As the basis and guide for the planning and implementation of equipment maintenance tasks, the equipment damage measurement is an important guarantee for the effective implementation of maintenance support. Firstly,this article comprehensively analyses the influence factors to damage measurement from the enemy’s attributes, our attributes and the battlefield environment starting from the basic problem of wartime equipment damage measurement. Secondly, this article determines the key factors based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE) and performed principal component analysis (PCA) on the key factors. Finally, the principal components representing more than 85%of the data features are taken as the input and the equipment damage quantity is taken as the output. The data are trained and tested by artificial neural network (ANN) and random forest (RF). In a word, FCE-PCA-RF can be used as a reference for the research of equipment damage estimation in wartime.展开更多
To deal with the radio frequency threat posed by modern complex radar networks to aircraft,we researched the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)formations radar countermeasures,aiming at the solution of radar jamming resourc...To deal with the radio frequency threat posed by modern complex radar networks to aircraft,we researched the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)formations radar countermeasures,aiming at the solution of radar jamming resource allocation under system countermeasures.A jamming resource allocation method based on an improved firefly algorithm(FA)is proposed.Firstly,the comprehensive factors affecting the level of threat and interference efficiency of radiation source are quantified by a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Besides,the interference efficiency matrix and the objective function of the allocation model are determined to establish the interference resource allocation model.Finally,A mutation operator and an adaptive heuristic are integtated into the FA algorithm,which searches an interference resource allocation scheme.The simulation results show that the improved FA algorithm can compensate for the deficiencies of the FA algorithm.The improved FA algorithm provides a more scientific and reasonable decision-making plan for aircraft mission allocation and can effectively deal with the battlefield threats of the enemy radar network.Moreover,in terms of convergence accuracy and speed as well as algorithm stability,the improved FA algorithm is superior to the simulated annealing algorithm(SA),the niche genetic algorithm(NGA),the improved discrete cuckoo algorithm(IDCS),the mutant firefly algorithm(MFA),the cuckoo search and fireflies algorithm(CSFA),and the best neighbor firefly algorithm(BNFA).展开更多

When the attributes of unknown targets are not just numerical attributes,but hybrid attributes containing linguistic attributes,the existing recognition methods are not effective.In addition,it is more difficult to id...When the attributes of unknown targets are not just numerical attributes,but hybrid attributes containing linguistic attributes,the existing recognition methods are not effective.In addition,it is more difficult to identify the unknown targets densely distributed in the feature space,especially when there is interval overlap between attribute measurements of different target classes.To address these problems,a novel method based on intuitionistic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model(IFCEM)is proposed.For numerical attributes,targets in the database are divided into individual classes and overlapping classes,and for linguistic attributes,continuous interval-valued linguistic term set(CIVLTS)is used to describe target characteristic.A cloud modelbased method and an area-based method are proposed to obtain intuitionistic fuzzy decision information of query target on numerical attributes and linguistic attributes respectively.An improved inverse weighted kernel fuzzy c-means(IWK-FCM)algorithm is proposed for solution of attribute weight vector.The possibility matrix is applied to determine the identity and category of query target.Finally,a case study composed of parameter sensitivity analysis,recognition accuracy analysis.and comparison with other methods,is taken to verify the superiority of the proposed method.展开更多

The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the market risk. The evaluation results showed that the market risk of dairy farms in Heilongjiang Province was at low risk; however, the policy risk was high. Finally, according to the results of the assessment, the suggestions was made as the followings: the government should expand the scope of policy insurance for dairy farming, vigorously promote the development of cooperative organizations and intermediary organizations in dairy farms by purchasing services through government, increase their functional roles and establish strict supervision mechanisms, including the establishment of official advice hotline and consultation channel online and improving third-party testing mechanism; government and the department of management industry would improve their abilities of management and do a good job of training and guiding.展开更多
