In this paper,an intelligent control method applying on numerical virtual flight is proposed.The proposed algorithm is verified and evaluated by combining with the case of the basic finner projectile model and shows a...In this paper,an intelligent control method applying on numerical virtual flight is proposed.The proposed algorithm is verified and evaluated by combining with the case of the basic finner projectile model and shows a good application prospect.Firstly,a numerical virtual flight simulation model based on overlapping dynamic mesh technology is constructed.In order to verify the accuracy of the dynamic grid technology and the calculation of unsteady flow,a numerical simulation of the basic finner projectile without control is carried out.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experiment data which shows that the algorithm used in this paper can also be used in the design and evaluation of the intelligent controller in the numerical virtual flight simulation.Secondly,combined with the real-time control requirements of aerodynamic,attitude and displacement parameters of the projectile during the flight process,the numerical simulations of the basic finner projectile’s pitch channel are carried out under the traditional PID(Proportional-Integral-Derivative)control strategy and the intelligent PID control strategy respectively.The intelligent PID controller based on BP(Back Propagation)neural network can realize online learning and self-optimization of control parameters according to the acquired real-time flight parameters.Compared with the traditional PID controller,the concerned control variable overshoot,rise time,transition time and steady state error and other performance indicators have been greatly improved,and the higher the learning efficiency or the inertia coefficient,the faster the system,the larger the overshoot,and the smaller the stability error.The intelligent control method applying on numerical virtual flight is capable of solving the complicated unsteady motion and flow with the intelligent PID control strategy and has a strong promotion to engineering application.展开更多

An intelligent PID control law implemented as pl...Based on rational behavior model of three layers, a tracking control system is designed for straight line tracking which is commonly used in underwater survey missions. An intelligent PID control law implemented as planning level during the control system using transverse deviation is came up with. Continuous tracking of path expressed by a point sequence can be realized by the law. Firstly, a path tracking control system based on rational behavior model of three layers is designed, mainly satisfying the needs of underactuated AUV. Since there is no need to perform spatially coupled maneuvers, the 3D path tracking control is decoupled into planar 2D path tracking and depth or height tracking separately. Secondly, planar path tracking controller is introduced. For the reason that more attention is paid to comparing with vertical position control, transverse deviation in analytical form is derived. According to the Lyapunov direct theory, control law is designed using discrete PID algorithm whose parameters obey adaptive fuzzy adjustment. Reference heading angle is given as an output of the guidance controller conducted by lateral deviation together with its derivative. For the purpose of improving control quality and facilitating parameter modifying, data normalize modules based on Sigmoid function are applied to input-output data manipulation. Lastly, a sequence of experiments was carried out successfully, including tests in Longfeng lake and at the Yellow sea. In most challenging sea conditions, tracking errors of straight line are below 2 m in general. The results show that AUV is able to compensate the disturbance brought by sea current. The provided test results demonstrate that the designed guidance controller guarantees stably and accurately straight route tracking. Besides, the proposed control system is accessible for continuous comb-shaped path tracking in region searching.展开更多

Unit 1 of Yuanbaoshan power plant in China. Load following operation of coal-fired boiler-turbine unit in the power plant leads to changes in operating points which result in nonlinear variations of the plant variables and parameters. For the variation of operating condition and slowly varying dynamics, an intelligent control scheme has been developed by combining fuzzy self-tuning with adaptive control and auto-tuning techniques. As there exist strong couplings between control loops of main steam pressure and power output in the unit, a new design for static decoupler aimed at decoupling for setpoints and unmeasured pulverized coal disturbance of the system at the same time is presented. Satisfactory industrial application results show that such a control system has enhanced adaptability and robustness to the complex process, and better control performance and high economic benefit have been obtained.展开更多

The configuration and function of the control system are discussed in detail. Based on this view, an intelligent vehicle lateral motions controller was designed. The controller structure was constructed by T-S fuzzy-neural network (FNN). Its parameters were searched and selected with genetic algorithm (GA). The controller applies the distributed structure, field concentration line and intelligent technology to seal up the synthetic servomechanisms such as the microcomputer based protection and measuring devices in the second stage of the mini out door transformer substation, which are distributed on the outdoor circuit switches on the spot and formed as a whole. In order to address this discrepancy, this...During the compaction of a road subgrade, the mechanical parameters of the soil mass change in real time, but current research assumes that these parameters remain unchanged. In order to address this discrepancy, this paper establishes a relationship between the degree of compaction K and strain ε. The relationship between the compaction degree K and the shear strength of soil(cohesion c and frictional angle φ) was clearly established through indoor experiments. The subroutine UMAT in ABAQUS finite element numerical software was developed to realize an accurate calculation of the subgrade soil compaction quality. This value was compared and analyzed against the assumed compaction value of the model, thereby verifying the accuracy of the intelligent compaction calculation results for subgrade soil. On this basis, orthogonal tests of the influential factors(frequency, amplitude, and quality) for the degree of compaction and sensitivity analysis were carried out. Finally, the ‘acceleration intelligent compaction value’, which is based on the acceleration signal, is proposed for a compaction meter value that indicates poor accuracy. The research results can provide guidance and basis for further research into the accurate control of compaction quality for roadbeds and pavements.展开更多
Objective To explore the value of deep learning(DL)models semi-automatic training system for automatic optimization of clinical image quality control of transthoracic echocardiography(TTE).Methods Totally 1250 TTE vid...Objective To explore the value of deep learning(DL)models semi-automatic training system for automatic optimization of clinical image quality control of transthoracic echocardiography(TTE).Methods Totally 1250 TTE videos from 402 patients were retrospectively collected,including 490 apical four chamber(A4C),310 parasternal long axis view of left ventricle(PLAX)and 450 parasternal short axis view of great vessel(PSAX GV).The videos were divided into development set(245 A4C,155 PLAX,225 PSAX GV),semi-automated training set(98 A4C,62 PLAX,90 PSAX GV)and test set(147 A4C,93 PLAX,135 PSAX GV)at the ratio of 5∶2∶3.Based on development set and semi-automatic training set,DL model of quality control was semi-automatically iteratively optimized,and a semi-automatic training system was constructed,then the efficacy of DL models for recognizing TTE views and assessing imaging quality of TTE were verified in test set.Results After optimization,the overall accuracy,precision,recall,and F1 score of DL models for recognizing TTE views in test set improved from 97.33%,97.26%,97.26%and 97.26%to 99.73%,99.65%,99.77%and 99.71%,respectively,while the overall accuracy for assessing A4C,PLAX and PSAX GV TTE as standard views in test set improved from 89.12%,83.87%and 90.37%to 93.20%,90.32%and 93.33%,respectively.Conclusion The developed DL models semi-automatic training system could improve the efficiency of clinical imaging quality control of TTE and increase iteration speed.展开更多

After a long period of deep investigation and research, it was found that, in one missile fire control system, there are such problems as single safeguard system, low ratio of cost to efficiency, etc. By adopting intelligent control techniques and many measures to multiple securities, the new type of assistant system is designed, some difficult problems are solved, such as fixed project channel and unitary means of missiles, which can make the equipment carry out combat mission reliably and continuously.

文摘During the compaction of a road subgrade, the mechanical parameters of the soil mass change in real time, but current research assumes that these parameters remain unchanged. In order to address this discrepancy, this paper establishes a relationship between the degree of compaction K and strain ε. The relationship between the compaction degree K and the shear strength of soil(cohesion c and frictional angle φ) was clearly established through indoor experiments. The subroutine UMAT in ABAQUS finite element numerical software was developed to realize an accurate calculation of the subgrade soil compaction quality. This value was compared and analyzed against the assumed compaction value of the model, thereby verifying the accuracy of the intelligent compaction calculation results for subgrade soil. On this basis, orthogonal tests of the influential factors(frequency, amplitude, and quality) for the degree of compaction and sensitivity analysis were carried out. Finally, the ‘acceleration intelligent compaction value’, which is based on the acceleration signal, is proposed for a compaction meter value that indicates poor accuracy. The research results can provide guidance and basis for further research into the accurate control of compaction quality for roadbeds and pavements.
文摘Objective To explore the value of deep learning(DL)models semi-automatic training system for automatic optimization of clinical image quality control of transthoracic echocardiography(TTE).Methods Totally 1250 TTE videos from 402 patients were retrospectively collected,including 490 apical four chamber(A4C),310 parasternal long axis view of left ventricle(PLAX)and 450 parasternal short axis view of great vessel(PSAX GV).The videos were divided into development set(245 A4C,155 PLAX,225 PSAX GV),semi-automated training set(98 A4C,62 PLAX,90 PSAX GV)and test set(147 A4C,93 PLAX,135 PSAX GV)at the ratio of 5∶2∶3.Based on development set and semi-automatic training set,DL model of quality control was semi-automatically iteratively optimized,and a semi-automatic training system was constructed,then the efficacy of DL models for recognizing TTE views and assessing imaging quality of TTE were verified in test set.Results After optimization,the overall accuracy,precision,recall,and F1 score of DL models for recognizing TTE views in test set improved from 97.33%,97.26%,97.26%and 97.26%to 99.73%,99.65%,99.77%and 99.71%,respectively,while the overall accuracy for assessing A4C,PLAX and PSAX GV TTE as standard views in test set improved from 89.12%,83.87%and 90.37%to 93.20%,90.32%and 93.33%,respectively.Conclusion The developed DL models semi-automatic training system could improve the efficiency of clinical imaging quality control of TTE and increase iteration speed.
