IGF-1对HSF细胞分泌近视相关因子的影响及机制探索

目的:探讨胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)对人巩膜成纤维细胞(HSF)分泌转化生长因子-β2(TGF-β2)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)的影响及其机制。方法:分别使用IGF-1和PI3K/AKT通路抑制剂LY294002培养细胞,采用CCK-... 目的:探讨胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)对人巩膜成纤维细胞(HSF)分泌转化生长因子-β2(TGF-β2)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)的影响及其机制。方法:分别使用IGF-1和PI3K/AKT通路抑制剂LY294002培养细胞,采用CCK-8法检测细胞活力,确定药物的最佳作用浓度和时间。采用细胞划痕法观察细胞迁移活性。为明确IGF-1对HSF细胞的影响以及PI3K/AKT通路在其中的调控作用,将细胞分为对照组(不含药物)、IGF-1(80μg/L)组、IGF-1+LY294002(80μg/L+5 mmol/L)组、LY294002(5 mmol/L)组,培养24 h;Western blot检测细胞中TGF-β2、MMP-2、HIF-1α、PI3K、AKT的蛋白表达水平;细胞免疫荧光检测TGF-β2、MMP-2、HIF-1α的荧光表达。结果:CCK-8结果显示不同浓度IGF-1培养的细胞活力以80μg/L IGF-1组最高(均P<0.05),且在不同培养时间下,以24 h时80μg/L IGF-1组细胞活力最高,因此确定后续实验中IGF-1的浓度为80μg/L,作用时间为24 h。不同浓度LY294002培养的细胞活力从6 h起逐渐降低(均P<0.05),根据IC50值确定后续实验中LY294002浓度为5 mmol/L,作用时间为24 h。细胞划痕结果显示,与对照组相比40、80μg/L IGF-1组细胞迁移率均升高(均P<0.05)。与对照组相比2.5、5 mmol/L LY294002组细胞迁移率均降低(均P<0.05)。Western blot结果显示,与对照组相比,IGF-1组细胞TGF-β2、MMP-2、HIF-1α、PI3K、AKT的蛋白表达量均升高,LY294002组的蛋白表达量均下降(均P<0.05);与IGF-1组比较,IGF-1+LY294002组的TGF-β2、MMP-2、HIF-1α、PI3K、AKT蛋白表达量表达均下降(均P<0.05)。细胞免疫荧光结果显示,与对照组相比,IGF-1组细胞TGF-β2、MMP-2、HIF-1α的荧光表达均升高,LY294002组的荧光表达均下降(均P<0.05);与IGF-1组比较,IGF-1+LY294002组的TGF-β2、MMP-2、HIF-1α荧光表达均显著下降(均P<0.05)。结论:IGF-1促进了人HSF细胞增殖与迁移;IGF-1可能通过PI3K/AKT信号通路上调人HSF细胞中TGF-β2、MMP-2、HIF-1α的表达,参与近视的发生与发展。 展开更多

Risk factors for congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction in children under two years of age

·AIM:To identify various risk factors that may play a significant role in the development of congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction(CNLDO).·METHODS:This observational case-control study included a case gro... ·AIM:To identify various risk factors that may play a significant role in the development of congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction(CNLDO).·METHODS:This observational case-control study included a case group of 122 children less than two years of age with CNLDO who underwent probing and irrigation treatment at the ophthalmology department of Imam Khomeini Hospital in Ahvaz,Iran,from June 2022 to June2024.A control group of 122 age-matched children without CNLDO was also included for comparison.Data was collected from the children's medical records.·RESULTS:The study found a significant correlation between the occurrence of CNLDO and several maternal factors,such as preeclampsia,the use of levothyroxine,hypothyroidism,having more than three pregnancies(gravidity>3),natural pregnancy,and gestational diabetes mellitus.Additionally,in children,factors,such as oxygen therapy,anemia,reflux,jaundice,and a family history of CNLDO in first-degree relatives were associated with CNLDO,and maternal preeclampsia and hypothyroidism were found to significantly increase the risk of developing CNLDO in children.·CONCLUSION:Given that CNLDO affects both premature and full-term children,the present findings may potentially facilitate the early identification of children and infants at risk of nasolacrimal duct obstruction,thereby preventing the onset of chronic dacryocystitis. 展开更多

All-solid-state batteries(ASSBs)assembled with sulfide solid electrolytes(SSEs)and nickel(Ni)-rich oxide cathode materials are expected to achieve high energy density and safety,representing potential candidates for the next-generation energy storage systems.However,interfacial issues between SSEs and Nirich oxide cathode materials,attributed to space charge layer,interfacial side reactions,and mechanical contact failure,significantly restrict the performances of ASSBs.The interface degradation is closely related to the components of the composite cathode and the process of electrode fabrication.Focusing on the influencing factors of interface compatibility between SSEs and Ni-rich oxide cathode,this article systematically discusses how cathode active materials(CAMs),electrolytes,conductive additives,binders,and electrode fabrication impact the interface compatibility.In addition,the strategies for the compatibility modification are reviewed.Furthermore,the challenges and prospects of intensive research on the degradation and modification of the SSE/Ni-rich cathode material interface are discussed.This review is intended to inspire the development of high-energy-density and high-safety all-solid-state batteries. 展开更多

ICU-acquired weakness in critically ill patients at risk of malnutrition: risk factors, biomarkers, and early enteral nutrition impact

BACKGROUND: This study aimed to explore the risk factors associated with intensive care unitacquired weakness(ICU-AW) in critically ill patients at risk of malnutrition and to evaluate the efficacy of early enteral nutrition(EEN) and the role of biomarkers in managing ICU-AW.METHODS: This retrospective, observational cohort study included 180 patients at risk of malnutrition admitted to the emergency intensive care unit of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023. Patients were divided into ICU-AW group and non-ICU-AW group according to whether they developed ICU-AW, or categorized into EEN and parenteral nutrition(PN) groups according to nutritional support. ICU-AW was diagnosed using the Medical Research Council score. The primary outcome was the occurrence of ICU-AW.RESULTS: The significant factors associated with ICU-AW included age, sex, type of nutritional therapy, mechanical ventilation(MV), body mass index(BMI), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), and creatinine(Cr) levels(P<0.05). The PN group developed ICU-AW earlier than did the EEN group, with a significant difference observed(log-rank P<0.001). Among biomarkers for ICU-AW, the mean prealbumin(PAB)/C-reactive protein(CRP) ratio had the highest diagnostic accuracy(area under the curve [AUC] 0.928, 95% confidence interval [95% CI] 0.892–0.946), surpassing the mean Cr/BUN ratio(AUC 0.740, 95% CI 0.663–0.819) and mean transferrin levels(AUC 0.653, 95% CI 0.574–0.733).CONCLUSION: Independent risk factors for ICU-AW include female sex, advanced age, PN, MV, lower BMI, and elevated BUN and Cr levels. EEN may potentially delay ICU-AW onset, and the PAB/CRP ratio may be an effective diagnostic marker for this condition. 展开更多

Accurately predicting the powder factor during blasting is essential for sustainable production planning in low-grade mines.This research presents a method for predicting powder factor based on the heterogeneity of rock mass rating(RMR).Considering a low-grade metal mine as an example,this study exploited geostatistical methods to obtain independent RMR for each block unit.A three-dimensional spatial distribution model for the powder factor was developed on the basis of the relationships between the RMR and the powder factor.Subsequently,models for blasting cost and mining value were built and employed to optimize the open-pit limit.The multi-variable model based on the RMR performed well in predicting the powder factor,achieving a correlation coefficient of 0.88(root mean square error of 4.3)and considerably outperforming the uniaxial compressive strength model.After model optimization,the mean size and standard deviation of the fragments in the blast pile decreased by 8.5%and 35.1%,respectively,whereas the boulder yield and its standard deviation decreased by 33.3%and 58.8%,respectively.Additionally,optimizing the open-pit limit using this method reduced the amount of rock,increased the amount of ore,and lowered blasting costs,thereby enhancing the economic efficiency of the mine.This study provides valuable insights for blasting design and mining decisions,demonstrating the advantages and potential applications of powder factor prediction based on the heterogeneity of rock mass quality. 展开更多

A systematic review and meta-analysis study was conducted to assess the effectiveness of probiotic/prebiotic/synbiotic supplementation on the effects of cardiovascular risk factors in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)based on data from randomized controlled trials(RCTs).We searched electronic databases including PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,and Web of Science to identify clinical trials published up to 31 March 2023.Data was pooled using a random-effects model if significant heterogeneity(I2>50%),otherwise use a fixed-effects model.Fifty-six trials that included 3317 patients were enrolled for analysis.Meta-analysis reported that probiotic/prebiotic/synbiotic supplementation significantly reduced systolic blood pressure(SBP)(weighted mean difference(WMD):-3.57 mmHg,95% confidence interval(CI):-5.36,-1.78;P=0.000),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)(WMD:-2.05 mmHg,95%CI:-3.07,-1.04;P=0.000),triglycerides(TG)(WMD:-16.10 mg/dL,95%CI:-20.16,-12.05;P=0.000),total cholesterol(TC)(WMD:-14.00 mg/dL,95%CI:-20.46,-7.55;P=0.000),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)(WMD:-7.03 mg/dL,95%CI:-9.25,-4.81;P=0.000),fasting plasma glucose(FPG)(WMD:-16.57 mg/dL,95%CI:-20.39,-12.74;P=0.000),hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)(WMD:-0.44%,95%CI:-0.68,-0.20;P=0.000),insulin(standardized mean difference(SMD):-0.37,95%CI:-0.53,-0.21;P=0.000),homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)(WMD:-1.05,95%CI:-1.56,-0.54;P=0.000),C-reactive protein(CRP)(SMD:-0.35,95%CI:-0.57,-0.13;P=0.002),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)(SMD:-1.07,95%CI:-1.57,-0.56;P=0.000),interleukin-6(IL-6)(SMD:-0.37,95%CI:-0.61,-0.13;P=0.003)levels,they also increased the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)(WMD:3.70 mg/dL,95%CI:1.80,5.60;P=0.000)levels in T2DM patients,as compared to the placebo groups.This meta-analysis supports the use of probiotic/prebiotic/synbiotic supplementation as an adjunctive therapy to improve blood pressure,glycemic control parameters,lipid profile and inflammatory markers in patients with T2DM,which are well-known cardiovascular risk factors. 展开更多

血清GH、IGF-1与脓毒症患者临床预后的相关性

目的:探讨血清生长激素(Growth hormone,GH)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(Insulin-like growth factors-1,IGF-1)与脓毒症患者临床预后的关系。方法:选取2020年4月至2023年8月期间于本院确诊并接受治疗的86例脓毒症患者纳入观察组。选取同期于... 目的:探讨血清生长激素(Growth hormone,GH)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(Insulin-like growth factors-1,IGF-1)与脓毒症患者临床预后的关系。方法:选取2020年4月至2023年8月期间于本院确诊并接受治疗的86例脓毒症患者纳入观察组。选取同期于本院进行体检的86例体检健康者纳入对照组。检测两组入院时的血清GH、IGF-1水平。统计观察组的预后情况,并根据患者预后情况将观察组进一步分为存活组和病死组。比较研究组的基线资料和入院时血清GH、IGF-1水平。采用COX风险模型检验血清GH、IGF-1与脓毒症患者生存结局的关系。结果:观察组入院时的血清GH、IGF-1均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。86例脓毒症患者入院28 d内,病死率为30.23%(26/86)。病死组入院时的血清GH、IGF-1均明显低于存活组(P<0.05)。经COX生存回归分析结果显示,GH、IGF-1表达下调与脓毒症患者住院期间病死有关,可能是病死的危险因子(P<0.05)。结论:脓毒症患者入院时的血清GH、IGF-1呈低表达状态,二者异常低表达可能提示预后不良,是患者住院期间病死的危险因素。 展开更多

旨在探明胰岛素样生长因子1(insulin-like growth factors 1,IGF1)、辅酶Q10(coenzyme Q10,CoQ10)及褪黑素(melatonin, MT)联合添加对牛卵母细胞和胚胎发育以及热应激囊胚的影响。本研究于屠宰场采集牛离体卵巢,于实验室抽取卵丘卵母细... 旨在探明胰岛素样生长因子1(insulin-like growth factors 1,IGF1)、辅酶Q10(coenzyme Q10,CoQ10)及褪黑素(melatonin, MT)联合添加对牛卵母细胞和胚胎发育以及热应激囊胚的影响。本研究于屠宰场采集牛离体卵巢,于实验室抽取卵丘卵母细胞复合体(cumulus-oocyte complexes, COCs),在牛卵母细胞体外成熟(in vitro maturation, IVM)液及牛胚胎体外培养(in vitro culture, IVC)液中添加IGF1、CoQ10及MT,检测各添加方式对牛卵母细胞发育能力、牛卵母细胞活性氧(reactive oxygen species, ROS)水平及线粒体膜电位(mitochondrial membrane potential,ΔΨm)的影响;在囊胚期施加41℃热应激,检测热应激及联合添加对牛IVF囊胚发育能力及凋亡水平的影响,并利用qRT-PCR检测囊胚中胚胎质量相关基因mRNA表达水平。各组试验均重复3次。结果表明,与未添加组(CT-0组)相比,联合添加IGF1、CoQ10及MT组(ICM组)卵母细胞成熟率((90.40±2.06)%vs.(65.41±0.63)%)、卵裂率((93.33±1.96)%vs.(59.77±2.93)%)及囊胚率((51.43±5.34)%vs.(26.92±3.24)%)均显著提高(P<0.05);ICM组牛卵母细胞ROS水平显著降低;ΔΨm显著提高(P<0.05)。与热应激组(HS组)相比,联合添加IGF1、CoQ10及MT(ICM+HS组)显著提高了囊胚扩张率((62.00±2.97)%vs.(30.77±8.66)%,P<0.05),抑制了热应激囊胚细胞凋亡,并提高了IGFBP3、ATP1A1、DSC2及IFNT2的mRNA表达水平(P<0.05)。综上表明,联合添加IGF1、CoQ10及MT有效提高牛卵母细胞发育能力,降低ROS水平,提高ΔΨm。热应激降低牛囊胚扩张率,促进牛囊胚细胞凋亡,影响囊胚质量,而联合添加IGF1、CoQ10及MT缓解了热应激损伤。 展开更多

【目的】研究黄淮肉羊胰岛素样生长因子1(insulin like growth factor 1,IGF1)基因序列特征、组织表达规律,并对背最长肌中IGF 1基因的表达量与产肉性状进行相关性分析。【方法】选取3、9、18月龄的黄淮肉羊公羊各3只,屠宰后迅速采集半... 【目的】研究黄淮肉羊胰岛素样生长因子1(insulin like growth factor 1,IGF1)基因序列特征、组织表达规律,并对背最长肌中IGF 1基因的表达量与产肉性状进行相关性分析。【方法】选取3、9、18月龄的黄淮肉羊公羊各3只,屠宰后迅速采集半腱肌、股四头肌、臂三头肌、背最长肌、皮下脂肪、瘤胃、肾脏、脾脏、肝脏、睾丸和小肠组织样品并测定其产肉性能。对黄淮肉羊IGF 1基因进行克隆测序,并进行生物信息学分析,利用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测其在黄淮肉羊同一年龄(9月龄)各组织以及不同年龄阶段(3、9、18月龄)背最长肌中的mRNA水平,利用皮尔逊相关系数分析IGF 1基因的表达量与产肉性状的相关性。【结果】克隆获得黄淮肉羊IGF 1基因CDS序列465 bp,编码154个氨基酸,与山羊的亲缘关系最近。黄淮肉羊IGF1蛋白为亲水性不稳定蛋白,无跨膜结构,存在信号肽,有29个潜在的磷酸化位点。黄淮肉羊IGF1蛋白二级结构主要含有无规则卷曲(54.55%)和α-螺旋(29.87%),三级结构预测结果与二级结构一致。IGF1蛋白与IGF1R、IGFBP3、IGF2等存在蛋白互作关系。实时荧光定量PCR结果显示,IGF 1基因在黄淮肉羊各组织中均有表达,在肝脏组织中表达量最高,在臂三头肌中表达量最低。IGF 1基因在3月龄黄淮肉羊背最长肌中表达量最高,显著高于9和18月龄(P<0.05),而9月龄的表达量又显著低于18月龄(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果表明,IGF 1基因表达量与生长发育和肉品质指标无显著相关(P>0.05);体高、体长、胸围、管围、体重和胴体重之间呈显著或极显著正相关(P<0.05;P<0.01);屠宰率、肉色、大理石纹、眼肌面积之间呈显著或极显著正相关(P<0.05;P<0.01)。【结论】本研究成功克隆了黄淮肉羊IGF 1基因CDS区序列,IGF1蛋白属于亲水不稳定碱性蛋白,主要在肝脏中表达,在背最长肌中的表达趋势表现为随着月龄增长先降后升,与生长发育和肉品质指标无显著相关性。这些结果为进一步探究黄淮肉羊IGF 1基因在肌肉发育与肉品质调控中的作用提供参考。 展开更多

Forest fires are natural disasters that can occur suddenly and can be very damaging,burning thousands of square kilometers.Prevention is better than suppression and prediction models of forest fire occurrence have developed from the logistic regression model,the geographical weighted logistic regression model,the Lasso regression model,the random forest model,and the support vector machine model based on historical forest fire data from 2000 to 2019 in Jilin Province.The models,along with a distribution map are presented in this paper to provide a theoretical basis for forest fire management in this area.Existing studies show that the prediction accuracies of the two machine learning models are higher than those of the three generalized linear regression models.The accuracies of the random forest model,the support vector machine model,geographical weighted logistic regression model,the Lasso regression model,and logistic model were 88.7%,87.7%,86.0%,85.0%and 84.6%,respectively.Weather is the main factor affecting forest fires,while the impacts of topography factors,human and social-economic factors on fire occurrence were similar. 展开更多

基因过表达在基础实验和基因治疗应用中都是常用的手段,而质粒的扩增在基因过表达过程中是不可或缺的技术,如何规范、高效地对质粒进行扩增和提取是基因治疗应用的前提,也是困扰很多基础研究人员的难题。利用现有的实验技术,在降低实验... 基因过表达在基础实验和基因治疗应用中都是常用的手段,而质粒的扩增在基因过表达过程中是不可或缺的技术,如何规范、高效地对质粒进行扩增和提取是基因治疗应用的前提,也是困扰很多基础研究人员的难题。利用现有的实验技术,在降低实验成本基础上,建立过表达质粒扩增、提取的最优方案。首先采用传统方法制作LB培养基和感受态细胞,对转化后的质粒进行大量扩增培养,之后使用商业试剂盒对质粒进行提取,反复试验后对商业试剂盒质粒提取过程进行优化,提高效率,最终获得高纯度和浓度的质粒溶液。经超微量分光光度计、琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测和sanger测序等多种方式检测验证后与NCBI数据库中目标基因序列一致,提示扩增、提取成功。经优化后的质粒扩增、提取方案标准、高效,成本低廉,是质粒基因克隆的最佳选择。 展开更多

目的探讨分析血清胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)、白介素-18(IL-18)与食管癌患者放疗敏感性的相关性。方法回顾分析,采集2021年1月至2022年12月于焦作市第二人民医院接受放疗的98例食管癌患者的资料。患者均接受放疗,放疗结束1周后评估放疗... 目的探讨分析血清胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)、白介素-18(IL-18)与食管癌患者放疗敏感性的相关性。方法回顾分析,采集2021年1月至2022年12月于焦作市第二人民医院接受放疗的98例食管癌患者的资料。患者均接受放疗,放疗结束1周后评估放疗敏感性,根据放疗敏感性分组,记录患者人口学资料与临床资料,分析两组放疗前IGF-1、IL-18与放疗敏感性的相关性。结果98例患者中,放疗敏感65例(66.33%)。放疗敏感组与放疗不敏感组的肿瘤分期、肿瘤分化、转移情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。放疗不敏感组放疗前的血清IGF-1、IL-18水平高于敏感组(P<0.05)。点二列相关性检验显示,食管癌放疗前血清IGF-1、IL-18水平与放疗敏感性呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。经限制性立方样条模型(RCS)分析,食管癌放疗前血清IGF-1、IL-18与放疗不敏感风险的关联呈非线性J型剂量反应关系,当血清IGF-1、IL-18分别>截断值时,患者不敏感风险随指标水平升高而增加。结论食管癌患者放疗前的血清IGF-1、IL-18与放疗敏感性存在正相关,即放疗前高水平的IGF-1、IL-18水平可能提示放疗不敏感高风险,应引起重视。 展开更多

Risk factors for postpartum posttraumatic stress disorder after emergency admission

BACKGROUND:Postpartum posttraumatic stress disorder(PTSD)can occur in women who give birth after emergency admission.The identification of risk factors for this condition is crucial for developing effective preventive measures.This retrospective study aimed to explore the incidence and risk factors for postpartum PTSD in women who give birth after emergency admission.METHODS:Medical records of women who gave birth after emergency admission were collected between March 2021 and April 2023.The patients’general conditions and perinatal clinical indicators were recorded.The puerperae were divided into PTSD group and control group based on symptom occurrence at six weeks postpartum.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to identify risk factors.RESULTS:A total of 276 puerperae were included,with a PTSD incidence of 20.3% at six weeks postpartum.Multivariate logistic regression analysis identified emergency cesarean section(odds ratio[OR]=2.102;95%confidence interval[CI]:1.114-3.966,P=0.022),admission to the emergency department after midnight(12:00 AM)(OR=2.245;95%CI:1.170-4.305,P<0.001),and cervical dilation(OR=3.203;95%CI:1.670–6.141,P=0.039)as independent risk factors for postpartum PTSD.Analgesia pump use(OR=0.500;95%CI:0.259–0.966,P=0.015)was found to be a protective factor against postpartum PTSD.CONCLUSION:Emergency cesarean section,admission to the emergency department after midnight,and cervical dilation were identified as independent risk factors for postpartum PTSD,while analgesic pump use was a protective factor.These findings provide insights for developing more effective preventive measures for women who give birth after emergency admission. 展开更多

Natural fractures are critical for shale oil and gas enrichment and development. Due to the extremely high heterogeneity of shale, the factors controlling the formation of internal fractures, especially horizontal fractures, remain controversial. In this study, we integrate thin section analysis and microcomputed tomography(CT) data from several lacustrine shale samples from the third member(Es3) of the Shahejie Formation, Qikou Sag, Bohai Bay Basin, to assess the fractures in detail. The goal is to reveal the development characteristics, controlling factors, and geological significance for evaluating sweet spots in a shale oil play. The fractures in the Es3contain high-angle structural and horizontal bed-parallel fractures that are mostly shear and extensional. Various factors influence fracture development,including lithofacies, mineral composition, organic matter content, and the number of laminae. Structural fractures occur predominantly in siltstone, whereas bed-parallel fractures are abundant in laminated shale and layered mudstone. A higher quartz content results in higher shale brittleness, causing fractures, whereas the transformation between clay minerals contributes to the development of bedparallel fractures. Excess pore pressure due to hydrocarbon generation and expulsion during thermal advance can cause the formation of bed-parallel fractures. The density of the bed-parallel and structural fractures increases with the lamina density, and the bed-parallel fractures are more sensitive to the number of laminae. The fractures are critical storage spaces and flow conduits and are indicative of sweet spots. The laminated shale in the Es3with a high organic matter content contains natural fractures and is an organic-rich, liquid-rich, self-sourced shale play. Conversely, the siltstone, massive mudstone, and argillaceous carbonate lithofacies contain lower amounts of organic matter and do not have bed-parallel fractures. However, good reservoirs can form in these areas when structural fractures are present and the source, and storage spaces are separated. 展开更多

Terrain or climate factor dominates vegetation resilience?Evidence from three national parks across different climatic zones in China

Vegetation resilience(VR),providing an objective measure of ecosystem health,has received considerable attention,however,there is still limited understanding of whether the dominant factors differ across different climate zones.We took the three national parks(Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park,HTR;Wuyishan National Park,WYS;and Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park,NTL)of China with less human interference as cases,which are distributed in different climatic zones,including tropical,subtropical and temperate monsoon climates,respectively.Then,we employed the probabilistic decay method to explore the spatio-temporal changes in the VR and their natural driving patterns using Geographically Weighted Regression(GWR)model as well.The results revealed that:(1)from 2000 to 2020,the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index(NDVI)of the three national parks fluctuated between 0.800 and 0.960,exhibiting an overall upward trend,with the mean NDVI of NTL(0.923)>HTR(0.899)>WYS(0.823);(2)the positive trend decay time of vegetation exceeded that of negative trend,indicating vegetation gradual recovery of the three national parks since 2012;(3)the VR of HTR was primarily influenced by elevation,aspect,average annual temperature change(AATC),and average annual precipitation change(AAPC);the WYS'VR was mainly affected by elevation,average annual precipitation(AAP),and AAPC;while the terrain factors(elevation and slope)were the main driving factors of VR in NTL;(4)among the main factors influencing the VR changes,the AAPC had the highest proportion in HTR(66.7%),and the AAP occupied the largest area proportion in WYS(80.4%).While in NTL,elevation served as the main driving factor for the VR,encompassing 64.2%of its area.Consequently,our findings indicated that precipitation factors were the main driving force for the VR changes in HTR and WYS national parks,while elevation was the main factors that drove the VR in NTL.Our research has promoted a deeper understanding of the driving mechanism behind the VR. 展开更多
