In this paper,the isogeometric analysis(IGA)method is employed to analyze the oscillation characteristics of functionally graded triply periodic minimal surface(FG-TPMS)curved-doubly shells integrated with magneto-electric surface layers(referred to as"FG-TPMS-MEE curved-doubly shells")subjected to low-velocity impact loads.This study presents low-velocity impact load model based on a single springmass(S-M)approach.The FG-TPMS-MEE curved-doubly shells are covered with two magneto-electric surface layers,while the core layer consists of three types:I-graph and Wrapped Package-graph(IWP),Gyroid(G),and Primitive(P),with various graded functions.These types are notable for their exceptional stiffness-to-weight ratios,enabling a wide range of potential applications.The Maxwell equations and electromagnetic boundary conditions are applied to compute the change in electric potentials and magnetic potentials.The equilibrium equations of the shell are derived from a refined higher-order shear deformation theory(HSDT),and the transient responses of the FG-TPMS-MEE curveddoubly shells are subsequently determined using Newmark's direct integration method.These results have applications in structural vibration control and the analysis of structures subjected to impact or explosive loads.Furthermore,this study provides a theoretical prediction of the low-velocity impact load and magneto-electric-elastic effects on the free vibration and transient response of FG-TPMS-MEE curved-doubly shells. 展开更多

Effect of cross-wind on spatial vibration responses of train and track system 被引量:4

By taking cross-wind forces acting on trains into consideration, a dynamic analysis method of the cross-wind and high-speed train and slab track system was proposed on the basis of the analysis theory of spatial vibration of high-speed train and slab track system. The corresponding computer program was written by FORTRAN language. The dynamic responses of the high-speed train and slab track under cross-wind action were calculated. Meanwhile, the effects of the cross-wind on the dynamic responses of the system were also analyzed. The results show that the cross-wind has a significant influence on the lateral and vertical displacement responses of the car body, load reduction factor and overturning factor. For example, the maximum lateral displacement responses of the car body of the first trailer with and without cross-wind forces are 32.10 and 1.60 mm, respectively. The maximum vertical displacement responses of the car body of the first trailer with and without cross-wind forces are 6.60 and 3.29 mm, respectively. The maximum wheel load reduction factors of the first trailer with and without cross-wind forces are 0.43 and 0.22, respectively. The maximum overturning factors of the first trailer with and without cross-wind forces are 0.28 and 0.08, respectively. The cross-wind affects the derailment factor and lateral Sperling factor of the moving train to a certain extent. However, the lateral and vertical displacement responses of rails with the crnss-wind are almost the same as those without the cross-wind. The method presented and the corresponding computer program can be used to calculate the interaction between trains and track in cross-wind. 展开更多

To ameliorate reliability analysis efficiency for aeroengine components, such as compressor blade, support vector machine response surface method(SRSM) is proposed. SRSM integrates the advantages of support vector machine(SVM) and traditional response surface method(RSM), and utilizes experimental samples to construct a suitable response surface function(RSF) to replace the complicated and abstract finite element model. Moreover, the randomness of material parameters, structural dimension and operating condition are considered during extracting data so that the response surface function is more agreeable to the practical model. The results indicate that based on the same experimental data, SRSM has come closer than RSM reliability to approximating Monte Carlo method(MCM); while SRSM(17.296 s) needs far less running time than MCM(10958 s) and RSM(9840 s). Therefore,under the same simulation conditions, SRSM has the largest analysis efficiency, and can be considered a feasible and valid method to analyze structural reliability. 展开更多

Taking the bending stiffness, static sag, and geometric non-linearity into consideration, the space nonlinear vibration partial differential equations were derived. The partical differential equations were discretized in space by finite center difference approximation, then the nonlinear ordinal differential equations were obtained. A hybrid method involving the combination of the Newmark method and the pseudo-force strategy was proposed to analyze the nonlinear transient response of the inclined cable-dampers system subjected to arbitrary dynamic loading. As an example, two typical stay cables were calculated by the present method. The results reveal both the validity and the deficiency of the viscoelasticity damper for vibration control of stay cables. The efficiency and accuracy of the proposed method is also verified by comparing the results with those obtained by using Runge-Kutta direct integration technique. A new time history analysis method is provided for the research on the stay cable vibration control. 展开更多

Traditional gust load factor(GLF)method,inertial wind load(IWL)method and tri-component method(LRC+IWL)cannot accurately analyze the wind-induced responses of super-large cooling towers,so the real combination formulas of fluctuating wind-induced responses and equivalent static wind loads(ESWLSs)were derived based on structural dynamics and random vibration theory.The consistent coupled method(CCM)was presented to compensate the coupled term between background and resonant response.Taking the super-large cooling tower(H=215 m)of nuclear power plant in Jiangxi Province,China,which is the highest and largest in China,as the example,based on modified equivalent beam-net design method,the aero-elastic model for simultaneous pressure and vibration measurement of super-large cooling tower is firstly carried out.Then,combining wind tunnel test and CCM,the effects of self-excited force on the surface pressures and wind-induced responses are discussed,and the wind-induced response characteristics of background component,resonant component,coupled term between background and resonant response,fluctuating responses,and wind vibration coefficients are discussed.It can be concluded that wind-induced response mechanism must be understood to direct the wind resistant design for super-large cooling towers. 展开更多

The double drum coal shearer is widely applied for the underground coal exploration in the mining industry.The vibration and noise control are significant factors for the stability design of the double drum coal shearer.In this paper,the vibration properties of a double drum coal shearer are firstly investigated.The horizontal,transverse and torsional vibrations of the motor body and the angle displacements of the rockers are taken into account.The walking units and the hydraulic units are modeled by the stiffness-damping systems.The nonlinear equation of motion of the double drum coal shearer is established by applying the Lagrange’s equation.The nonlinear vibration response of the system is calculated by using the Runge Kutta numerical method.The effects of the shearing loads,the equivalent damping and stiffness of the walking units,the inclination angels of the rockers and the equivalent damping and stiffness of the hydraulic units on the vibration properties of the system are discussed. 展开更多

In order to study the dynamic response and calculate the axial dynamic coefficient of the monolayer cylindrical explosion vessel,the wall of vessel is simplified as a multi-degree-of-freedom(MDoF) undamped elastic foundation beam.Decoupling the coupled motion equation and using Duhamel's integrals,the solutions in generalized coordinates of the equations under exponentially decaying loads,square wave loads and triangular wave loads are calculated.These solutions are consistent in form with the solutions of single-degree-of-freedom(SDoF) undamped forced vibration simplified model.Based on the model,equivalent MDoF design method(also called MDoF dynamic coefficient method) of cylindrical explosion vessel is proposed.The traditional method can only predict the dynamic coefficient of torus portion around the explosion center,but this method can predict that of the vessel wall at any axial n dividing point position.It is verified that the prediction accuracy of this model is greatly improved compared with the SDoF model by comparing the results of this model with SDoF model and numerical simulation in different working conditions.However,the prediction accuracy decreases as the scaled distance decreases and approaches the end of the vessel,which is related to the accuracy of the empirical formula of the implosion load,the simplification of the explosion load direction,the boundary conditions,and the loading time difference. 展开更多

Dynamics and vibration of control valves under flow-induced vibration are analyzed. Hydrodynamic load characteristics and structural response under flow-induced vibration are mainly influenced by inertia, damping, elastic, geometric characteristics and hydraulic parameters. The purpose of this work is to investigate the dynamic behavior of control valves in the response to self-excited fluid flow. An analytical and numerical method is developed to simulate the dynamic and vibrational behavior of sliding dam valves, in response to flow excitation. In order to demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed model, the simulation results are validated with experimental ones. Finally, to achieve the optimal valve geometry, numerical results for various shapes of valves are compared. Rounded valve with the least amount of flow turbulence obtains lower fluctuations and vibration amplitude compared with the flat and steep valves. Simulation results demonstrate that with the optimal design requirements of valves, vibration amplitude can be reduced by an average to 30%. 展开更多

To ensure the accuracy and precision of vibration test,a universal checking method is proposed.The use of the method is discussed and an actual example is given.First,the calibration of the 7703A-500 type sensor is analyzed on the basis of frequency response method.The frequency range of normal working can be determined by the exact calibration of sensitivity,frequency response and linearity.For the basic problem of abnormal signals appearing in test system,the method of zero check and loading vibration source are developed.The frequency spectrum of output signals is employed to distinguish the noise signal,unknown source signal and useful signal effectively.Finally,the experimental results reveal the importance to improve the accuracy of the results of practical vibration test. 展开更多

【目的】针对核桃采收效率和果实采净率低等问题,设计一种柔性摇臂振动式核桃采收机,采用树干振动采收方式,研究不同振动参数对采收机振动性能的影响,通过响应面曲线获得两两交互作用下的振动加速度响应情况,优化设计结构和作业参数。... 【目的】针对核桃采收效率和果实采净率低等问题,设计一种柔性摇臂振动式核桃采收机,采用树干振动采收方式,研究不同振动参数对采收机振动性能的影响,通过响应面曲线获得两两交互作用下的振动加速度响应情况,优化设计结构和作业参数。【方法】对采收机关键零部件进行结构设计和应力分析,确定最佳参数;对核桃树夹持处和树干处的加速度响应效果进行仿真分析和振动作业试验,应用Design-Expert 13.0软件,以振动频率、树干直径和振动时间为主要因素,以振动加速度为评价指标,通过响应曲面探究3个参数对振动加速度的影响程度。【结果】通过ADAMS动力学分析软件得出柔性摇臂最佳直径为15 cm、最佳夹持力为2800 N,对比仿真结果与田间采收试验结果,核桃树夹持处、树干处不同频率时的振动加速度误差在5%之内;振动频率、树干直径和振动时间对振动加速度的贡献率分别为2.3178、1.6492和1.4894,当振动频率为14 Hz、树干直径为15 cm时,振动加速度达到最大值63.417 m·s^(−2),三因素对振动加速度的影响程度由大到小依次为振动频率、树干直径、振动时间。【结论】设计柔性摇臂振动式核桃采收机,剖析该装备结构特征和作业参数对能量传递的影响,可为大规模标准果园的高效核桃采收提供作业参数依据,有效提高核桃采收效率和果实采净率。 展开更多

二冲程发动机作为油动无人机的核心动力部分,其振动情况直接影响着油动无人机的可靠性,因此有必要对二冲程发动机动态特性进行研究。连杆是发动机的主要传力构件,其动态特性对发动机的运转状态起决定性作用,基于此以某型二冲程航空发动... 二冲程发动机作为油动无人机的核心动力部分,其振动情况直接影响着油动无人机的可靠性,因此有必要对二冲程发动机动态特性进行研究。连杆是发动机的主要传力构件,其动态特性对发动机的运转状态起决定性作用,基于此以某型二冲程航空发动机为原型,搭建了联合仿真平台对其进行动力学仿真,得到了连杆的受力情况,随后以连杆所受的最大力为载荷条件对连杆进行了预应力模态分析和谐响应分析。从预应力模态分析中得知连杆变形主要以弯曲和扭转为主,杆身位置变形最大,为连杆的薄弱环节,考虑对其进行渗碳和喷丸处理;对连杆的谐响应分析得到了杆身在X、Y和Z方向的振幅-频率曲线,确定连杆在第1阶和第2阶模态频率处容易发生共振,建议避免连杆在该激励频率附近工作,为连杆的优化和发动机的减振提供了理论依据。 展开更多

针对顶张力立管在不同布置形式下的流致振动以及立管碰撞响应问题,本文对不同间距S下串联和并联布置顶张力立管进行了试验研究。试验基于光纤布拉格光栅(Fiber Bragg grating,FBG)应变传感器采集的立管弯曲应变数据,采用模态叠加法重构... 针对顶张力立管在不同布置形式下的流致振动以及立管碰撞响应问题,本文对不同间距S下串联和并联布置顶张力立管进行了试验研究。试验基于光纤布拉格光栅(Fiber Bragg grating,FBG)应变传感器采集的立管弯曲应变数据,采用模态叠加法重构立管位移响应,并对立管未碰撞和碰撞时的位移响应和频率响应特性进行了详细分析。结果表明:并联布置的立管流致振动轨迹不对称,且紧密排列时立管横流向位移增大,同时碰撞概率增加,而串联布置的上游立管在横流向上的最大位移小于下游立管;立管碰撞时,碰撞力及频率振幅变化规律受到立管间距和流速的双重影响;在S=3D(D为立管外径)时,碰撞力随着流速的增大而减小,而在S=2D时,碰撞力的大小随着流速的增大而增大;横流向频率振幅在碰撞前后的变化同管距S和流速均相关,而顺流向频率振幅则与流速正相关。 展开更多

随机振动筛选试验是舵机控制驱动器类弹上电子产品研制中必不可缺的环节,振动夹具结构的合理与否对试验的精确度和可靠性产生重要影响。针对此类振动夹具部分存在质量偏大、振动传递特性差等问题,提出综合使用拓扑优化、参数优化结合预... 随机振动筛选试验是舵机控制驱动器类弹上电子产品研制中必不可缺的环节,振动夹具结构的合理与否对试验的精确度和可靠性产生重要影响。针对此类振动夹具部分存在质量偏大、振动传递特性差等问题,提出综合使用拓扑优化、参数优化结合预应力模态分析及频响分析进行优化设计的方法。以某典型振动夹具为例,依据实际工况和设计原则,利用拓扑优化法得到夹具结构的基本形状,用参数优化调整夹具与振动台的接口位置,优化后的夹具质量降低了32.65%,但固有频率和响应点的品质因数并无显著退化,振动传递特性满足设计要求。通过实物随机振动试验,测试点功率谱密度响应曲线与仿真响应点加速度幅频曲线基本吻合,证明了有限元模型的准确性和综合优化设计的有效性,为后续弹上电子产品振动试验夹具设计提供借鉴。 展开更多
