In this paper,a scheme of commonly-resonated extended interaction circuit system based on high order TMn,mode is proposed to lock the phases of two extended interaction oscillators(EIOs)for generating high power at G-band.Two separate EIOs are coupled through a specific single-gap coupling field supported by a designed gap waveguide with length Lg,which form the phase-locked EIOs based on the commonly-resonated system.As a whole system,the system has been focused on with mode analysis based on different single-gap coupling fields,mode hopping,which present the variation of phase difference between the two-beam-wave interactions when changing Lg.To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed circuit system in producing the phase locking,we conducted particle-in-cell(PIC)simulations to show that the interesting mode hopping occurs with the phase difference of O and r between the output signals from two output ports,corresponding to the excitation of the TMn mode with different n.Simulation results show that 1)the oscillator can deliver two times of the output power obtained from one single oscillator at 220 GHz,2)the two EIOs can still deliver output signals with phase difference of O and when the currents of the two beams are different or the fabrication errors of the two EIO cavities are taken into account.The proposed scheme is promising in extending to phase locking between multiple EIOs,and generating higher power at millimeter-wave and higher frequencies. 展开更多

A rate dependent crystal plasticity constitutive model considering self and latent hardening in finite element analysis was developed to simulate rolling textures of pure aluminum. By changing the assignment of orientations to finite elements, i.e. assigning the same set of orientations to all elements or different orientations to different elements, the influences of grain interaction on the formation of rolling textures were numerically simulated with this kind of crystal plasticity finite element model. The simulation results reveal that the grains without considering grain interaction rotate faster than those considering grain interaction, and the rotation of grain boundary is slowed down due to the grain interaction. For a good simulation more elements should be assigned to one grain, in which the effects of both the boundary and interior parts of grain contribute to the formation of rolling textures. 展开更多

The finite element method was used to solve fluid dynamic interaction problems between the crust and mantle of the Earth. To consider different mechanical behaviours, the lithosphere consisting of the crust and upper mantle was simulated as fluid-saturated porous rocks, while the upper aesthenospheric part of the mantle was simulated as viscous fluids. Since the whole lithosphere was computationally simulated, the dynamic interaction between the crust and the upper mantle was appropriately considered. In particular, the mixing of mantle fluids and crustal fluids was simulated in the corresponding computational model. The related computational simulation results from an example problem demonstrate that the mantle fluids can flow into the crust and mix with the crustal fluids due to the resulting convective flows in the crust-mantle system. Likewise, the crustal fluids can also flow into the upper mantle and mix with the mantle fluids. This kind of fluids mixing and exchange is very important to the better understanding of the governing processes that control the ore body formation and mineralization in the upper crust of the Earth. 展开更多

Through the comparison and analysis of the test results of dynamic models, the test results of Poulos(1989) and cumulative settlement model of the single pile under cyclic loads were confirmed. Based on the above research, Fortran language was adopted to introduce the soil attenuation factor, the secondary development of relevant modules of ABAQUS was carried out, and the effect of soil attenuation factor on dynamic property of pile-soil was discussed further. 展开更多

Based on the working principle and the damping characteristic of hydraulic shock absorber, a fluid structure interaction method was presented, which was used to analyze the microcosmic and high-frequency processing mechanism of fluid structure interaction between circulation valve and liquid of hydraulic shock absorber. The fluid mesh distortion was controlled by the CEL language, and the fluid struc^tre interaction mathematical model was established. The finite element model was established by ANSYS CFX software and was analyzed by dynamic mesh technique. The local sensitive computational area was meshed by prismatic grid, which could reduce the negative volume problem during the simulation. The circulation valve and liquid of hydraulic shock absorber were simulated and analyzed under the condition of sinusoidal inlet velocity loads. Flow characteristic and dynamics characteristic were obtained. The pressure distribution and the displacement of circulation value were obtained, and the acceleration curve of circulation valve was simulated and analyzed. The conformity of the final simulation results with the experimental datum indicates that this method is accurate and reliable to analyze the dynamics characteristic between circulation valve and liquid of hydraulic shock absorber, which can provide a theoretical foundation for optimizing hydraulic shock absorber in the future. 展开更多

This work aims to establish a suitable numerical simulation model for hybrid laser-electric arc heat source welding of dissimilar Mg alloys between AZ31 and AZ80. Based on the energy conservation law and Fourier’s law of heat conduction, the differential equations of the three-dimensional temperature field for nonlinear transient heat conduction are built. According to the analysis of nonlinear transient heat transfer, the equations representing initial conditions and boundary conditions are obtained. The “double ellipsoidal heat source + 3D Gaussian heat source”combination was chosen to construct the laser-electric arc hybrid heat source. The weld bead morphologies and the distribution of temperature, stress, displacement and plastic strains are numerically simulated. The actual welding experiments were performed by a hybrid laser-electric arc welding machine. The interaction mechanism between laser and electric arc in the hybrid welding of Mg alloys is discussed in detail. The hybrid heat source can promote the absorption of laser energy and electric arc in the molten pool, resulting in more uniform energy distribution in the molten pool and the corresponding improvement of welding parameters. This work can provide theoretical guidance and data supports for the optimization of the hybrid laser-electric arc welding processes for Mg alloys. 展开更多

In this study,based on a closed bomb test combined with computational fluid dynamics,a structural finite element method,and an acoustic boundary element method,a fluid-solid acoustic one-way coupling calculation model is established for the combustion process of energetic materials in a closed bomb,and the effectiveness of the model is verified by experiments.It is found that the maximum peak sound pressure increases exponentially with an increase in loading doses or gas pressure.However,a change in the combustion coefficient of the energetic materials has little effect on the noise generated during the combustion process in the closed bomb.When the combustion coefficient is reduced by a multiple of 16,the maximum transient sound pressure is reduced by 1.79 dB,and the sound pressure level in the frequency band is reduced by 1.75 dB.With an increase in shell thickness,the combustion noise of the energetic materials in the closed bomb decreases,and the reduction range of the combustion noise increases with the increase in shell thickness. 展开更多

In consideration of the problem that the effect of conduit structure on water hammer has been ignored in the classical theory,the Poisson coupling between the fluid and the pipeline was studied and a fourteen-equation mathematical model of fluid-structure interaction(FSI)was developed.Then,the transfer matrix method(TMM)was used to calculate the modal frequency,modal shape and frequency response.The results were compared with that in experiment to verify the correctness of the TMM and the results show that the fluid-structure coupling has a greater impact on the modal frequencies than the modal shape.Finally,the influence on the response spectrum of different damping ratios was studied and the results show that the natural frequency under different damping ratios has changed little but there is a big difference for the pressure spectrum.With the decreasing of damping ratio,the damping of the system on frequency spectrum is more and more significant and the dispersion and dissipation is more and more apparent.Therefore the appropriate damping ratio should be selected to minimize the effects of the vibration of the FSI.The results provide references for the theory research of FSI in the transient process. 展开更多

过河段顶管工程水文地质条件复杂,流固耦合下岩土体的重度增加、内聚力和内摩擦角降低,顶管施工中会进一步加剧土体的变形,甚至造成突水冒顶事故。以某市雨污分流工程的过河段顶管施工为依托,分析了河床地表沉降机理;运用COMSOL软件建... 过河段顶管工程水文地质条件复杂,流固耦合下岩土体的重度增加、内聚力和内摩擦角降低,顶管施工中会进一步加剧土体的变形,甚至造成突水冒顶事故。以某市雨污分流工程的过河段顶管施工为依托,分析了河床地表沉降机理;运用COMSOL软件建立过河段顶管施工三维数值模型,采用强度折减法对岩土体的c、φ值进行折减;深入研究了过河段顶管施工周边土体的应力、河床地表沉降及管道直径、注浆压力和土体弹性模量等参数对地表沉降的影响规律。研究发现:河床地表沉降数值模拟结果与Peck经验公式吻合度较高;管道周围土体应力呈近“M”型分布,且距离管道越近,土体应力曲线更接近“M”型;管道直径越大,最大沉降越大且沉降槽越宽;注浆压力越大、弹性模量越小,顶管开挖对土体的扰动程度越大,河床地表沉降也越大。 展开更多

降落伞充气过程涉及复杂的流固耦合(fluid-structure interaction,FSI)现象,浸没边界(immersed boundary,IB)方法作为一种边界非协调方法,适合处理这种非线性大变形FSI问题。将Mittal等提出的尖锐界面IB方法与大涡模拟(large eddy simul... 降落伞充气过程涉及复杂的流固耦合(fluid-structure interaction,FSI)现象,浸没边界(immersed boundary,IB)方法作为一种边界非协调方法,适合处理这种非线性大变形FSI问题。将Mittal等提出的尖锐界面IB方法与大涡模拟(large eddy simulation,LES)相结合(LES/IB),应用于中高雷诺数(Re)降落伞绕流的模拟。在此基础上,结合非线性有限元方法,建立了一种基于适合复杂外形非均匀湍流的动态Vreman亚格子(Vreman subgrid-scale,Vreman SGS)模型的FSI方法,用于模拟降落伞充气过程。最后,通过经典的圆柱绕流算例(Re=3900)验证所发展的LES/IB方法的准确性。结果表明,LES/IB方法对平均阻力系数(C_(D))、后缘点平均背压系数(-C_(p,b))和斯特劳哈尔数(St)的计算结果与直接数值模拟、LES和实验结果吻合较好,误差均低于8%。此外,利用发展的Vreman SGS模型对典型的圆伞和十字伞充气过程中的气动性能和结构响应进行了分析,并与Smagorinsky SGS模型进行了对比。结果表明,在降落伞充气呼吸阶段,两者对阻力系数和投影面积的计算结果吻合较好,相对误差均在5%以内,验证了本文FSI方法的可靠性。 展开更多

为研究分析自然界与风能采集领域中柔性旗帜与空气流固耦合运动特性,基于空气动力学原理和二维柔性板轴向不可拉伸假设推导旗帜颤振非线性理论模型,研究了旗帜与空气之间的耦合运动,分析长度、质量比和风速对其运动特性影响。利用双向... 为研究分析自然界与风能采集领域中柔性旗帜与空气流固耦合运动特性,基于空气动力学原理和二维柔性板轴向不可拉伸假设推导旗帜颤振非线性理论模型,研究了旗帜与空气之间的耦合运动,分析长度、质量比和风速对其运动特性影响。利用双向流固耦合方法及重叠网格技术对旗帜随风摆动过程进行数值模拟,得出流场中旗帜运动行为及周围流场特性。结果表明:临界颤振风速随旗长增加而减小,摆动位移随风速增加先增大后减小;质量比越大,颤振频率越小,斯特劳哈尔数受其影响较小;旗帜尺寸一定时,风速较小,摆动位移、频率较小,风速超过临界颤振风速发生大幅度颤振现象;旗帜周围漩涡会经历产生、脱落和消失过程,周围压力及速度会随漩涡运动过程发生变化。可见采用基于重叠网格技术的数值模拟方法可有效解决柔性旗帜大变形问题,实现理论与数值仿真验证分析。 展开更多

随着煤矿开采深度增加和机械化程度提高,传统的喷雾难以有效解决煤尘污染问题,而添加表面活性剂能够有效抑制煤尘的产生和运移。为探明不同类型表面活性剂对煤尘润湿性的影响,采用试验联合分子模拟方法,从宏微观尺度探讨了十二烷基苯磺... 随着煤矿开采深度增加和机械化程度提高,传统的喷雾难以有效解决煤尘污染问题,而添加表面活性剂能够有效抑制煤尘的产生和运移。为探明不同类型表面活性剂对煤尘润湿性的影响,采用试验联合分子模拟方法,从宏微观尺度探讨了十二烷基苯磺酸钠(Sodium Dodecyl Benzene Sulfonate,SDBS)、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺(Coconutt Diethanol Amide,CDEA)及椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(Cocoamidopropyl Betaine,CAB)对煤尘的润湿性。从宏观试验入手探究各表面活性剂对煤尘润湿性的影响,并通过建立表面活性剂/水、水/表面活性剂/煤体系进行动力学模拟分析,考察运动过程中分子运动趋势,将表面张力与氢键作用和径向分布函数结合分析表面活性剂自身的亲水性,将润湿角和沉降试验与静电势和相对浓度、均方位移、相互作用能结合研究表面活性剂对煤尘的润湿性影响,从分子尺度对试验现象进行系统性分析,深入探讨表面活性剂润湿煤尘的机制。结果表明:SDBS对水的表面张力削弱最强,即表面张力最小,为24.08 mN/m,微观表现为SDBS溶液形成的氢键最多,为771个,长为0.15 nm的氢键最多,径向函数曲线峰值最早出现,最易与水分子吸附;SDBS溶液的润湿角、沉降时间均为最小,分别为19.83°、21.11 s,微观表现为SDBS与煤结合后与水结合部位的静电势差最大,为5.3529 eV,受π-π相互作用的影响,SDBS在煤水界面的吸附范围最广,在氢键和静电力的主导下,水分子扩散系数最小,为0.51×10^(-4)cm^(2)/s,大幅限制了水分子扩散,SDBS与煤的相互作用能也最大,为-2662.80 kJ/mol。模拟分析揭示了宏观试验现象呈现的变化规律,研究结果可为高效评价表面活性剂润湿性提供参考。 展开更多

基于网络药理学、分子对接和分子动力学探讨犀角地黄汤治疗糖尿病足溃疡的作用机制

为了解犀角地黄汤(RHRD)治疗糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)的分子机制,应用网络药理学和分子动力学模拟方法,通过TCMSP数据库、BATMAN-TCM和文献检索搜索犀角地黄汤中药成分的活性成分及其靶点,然后从GeneCards、CTD、OMIM、TTD和DrugBank数据库中... 为了解犀角地黄汤(RHRD)治疗糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)的分子机制,应用网络药理学和分子动力学模拟方法,通过TCMSP数据库、BATMAN-TCM和文献检索搜索犀角地黄汤中药成分的活性成分及其靶点,然后从GeneCards、CTD、OMIM、TTD和DrugBank数据库中检索DFU的疾病靶点.分析药物靶点和疾病靶点的交叉靶点,使用Cytoscape 3.7.1软件构建成分-靶点(CT)网络,在String平台上构建治疗靶点的蛋白质相互作用(PPI)网络,并对关键基因进行筛选.在DAVID数据库中进行GO和KEGG富集分析.用AutoDock进行分子对接以预测RHRD有效成分与核心靶点的结合,随后用Gromacs进行分子动力学模拟,观察靶蛋白中的相互作用和构象变化.以HaCaT细胞为实验材料,通过MTT实验和细胞划痕实验检测高糖条件下RHRD对HaCaT细胞的保护作用.结果显示:(1)共筛选出32种活性成分、419个药物靶点、14036个疾病靶点和384个治疗靶点;(2)通过CT网络和PPI网络分析获得了核心活性成分(槲皮素、山柰酚、梓醇、黄芩素)和核心靶点(TP53、AKT1、HSP90AA1、STAT3、MAPK1),主要涉及脂质与动脉粥样硬化、Th17细胞分化通路、糖尿病并发症中的AGE-RAGE信号通路和MAPK信号通路等;(3)分子对接结果表明,RHRD有效成分与核心靶点之间存在很强的结合亲和力,分子动力学模拟证实了RHRD有效成分与这些靶点的稳定结合;(4)MTT实验结果显示RHRD可以保护HaCaT细胞免受高糖诱导的细胞损伤,细胞划痕实验结果显示RHRD能够显著诱导伤口愈合. 展开更多

顺层钻孔瓦斯抽采关键参数影响特征及优化研究

为研究不同抽采参数对煤层瓦斯抽采效果的影响,基于弹性孔隙裂隙双重介质假设,建立含瓦斯煤层流固耦合三维抽采模型,利用COMSOL Multiphysics软件模拟煤巷开挖后围岩应力分布规律及不同抽采参数条件下煤体瓦斯压力场、含量场、钻孔抽采... 为研究不同抽采参数对煤层瓦斯抽采效果的影响,基于弹性孔隙裂隙双重介质假设,建立含瓦斯煤层流固耦合三维抽采模型,利用COMSOL Multiphysics软件模拟煤巷开挖后围岩应力分布规律及不同抽采参数条件下煤体瓦斯压力场、含量场、钻孔抽采量的变化规律。数值模拟结果表明,煤巷开挖后,围岩塑性区范围与最大应力集中位置基本吻合,距巷道20 m范围内的围岩应力显著;钻孔长度与瓦斯抽采量呈正相关,但增幅随孔长增加逐渐衰减;增大钻孔直径虽能提升抽采效果,但增益效果随直径增大而衰减;抽采量随钻孔间距的增大而增大,但增幅减弱,最优钻孔间距为6 m;抽采量随抽采时间延长持续增加,而抽采速度在初期快速衰减后趋于稳定。为了验证模型的准确性,在桃园煤矿Ⅱ8225工作面机巷进行了现场试验,结果显示,在钻孔长度200 m、孔径108 mm、钻孔间距6 m、封孔深度20 m组合参数条件下,经30 d连续抽采后,预抽区域煤层残余瓦斯含量最大为3.72 m^(3)/t,实现了煤层安全高效抽采和巷道快速掘进。 展开更多
