传统的聚类算法一般是对单值属性数据进行聚类.但在许多实际应用中,每个对象通常被多个特征向量所描述.例如,顾客在购物时可能同时购买多个产品.由多个特征向量描述的对象称为矩阵对象,由矩阵对象构成的数据集称为矩阵对象数据集.目前,... 传统的聚类算法一般是对单值属性数据进行聚类.但在许多实际应用中,每个对象通常被多个特征向量所描述.例如,顾客在购物时可能同时购买多个产品.由多个特征向量描述的对象称为矩阵对象,由矩阵对象构成的数据集称为矩阵对象数据集.目前,针对矩阵对象数据聚类算法的研究相对较少,还有很多问题有待解决.利用fuzzy k-modes算法的聚类过程,提出一种基于矩阵对象数据的matrix-object data fuzzy k-modes(MD fuzzy k-modes)聚类算法.该算法结合模糊集的概念引入模糊因子β,重新定义了矩阵对象间的相异性度量,并给出类中心的启发式更新算法.最后,在5个真实数据集上验证了MD fuzzy k-modes算法的有效性,并分析了模糊因子β与隶属度w之间的关系.大数据时代,利用MD fuzzy k-modes算法对多条记录进行聚类,能更易发现顾客的消费偏好,从而做出更有针对性的推荐. 展开更多

针对水肥控制难度大,传统灌溉施肥方法智能化程度较低的问题,设计一种基于BAS—Smith—Fuzzy PID的物联网水肥一体化控制系统。以控制混合肥液的EC(电导率)值为目标,在传统模糊PID控制算法的基础上引入BAS(天牛须搜索)算法和Smith预估... 针对水肥控制难度大,传统灌溉施肥方法智能化程度较低的问题,设计一种基于BAS—Smith—Fuzzy PID的物联网水肥一体化控制系统。以控制混合肥液的EC(电导率)值为目标,在传统模糊PID控制算法的基础上引入BAS(天牛须搜索)算法和Smith预估器。通过MATLAB/Simulink软件仿真,验证其寻优和优化能力,对比常规PID、BAS—PID模型,结果表明,BAS—Smith—Fuzzy PID控制器拥有优异控制性能。基于STM32主控平台搭建单通道混肥装置,配置MCGS触摸屏上位机并基于Android平台开发客户端进行人机交互,试验结果表明,BAS—Smith—Fuzzy PID的调节时间对比常规PID、BAS—PID缩短17.1%、63%、超调量降低82.1%、87.2%。 展开更多

二十届三中全会强调全面落实深化改革水利任务,其中居民饮用水是重点民生任务,混凝工艺是饮用水处理的关键环节。由于混凝过程具有大时滞特性,故对于原水水质频繁变化的控制系统,常规的PID控制不能达到满意的效果。为此,将一种不依赖系... 二十届三中全会强调全面落实深化改革水利任务,其中居民饮用水是重点民生任务,混凝工艺是饮用水处理的关键环节。由于混凝过程具有大时滞特性,故对于原水水质频繁变化的控制系统,常规的PID控制不能达到满意的效果。为此,将一种不依赖系统精确模型的线性自抗扰控制器(LADRC)应用于系统中,利用扩张观测器对混凝控制系统中出现的扰动进行估计并补偿,同时设计史密斯预估器(Smith)与模糊控制器(Fuzzy)相结合的自适应史密斯控制器来消除大时滞对控制效果的影响,提出Fuzzy-Smith-LADRC控制器。针对控制器参数调节困难而引入改进型蜣螂算法(MSIDBO)进行参数整定。改进型算法对DBO算法中初始种群分布不均匀、易陷入局部最优解等问题进行优化,使得MSIDBO能快速收敛并更好平衡全局探索与局部开发能力。系统模型精确时,该控制方法比PID控制的调节时间减少279 s和超调量降低8%,比DMC控制的调节时间减少40 s,系统模型变化时,相比LADRC具有更好的抗干扰性与鲁棒性。 展开更多

There are defects such as the low convergence rate and premature phenomenon on the performance of simple genetic algorithms (SGA) as the values of crossover probability (Pc) and mutation probability (Pro) are fixed. To solve the problems, the fuzzy control method and the genetic algorithms were systematically integrated to create a kind of improved fuzzy adaptive genetic algorithm (FAGA) based on the auto-regulating fuzzy rules (ARFR-FAGA). By using the fuzzy control method, the values of Pc and Pm were adjusted according to the evolutional process, and the fuzzy rules were optimized by another genetic algorithm. Experimental results in solving the function optimization problems demonstrate that the convergence rate and solution quality of ARFR-FAGA exceed those of SGA, AGA and fuzzy adaptive genetic algorithm based on expertise (EFAGA) obviously in the global search. 展开更多

Its objective consists of combining three different heuristic optimization techniques including PID-PSO, Fuzzy-PSO and GA-PSO to improve the DSIM speed controlled loop behavior. The GA and PSO algorithms are developed and implemented into MATLAB. As a result, fuzzy-PSO is the most appropriate scheme. It is very useful in overcoming non-linear dynamic behavior, uncertain and time-varying parameters, un-modeled dynamics, and couples between the automatic turbulence control (ATC) and the automatic acid temperature control (AATC) with varying parameters during the operation process. The quasi-cascade control system of inner and outer loop self-adaptive fuzzy PID controller was built, which could effectively control the pickling speed of plates and strips. The simulated results and real application indicate that the plates and strips acid pickling speed control system has good performances of adaptively tracking the parameter variations and anti-disturbances, which ensures the match of acid pickling temperature and turbulence of flowing with acid pickling speed, improving the surface quality of plates and strips acid pickling, and energy efficiency. 展开更多

A fast interactive segmentation algorithm of image-sequences based on relative fuzzy connectedness is presented. In comparison with the original algorithm, the proposed one, with the same accuracy, accelerates the segmentation speed by three times for single image. Meanwhile, this fast segmentation algorithm is extended from single object to multiple objects and from single-image to image-sequences. Thus the segmentation of multiple objects from complex hackground and batch segmentation of image-sequences can be achieved. In addition, a post-processing scheme is incorporated in this algorithm, which extracts smooth edge with one-pixel-width for each segmented object. The experimental results illustrate that the proposed algorithm can obtain the object regions of interest from medical image or image-sequences as well as man-made images quickly and reliably with only a little interaction. 展开更多

One is an on line fuzzy inference system, and the other is a conventional PID controller. In the fuzzy inference system, three adjustable factors x p, x i , and x d are introduced. Their functions are to further modify and optimize the result of the fuzzy inference so as to make the controller have the optimal control effect on a given object. The optimal values of these adjustable factors are determined based on the ITAE criterion and the Nelder and Mead′s flexible polyhedron search algorithm. This optimal fuzzy PID controller has been used to control the executive motor of the intelligent artificial leg designed by the authors. The result of computer simulation indicates that this controller is very effective and can be widely used to control different kinds of objects and processes. 展开更多

A novel reliable routing algorithm in mobile ad hoc networks using fuzzy Petri net with its reasoning mechanism was proposed to increase the reliability during the routing selection. The algorithm allows the structured representation of network topology, which has a fuzzy reasoning mechanism for finding the routing sprouting tree from the source node to the destination node in the mobile ad boc environment. Finally, by comparing the degree of reliability in the routing sprouting tree, the most reliable route can be computed. The algorithm not only offers the local reliability between each neighboring node, but also provides global reliability for the whole selected route. The algorithm can be applied to most existing on-demand routing protocols, and the simulation results show that the routing reliability is increased by more than 80% when applying the proposed algorithm to the ad hoc on demand distance vector routing protocol. 展开更多

A designing method of intelligent proportional-integral-derivative(PID) controllers was proposed based on the ant system algorithm and fuzzy inference. This kind of controller is called Fuzzy-ant system PID controller. It consists of an off-line part and an on-line part. In the off-line part, for a given control system with a PID controller,by taking the overshoot, setting time and steady-state error of the system unit step response as the performance indexes and by using the ant system algorithm, a group of optimal PID parameters K*p , Ti* and T*d can be obtained, which are used as the initial values for the on-line tuning of PID parameters. In the on-line part, based on Kp* , Ti*and Td* and according to the current system error e and its time derivative, a specific program is written, which is used to optimize and adjust the PID parameters on-line through a fuzzy inference mechanism to ensure that the system response has optimal transient and steady-state performance. This kind of intelligent PID controller can be used to control the motor of the intelligent bionic artificial leg designed by the authors. The result of computer simulation experiment shows that the controller has less overshoot and shorter setting time. 展开更多

The direct torque control of the dual star induction motor(DTC-DSIM) using conventional PI controllers is characterized by unsatisfactory performance, such as high ripples of torque and flux, and sensitivity to parametric variations. Among the most evoked control strategies adopted in this field to overcome these drawbacks presented in classical drive, it is worth mentioning the use of the second order sliding mode control(SOSMC) based on the super twisting algorithm(STA) combined with the fuzzy logic control(FSOSMC). In order to realize the optimal control performance, the FSOSMC parameters are adjusted using an optimization algorithm based on the genetic algorithm(GA). The performances of the envisaged control scheme, called G-FSOSMC, are investigated against G-SOSMC, G-PI and BBO-FSOSMC algorithms. The proposed controller scheme is efficient in reducing the torque and flux ripples, and successfully suppresses chattering. Based on the ant colony system (ACS) algorithm and fuzzy logic control, a new design method for optimal fuzzy PID controller was proposed. In this method, the ACS algorithm was used to optimize the input/output scaling factors of fuzzy PID controller to generate the optimal fuzzy control rules and optimal real-time control action on a given controlled object. The designed controller, called the Fuzzy-ACS PID controller, was used to control the CIP-Ⅰ intelligent leg. The simulation experiments demonstrate that this controller has good control performance. Compared with other three optimal PID controllers designed respectively by using the differential evolution algorithm, the real-coded genetic algorithm, and the simulated annealing, it was verified that the Fuzzy-ACS PID controller has better control performance. Furthermore, the simulation results also verify that the proposed ACS algorithm has quick convergence speed, small solution variation, good dynamic convergence behavior, and high computation efficiency in searching for the optimal input/output scaling factors. 展开更多
