD/CAM/CAE can be realized. Second, MMT is applied in cylinder head development. The multi model structures of cylinder head, its casting mould, sand core and sand core mould are built, an d the process-oriented feature models of every objects in the multi model struc tures are modeled, the application of different model objects in development pro cess is analyzed. The integrated modeling technology of cylinder head, its casti ng mould, sand core and sand core mould under MMT is studied. And the concurrent engineering oriented integration method of CAD/CAE and the method to realize th e integration of CAD/CAE under MMT are also discussed. Based on above, the integ ration of CAD/CAM/CAE of cylinder head is realized in automotive powertrain prod uct. The practice results shows that the modeling technology in this paper can optimi ze the development process, realize the data sharing and concurrent engineering in the product development process. 展开更多

To realize high accurate control of relative position and attitude between two spacecrafts, the coupling between position and attitude must be fully considered and a more precise model should be established. This paper breaks the traditional divide and conquer idea, and uses a mathematical tool, namely dual quaternion to establish the integrated 6 degree-of-freedom(6-DOF) model of relative position and attitude, which describes the coupled relative motion in a compact and efficient form and needs less information of the target. Considering the complex operation rules and the unclarity of the current relative motion model in dual quaternion, necessary mathematical foundations are given at first, followed by clear and detailed modeling process and analysis. Finally a generalized proportion-derivative(PD) controller law is designed. The simulation results show that based on the integrated model established by dual quaternion, this control law can achieve a high control accuracy of relative motion. 展开更多

Emotional inference by means of Choquet integral and λ-fuzzy measurement in consideration of ambiguity of human mentality 被引量:1

Research on human emotions has started to address psychological aspects of human nature and has advanced to the point of designing various models that represent them quantitatively and systematically. Based on the findings, a method is suggested for emotional space formation and emotional inference that enhance the quality and maximize the reality of emotion-based personalized services. In consideration of the subjective tendencies of individuals, AHP was adopted for the quantitative evaluation of human emotions, based on which an emotional space remodeling method is suggested in reference to the emotional model of Thayer and Plutchik, which takes into account personal emotions. In addition, Sugeno fuzzy inference, fuzzy measures, and Choquet integral were adopted for emotional inference in the remodeled personalized emotional space model. Its performance was evaluated through an experiment. Fourteen cases were analyzed with 4.0 and higher evaluation value of emotions inferred, for the evaluation of emotional similarity, through the case studies of 17 kinds of emotional inference methods. Matching results per inference method in ten cases accounting for 71% are confirmed. It is also found that the remaining two cases are inferred as adjoining emotion in the same section. In this manner, the similarity of inference results is verified. 展开更多

However,the usage and promotion of WQMS is largely limited by amounts of parameters,complex conditions and enormous operations. A GIS integrated system of urban water environment coupled with SWMM( storm runoff model),ECOM( hydrodynamic model) and RCA( water quality model) was constructed in this study,with the production and transformation of contaminants in large scale taken into consideration. This integrated system guaranteed an independent calculation and multi-model coupling calculation,including convenient pre-processing,fast and efficient model running and results visualization in different spatial and temporal scales,in the purpose of simplifying the usage and promotion of complex models and providing necessary understanding required in water resource managing and water pollution controlling,and ultimately improving decision making capability. In allusion to the difficulty of integrating data with different models in integrating spatial information, the characteristics of raster structure, vector structure and mixed model were analyzed, and a hierarchical vector-raster integrative full feature model was put forward by integrating the advantage of vector and raster model and using the object-oriented method. The data structures of the four basic features, i.e. point, line, surface and solid, were described. An application was analyzed and described, and the characteristics of this model were described. In this model, all objects in the real world are divided into and described as features with hierarchy, and all the data are organized in vector. This model can describe data based on feature, field, network and other models, and avoid the disadvantage of inability to integrate data based on different models and perform spatial analysis on them in spatial information integration. 展开更多

有限元地应力场数值模拟在石油勘探开发、工程开挖领域应用广泛,有限元应力分析软件ANSYS凭借其强大的通用处理能力受到青睐;但是在地应力分析过程中该软件建模能力较弱,不能构建复杂的三维地质模型;其建模过程烦琐,且无法直接处理钻孔... 有限元地应力场数值模拟在石油勘探开发、工程开挖领域应用广泛,有限元应力分析软件ANSYS凭借其强大的通用处理能力受到青睐;但是在地应力分析过程中该软件建模能力较弱,不能构建复杂的三维地质模型;其建模过程烦琐,且无法直接处理钻孔、测井与地震等地学数据,同时考虑整个地应力求解过程人工参与较多,自动化水平较低。针对以上问题,地应力场模拟自动化系统将地质建模与地应力求解置于同一个平台环境下,利用三维地质建模技术构建地下岩体模型,展现地层之间的相互接触关系,并进行有限元求解得到三维地应力场分布。该系统能够提高建模效率、降低建模误差、简化材料参数设置,从而提高了地应力场建模自动化水平。 展开更多

基层医疗卫生机构实现慢性病医防融合业务模式的关键机制和优化对策研究

背景在人口老龄化与慢性病负担加剧的背景下,传统的“重治轻防”模式已难以应对挑战并亟须构建医防融合的综合防治体系。尽管国家层面已出台多项政策推动医防融合,但基层医疗卫生机构在实施过程中仍面临诸多困境:一是缺乏系统性的实施... 背景在人口老龄化与慢性病负担加剧的背景下,传统的“重治轻防”模式已难以应对挑战并亟须构建医防融合的综合防治体系。尽管国家层面已出台多项政策推动医防融合,但基层医疗卫生机构在实施过程中仍面临诸多困境:一是缺乏系统性的实施路径指导;二是各地实践模式差异较大,缺乏共性机制提炼;三是现有研究多聚焦于医共体层面,对基层医疗卫生机构作为独立主体的医防融合模式研究不足。因此本研究聚焦基层医疗卫生机构这一核心载体,通过多案例进行机制分析,旨在破解“如何实现有效融合”的共性路径问题并提出优化对策。目的分析基层医疗卫生机构实现慢性病医防融合业务模式的关键实现机制,为各地基层医疗卫生机构探索符合当地实际情况的医防融合式慢病管理服务模式提供参考。方法于2024年11月采用文献研究法梳理、总结医防融合的文献案例,然后借鉴彩虹模型的4个层面、7个条件运用定性比较分析针对基层医疗卫生机构开展的慢性病医防融合业务的14个案例进行良好慢性病医防融合效果的实现机制探索,进而开展半结构化访谈提出优化意见。结果共有4条组态路径能有效提升基层社区慢性病医防融合效果,组态路径1中微观整合型、组态路径2微观及支持要素层整合型、组态路径3多层面整合型和组态路径4全层面整合型,4条组态路径的组合覆盖率0.857,能够解释大多数案例中的良好医防融合效果,组合一致性1.000,能够很好地解释良好医防融合效果的产生路径。服务整合和功能整合是实现良好医防融合效果的核心基础,分别强调连续的慢性病健康管理和监督考核机制的重要性,而系统整合则凸显了政策支持的关键作用。不同组态在核心条件、整合层面和支持要素上的差异表明,医防融合的实现路径可因地区资源和政策条件的不同而灵活调整,并非单一模式。结论为实现基层医疗卫生机构慢性病医防融合业务的可持续良好发展,需要从宏观层面加强政策支持和系统整合,中观层面促进多层面协作和资源下沉,微观层面强化服务整合、注重团队人员整合以确保健康管理的连续性,支持要素方面建立有效的监督考核机制和绩效激励机制。 展开更多
