Effects of fundamental factors on coupled vibration of wind-rail vehicle-bridge system for long-span cable-stayed bridge 被引量:11

In a wind-vehicle-bridge(WVB) system,there are various interactions among wind,vehicle and bridge.The mechanism for coupling vibration of wind-vehicle-bridge systems is explored to demonstrate the effects of fundamental factors,such as mean wind,fluctuating wind,buffeting,rail irregularities,light rail vehicle vibration and bridge stiffness.A long cable-stayed bridge which carries light rail traffic is regarded as a numerical example.Firstly,a finite element model is built for the long cable-stayed bridge.The deck can generally be idealized as three-dimensional spine beam while cables are modeled as truss elements.Vehicles are modeled as mass-spring-damper systems.Rail irregularities and wind fluctuation are simulated in time domain by spectrum representation method.Then,aerodynamic loads on vehicle and bridge deck are measured by section model wind tunnel tests.Eight vertical and torsional flutter derivatives of bridge deck are identified by weighting ensemble least-square method.Finally,dynamic responses of the WVB system are analyzed in a series of cases.The results show that the accelerations of the vehicle are excited by the fluctuating wind and the track irregularity to a great extent.The transverse forces of wheel axles mainly depend on the track irregularity.The displacements of the bridge are predominantly determined by the mean wind and restricted by its stiffness.And the accelerations of the bridge are enlarged after adding the fluctuating wind. 展开更多

Based on Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and Lyapunov-Razumikhin functions respectively, consensus criterions in the form of linear matrix inequality (LMI) are obtained for the system with time-varying communication delays under static interconnection topology con- verging to the leader's states. Moreover, the delay-dependent consensus criterion in the form of LMI is also obtained for the system with time-invariant communication delay and switching topologies by constructing Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional. Aimed at calculating the fundamental frequency of vibration of special-shaped, simple-supported elastic plates, Conformal Mapping theory is applied, and the mathematical method of trigonometric interpolation with interpolation points mutual iterative between odd and even sequences in boundary region is provided, as well as the conformal mapping function which can be described by real number region between complicated region and unit dish region is carried out. Furthermore, in the in-plane state of constant stress, vibrating function is completed by unit dish region method for simple-supported elastic plates with concentrated substance of complicated vibrating region, and the coefficient of fundamental frequency of the plate is analyzed. Meanwhile, taking simple-supported elastic ellipse-plates as an example, the effects on fundamental frequency caused by eccentric ratio, the coefficient of constant in-plane stress, as well as the concentrated substance mass and positions are analyzed respectively. 展开更多

This paper proposes second-order consensus protocols with time-delays and gives the measure of the robustness of the protocols to the time-delay existing in the network of agents with second-order dynamics. By employing a frequency domain method, it is proven that the information states and their time derivatives of all the agents in the network achieve consensus asymptotically, respectively, for appropriate communication timedelay if the topology of weighted network is connected. Particularly, a tight upper bound on the communication time-delay that can be tolerated in the dynamic network is found. The consensus protocols are distributed in the sense that each agent only needs information from its neighboring agents, which reduces the complexity of connections between neighboring agents significantly. Numerical simulation results are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and the sharpness of the theoretical results for second-order consensus in networks in the presence of communication time-delays. 展开更多

The modelling of risky asset by stochastic processes with continuous paths, based on Brow- nian motions, suffers from several defects. First, the path continuity assumption does not seem reason- able in view of the possibility of sudden price variations (jumps) resulting of market crashes. A solution is to use stochastic processes with jumps, that will account for sudden variations of the asset prices. On the other hand, such jump models are generally based on the Poisson random measure. Many popular economic and financial models described by stochastic differential equations with Poisson jumps. This paper deals with the approximate controllability of a class of second-order neutral stochastic differential equations with infinite delay and Poisson jumps. By using the cosine family of operators, stochastic analysis techniques, a new set of sufficient conditions are derived for the approximate controllability of the above control system. By introducing the H2 norm of the transfer function from disturbance to estimation error, sufficient and necessary conditions for disturbance decoupling in matrix second-order linear systems are established and are arranged into constraints on the design parameters via Luenberger function observers in terms of the closed-loop eigenvalues and the group of design parameters provided by the eigenstructure assignment approach. Therefore, the disturbance decoupling problem is converted into an eigenstructure assignment problem with extra parameter constraints. A simple example is investigated to show the effect and simplicity of the approach. 展开更多

Aiming at calculating the vibrating fundamental frequency of special-shaped, elastic simple-supported rectangle-plates, in the in-plane state of constant stress, the vibration function of this complicated plate was depicted by unit dish region. The coefficient of ftmdamental frequency was calculated. Whilst, taking simple-supported elastic rectangle-plates with arc radius as an example, the effects on fundamental frequency caused by the concentrated mass and position, the ratio of the length to width of rectangle, as well as the coefficient of constant in-plane stress were analyzed respectively. 展开更多

The backward reflects in the following aspects, the serious aging of water facilities, insufficient agricultural machinery and equipment, low leve of rural roads, lacking of research equipment, shortage of ecological protection facilities, and so on. Based on the latcr data of Heilongjiang Province, this paper analyzed the connection between agricultural fundamental infrastructure and grain yield by using the gray connected model, differentiated primary rural fundamental infrastructure from the secondary one, and provided some suggestions to develop rural areas 展开更多

The main purpose of this research is the second-order modeling of flow and turbulent heat flux in nonpremixed methane-air combustion.A turbulent stream of non-premixed combustion in a stoichiometric condition,is numerically analyzed through the Reynolds averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS) equations.For modeling radiation and combustion,the discrete ordinates(DO) and eddy dissipation concept model have been applied.The Reynolds stress transport model(RSM) also was used for turbulence modeling.For THF in the energy equation,the GGDH model and high order algebraic model of HOGGDH with simple eddy diffusivity model have been applied.Comparing the numerical results of the SED model(with the turbulent Prandtl 0.85) and the second-order heat flux models with available experimental data follows that applying the second-order models significantly led to the modification of predicting temperature distribution and species mass fraction distribution in the combustion chamber.Calculation of turbulent Prandtl number in the combustion chamber shows that the assumption of Pr_(t) of 0.85 is far from reality and Pr_(t) in different areas varies from 0.4 to 1.2. 展开更多

电能质量监测装置成本高昂,难以在配电网中大规模安装,导致节点谐波监测信息的不完备。使用智能融合终端等“替代的监测装置”(alternative monitor equipment,AME)进行谐波监测和计算,是解决配电网电能质量全网可观的必然出路。但是,由... 电能质量监测装置成本高昂,难以在配电网中大规模安装,导致节点谐波监测信息的不完备。使用智能融合终端等“替代的监测装置”(alternative monitor equipment,AME)进行谐波监测和计算,是解决配电网电能质量全网可观的必然出路。但是,由于AME非同步采样,存在谐波计算不准确的问题。文中提出一种适应于非同步采样数据的谐波计算方法,可应用于AME,实现配电网的广泛谐波监测。考虑AME传感精度低于专业电能质量监测终端,导致数据噪声较大的问题,提出基于奇异谱分析-关键点算法的降噪方法,减少数据处理中噪声的干扰。提出了基于变分模态分解和牛顿插值的基波周期计算方法,消除谐波分量的负面影响,实现高精度基波周期提取。提出了基于Hermite插值的准同步采样方法,克服了基于离散傅里叶变换进行谐波计算时的频谱泄漏和栅栏效应。在频率偏移和频率变化两个场景下,仿真验证了所提方法的有效性、准确性和适应性。 展开更多

在数字时代,数字平台凭借技术优势获得了对用户的支配性地位,形成了事实上的权力,即平台权力。平台权力作为一种新型权力,改变了传统的权力获取方式、结构模式和行使手段等,打破了以权利制约权力的现代法律制度设计。因此,依法有效规制... 在数字时代,数字平台凭借技术优势获得了对用户的支配性地位,形成了事实上的权力,即平台权力。平台权力作为一种新型权力,改变了传统的权力获取方式、结构模式和行使手段等,打破了以权利制约权力的现代法律制度设计。因此,依法有效规制数字平台权力,必须立基于新的权力结构,遵循权力监督的基本原理,完善平台权力治理体系。就优化治理格局而言,需要形成“公民权利—私权力—公权力”的三元权力结构,并由此构建三方互动制约的综合治理模式。就完善治理理念而言,应依据不同类型基本权利的价值位阶,确定平台权力的义务范围、对公民基本权利设置不同的保护方式、坚持基本权利第三人效力的有限适用。就完善治理途径而言,需要完善对算法的内外部双重监管制度、限制平台的自我赋权、设定平台的实体性和程序性公法义务,实现对平台自我监管的规制。 展开更多

运动技能是体育与健康课程中的主要教学内容,包括基本运动技能内容和专项运动技能内容。如何根据学生身心发展规律、运动技能形成规律和学生体育学习特点进行运动技能的教学设计和实施,对于学生更好地掌握和运用运动技能,发挥运动技能... 运动技能是体育与健康课程中的主要教学内容,包括基本运动技能内容和专项运动技能内容。如何根据学生身心发展规律、运动技能形成规律和学生体育学习特点进行运动技能的教学设计和实施,对于学生更好地掌握和运用运动技能,发挥运动技能对培养核心素养、增进身心健康的作用具有重要意义。分析小学是否应采用自主运动选项教学和走班制形式、基本运动技能是否应在整个义务教育阶段进行专门教学、专项运动技能是否应按照年级划分等级3个理论和实践问题,认为,小学不应采用自主运动选项教学和走班制形式,基本运动技能在小学1~2年级进行专门教学更科学合理,按照年级划分专项运动技能等级不符合课程标准的精神和学生体育学习特点。正确认识和理解这3个问题,有助于提升体育与健康课程运动技能教学和评价的科学性和有效性,提高体育与健康教育教学质量,促进学生享受运动乐趣、掌握运动技能、实现健康发展。 展开更多

基于变分模态分解的宽频信号估计算法 被引量:2

随着新能源并网的发展,电网宽频振荡频发,且具有频率范围宽、模态分量多等特点。而现有的宽频信号估计方法由于存在忽略各基波动态变化、未能很好降低分量间的相互干扰等情况而无法提供准确的宽频振荡相关参数信息。因此,该文提出一种... 随着新能源并网的发展,电网宽频振荡频发,且具有频率范围宽、模态分量多等特点。而现有的宽频信号估计方法由于存在忽略各基波动态变化、未能很好降低分量间的相互干扰等情况而无法提供准确的宽频振荡相关参数信息。因此,该文提出一种考虑基波动态、降低相互干扰的宽频信号估计方法,以实现信号参数的高精度辨识,为宽频振荡分析、扰动溯源定位等应用提供数据支撑。首先,利用变分模态分解(variational mode decomposition,VMD)提取宽频信号中多种模态分量的波形信息以及对应的中心频率;其次,考虑到实际电力系统中基波频率的动态变化,利用离散傅里叶变换(discrete fourier transform,DFT)跟踪基波分量的实际频率,并以此修正基波中心频率;最后,将中心频率、模态分量波形等信息代入动态相量模型,实现宽频信号参数估计。在频率线性变化、频率动态调制、噪声等工况下验证算法性能,仿真结果表明,所提算法能更准确地获取宽频信号的参数信息,保持总相量误差(total vector error,TVE)低于3%。 展开更多
