The ever-increasing complexity of industry facilities has made the reliability analysis and assessment an imperative yet tough work. Motivated by practical engineering requirement, this paper develops a Bayesian-based information extraction and aggregation (BIEA) approach for system level reliability estimation of a complex system. It takes both subjective judgments and objective field outputs into consideration. Novel features of this approach is a unique information content based aggregation process, which allows a flexible application of this framework in separated modules on account for purpose. The coherency of which is guaranteed by the objective information content calculation. This work goes beyond the alternatives that deal with solely attributed data under ideal information circumstance, and investigates a more generic tool for real engineering application. Limitations embedded in traditional statistical modeling methods have been eliminated in a nature manner by information transition and integration. In addition, a double axis driving mechanism (DADM) for erecting the antenna of a satellite is demonstrated as case study for benefit illustration and effectiveness verification. © 2017 Beijing Institute of Aerospace Information. 展开更多

Data processing of small samples is an important and valuable research problem in the electronic equipment test. Because it is difficult and complex to determine the probability distribution of small samples, it is difficult to use the traditional probability theory to process the samples and assess the degree of uncertainty. Using the grey relational theory and the norm theory, the grey distance information approach, which is based on the grey distance information quantity of a sample and the average grey distance information quantity of the samples, is proposed in this article. The definitions of the grey distance information quantity of a sample and the average grey distance information quantity of the samples, with their characteristics and algorithms, are introduced. The correlative problems, including the algorithm of estimated value, the standard deviation, and the acceptance and rejection criteria of the samples and estimated results, are also proposed. Moreover, the information whitening ratio is introduced to select the weight algorithm and to compare the different samples. Several examples are given to demonstrate the application of the proposed approach. The examples show that the proposed approach, which has no demand for the probability distribution of small samples, is feasible and effective. 展开更多

In most of the passive tracking systems, only the target kinematical information is used in the measurement-to-track association, which results in error tracking in a multitarget environment, where the targets are too close to each other. To enhance the tracking accuracy, the target signal classification information (TSCI) should be used to improve the data association. The TSCI is integrated in the data association process using the JPDA (joint probabilistic data association). The use of the TSCI in the data association can improve discrimination by yielding a purer track and preserving continuity. To verify the validity of the application of TSCI, two simulation experiments are done on an air target-tracing problem, that is, one using the TSCI and the other not using the TSCI. The final comparison shows that the use of the TSCI can effectively improve tracking accuracy. 展开更多

In the proposed method, the concept for tour and the length of tour are redefined. Additionally, the directional information is incorporated into the proposed method because it is one of the most important factors that affects the performance of data association. Kalman filter is employed to estimate target states. Computer simulation results show that the proposed method could carry out data association in an acceptable CPU time, and the correct data association rate is higher than that obtained by the data association (DA) algorithm not combined with directional information. 展开更多

Synthetic aperture radar (SAR) is portrayed as a multiple access channel. An information theory approach is applied to the SAR imaging system, and the information content about a target that can be extracted from its radar image is evaluated by the average mutual information measure. A conditional (transition) probability density function (PDF) of the SAR imaging system is derived by analyzing the system and a closed form of the information content is found. It is shown that the information content obtained by the SAR imaging system from an independent sample of echoes will decrease and the total information content obtained by the SAR imaging system will increase with an increase in the number of looks. Because the total average mutual information is also used to define a measure of radiometric resolution for radar images, it is shown that the radiometric resolution of a radar image of terrain will be improved by spatial averaging. In addition, the imaging process and the data compression process for SAR are each treated as an independent generalized communication channel. The effects of data compression upon radiometric resolution for SAR are studied and some conclusions are obtained. 展开更多

为进一步提升天然气压缩机组的早期异常预警能力,基于变分模态分解(VMD)算法、Informer算法、3σ准则判据与Correlation-Weight优化提出一个新的预警方法。基于Informer架构搭建预测模型,利用VMD算法将监测数据分解为不同频率的多维尺... 为进一步提升天然气压缩机组的早期异常预警能力,基于变分模态分解(VMD)算法、Informer算法、3σ准则判据与Correlation-Weight优化提出一个新的预警方法。基于Informer架构搭建预测模型,利用VMD算法将监测数据分解为不同频率的多维尺度特征作为模型输入。在训练过程中,计算各分量特征与原始信号的权重系数来优化调整模型内部参数。并利用预测重构结果与统计分析的3σ判据进一步提升预警性能。采集现场压缩机组2段正常与异常的压差监测数据进行实例验证,试验结果表明:相比于其他预测方法,所提出的预警方法具有最小的预测误差,正常箱体压差的预测结果同比降低66.67%~71.43%(均方误差(MSE)),36.67%~45.45%(平均绝对误差(MAE)),40.17%~45.42%(均方根误差(RMSE)),36.57%~45.72%(平均绝对百分比误差(MAPE));异常进气压差的预测结果同比降低64.43%~71.12%(MSE),44.02%~52.27%(MAE),40.36%~45.53%(RMSE),37.24%~47.79%(MAPE)。该方法在细节特征与趋势特征上具有更好的预测精度,在测试集中能提前60 min时间为异常监测信号提供预警,从而提升机组安全稳定运行的可靠性。 展开更多

In allusion to the difficulty of integrating data with different models in integrating spatial information, the characteristics of raster structure, vector structure and mixed model were analyzed, and a hierarchical vector-raster integrative full feature model was put forward by integrating the advantage of vector and raster model and using the object-oriented method. The data structures of the four basic features, i.e. point, line, surface and solid, were described. An application was analyzed and described, and the characteristics of this model were described. In this model, all objects in the real world are divided into and described as features with hierarchy, and all the data are organized in vector. This model can describe data based on feature, field, network and other models, and avoid the disadvantage of inability to integrate data based on different models and perform spatial analysis on them in spatial information integration. 展开更多

基于SDAE-DCPInformer的电动汽车电池SOC和SOH估算方法

针对现有电动汽车电池状态估计方法存在运算效率低和估算准确率低的问题,提出一种模型以估算电动汽车电池荷电状态(state of charge,SOC)和健康状态(state of health,SOH)。采用堆叠降噪自编码器(stacked denosing auto encoder,SDAE)... 针对现有电动汽车电池状态估计方法存在运算效率低和估算准确率低的问题,提出一种模型以估算电动汽车电池荷电状态(state of charge,SOC)和健康状态(state of health,SOH)。采用堆叠降噪自编码器(stacked denosing auto encoder,SDAE)清洗电压、电流和温度数据中的异常数据和空缺数据,减小对估算精度的影响。引入动态通道剪枝(dynamical channel pruning,DCP)技术对Informer模型进行稀疏化处理,提高剪枝后模型的性能和稳定性。将清洗过的数据输入DCPInformer模型实现SOC和SOH的精确估计。实验结果表明,所提出的SDAE-DCPInformer模型估计SOC的平均绝对误差和均方根误差分别达到0.25%和0.38%,估计SOH的平均绝对误差和均方根误差分别达到了0.51%和0.64%。与传统Transformer等模型相比,所提模型预测SOC和SOH的速度更快,估算准确度有效提升,拥有的更好稳定性和泛化性。 展开更多

能见度的预测对机场的业务决策、保障飞机的安全起降具有重要的意义。针对现有能见度预测模型预测时间较短的问题,提出一种基于TimeGAN Informer(Time Generative Adversarial Network-Informer)的机场能见度预测方法。利用2018—2022... 能见度的预测对机场的业务决策、保障飞机的安全起降具有重要的意义。针对现有能见度预测模型预测时间较短的问题,提出一种基于TimeGAN Informer(Time Generative Adversarial Network-Informer)的机场能见度预测方法。利用2018—2022年气象和污染物数据,通过相关系数法和递归特征消除法提取出能见度的主要影响因素,使用TimeGAN时间序列生成对抗网络对数据进行扩充,并将Informer长时间序列预测模型应用于能见度预测。结果显示:当预测步长为1 d、2 d、3 d时,TimeGAN Informer的绝对误差(Mean Absolute Error,MAE)分别为2.42、3.13、3.57,比Informer分别降低了0.29、0.27、0.28,比长短时记忆网络(Long Short-Term Memory,LSTM)分别降低了0.28、0.49、0.63;均方根误差(Root Mean Square Error,RMSE)分别为3.03、3.7、4.09,比Informer分别降低了0.38、0.22、0.24,比长短时记忆网络(LSTM)分别降低了0.3、0.5、1.04;百分误差小于30%的分别占测试样本集的78.07%、70.68%、63.84%。尽管随着步长的增加预测效果变差,但在预测步长为3 d时,多数样本的预测误差仍小于30%,实现了对机场区域较为准确的长时能见度预测。 展开更多

现有的煤自燃温度预测模型仅考虑监测数据前后的时间关联性,未考虑监测点之间的空间关系,并存在多步长煤自燃温度预测精度低的问题。针对上述问题,提出了一种基于图注意力网络(GAT)和Informer模型(GAT-Informer)的采空区煤自燃温度预测... 现有的煤自燃温度预测模型仅考虑监测数据前后的时间关联性,未考虑监测点之间的空间关系,并存在多步长煤自燃温度预测精度低的问题。针对上述问题,提出了一种基于图注意力网络(GAT)和Informer模型(GAT-Informer)的采空区煤自燃温度预测模型。首先,采用随机森林回归法和Savitzky-Golay滤波器对采空区沿空侧煤自燃监测数据中的异常值、缺失值和噪声进行处理,并使用Z-score方法对数据进行标准化。其次,采用GAT提取多个监测点煤自燃监测数据间的空间特征。然后,使用Informer模型的编码器对包含空间特征的数据进行编码,利用多头概率稀疏自注意力机制捕捉数据之间的长期依赖关系和时间特征;解码器通过交叉注意力机制与编码器交互,结合编码器提取的全局特征与目标序列的上下文依赖关系,生成特征矩阵并输入全连接层,得到煤自燃温度预测值。最后,对Informer模型输出的煤自燃温度预测值进行反标准化处理,恢复到原始数据尺度,得到最终的预测结果。实验结果表明,相较于循环神经网络(RNN)、长短期记忆网络(LSTM)、门控循环单元(GRU)和Informer模型,GAT-Informer模型在6个监测点上预测24步长煤自燃温度时,均方误差(MSE)分别平均降低了15.70%,22.15%,25.45%,36.49%,平均绝对误差(MAE)分别平均降低了16.01%,14.60%,20.30%,26.27%,表明GAT-Informer模型能有效提高煤自燃温度多步长预测精度。 展开更多

Multi-sensor system is becoming increasingly important in a variety of military and civilian applications. In general, single sensor system can only provide partial information about environment while multi-sensor system provides a synergistic effect, which improves the quality and availability of information. Data fusion techniques can effectively combine this environmental information from similar and/or dissimilar sensors. Sensor management, aiming at improving data fusion performance by controlling sensor behavior, plays an important role in a data fusion process. This paper presents a method using fisher information gain based sensor effectiveness metric for sensor assignment in multi-sensor and multi-target tracking applications. The fisher information gain is computed for every sensor-target pairing on each scan. The advantage for this metric over other ones is that the fisher information gain for the target obtained by multi-sensors is equal to the sum of ones obtained by the individual sensor, so standard transportation problem formulation can be used to solve this problem without importing the concept of pseudo sensor. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the method. 展开更多

While it is very reasonable to use a multigraph consisting of multiple edges between vertices to represent various relationships, the multigraph has not drawn much attention in research. To visualize such a multigraph, a clear layout representing a global structure is of great importance, and interactive visual analysis which allows the multiple edges to be adjusted in appropriate ways for detailed presentation is also essential. A novel interactive two-phase approach to visualizing and exploring multigraph is proposed. The approach consists of two phases: the first phase improves the previous popular works on force-directed methods to produce a brief drawing for the aggregation graph of the input multigraph, while the second phase proposes two interactive strategies, the magnifier model and the thematic-oriented subgraph model. The former highlights the internal details of an aggregation edge which is selected interactively by user, and draws the details in a magnifying view by cubic Bezier curves; the latter highlights only the thematic subgraph consisting of the selected multiple edges that the user concerns. The efficiency of the proposed approach is demonstrated with a real-world multigraph dataset and how it is used effectively is discussed for various potential applications. 展开更多

We give out the designs of rationing and non-rationing on credit risky decision mechanism when collateral value provided by an entrepreneur is not less than the minimum demands of the bank. Based on the statistical characteristics of remote sensing data, the spatial geometric structure characteristics of spectral data and distribution of background, interference and alteration information in characteristic space were researched through the analysis of two-dimensional and three-dimensional scatter diagrams. The results indicate that the hyper-space of remote sensing multi-data aggregation belongs to low-dimensional geometric structure, i.e. hyperplane form, and anomalous point groups including alteration information usually dissociate out of hyperplane. Scatter diagrams of remote sensing data band are mainly presented as two distribution forms of single-ellipse and dual-ellipse. Clarifying the relations of three objects of background, disturbance and alteration information in remote sensing images provides an important technical thought and guidance for accurately detecting and extracting remote sensing alteration information. 展开更多

However, it is real changing, becau se the resources may be occupied or the machine tool may be under repair. Theref ore, in order to design the processes more reasonably, we must consider the real change of resources in a workshop. Creating a public resource database to suppo rt the real change of resources is put forward in this paper. With the public re source database, the resource integration between CAPP system and ERP is realize d; and by information collections in CAPP system, such as BOM, the material cons umption and man-hour consumption and their output to ERP, the information integ ration between CAPP system and ERP is realized. 展开更多

自动驾驶汽车可以根据轨迹预测算法计算周边车辆的运动轨迹,并作出反应以降低行车风险,而传统的轨迹预测模型在长时间序列预测的情况下会产生较大的误差。为解决这一问题,提出了一种以Informer算法为基础的轨迹预测模型,并根据公开数据... 自动驾驶汽车可以根据轨迹预测算法计算周边车辆的运动轨迹,并作出反应以降低行车风险,而传统的轨迹预测模型在长时间序列预测的情况下会产生较大的误差。为解决这一问题,提出了一种以Informer算法为基础的轨迹预测模型,并根据公开数据集NGSIM进行实验分析。首先通过对称指数移动平均法(sEMA)对原始数据进行滤波处理,并在原有的Informer编码器中加入了联合归一化层对不同车辆进行特征提取处理,减少了不同车辆之间的运动误差,通过考虑车辆的本身速度信息与周围环境的车辆运动信息,提高了预测精度,最后经过解码器得到未来时刻的车辆轨迹分布。结果表明,模型对车辆的轨迹预测误差在0.5 m以内;通过对轨迹预测的MAE与MSE结果分析可知,预测时间超过0.3 s以后,Informer模型的轨迹预测效果明显优于其他算法,验证了模型和算法的有效性。 展开更多
