In complex environments such as high dynamics and weak signals,a satellite signal compensation method based on prefabricated trajectory assistance and an improved adaptive Kalman filter is proposed for a 155 mm differential rotating rear-body control-guided projectile to address the situation of satellite signal flickering and loss in projectile navigation systems due to environmental limitations.First,establish the system state and measurement equation when receiving satellite signals normally.Second,a seven-degree-of-freedom external ballistic model is constructed,and the ideal trajectory output from the ballistic model is used to provide the virtual motion state of the projectile,which is input into a filter as a substitute observation when satellite signals are lost.Finally,an adaptive Kalman filter(AKF)is designed,the proposed adaptive Kalman filter can accurately adjust the estimation error covariance matrix and Kalman gain in real-time based on information covariance mismatch.The simulation results show that compared to the classical Kalman filter,it can reduce the average positioning error by more than 38.21%in the case of short-term and full-range loss of satellite signals,providing a new idea for the integrated navigation of projectiles with incomplete information under the condition of satellite signal loss. 展开更多

产业链关键核心技术不仅是国之重器,而且对推动我国经济的高质量发展和保障国家安全起着至关重要的作用。当前,工业互联网产业链的关键技术发展成为我国的研究重点,该领域的重要性在2023年被提升至国家级重大研究计划。综合收集了1989-2... 产业链关键核心技术不仅是国之重器,而且对推动我国经济的高质量发展和保障国家安全起着至关重要的作用。当前,工业互联网产业链的关键技术发展成为我国的研究重点,该领域的重要性在2023年被提升至国家级重大研究计划。综合收集了1989-2024年中美两国在工业互联网领域的专利数据,基于《关键和新兴技术清单》和《未来工业互联网基础理论与关键技术重大研究计划》,构建了一套工业互联网产业链核心关键技术的种子词库。利用Guided BERTopic模型提取了产业链关键技术主题,并采用Logistic模型评估了这些技术的生命周期,进而对比中美两国的发展情况,提出了针对未来发展的建议。研究结果表明,相比美国,我国在大多数产业链核心技术方面仍处于成长阶段,而美国则已步入技术饱和阶段。展望未来,设备监测系统、设备管理系统、无线通信技术及能耗监测分析系统等被认为是具有巨大发展潜力的技术。研究提出了一种基于政策文件的产业链关键技术识别方法,并通过对工业互联网专利技术的实证分析,为制定相关政策提供了科学指导和建议。 展开更多

In last few years,guided image fusion algorithms become more and more popular.However,the current algorithms cannot solve the halo artifacts.We propose an image fusion algorithm based on fast weighted guided filter.Firstly,the source images are separated into a series of high and low frequency components.Secondly,three visual features of the source image are extracted to construct a decision graph model.Thirdly,a fast weighted guided filter is raised to optimize the result obtained in the previous step and reduce the time complexity by considering the correlation among neighboring pixels.Finally,the image obtained in the previous step is combined with the weight map to realize the image fusion.The proposed algorithm is applied to multi-focus,visible-infrared and multi-modal image respectively and the final results show that the algorithm effectively solves the halo artifacts of the merged images with higher efficiency,and is better than the traditional method considering subjective visual consequent and objective evaluation. 展开更多

The problem of simultaneous scheduling of machines and vehicles in flexible manufacturing system (FMS) was addressed.A spreadsheet based genetic algorithm (GA) approach was presented to solve the problem.A domain independent general purpose GA was used,which was an add-in to the spreadsheet software.An adaptation of the propritary GA software was demonstrated to the problem of minimizing the total completion time or makespan for simultaneous scheduling of machines and vehicles in flexible manufacturing systems.Computational results are presented for a benchmark with 82 test problems,which have been constructed by other researchers.The achieved results are comparable to the previous approaches.The proposed approach can be also applied to other problems or objective functions without changing the GA routine or the spreadsheet model. 展开更多

Focused on the task of fast and accurate armored target detection in ground battlefield,a detection method based on multi-scale representation network(MS-RN) and shape-fixed Guided Anchor(SF-GA)scheme is proposed.Firstly,considering the large-scale variation and camouflage of armored target,a new MS-RN integrating contextual information in battlefield environment is designed.The MS-RN extracts deep features from templates with different scales and strengthens the detection ability of small targets.Armored targets of different sizes are detected on different representation features.Secondly,aiming at the accuracy and real-time detection requirements,improved shape-fixed Guided Anchor is used on feature maps of different scales to recommend regions of interests(ROIs).Different from sliding or random anchor,the SF-GA can filter out 80% of the regions while still improving the recall.A special detection dataset for armored target,named Armored Target Dataset(ARTD),is constructed,based on which the comparable experiments with state-of-art detection methods are conducted.Experimental results show that the proposed method achieves outstanding performance in detection accuracy and efficiency,especially when small armored targets are involved. 展开更多

A novel synthetic aperture radar(SAR)image de-noising method based on the local pixel grouping(LPG)principal component analysis(PCA)and guided filter is proposed.This method contains two steps.In the first step,we process the noisy image by coarse filters,which can suppress the speckle effectively.The original SAR image is transformed into the additive noise model by logarithmic transform with deviation correction.Then,we use the pixel and its nearest neighbors as a vector to select training samples from the local window by LPG based on the block similar matching.The LPG method ensures that only the similar sample patches are used in the local statistical calculation of PCA transform estimation,so that the local features of the image can be well preserved after coefficients shrinkage in the PCA domain.In the second step,we do the guided filtering which can effectively eliminate small artifacts left over from the coarse filtering.Experimental results of simulated and real SAR images show that the proposed method outstrips the state-of-the-art image de-noising methods in the peak signalto-noise ratio(PSNR),the structural similarity(SSIM)index and the equivalent number of looks(ENLs),and is of perceived image quality. 展开更多

In order to analyze the possibility of detecting defects in bend pipe using low-frequency ultrasonic guided wave, the propagation of T(0,1) mode and L(0,2) mode through straight-curved-straight pipe sections was studied. FE(finite element) models of bend pipe without defects and those with defects were introduced to analyze energy distribution, mode transition and defect detection of ultrasonic guided wave. FE simulation results were validated by experiments of four different bend pipes with circumferential defects in different positions. It is shown that most energy of T(0,1) mode or L(0,2) mode focuses on extrados of bend but little passes through intrados of bend, and T(0,1) mode or L(0,2) mode is converted to other possible non-axisymmetric modes when propagating through the bend and the defect after bend respectively. Furthermore, L(0,2) mode is more sensitive to circumferential notch than T(0,1) mode. The results of this work are beneficial for practical testing of pipes. 展开更多

In the process of launching guided projectile under the conventional system, it is difficult to effectively obtain the precise navigation parameters of the projectile in the high dynamic environment. Aiming at this problem, this paper describes a new system of guided ammunition based on tail spin reduction. After analyzing the mechanism of the ammunition's tail spin reduction, a navigation method of large scale difference tail control simple guided ammunition based on speed constraint is proposed. In this method,the corresponding navigation constraints can be carried out by combining the rotation speed state of the ammunition itself, and the optimal solution of navigation parameters during the flight of the missile can be obtained by Extended Kalman Filter(EKF). Finally, the performance of the proposed method was verified by the simulation environment, and the hardware-in-the-loop simulation test and flight test were carried out to verify the performance of the method in the real environment. The experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve the optimal estimation of navigation parameters for simple guided ammunition with large-scale difference tail control. Under the conditions of simulation test and hardware-in-loop simulation test, the position and velocity errors calculated by the method in this paper converged. Under the condition of flight test, the spatial average error calculated by the method described in this paper is 6.17 m, and the spatial error of the final landing point is 3.50 m.Through this method, the accurate acquisition of navigation parameters in the process of projectile launching is effectively realized. 展开更多

The axial power flow (APF) magnitude and attenuation distributions of ultrasonic longitudinal guided waves in viscous liquid-filled elastic pipes are investigated. The optimal location, optimal mode and its frequency-thickness product (fd) for the test of pipes filled with viscous liquid are chosen according to APF and attenuation distributions. The results show that the APF magnitude distribution is an important parameter in choosing the modes and parameters. A particular mode has weak dispersion in ranges of fd values with large group velocity, while other modes with smaller group velocity in the same fd ranges have stronger dispersion. It has been observed that, within these ranges, the chosen mode has a larger APF on the (pipe’s) wall. Therefore, in the region of fd values where a particular mode has a large group velocity, this mode will be effective to be used in testing elastic pipes filled with viscous liquid. The results obtained from both the APF analysis and attenuation distribution are consistent. 展开更多

非编码RNA (non-coding RNA, ncRNA)是指通常不编码蛋白质的功能性RNA分子,多通过调控编码基因的表达和功能发挥重要的生理作用。微小RNA (microRNA, miRNA)、环状RNA (circular RNA, circRNA)及长编码RNA (long non-coding RNA, lncRNA... 非编码RNA (non-coding RNA, ncRNA)是指通常不编码蛋白质的功能性RNA分子,多通过调控编码基因的表达和功能发挥重要的生理作用。微小RNA (microRNA, miRNA)、环状RNA (circular RNA, circRNA)及长编码RNA (long non-coding RNA, lncRNA)是目前已知的三大类具有重要生理和病理意义的调控型ncRNA,其基因的缺失重排和表达失调与多种疾病的发生发展密切相关。成簇规律间隔短回文重复序列及相关蛋白质系统(clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats and CRISPR-associated proteins, CRISPR/Cas)是一类广泛存在于细菌和古菌中的免疫防御系统,由CRISPR相关蛋白(CRISPRassociated proteins, Cas)和引导RNA (guide RNAs, gRNA)共同组成。该系统利用gRNA引导Cas核酸酶剪切和清除外源基因,因此Cas酶对靶DNA/RNA的精准识别和有效切割是由gRNA决定的。CRISPR/Cas技术具有优异的基因组定点编辑和转录本特异性剪切能力,能精准高效地编辑、干预和检测ncRNA的异常,帮助人们成功诊治疾病。本文在总结Cas9和Cas13 gRNA的组成和设计原则的基础上,针对miRNA、circRNA及lncRNA基因和其RNA自身或RNA形成过程中产生的特殊分子特征,重点介绍针对三类ncRNA的gRNA的设计策略和敲除靶点的选择,以及Cas9和Cas13核酸酶如何在gRNA高特异性和高效率的引导下,对异常miRNA、circRNA和lncRNA进行精准检测和干预。进一步讨论3类ncRNA的gRNA设计异同点和CRISRP/Cas应用在ncRNA上所面临的挑战,并对未来精准靶向ncRNA的gRNA设计进行展望,旨在为CRISPR/Cas技术在治疗ncRNA相关疾病上的应用提供参考。 展开更多

针对自动导航车(Automated Guided Vehicle, AGV)纠偏控制响应较慢这一问题,提出了一种自适应伸缩因子的变论域模糊纠偏控制方法。建立了AGV的运动学方程,以车体位置、角度偏差为输入量,以车体转向角度为输出量,在设计模糊纠偏控制器的... 针对自动导航车(Automated Guided Vehicle, AGV)纠偏控制响应较慢这一问题,提出了一种自适应伸缩因子的变论域模糊纠偏控制方法。建立了AGV的运动学方程,以车体位置、角度偏差为输入量,以车体转向角度为输出量,在设计模糊纠偏控制器的基础上,引入了基于函数模型的参数自适应伸缩因子,将系统误差作为输入,将伸缩因子参数作为输出,实现了伸缩因子基于函数模型的参数实时自适应调整,使模糊变论域跟随误差变化而调整,避免因变论域不恰当导致控制效果变差的问题。最后通过MATLAB环境下的Simulink仿真研究,将该控制器的纠偏控制效果与传统模糊控制、传统变论域模糊控制的纠偏控制效果进行仿真对比,验证了该控制器的纠偏控制响应更快。 展开更多

当今社会“停车难”的问题日渐严峻,通过引入移动机器人(automated guided vehicle,AGV)构建自动化智能停车场迫在眉睫。针对AGV智能停车场可以自由选择终点这一特点,本文提出了一种停车资源分配方案的代价评价模型,将路径干涉概率引入... 当今社会“停车难”的问题日渐严峻,通过引入移动机器人(automated guided vehicle,AGV)构建自动化智能停车场迫在眉睫。针对AGV智能停车场可以自由选择终点这一特点,本文提出了一种停车资源分配方案的代价评价模型,将路径干涉概率引入代价评价模型;同时针对现有的停车资源分配方法对AGV运行情况运行不足从而造成浪费的情况,本文在现有的停车资源分配方法的基础上提出了根据距离交替分配以及基于遗传算法的整体规划分配两种停车资源分配方法。通过Plant Simulation软件对代价模型以及分配方法进行验证,仿真结果显示:在44个停车位,4辆AGV投入运输的情况下,通过降低停车代价将停车总时长提高了30.4%,并针对仿真过程对影响停车效率的因素进行分析。 展开更多

反射分量分离是计算机视觉和数字图像处理中的一个重要问题。尽管已有很多基于单张图像的反射分量分离方法,但这些方法只能分离图像中彩色区域的反射分量并会在等色区域产生严重的噪声。本文提出一种能够分离图像彩色和等色区域反射分... 反射分量分离是计算机视觉和数字图像处理中的一个重要问题。尽管已有很多基于单张图像的反射分量分离方法,但这些方法只能分离图像中彩色区域的反射分量并会在等色区域产生严重的噪声。本文提出一种能够分离图像彩色和等色区域反射分量的方法。彩色和等色区域高光的共同特征是亮度在局部区域中逐渐变化,因此本文算法首先将亮度信息融入传统的无高光图像,提出能够区分不同亮度等色区域的改进的无高光图像;然后提取局部位置空间亮度差异特征和局部颜色空间亮度差异特征,并用K-Means方法检测图像中的镜面反射像素;最后用颜色传递方法估计出漫反射分量,实现漫反射和镜面反射分量的分离。实验结果表明本文算法能够同时有效地分离彩色和等色区域的反射分量。本文算法扩展了反射分量分离方法的应用范围。 展开更多

为提高实际应用场景中行人的检测精度,提出了使用高分辨率特征提取网络HRNet(high-resolution representation network)并引入Guided Anchoring机制对RetinaNet算法进行改进,维持了特征图在特征提取过程中的高分辨率信息,同时使网络中... 为提高实际应用场景中行人的检测精度,提出了使用高分辨率特征提取网络HRNet(high-resolution representation network)并引入Guided Anchoring机制对RetinaNet算法进行改进,维持了特征图在特征提取过程中的高分辨率信息,同时使网络中的锚框自适应生成,提高了算法的检测精度。结果表明:该改进算法在Caltech行人数据集上取得了0.905的平均精度均值(mean average precision,mAP),相比于标准的RetinaNet算法提高了6.0%,在每帧图像尺寸为1280×720像素的视频上检测速度达到了19 FPS(FPS为每秒检测帧数),达到了检测精度与检测速度的均衡。 展开更多
