目的:比较用FARES法与Hippocrates法治疗肩关节前脱位的效果。方法:选取北京市密云区医院骨科急诊收治的100例肩关节前脱位患者作为研究对象。根据复位方法的不同将其分为FARES组和HIPPOCRATES组。分别采用FARES法与Hippocrates法对FARE... 目的:比较用FARES法与Hippocrates法治疗肩关节前脱位的效果。方法:选取北京市密云区医院骨科急诊收治的100例肩关节前脱位患者作为研究对象。根据复位方法的不同将其分为FARES组和HIPPOCRATES组。分别采用FARES法与Hippocrates法对FARES组患者和HIPPOCRATES组患者进行肩关节复位。比较两组患者复位的成功率、复位的时间和次数、并发症的发生率、复位过程中和复位成功后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分及肩关节功能的恢复情况。结果:与HIPPOCRATES组患者相比,FARES组患者复位的成功率更高,复位的次数更少,复位的时间更短,并发症的发生率更低,P<0.05。与HIPPOCRATES组患者相比,FARES组患者复位过程中及复位成功后的VAS评分均更低,P<0.05。两组患者治疗后肩关节的功能均恢复良好。结论:与用Hippocrates法治疗肩关节前脱位相比,用FARES法治疗此病的效果更好,能更有效地提高复位的成功率,缩短复位的时间,减少复位的次数,减轻患者的疼痛感,降低其并发症的发生率。 展开更多

A methodology for calculating the passenger comfort benefits of railway travel 被引量:2

A comfortable environment in railway passenger coaches can be regarded as a resource for social consumption during the transport process. Railway passenger comfort benefits (RPCBs) can be regarded as a special generalized cost. In this paper, we select a series of objective and subjective indexes to formulate a quantitative method of calculating the RPCB with considering ticket fares. This method includes three steps: make the initial data dimensionless, calculate the weight of each index, and finally calculate the RPCBs. The proposed method was validated with the data collected from two types of trains: G13 from Beijing South to Shanghai Hongqiao and T109 from Beijing to Shanghai. Also, questionnaire survey was conducted in both trains. After data processing, the results show that there is a linear relationship between the RPCB and ticket fare with a correlation coefficient of 0.9616. 展开更多

The smart card-based automated fare collection (AFC) system has become the main method for collecting urban bus and rail transit fares in many cities worldwide. Such smart card technologies provide new opportunities for transportation data collection since the transaction data obtained through AFC system contains a significant amount of archived information which can be gathered and leveraged to help estimate public transit origin–destination matrices. Boarding location detection is an important step particularly when there is no automatic vehicle location (AVL) system or GPS information in the database in some cases. With the analysis of raw data without AVL information in this paper, an algorithm for trip direction detection is built and the directions for any bus in operation can be confirmed. The transaction interval between each adjacent record will also be analyzed to detect the boarding clusters for all trips in sequence. Boarding stops will then be distributed with the help of route information and operation schedules. Finally, the feasibility and practicality of the methodology are tested using the bus transit smart card data collected in Guangzhou, China. 展开更多
