Lip synchronization serves as a core technology for enabling natural interactions in digital virtual humans.However,it faces challenges such as insufficient dynamic correspondence between speech and lip movements and ...Lip synchronization serves as a core technology for enabling natural interactions in digital virtual humans.However,it faces challenges such as insufficient dynamic correspondence between speech and lip movements and inadequate modeling of image details.To address these limitations,a comprehensively optimized lip synchronization framework extending the Wav2Lip architecture was proposed in this study.Firstly,based on the Wav2Lip model,a facial region extraction strategy using facial keypoints was designed,which effectively enhances the robustness of facial alignment during lip synchronization for digital virtual humans.Then,a cross-modal attention fusion module between visual and speech features was introduced to improve cross-modal information fusion,and a dynamic receptive field convolution module was developed in the generation branch to enhance the modeling performance of the lip region.Finally,experiments were conducted on the VFHQ dataset.The proposed method was compared with Wav2Lip,VideoRetalking,and DI-Net models,and its performance was evaluated using three metrics:LSE-C,CSIM,and FID.Experimental results showed that the proposed method achieves significant improvements in synchronization accuracy and image fidelity,providing an efficient and feasible solution for lip-synthesis tasks of digital virtual humans.展开更多

The efficiency of carrier-based aircraft support operation scheduling critically impacts aircraft carrier operational effectiveness by determining sortie generation rates,yet faces significant challenges in complex de...The efficiency of carrier-based aircraft support operation scheduling critically impacts aircraft carrier operational effectiveness by determining sortie generation rates,yet faces significant challenges in complex deck environments characterized by resource coupling,dynamic constraints,and highdimensional state-action spaces.Traditional optimization algorithms and vanilla reinforcement learning(RL)struggle with computational inefficiency,sparse rewards,and adaptability to dynamic scenarios,while human expert systems are constrained by the quality of expert knowledge,and poor expert guidance may even have a negative impact.To address these limitations,this paper proposes a human experience-guided actor-critic reinforcement learning framework that synergizes domain expertise with adaptive learning.First,a dynamic Markov decision process(MDP)model is developed to rigorously simulate carrier deck operations,explicitly encoding constraints on positions,resources,and collision avoidance.Building upon this foundation,a human experience database is constructed to enable real-time pattern-matching-based intervention during agent-environment interactions,dynamically correcting wrong actions to avoid catastrophic states while refining exploration efficiency.Finally,the policy and value network objectives are reshaped to incorporate human intent through hybrid reward functions and adaptive guidance weighting,ensuring balanced integration of expert knowledge with RL's exploration capabilities.Extensive simulations across three scenarios demonstrate superior performance compared to state-of-the-art methods and maintain robustness under suboptimal human guidance.These results validate the framework's ability to harmonize human expertise with adaptive learning,offering a practical solution for real-world carriers.展开更多
A Bayesian method for estimating human error probability(HEP) is presented.The main idea of the method is incorporating human performance data into the HEP estimation process.By integrating human performance data an...A Bayesian method for estimating human error probability(HEP) is presented.The main idea of the method is incorporating human performance data into the HEP estimation process.By integrating human performance data and prior information about human performance together,a more accurate and specific HEP estimation can be achieved.For the time-unrelated task without rigorous time restriction,the HEP estimated by the common-used human reliability analysis(HRA) methods or expert judgments is collected as the source of prior information.And for the time-related task with rigorous time restriction,the human error is expressed as non-response making.Therefore,HEP is the time curve of non-response probability(NRP).The prior information is collected from system safety and reliability specifications or by expert judgments.The(joint) posterior distribution of HEP or NRP-related parameter(s) is constructed after prior information has been collected.Based on the posterior distribution,the point or interval estimation of HEP/NRP is obtained.Two illustrative examples are introduced to demonstrate the practicality of the aforementioned approach.展开更多
