The traditional A^(*)algorithm exhibits a low efficiency in the path planning of unmanned surface vehicles(USVs).In addition,the path planned presents numerous redundant inflection waypoints,and the security is low,wh...The traditional A^(*)algorithm exhibits a low efficiency in the path planning of unmanned surface vehicles(USVs).In addition,the path planned presents numerous redundant inflection waypoints,and the security is low,which is not conducive to the control of USV and also affects navigation safety.In this paper,these problems were addressed through the following improvements.First,the path search angle and security were comprehensively considered,and a security expansion strategy of nodes based on the 5×5 neighborhood was proposed.The A^(*)algorithm search neighborhood was expanded from 3×3 to 5×5,and safe nodes were screened out for extension via the node security expansion strategy.This algorithm can also optimize path search angles while improving path security.Second,the distance from the current node to the target node was introduced into the heuristic function.The efficiency of the A^(*)algorithm was improved,and the path was smoothed using the Floyd algorithm.For the dynamic adjustment of the weight to improve the efficiency of DWA,the distance from the USV to the target point was introduced into the evaluation function of the dynamic-window approach(DWA)algorithm.Finally,combined with the local target point selection strategy,the optimized DWA algorithm was performed for local path planning.The experimental results show the smooth and safe path planned by the fusion algorithm,which can successfully avoid dynamic obstacles and is effective and feasible in path planning for USVs.展开更多
Reliable Cluster Head(CH)selectionbased routing protocols are necessary for increasing the packet transmission efficiency with optimal path discovery that never introduces degradation over the transmission reliability...Reliable Cluster Head(CH)selectionbased routing protocols are necessary for increasing the packet transmission efficiency with optimal path discovery that never introduces degradation over the transmission reliability.In this paper,Hybrid Golden Jackal,and Improved Whale Optimization Algorithm(HGJIWOA)is proposed as an effective and optimal routing protocol that guarantees efficient routing of data packets in the established between the CHs and the movable sink.This HGJIWOA included the phases of Dynamic Lens-Imaging Learning Strategy and Novel Update Rules for determining the reliable route essential for data packets broadcasting attained through fitness measure estimation-based CH selection.The process of CH selection achieved using Golden Jackal Optimization Algorithm(GJOA)completely depends on the factors of maintainability,consistency,trust,delay,and energy.The adopted GJOA algorithm play a dominant role in determining the optimal path of routing depending on the parameter of reduced delay and minimal distance.It further utilized Improved Whale Optimisation Algorithm(IWOA)for forwarding the data from chosen CHs to the BS via optimized route depending on the parameters of energy and distance.It also included a reliable route maintenance process that aids in deciding the selected route through which data need to be transmitted or re-routed.The simulation outcomes of the proposed HGJIWOA mechanism with different sensor nodes confirmed an improved mean throughput of 18.21%,sustained residual energy of 19.64%with minimized end-to-end delay of 21.82%,better than the competitive CH selection approaches.展开更多
Offboard active decoys(OADs)can effectively jam monopulse radars.However,for missiles approaching from a particular direction and distance,the OAD should be placed at a specific location,posing high requirements for t...Offboard active decoys(OADs)can effectively jam monopulse radars.However,for missiles approaching from a particular direction and distance,the OAD should be placed at a specific location,posing high requirements for timing and deployment.To improve the response speed and jamming effect,a cluster of OADs based on an unmanned surface vehicle(USV)is proposed.The formation of the cluster determines the effectiveness of jamming.First,based on the mechanism of OAD jamming,critical conditions are identified,and a method for assessing the jamming effect is proposed.Then,for the optimization of the cluster formation,a mathematical model is built,and a multi-tribe adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm based on mutation strategy and Metropolis criterion(3M-APSO)is designed.Finally,the formation optimization problem is solved and analyzed using the 3M-APSO algorithm under specific scenarios.The results show that the improved algorithm has a faster convergence rate and superior performance as compared to the standard Adaptive-PSO algorithm.Compared with a single OAD,the optimal formation of USV-OAD cluster effectively fills the blind area and maximizes the use of jamming resources.展开更多
With the rapid development of digital information technology,images are increasingly used in various fields.To ensure the security of image data,prevent unauthorized tampering and leakage,maintain personal privacy,and...With the rapid development of digital information technology,images are increasingly used in various fields.To ensure the security of image data,prevent unauthorized tampering and leakage,maintain personal privacy,and protect intellectual property rights,this study proposes an innovative color image encryption algorithm.Initially,the Mersenne Twister algorithm is utilized to generate high-quality pseudo-random numbers,establishing a robust basis for subsequent operations.Subsequently,two distinct chaotic systems,the autonomous non-Hamiltonian chaotic system and the tentlogistic-cosine chaotic mapping,are employed to produce chaotic random sequences.These chaotic sequences are used to control the encoding and decoding process of the DNA,effectively scrambling the image pixels.Furthermore,the complexity of the encryption process is enhanced through improved Joseph block scrambling.Thorough experimental verification,research,and analysis,the average value of the information entropy test data reaches as high as 7.999.Additionally,the average value of the number of pixels change rate(NPCR)test data is 99.6101%,which closely approaches the ideal value of 99.6094%.This algorithm not only guarantees image quality but also substantially raises the difficulty of decryption.展开更多

The cloud computing technology is utilized for achieving resource utilization of remotebased virtual computer to facilitate the consumers with rapid and accurate massive data services.It utilizes on-demand resource pr...The cloud computing technology is utilized for achieving resource utilization of remotebased virtual computer to facilitate the consumers with rapid and accurate massive data services.It utilizes on-demand resource provisioning,but the necessitated constraints of rapid turnaround time,minimal execution cost,high rate of resource utilization and limited makespan transforms the Load Balancing(LB)process-based Task Scheduling(TS)problem into an NP-hard optimization issue.In this paper,Hybrid Prairie Dog and Beluga Whale Optimization Algorithm(HPDBWOA)is propounded for precise mapping of tasks to virtual machines with the due objective of addressing the dynamic nature of cloud environment.This capability of HPDBWOA helps in decreasing the SLA violations and Makespan with optimal resource management.It is modelled as a scheduling strategy which utilizes the merits of PDOA and BWOA for attaining reactive decisions making with respect to the process of assigning the tasks to virtual resources by considering their priorities into account.It addresses the problem of pre-convergence with wellbalanced exploration and exploitation to attain necessitated Quality of Service(QoS)for minimizing the waiting time incurred during TS process.It further balanced exploration and exploitation rates for reducing the makespan during the task allocation with complete awareness of VM state.The results of the proposed HPDBWOA confirmed minimized energy utilization of 32.18% and reduced cost of 28.94% better than approaches used for investigation.The statistical investigation of the proposed HPDBWOA conducted using ANOVA confirmed its efficacy over the benchmarked systems in terms of throughput,system,and response time.展开更多

To address the problems of uncertain battery discharge conditions and low SOH estimation accuracy in practical applications, this paper proposes a SOH estimation method based on constant-current battery charging section characteristics with a back-propagation neural network with an improved atom search optimization algorithm. A temperature characteristic, equal-time temperature variation(Dt_DT), is proposed by analyzing the temperature data of the battery charging section with the incremental capacity(IC) characteristics obtained from an IC analysis as an input to the data-driven prediction model. Testing and analysis of the proposed prediction model are carried out using publicly available datasets. Experimental results show that the maximum error of SOH estimation results for the proposed method in this paper is below 1.5%.展开更多

Then the DAS problem is ...This paper deals with dynamic airspace sectorization (DAS) problem by an improved genetic algorithm (iGA). A graph model is first constructed that represents the airspace static structure. Then the DAS problem is formulated as a graph-partitioning problem to balance the sector workload under the premise of ensuring safety. In the iGA, multiple populations and hybrid coding are applied to determine the optimal sector number and airspace sectorization. The sector constraints are well satisfied by the improved genetic operators and protect zones. This method is validated by being applied to the airspace of North China in terms of three indexes, which are sector balancing index, coordination workload index and sector average flight time index. The improvement is obvious, as the sector balancing index is reduced by 16.5 %, the coordination workload index is reduced by 11.2 %, and the sector average flight time index is increased by 11.4 % during the peak-hour traffic.展开更多
滚动轴承作为机械设备的重要部件,对其进行剩余使用寿命预测在企业的生产过程中变得越来越重要。目前,虽然主流的卷积神经网络(convolutional neural network, CNN)可以自动地从轴承的振动信号中提取特征,却不能给特征分配不同的权重来...滚动轴承作为机械设备的重要部件,对其进行剩余使用寿命预测在企业的生产过程中变得越来越重要。目前,虽然主流的卷积神经网络(convolutional neural network, CNN)可以自动地从轴承的振动信号中提取特征,却不能给特征分配不同的权重来提高模型对重要特征的关注程度,对于长时间序列容易丢失重要信息。另外,神经网络中隐藏层神经元个数、学习率以及正则化参数等超参数还需要依靠人工经验设置。为了解决上述问题,提出基于灰狼优化(grey wolf optimizer, GWO)算法、优化集合CNN、双向长短期记忆(bidirectional long short term memory, BiLSTM)网络和注意力机制(Attention)轴承剩余使用寿命预测方法。首先,从原始振动信号中提取时域、频域以及时频域特征指标构建可选特征集;然后,通过构建考虑特征相关性、鲁棒性和单调性的综合评价指标筛选出高于设定阈值的轴承退化敏感特征集,作为预测模型的输入;最后,将预测值和真实值的均方误差作为GWO算法的适应度函数,优化预测模型获得最优隐藏层神经元个数、学习率和正则化参数,利用优化后模型进行剩余使用寿命预测,并在公开数据集上进行验证。结果表明,所提方法可在非经验指导下获得最优的超参数组合,优化后的预测模型与未进行优化模型相比,平均绝对误差与均方根误差分别降低了28.8%和24.3%。展开更多
In order to accomplish the task of object recognition in natural scenes,a new object recognition algorithm based on an improved convolutional neural network(CNN)is proposed.First,candidate object windows are extracted...In order to accomplish the task of object recognition in natural scenes,a new object recognition algorithm based on an improved convolutional neural network(CNN)is proposed.First,candidate object windows are extracted from the original image.Then,candidate object windows are input into the improved CNN model to obtain deep features.Finally,the deep features are input into the Softmax and the confidence scores of classes are obtained.The candidate object window with the highest confidence score is selected as the object recognition result.Based on AlexNet,Inception V1 is introduced into the improved CNN and the fully connected layer is replaced by the average pooling layer,which widens the network and deepens the network at the same time.Experimental results show that the improved object recognition algorithm can obtain better recognition results in multiple natural scene images,and has a higher degree of accuracy than the classical algorithms in the field of object recognition.展开更多

文摘滚动轴承作为机械设备的重要部件,对其进行剩余使用寿命预测在企业的生产过程中变得越来越重要。目前,虽然主流的卷积神经网络(convolutional neural network, CNN)可以自动地从轴承的振动信号中提取特征,却不能给特征分配不同的权重来提高模型对重要特征的关注程度,对于长时间序列容易丢失重要信息。另外,神经网络中隐藏层神经元个数、学习率以及正则化参数等超参数还需要依靠人工经验设置。为了解决上述问题,提出基于灰狼优化(grey wolf optimizer, GWO)算法、优化集合CNN、双向长短期记忆(bidirectional long short term memory, BiLSTM)网络和注意力机制(Attention)轴承剩余使用寿命预测方法。首先,从原始振动信号中提取时域、频域以及时频域特征指标构建可选特征集;然后,通过构建考虑特征相关性、鲁棒性和单调性的综合评价指标筛选出高于设定阈值的轴承退化敏感特征集,作为预测模型的输入;最后,将预测值和真实值的均方误差作为GWO算法的适应度函数,优化预测模型获得最优隐藏层神经元个数、学习率和正则化参数,利用优化后模型进行剩余使用寿命预测,并在公开数据集上进行验证。结果表明,所提方法可在非经验指导下获得最优的超参数组合,优化后的预测模型与未进行优化模型相比,平均绝对误差与均方根误差分别降低了28.8%和24.3%。

文摘In order to accomplish the task of object recognition in natural scenes,a new object recognition algorithm based on an improved convolutional neural network(CNN)is proposed.First,candidate object windows are extracted from the original image.Then,candidate object windows are input into the improved CNN model to obtain deep features.Finally,the deep features are input into the Softmax and the confidence scores of classes are obtained.The candidate object window with the highest confidence score is selected as the object recognition result.Based on AlexNet,Inception V1 is introduced into the improved CNN and the fully connected layer is replaced by the average pooling layer,which widens the network and deepens the network at the same time.Experimental results show that the improved object recognition algorithm can obtain better recognition results in multiple natural scene images,and has a higher degree of accuracy than the classical algorithms in the field of object recognition.
