However, a clear classification, fair comparison, and performance rationalization of these methods are lacking, due to the scattered existing studies. To address these issues, we develop 20 capacity estimation methods from three perspectives:charging sequence construction, input forms, and ML models. 22,582 charging curves are generated from 44 cells with different battery chemistry and operating conditions to validate the performance. Through comprehensive and unbiased comparison, the long short-term memory(LSTM) based neural network exhibits the best accuracy and robustness. Across all 6503 tested samples, the mean absolute percentage error(MAPE) for capacity estimation using LSTM is 0.61%, with a maximum error of only 3.94%. Furthermore, the charging sequences are provided with physical explanations related to battery degradation to enhance confidence in their application. Recommendations for using other competitive methods are also presented. This work provides valuable insights and guidance for estimating battery capacity based on partial charging curves.展开更多

More precisely, we consider a family of closed curves F : S1 × [0, T ) → R^2 which satisfies the following evolution equation δ^2F /δt^2 (u, t) = k(u, t)N(u, t)-▽ρ(u, t), ∨(u, t) ∈ S^1 × [0, T ) with the initial data F (u, 0) = F0(u) and δF/δt (u, 0) = f(u)N0, where k is the mean curvature and N is the unit inner normal vector of the plane curve F (u, t), f(u) and N0 are the initial velocity and the unit inner normal vector of the initial convex closed curve F0, respectively, and ▽ρ is given by ▽ρ Δ=(δ^2F /δsδt ,δF/δt) T , in which T stands for the unit tangent vector. The above problem is an initial value problem for a system of partial differential equations for F , it can be completely reduced to an initial value problem for a single partial differential equation for its support function. The latter equation is a hyperbolic Monge-Ampere equation. Based on this, we show that there exists a class of initial velocities such that the solution of the above initial value problem exists only at a finite time interval [0, Tmax) and when t goes to Tmax, either the solution convergesto a point or shocks and other propagating discontinuities are generated. Furthermore, we also consider the hyperbolic mean curvature flow with the dissipative terms and obtain the similar equations about the support functions and the curvature of the curve. In the end, we discuss the close relationship between the hyperbolic mean curvature flow and the equations for the evolving relativistic string in the Minkowski space-time R^1,1.展开更多

All of the four states (^l∏u, ^1∏g, ^3∏u and ^3∏g) are found to be metastable states, though the potential well of ^3∏u symmetry is very shallow. Based on the PECs, the analytical potential energy functions (APEFs) of these states have been fitted using the least square fitting method and two models of function. The spectroscopic parameters of each state are also calculated, and are compared with other investigations in the literature. The credibility and veracity of the two functions are evaluated. Karst.), Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) and silver birch (Betula pendula Roth) in Norwa are presented. The Norwegian National Forest Inventory (NFI) is used as data base for estimating the model parameters. The derived models are developed to enable spatially explicit and site sensitive tree height imputatio in forest inventories as well as future tree height predictions in growth and yield scenario simulations. Methods: Generalized additive mixed models (gamm) are employed to detect and quantify potentially non-linear effects of predictor variables. In doing so the quadratic mean diameter serves as longitudinal covariate since stand ag as measured in the NFI, shows only a weak correlation with a stands developmental status in Norwegian forests. Additionally the models can be locally calibrated by predicting random effects if measured height-diameter pairs are available. Based on the model selection of non-constraint models, shape constraint additive models (scare) were fit tc incorporate expert knowledge and intrinsic relationships by enforcing certain effect patterns like monotonicity. Results: Model comparisons demonstrate that the shape constraints lead to only marginal differences in statistical characteristics but ensure reasonable model predictions. Under constant constraints the developed models predict increasing tree heights with decreasing altitude, increasing soil depth and increasing competition pressure of a tree. / two-dimensional spatially structured effect of UTM-coordinates accounts for the potential effects of large scale spatial correlated covariates, which were not at our disposal. The main result of modelling the spatially structured effect is lower tree height prediction for coastal sites and with increasing latitude. The quadratic mean diameter affects both the level and the slope of the height-diameter curve and both effects are positive. Conclusions: In this investigation it is assumed that model effects in additive modelling of height-diameter curves which are unfeasible and too wiggly from an expert point of view are a result of quantitatively or qualitatively limited data bases. However, this problem can be regarded not to be specific to our investigation but more general since growth and yield data that are balanced over the whole data range with respect to all combinations of predictor variables are exceptional cases. Hence, scare may provide methodological improvements in several applications by combining the flexibility of additive models with expert knowledge.展开更多

The results show that P alba var. pyramidalis had good elastic performance. There was degradation of strength and stiffness under cyclic loading and unloading, where characteristic curves of restoring forces ofP. alba var. pyrarnidalis assumed a "flat and contrary S-shape" form. Simultaneously, P alba vat. pyramidalis showed typical characteristics of brittle destruction under large high peak loading and unloading. Furthermore, dynamic tests were carried out under wind loads to obtain dynamic displacement curves and dynamic strain curves. P alba var. pyramidalis reflected its stochastic dynamic performance in building up its resistance to the stochastic wind loads and its dynamically hysteretic properties. The dynamic response of this species was random and fuzzy under stochastic wind loads. This study has theoretical significance and reference value to research on the static characteristics and wind-induced dynamic performance of forests.展开更多

We found that:(1) All the waterflooding curves are based on empirical formulas derived from oilfield production experience and statistics methods, and can characterize oil displacement features by water quite well.(2) A new waterflooding curve can be derived by combining waterflooding parameters and using different mathematical calculations as long as the parameter combinations and mathematical operation meet a linear relationship, so proposing new waterflooding curves by changing the combination mode has no practical significance anymore.(3) The upwarp of waterflooding curve in the extremely high water cut stage is because the mobility ratio curve has an inflection point with the rapid rise of water cut after reaching a certain value, and the later rapid rise of mobility ratio changes the original two-phase flow dynamics.(4) After entering into water cut stage, all the waterflooding curves with linear relationship can be used to make prediction, even curves with inflection points, as long as they have a straight section above the inflection point.(5) Actual data of waterflooding oilfields has proved that Type A, Zhang Jinqing and Yu Qitai waterflooding curves all can predict accurately oil recoverable reserves in extremely high water cut stage and can be promoted.展开更多

Because of the unstable and transient nature of CS+, its electronic states have not been well investigated. In this paper, the electronic states of CS+ are studied by employing the internally contracted multireference configuration interaction method, and taking into account relativistic effects (scalar plus spin–orbit coupling). The spin–orbit coupling effects are considered via the state-interacting method with the full Breit–Pauli Hamiltonian. The potential energy curves of 18 Λ–S states correlated with the two lowest dissociation limits of CS+ molecular ion are calculated, and those of 10 lowest Ω states generated from the 6 lowest Λ–S states are also worked out. The spectroscopic constants of the bound states are evaluated, and they are in good agreement with available experimental results and theoretical values. With the aid of analysis of Λ–S composition of Ω states at different bond lengths, the avoided crossing phenomena in the electronic states of CS+ are illuminated. Finally, the single ionization spectra of CS (X1Σ+) populating the CS+(X2Σ1/2+, A2Π3/2, A2Π1/2, and B2Σ1/2+) states are simulated. The vertical ionization potentials for X2Σ1/2+, A2Π3/2, A2Π1/2, and B2Σ1/2+ states are calculated to be 11.257, 12.787, 12.827, and 15.860 eV, respectively, which are accurate compared with previous experimental results, within an error margin of 0.08 eV^0.2 eV.展开更多

Some ideas to improve the fitting accuracy are presented. Also the vibrational levels for each state are predicted by solving the SchrSdinger equation of nuclear motion.
文摘In 2000, Wu presented two new types of generalized Ball curves, one of which is called an NB1 curve located between the Wang-Ball curve and the Said-Ball curve. In this article, the authors aim to discuss properties of NB1 curves and surfaces, including the recursive algorithms, conversion algorithms between NB1 and Bezier curves and surfaces, etc. In addition the authors compare the computation efficiency of recursive algorithms for the NB1 and above mentioned two generalized Ball curves and surfaces.

文摘Background: Generalized height-diameter curves based on a re-parameterized version of the Korf function for Norway spruce (Piceo abies (L.) Karst.), Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) and silver birch (Betula pendula Roth) in Norwa are presented. Hence, scare may provide methodological improvements in several applications by combining the flexibility of additive models with expert knowledge.

文摘This study comprehensively characterizes the boundary values of generalized permeability jail in tight reservoirs through relative-permeability curve analysis, numerical simulation, and economic evaluation.A total number of 108 relative-permeability curves of rock samples from tight reservoirs were obtained, and the characteristics of relative-permeability curves were analyzed. The irreducible water saturation(Swi)mainly ranges from 20% to 70%,and the residual gas saturation(Sgr)ranges from 5% to 15% for 55% of the samples. The relative-permeability curves are categorized into six types(Category-Ⅰ to Ⅵ)by analyzing the following characteristics:The relative permeability of gas at Swi,the relative permeability of water at Sgr,and the relative permeability corresponding to the isotonic point. The relative permeability curves were normalized to facilitate numerical simulation and evaluate the impact of different types of curves on production performance. The results of simulation show significant difference in production performance for different types of relative-permeability curves:Category-Ⅰ corresponds to the case with best well performance, whereas Categories-Ⅴ and Ⅵ correspond to the cases with least production volume. The results of economic evaluation show a generalized permeability jail for Categories-Ⅳ,Ⅴ,and Ⅵ,and the permeability jail develops when the relative permeability of gas and water is below 0.06.This study further quantifies the range of micro-pore parameters corresponding to the generalized permeability jail for a tight sandstone reservoir.

文摘Static tests under cyclic loading were carried out on Populus alba var. pyramidalis to determine its characteristic curves of restoring forces. This study has theoretical significance and reference value to research on the static characteristics and wind-induced dynamic performance of forests.

文摘Through reviewing the generation process and essential characteristics of waterflooding curves, the essence and characteristics of Zhang Jinqing waterflooding curve and Yu Qitai waterflooding curve recommended in Chinese Petroleum Industry Standard 'Calculation methods for Recoverable Oil Reserves(SY/T5367—1998)' were discussed, and some technical issues related to the curves were examined in-depth. We found that:(1) All the waterflooding curves are based on empirical formulas derived from oilfield production experience and statistics methods, and can characterize oil displacement features by water quite well.(2) A new waterflooding curve can be derived by combining waterflooding parameters and using different mathematical calculations as long as the parameter combinations and mathematical operation meet a linear relationship, so proposing new waterflooding curves by changing the combination mode has no practical significance anymore.(3) The upwarp of waterflooding curve in the extremely high water cut stage is because the mobility ratio curve has an inflection point with the rapid rise of water cut after reaching a certain value, and the later rapid rise of mobility ratio changes the original two-phase flow dynamics.(4) After entering into water cut stage, all the waterflooding curves with linear relationship can be used to make prediction, even curves with inflection points, as long as they have a straight section above the inflection point.(5) Actual data of waterflooding oilfields has proved that Type A, Zhang Jinqing and Yu Qitai waterflooding curves all can predict accurately oil recoverable reserves in extremely high water cut stage and can be promoted.

文摘Carbon monosulfide molecular ion (CS+), which plays an important role in various research fields, has long been attracting much interest. The vertical ionization potentials for X2Σ1/2+, A2Π3/2, A2Π1/2, and B2Σ1/2+ states are calculated to be 11.257, 12.787, 12.827, and 15.860 eV, respectively, which are accurate compared with previous experimental results, within an error margin of 0.08 eV^0.2 eV.
