A higher-order cumulant-based weighted least square(HOCWLS) and a higher-order cumulant-based iterative least square(HOCILS) are derived for multiple inputs single output(MISO) errors-in-variables(EIV) systems... A higher-order cumulant-based weighted least square(HOCWLS) and a higher-order cumulant-based iterative least square(HOCILS) are derived for multiple inputs single output(MISO) errors-in-variables(EIV) systems from noisy input/output data. Whether the noises of the input/output of the system are white or colored, the proposed algorithms can be insensitive to these noises and yield unbiased estimates. To realize adaptive parameter estimates, a higher-order cumulant-based recursive least square(HOCRLS) method is also studied. Convergence analysis of the HOCRLS is conducted by using the stochastic process theory and the stochastic martingale theory. It indicates that the parameter estimation error of HOCRLS consistently converges to zero under a generalized persistent excitation condition. The usefulness of the proposed algorithms is assessed through numerical simulations. 展开更多

Using the existing positioning technology can easily obtain high-precision positioning information,which can save resources and reduce complexity when used in the communication field.In this paper,we propose a location-based user scheduling and beamforming scheme for the downlink of a massive multi-user input-output system.Specifically,we combine an analog outer beamformer with a digital inner beamformer.An outer beamformer can be selected from a codebook formed by antenna steering vectors,and then a reduced-complexity inner beamformer based on iterative orthogonal matrices and right triangular matrices(QR)decomposition is applied to cancel interuser interference.Then,we propose a low-complexity user selection algorithm using location information in this paper.We first derive the geometric angle between channel matrices,which represent the correlation between users.Furthermore,we derive the asymptotic signal to interference-plus-noise ratio(SINR)of the system in the context of two-stage beamforming using random matrix theory(RMT),taking into account inter-channel correlations and energies.Simulation results show that the algorithm can achieve higher system and speed while reducing computational complexity. 展开更多

Enhancing the stability and performance of practical control systems in the presence of nonlinearity,time delay,and uncertainty remains a significant challenge.Particularly,a class of strict-feedback nonlinear uncertain systems characterized by unknown control directions and time-varying input delay lacks comprehensive solutions.In this paper,we propose an observerbased adaptive tracking controller to address this gap.Neural networks are utilized to handle uncertainty,and a unique coordinate transformation is employed to untangle the coupling between input delay and unknown control directions.Subsequently,a new auxiliary signal counters the impact of time-varying input delay,while a Nussbaum function is introduced to solve the problem of unknown control directions.The leverage of an advanced dynamic surface control technique avoids the“complexity explosion”and reduces boundary layer errors.Synthesizing these techniques ensures that all the closed-loop signals are semi-globally uniformly ultimately bounded(SGUUB),and the tracking error converges to a small region around the origin by selecting suitable parameters.Simulation examples are provided to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed approach. 展开更多

蒸汽发生器液位是评价核电机组运行状态的重要参数指标之一,由于传统预设固定液位报警阈值的监测方法无法在触发报警信号前及早发现异常,为蒸汽发生器液位建立异常检测模型很有必要。基于蒸汽发生器复杂非线性系统的特点,通过带外源输... 蒸汽发生器液位是评价核电机组运行状态的重要参数指标之一,由于传统预设固定液位报警阈值的监测方法无法在触发报警信号前及早发现异常,为蒸汽发生器液位建立异常检测模型很有必要。基于蒸汽发生器复杂非线性系统的特点,通过带外源输入的非线性自回归(nonlinear auto-regressive with exogenous inputs, NARX)方法研究了蒸汽发生器在正常工作模式下液位及相关参数间的耦合关系模型。模型以历史液位值和相关参数作为输入回归得到下一时刻的液位预测值,并通过预测值与实际观测值残差的大小,来判断蒸汽发生器多传感器系统当前工作状态是否异常。与触发预设液位阈值后再报警的传统状态监测方法相比,结果表明该方法能够检测到液位与相关参数间的耦合关系偏移,并在微小变化发生时就检测到异常,从而实现蒸汽发生器液位的状态监测和预警。同时经真实核电厂数据验证,可见该模型能够对液位实现准确的回归预测,并在依照真实故障类型构建的异常数据集验证实验中,取得了较好的异常检测效果。 展开更多

针对当前算法在实现双基地电磁矢量传感器多输入多输出(electromagnetic vector sensors multiple input multiple output,EMVS-MIMO)雷达的多维参数估计时计算代价较高的问题,通过利用降维变换技术来实现低复杂度的角度参数和极化参数... 针对当前算法在实现双基地电磁矢量传感器多输入多输出(electromagnetic vector sensors multiple input multiple output,EMVS-MIMO)雷达的多维参数估计时计算代价较高的问题,通过利用降维变换技术来实现低复杂度的角度参数和极化参数求解。针对阵列接收数据维度较大问题,通过设计相应的波束空间变换矩阵来实现对阵列接收数据的降维处理。针对算法本身的较高计算复杂度问题,采用低计算复杂度的平行因子分解算法。所提算法能够精确地实现对发射因子矩阵和接收因子矩阵的求解。同时,通过新的旋转不变关系构建新的估计信号参数,可以实现对发射/接收俯仰角的求解。进一步,发射/接收方位角、发射/接收极化角和发射/接收极化相位差的估计可以通过发射/接收空间响应矩阵的重构来实现。仿真实验结果表明,所提算法在降低计算复杂度的同时能够保持优越的多维参数估计性能。 展开更多

In this paper,an integrated guidance and control method based on an adaptive path-following controller is proposed to control a spin-stabilized projectile with only translational motion information under the constraint of an actuator,uncertainties in aerodynamic parameters and measurements,and control system complexity.Owing to the fairly high rotation speed,the dynamic model of this missile is strongly nonlinear,uncertain and coupled in pitch,yaw and roll channels.A theoretical equivalent resultant force and uncertainty compensation method are comprehensively used to realize decoupling of pitch and yaw.In response to the strong nonlinear and time-varying characteristics of the dynamic system,the quasi-linear model whose parameters are obtained by interpolation of points selected as the segmentation points in the trajectory envelope,is used for calculation in each step.To cope with the system uncertainty caused by model approximation,parameter uncertainty and ballistic interference,an extended state estimator is used to compensate the output feedback according to the test ballistic angle.In order to improve the tracking efficiency and ensure the tracking error convergence with only translational motion information,the virtual guide point,whose derivative is deduced according to the Lyapunov principle,is calculated in real time according to the projection relationship between the real-time position and the reference trajectory,and a virtual line-of-sight angle and the backstepping method are used for the design of the guidance and control system.In order to avoid the influence of control input saturation on the guidance and control performance due to the actuator limitation and improve the robustness of the system,an anti-saturation compensator is designed according to the two-step method.The feasibility and effectiveness of the path-following controller is verified through closed-loop flight simulations with measurement,control,and condition uncertainties.The results indicate that the designed controller can converge to the reference path and evidently decrease the distance between the impact point and target under different uncertainties. 展开更多

This study investigated the effect of pre-friction surfacing heat treatment of consumable rods and heat input during friction surfacing on the microstructure,mechanical properties,and wear resistance of hypereutectic Al-Si alloy deposited on a commercially pure aluminum substrate.The results show that regardless of the consumable rod’s heat treatment conditions,the coating’s efficiency has increased with the increase in heat input,so the coating efficiency increases by 20%and 30%in the solid solution-treated rod and the artificially aged rod,respectively.By increasing the heat input,the average grain size in the coating fabricated by solid solution-treated rod and artificially aged rod increased from 0.1 to 0.9μm and from 0.2 to 1.3μm,respectively.At constant heat input,the average hardness and wear resistance of the coating created in the solid solution-treated rod are lower than those of the artificially aged rod.By decreasing heat input,the wear loss in the coating fabricated by solid solution-treated rod and artificially aged rod decreased by 10%and 20%,respectively,reaching 0.1 and 0.03μg/m. 展开更多

随着深度包检测规则数目的剧烈增长,为了适应网络处理的需求,必须对表示正则表达式的DFA(deterministic finite automata,确定的有限自动机)进行高效的存储.一方面,对DFA的状态点数目进行压缩,提出了一种复合的FSM(有限自动机)的构造方... 随着深度包检测规则数目的剧烈增长,为了适应网络处理的需求,必须对表示正则表达式的DFA(deterministic finite automata,确定的有限自动机)进行高效的存储.一方面,对DFA的状态点数目进行压缩,提出了一种复合的FSM(有限自动机)的构造方法,通过对正则表达转化成DFA的状态点数目复杂度的分析,将不同复杂度的正则表达式采用不同的方式构建DFA,使得所有平方级和指数级复杂度的状态点数目降低到了线性级.另一方面,对DFA的状态转移数目进行压缩,给出了一种高效的压缩算法,即WD2FA(weighted delayed input DFA,带权延迟DFA)算法,对于任意复杂度的正则表达式都可以将状态转移数目压缩为原来的5%左右,相对于D2FA(delayed input DFA,延迟的DFA)有更好的压缩能力,并且使得D2FA是WD2FA在权值为0情况下的特例.实验结果表明,有限自动机的状态点数目能够控制在线性级,并且在状态点压缩的基础上将状态转移数目压缩为原来的7%. 展开更多

Modelling and simulation of projectile flight is at the core of ballistic computer software and is essential to the study of performance of rifles and projectiles in various engagement conditions.An effective and representative numerical model of projectile flight requires a relatively good approximation of the aerodynamics.The aerodynamic coefficients of the projectile model should be described as a series of piecewise polynomial functions of the Mach number that ideally meet the following conditions:they are continuous,differentiable at least once,and have a relatively low degree.The paper provides the steps needed to generate such piecewise polynomial functions using readily available tools,and then compares Piecewise Cubic Hermite Interpolating Polynomial(PCHIP),cubic splines,and piecewise linear functions,and their variant,as potential curve fitting methods to approximate the aerodynamics of a generic small arms projectile.A key contribution of the paper is the application of PCHIP to the approximation of projectile aerodynamics,and its evaluation against a set of criteria.Finally,the paper provides a baseline assessment of the impact of the polynomial functions on flight trajectory predictions obtained with 6-degree-of-freedom simulations of a generic projectile. 展开更多

Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) waveform enables radar and communication functions simultaneously, which encounters low angle resolution and poor data rate for traditional single input single output (SISO) systems. To solve these problems, an integrated radar and communication system (IRCS) with multiple input multiple output (MIMO) OFDM waveform is proposed. The different limitations of radar and communication in designing such a system are investigated. Then, an optimization problem is devised to obtain suitable system parameters, including the number of subcarriers, subcarrier spacing, number of symbols, pulse repetition frequency (PRF) and length of cyclic prefix (CP). Finally, to satisfy the requirements of both radar and communication, the IRCS parameters are derived in three typical cases. Several numerical results are presented to illustrate the demands of radar and communication, inconsistent or consistent, for the IRCS parameters and the superiority of the proposed system. 展开更多

A novel robust fault diagnosis scheme, which possesses fault estimate capability as well as fault diagnosis property, is proposed. The scheme is developed based on a suitable combination of the adaptive multiple model (AMM) and unknown input observer (UIO). The main idea of the proposed scheme stems from the fact that the actuator Lock-in-Place fault is unknown (when and where the actuator gets locked are unknown), and multiple models are used to describe different fault scenarios, then a bank of unknown input observers are designed to implement the disturbance de-coupling. According to Lyapunov theory, proof of the robustness of the newly developed scheme in the presence of faults and disturbances is derived. Numerical simulation results on an aircraft example show satisfactory performance of the proposed algorithm. 展开更多

This paper discusses the problem of direction of departure (DOD) and direction of arrival (DOA) estimation for a bistatic multiple input multiple output (MIMO) radar, and proposes an improved reduced-dimension Capon algorithm therein. Compared with the reduced-dimension Capon algorithm which requires pair matching between the two-dimensional angle estimation, the pro- posed algorithm can obtain automatically paired DOD and DOA estimation without debasing the performance of angle estimation in bistatic MIMO radar. Furthermore, the proposed algorithm has a lower complexity than the reduced-dimension Capon algorithm, and it is suitable for non-uniform linear arrays. The complexity of the proposed algorithm is analyzed and the Cramer-Rao bound (CRB) is also derived. Simulation results verify the usefulness of the proposed algorithm. 展开更多

The problem of fault-tolerant control is discussed for the longitudinal model of an airbreathing hypersonic vehicle (AHV) with actuator faults and external disturbances. Firstly, a fault-tolerant control strategy is presented for the longitudinal model of an AHV, which guarantees that velocity and altitude track their reference trajectories at an exponential convergence rate. However, this method needs to know the minimum value of the actuator efficiency factor and the upper bound of the external disturbances, which makes it not easy to implement. Then an improved adaptive fault-tolerant control scheme is proposed, where two adaptive laws are employed to estimate the upper bound of the external disturbances and the minimum value of the actuator efficiency factor, respectively. Secondly, the problem of designing a control scheme with control constraints is further considered, and a new adaptive fault-tolerant control strategy with input saturation is designed to guarantee that velocity and altitude track their reference trajectories. Finally, simulation results are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed methods. 展开更多

Based on the China Rural Statistical Yearbook of 1984-2003 published by State Statistics Bureau,and the annual temperature in the same period,impacts of temperature change,agricultural input,and planting area on grin production were analyzed for different regions of China during the last 20 years.The results show that the main characteristic of climate warming has obviously promoted the increase of grain yield in Northeast China.but to some extent suppressed it in North China,Northwest China and Southwest China,and shown no obvious effect on it in East China and Central-South China.The increase in agricultural input facilitated the grain production obviously in various regions in the early stage of the past 20 years,but showed no obvious effect in the late stage.The continuous reduction in sown area had a significant negative effect on the grain production in East China and Central-South China. 展开更多
