Metal extraction and recovery from cathode material of spent lithium-ion batteries utilizing an organic acid reagent scheme

This study focuses on using a green reagent scheme of methanesulfonic acid (MSA) and citric acid (CA) to extract valuable metals from the cathodes, aiming to minimize environmental impact during the recycling process. Leaching studies on LiCoO_(2) identified optimal conditions as follows: 2.4 mol/L MSA, 1.6 mol/L CA, S/L ratio of 80 g/L, leaching temperature of 90oC and leaching time of 6 h. The maximum Co and Li extraction achieved was 92% and 85%, respectively. LiCoO_(2) dissolution in MSA-CA leaching solution is highly impacted by temperature;Avrami equation showed a good fitting for the leaching data. The experimental activation energy of Co and Li was 50.98 kJ/mol and 50.55 kJ/mol, respectively, indicating that it is a chemical reaction-controlled process. Furthermore, cobalt was efficiently recovered from the leachate using oxalic acid, achieving a precipitation efficiency of 99.91% and a high-purity cobalt oxalate product (99.85 wt.%). In the MSA-CA leaching solution, MSA served as a lixiviant, while CA played a key role in reducing Co in LiCoO_(2). The overall organic acid leaching methodology presents an attractive option due to its reduced environmental impact. 展开更多

It is still challenging for exploring high-active photocatalysts to efficiently remove levofloxacin(LFX)by activating peroxymonosulfate(PMS).Herein,we constructed a novel Z scheme ZnFe_(2)O_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4)/CQDs(ZCC)heterojunction by anchoring ZnFe_(2)O_(4)on tubular-like g-C_(3)N_(4)induced by CQDs(denoted as CNC)using microwave-assisted thermal methods.The ZCC exhibits the highest photocatalytic activity in activating PMS for LFX degradation,endowing a removal rate~95.3%,which is 4.8 and 7.3 times that of pure ZnFe_(2)O_(4)(19.8%)and g-C_(3)N_(4)(13.1%),separately.The enhanced photocatalytic activity of ZCC can be attributed to the distinctive morphology of CNC,enhanced light response,increased specific surface area and abundant pore structure.Besides,the formed Z scheme heterojunction and CQDs acting as a transmission bridge of the photogenerated charges(e−and h+)can accelerate transfer and inhibit recombination of e−and h+.Radical capture experiments and electron spin resonance(ESR)measurements revealed that SO4•-and O2•-play a predominant role in degradation process of LFX.Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)was applied to identify intermediates and propose feasible degradation pathways of LFX.In conclusion,this study presents a promising strategy for regulating the photocatalytic activity of g-C_(3)N_(4)by simultaneously integrating CQDs induction and Z scheme heterojunction construction. 展开更多

为了解决抗生素废水污染和室内装修低浓度甲醛污染,采用简易的混合高温煅烧法制备了活性炭负载g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)(g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)/AC)复合光催化剂。通过XRD、XPS、TEM、UV-vis DRS和PL等技术对复合光催化剂的物相晶型、元素... 为了解决抗生素废水污染和室内装修低浓度甲醛污染,采用简易的混合高温煅烧法制备了活性炭负载g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)(g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)/AC)复合光催化剂。通过XRD、XPS、TEM、UV-vis DRS和PL等技术对复合光催化剂的物相晶型、元素组成、微观形貌、光谱响应范围和光生载流子重组等进行了表征。S-scheme异质结弯曲能带和内电场实现了光生载流子的高效分离,拓宽了光谱吸收范围,有效保留了高活性的·O_(2)^(-)、h^(+)和·OH等活性基团,表现出优异的磺胺甲基噻唑(STZ)降解活性和稳定性,g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)/AC投加量为1.0 mg和STZ初始质量浓度为100 mg/L条件下,可见光照射30 min时STZ降解率为98.8%,明显优于g-C_(3)N_(4)、TiO_(2)和TiO_(2)/AC。g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)/AC掺杂到环氧树脂涂料中合成了光催化涂料,通过空气喷枪均匀喷涂到混凝土表面得到光催化混凝土,光催化混凝土表现出良好的甲醛降解活性和稳定性,g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)/AC负载量为3%、甲醛初始质量浓度为1000 mg/L、可见光照射180 min时,甲醛降解率达到了96.3%,有效实现了室内装修低浓度甲醛气体的高效降解。 展开更多

The main contribution of this paper is the design of an event-triggered formation control for leader-following consensus in second-order multi-agent systems(MASs)under communication faults.All the agents must follow the trajectories of a virtual leader despite communication faults considered as smooth time-varying delays dependent on the distance between the agents.Linear matrix inequalities(LMIs)-based conditions are obtained to synthesize a controller gain that guarantees stability of the synchronization error.Based on the closed-loop system,an event-triggered mechanism is designed to reduce the control law update and information exchange in order to reduce energy consumption.The proposed approach is implemented in a real platform of a fleet of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)under communication faults.A comparison between a state-of-the-art technique and the proposed technique has been provided,demonstrating the performance improvement brought by the proposed approach. 展开更多

In this paper,the formation control problem of secondorder nonholonomic mobile robot systems is investigated in a dynamic event-triggered scheme.Event-triggered control protocols combined with persistent excitation(PE)conditions are presented.In event-detecting processes,an inactive time is introduced after each sampling instant,which can ensure a positive minimum sampling interval.To increase the flexibility of the event-triggered scheme,internal dynamic variables are included in event-triggering conditions.Moreover,the dynamic event-triggered scheme plays an important role in increasing the lengths of time intervals between any two consecutive events.In addition,event-triggered control protocols without forward and angular velocities are also presented based on approximate-differentiation(low-pass)filters.The asymptotic convergence results are given based on a nested Matrosov theorem and artificial sampling methods. 展开更多

Firstly,a fault diagnosis observer is designed to estimate both the fault and the state simultaneously by using the event-triggered sampled output. Some H∞constraints between the estimation errors and the event-triggered sampling mechanism are established to ensure the estimation accuracy. Then, based on the constraints and the obtained fault information, an event-triggered detector and a static fault tolerant controller are co-designed to guarantee the stability of the faulty system and to reduce the sensor communication cost.Furthermore, the problem of the event detector and dynamic FTC co-design is also investigated. Simulation results of an unstable batch reactor are finally provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多

The region coverage control problem of multiple stratospheric airships system is firstly addressed in this paper.Towards it,we propose a two-layer control framework with the artificial potential field(APF)-based region coverage control law and the adaptive tracking control law.The APF-based region coverage control law ensures the coverage task is achieved until every single stratospheric airship ends up performing station keeping where near the respective global minimum point,in which an innovative solution to the local minimum problem is put forward.The adaptive tracking control law is designed to realize motion control using tracking the desired velocity and angular velocity given by coverage control law,with the consideration of several practical control problems as unknown individual differences and external disturbances.To save resources,the combined self-/event-triggered mechanism designed therein significantly reduces the times of state information transmission and control law calculation.The effectiveness of the proposed control framework is verified through simulations. 展开更多

This paper provides an improved model-free adaptive control(IMFAC)strategy for solving the surface vessel trajectory tracking issue with time delay and restricted disturbance.Firstly,the original nonlinear time-delay system is transformed into a structure consisting of an unknown residual term and a parameter term with control inputs using a local compact form dynamic linearization(local-CFDL).To take advantage of the resulting structure,use a discrete-time extended state observer(DESO)to estimate the unknown residual factor.Then,according to the study,the inclusion of a time delay has no effect on the linearization structure,and an improved control approach is provided,in which DESO is used to adjust for uncertainties.Furthermore,a DESO-based event-triggered model-free adaptive control(ET-DESO-MFAC)is established by designing event-triggered conditions to assure Lyapunov stability.Only when the system’s indicator fulfills the provided event-triggered condition will the control input signal be updated;otherwise,the control input will stay the same as it is at the last trigger moment.A coordinate compensation approach is developed to reduce the steady-state inaccuracy of trajectory tracking.Finally,simulation experiments are used to assess the effectiveness of the proposed technique for trajectory tracking. 展开更多

The breakage and bending of ducts result in a difficulty to cope with ventilation issues in bidirectional excavation tunnels with a long inclined shaft using a single ventilation method based on ducts.To discuss the hybrid ventilation system applied in bidirectional excavation tunnels with a long inclined shaft,this study has established a full-scale computational fluid dynamics model based on field tests,the Poly-Hexcore method,and the sliding mesh technique.The distribution of wind speed,temperature field,and CO in the tunnel are taken as indices to compare the ventilation efficiency of three ventilation systems(duct,duct-ventilation shaft,duct–ventilated shaft-axial fan).The results show that the hybrid ventilation scheme based on duct-ventilation shaft–axial fan performs the best among the three ventilation systems.Compared to the duct,the wind speed and cooling rate in the tunnel are enhanced by 7.5%–30.6%and 14.1%–17.7%,respectively,for the duct-vent shaft-axial fan condition,and the volume fractions of CO are reduced by 26.9%–73.9%.This contributes to the effective design of combined ventilation for bidirectional excavation tunnels with an inclined shaft,ultimately improving the air quality within the tunnel. 展开更多

当前主流电商平台主要提供两种销售模式:平台转销模式和平台代销模式.企业可选择其中一种,也可二者兼取.本研究从产品制造企业视角出发,探究企业在三种销售模式下的质量披露策略--平台转销模式、平台代销模式以及混合模式.研究发现:每... 当前主流电商平台主要提供两种销售模式:平台转销模式和平台代销模式.企业可选择其中一种,也可二者兼取.本研究从产品制造企业视角出发,探究企业在三种销售模式下的质量披露策略--平台转销模式、平台代销模式以及混合模式.研究发现:每种模式下,只有当产品质量高于某一阈值时企业才会自愿披露质量信息,同时当企业内生决策产品质量时上述结论依然成立;高参与型消费者比例增加或搜索成本的提高都会削弱企业披露质量信息的动机.与既往研究不同,当消费者在混合模式下的质量感知差异足够高时,企业在混合模式下即竞争环境中更可能披露产品质量.此外,通过比较三种模式下的企业收益发现,当平台佣金费率极高时,企业仅采用转销模式可以获得更高收益,其他情况下企业采用混合模式能得到更高收益. 展开更多

天然气中甲烷的温室效应强度远高于二氧化碳,消除或减少输气管线放空作业中的天然气排放对实现双碳目标具有重要意义。为此,针对需计划性放空的输气管线,分别对采用下游压气站离心压缩机和移动式往复压缩机的2种天然气回收过程以及传统... 天然气中甲烷的温室效应强度远高于二氧化碳,消除或减少输气管线放空作业中的天然气排放对实现双碳目标具有重要意义。为此,针对需计划性放空的输气管线,分别对采用下游压气站离心压缩机和移动式往复压缩机的2种天然气回收过程以及传统冷放空过程建立了瞬态仿真模型,并对放空回收所需总时间、放空气量、回收气量等参数进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:(1)采用隐式中心差分法求解这些模型,获得的回收时长、排放时长、回收气量、排放气量等参数与相应的TGNET软件仿真结果及放空过程实际数据的偏差均在±8%以内;(2)针对放空气回收过程的仿真模型,离心压缩机和往复压缩机需要考虑进行边界条件的转换;在放空过程的模拟中,需要考虑立管出口处压力和流速边界条件的转换;(3)针对输气管线计划性放空提出了3种天然气回收方案,其中方案1利用下游压气站的离心压缩机,方案2利用移动式往复压缩机,方案3为方案1和方案2的组合,即先用下游压气站的离心压缩机进行回收,当其进口压力降至允许最低值时,再切换至移动式往复式压缩机继续回收过程。结论认为:(1)方案1的回收时长最短但回收率最低,方案2的情况刚好相反,而方案3的回收率与方案2相近但回收时长介于方案1和方案2之间;(2)针对阀室间管线放空气回收方案的选择,离心压缩机与往复式压缩机结合进行回收的方案,可同时兼顾回收时长和回收效率,具有较好的经济性和可行性,因而具有较好的综合效果。 展开更多

厘清鄂尔多斯盆地西缘南段银洞子地区的构造特征,是选择合理的、客观的地震地质解释方案的前提和基础。通过详细野外地质调查、构造解析和室内地震地质解释相互印证的方法,笔者对银洞子地区构造特征进行研究,以选取合理的地震地质解释... 厘清鄂尔多斯盆地西缘南段银洞子地区的构造特征,是选择合理的、客观的地震地质解释方案的前提和基础。通过详细野外地质调查、构造解析和室内地震地质解释相互印证的方法,笔者对银洞子地区构造特征进行研究,以选取合理的地震地质解释方案。结果表明:银洞子地区共经历了4个主要演化阶段,分别是加里东期“古脊梁”形成,燕山中期构造变形定型,燕山晚期的前期伸展和后期整体抬升遭受剥蚀,喜马拉雅期构造调整兼走滑。深层滑脱型单向西倾冲断构造为研究区的基本构造模式;其中,基本构造样式为一系列西倾单向叠瓦状冲断组合,表现为自东向西依次出露奥陶系、寒武系和元古宇,变形强度、抬升幅度依次增强,而滑脱层主要发育于深层。对银洞子地区地震剖面进行综合地质解释表明,深层滑脱型单向西倾冲断构造模式是研究区客观的、合理的地质解释模式。研究成果对于鄂尔多斯盆地西缘油气勘探区带优选和地震地质解释具有重要的参考价值。 展开更多

为有效处理桥梁监测数据,实现桥梁的智能维护决策和预测性维护,文章提出一种基于大数据的桥梁智能管理与维护框架。该框架首先对监测数据进行分类和等级分化,通过大数据建立数据储存和计算模型,然后根据数据分析生成桥梁各方面属性的权... 为有效处理桥梁监测数据,实现桥梁的智能维护决策和预测性维护,文章提出一种基于大数据的桥梁智能管理与维护框架。该框架首先对监测数据进行分类和等级分化,通过大数据建立数据储存和计算模型,然后根据数据分析生成桥梁各方面属性的权重,并结合了优势矩阵、IFAHP、λ-TOPSIS三种预测模型以决策出桥梁最优维护方案。以某座经过监测的大桥为例,将监测数据输入到该框架中。研究结果表明,经过模型处理的桥梁监测数据更直观地反映桥梁各种性能,并根据桥梁监测数据来决策桥梁维护方案;在进行1000次的模拟预测试验中,四种算法的平均预测精度分别为84.5%、83.8%、79.1%、78.4%;通过引入部分随机数进行试验,在随机数占比为10%和20%的训练数据集中,优势矩阵模型的预测精度稳定在71%,表明该框架有较强的抗干扰性。 展开更多

为了在不增加传感器尺寸的前提下,提高传感器的分辨力和测量精度,并实现绝对角位移测量,以满足空间受限的工业场合应用需求,故提出了一种基于二次调制双通道同步的高分辨力绝对式时栅角位移传感器设计方案。该传感器主要由定尺、动尺和... 为了在不增加传感器尺寸的前提下,提高传感器的分辨力和测量精度,并实现绝对角位移测量,以满足空间受限的工业场合应用需求,故提出了一种基于二次调制双通道同步的高分辨力绝对式时栅角位移传感器设计方案。该传感器主要由定尺、动尺和驱动电路板组成,定尺上设置有精机码道的两路激励线圈、粗机码道的两路感应线圈、电磁耦合线圈的次级,动尺上设置有精机码道的两路感应线圈、粗机码道的两路激励线圈、电磁耦合线圈的初级,驱动电路板上设置有一组驱动信号发生电路、两组感应信号处理电路、FPGA核心电路。将动尺上精机码道的两路感应线圈与粗机码道的两路激励线圈串联在一起实现二次调制,当传感器精机码道的激励线圈上电工作时,精机码道的两路感应线圈上所感应的两路角位移电信号被调制到粗机码道上,从而实现了粗机码道与精机码道分辨力相加的目的,以此提升传感器的分辨力。同时将一路精机感应信号通过电磁耦合线圈回传到定尺端作为整周定位信号。通过FPGA同步解算这两路信号,实现绝对角位移测量。采用PCB工艺制作了外径为140 mm的传感器样机。实验结果表明,该传感器只需要一组驱动电路就能够实现绝对角位移测量,且分辨力从0.38″提升到0.2″,提高了47%,原始测量误差范围从±34.14″降低到±16.06″,降低了53%。 展开更多

冰雹微物理过程影响对流云降水的数值模拟个例研究

使用高分辨率的中尺度天气数值预报系统CMA-MESO,在微物理方案中增加冰雹微物理过程,对山东一次对流云降水过程进行了数值模拟。通过对比分析,研究冰雹微物理影响对流云降水过程的机制和该模式对雹云降水过程的预报能力。结果显示,CMA-M... 使用高分辨率的中尺度天气数值预报系统CMA-MESO,在微物理方案中增加冰雹微物理过程,对山东一次对流云降水过程进行了数值模拟。通过对比分析,研究冰雹微物理影响对流云降水过程的机制和该模式对雹云降水过程的预报能力。结果显示,CMA-MESO模式能够较好地模拟这次对流降水过程,与观测相比,模式结果中的飑线生命周期与实况相当,降水分布及量级与实况接近。模拟区域平均液水、冰水路径,控制组大于含冰雹的试验组,在对流发展时,试验组对流核心区垂直速度略有增强,其余时刻有所下降。当冰雹产生时,由于冰雹的下落速度强于其他水凝物,在下落过程中融化吸热试验组强于控制组,抑制了对流的发展。增加冰雹会影响对流降水,试验组的中雨[1~10 mm·(24 h)^(-1)]面积占总降水面积比例减少,而大雨及以上[>10 mm·(24 h)^(-1)]面积占总降水面积比例稍有增加。就降水量而言,增加冰雹后,试验组的中小量级降水强度无明显变化,而大雨及以上量级降水的强度增大。 展开更多

全油气系统成藏与分布基本模式的基本原理虽具有普遍适用性,但在实际地质应用中常表现出不同程度的差异性,体现了理论普遍性与地质特殊性之间的辩证关系。为深入解决这一难题,系统分析了不同条件下全油气系统富油气特征的差异性,发现地... 全油气系统成藏与分布基本模式的基本原理虽具有普遍适用性,但在实际地质应用中常表现出不同程度的差异性,体现了理论普遍性与地质特殊性之间的辩证关系。为深入解决这一难题,系统分析了不同条件下全油气系统富油气特征的差异性,发现地球动力学背景、储层介质和油气烃源岩等3个基本条件及其耦合关系决定着油气成藏特征的差异性,并依据这3个条件之中关键成藏要素的组合关系将其分为48种类型并提出了命名原则;认识到由碎屑岩层系、碳酸盐岩层系、含煤层系、近地表特殊层系构成的4类全油气系统对油气资源深化发展具有现实意义,并系统阐述了4类全油气系统的基本特征、富油气规律和资源潜力,展示了各自的资源发展方向与主要领域。碎屑岩层系储层成岩作用致密化规律典型,浮力成藏下限埋深浅,深部非常规致密油气资源形成领域广,发展前景广阔;碳酸盐岩层系储层以表生风化孔洞型为主,优质储层可保存至深层-超深层,常规资源占比高,深层-超深层领域资源发展潜力大;含煤层系内煤岩生、排气能力强,外围储层天然气连续分布且范围广,处于高演化程度的煤岩割理发育多,孔隙度和渗透率异常高值,外围储层聚气后封闭能力强,有利于游离气富集;近地表特殊层系成藏条件复杂但稠油沥青、天然气水合物和水溶天然气等资源潜力大,加快关键技术研发并降低开采成本有利于这些资源高效利用和快速发展。 展开更多

合理的爆破施工方式是保证水封洞库稳定性和水封性的关键,在某水封洞库进行爆破地震波检测、声波探测,并结合HHT信号分析方法,通过EMD、EEMD分解方法对比、识别并弱化信号模态混叠效应以提高信号分析准确性,最后利用边际谱、瞬时能量谱... 合理的爆破施工方式是保证水封洞库稳定性和水封性的关键,在某水封洞库进行爆破地震波检测、声波探测,并结合HHT信号分析方法,通过EMD、EEMD分解方法对比、识别并弱化信号模态混叠效应以提高信号分析准确性,最后利用边际谱、瞬时能量谱、三维能量谱、围岩松动圈等评价不同爆破方案对水封洞库开挖爆破的影响。结果表明:EEMD-Hilbert分析方法可以一定程度上改善传统EMD分解带来的模态混叠问题,通过EEMD分解重构后的振速时程曲线更加平滑、可靠性更高;通过信号重构后的边际谱分析,发现双侧壁导坑法频带分布在200~380 Hz范围,单侧壁导坑法的频段范围更窄,集中在110~250 Hz之间,两组方案的低频能量均占比较少;双侧壁导坑法瞬时能量合值高于单侧壁导坑法,两组方案瞬时能量均主要集中在首段掏槽孔上,分别占总瞬时能量的41.67%和23.73%,单侧壁导坑法瞬时能量分布更为平均且较双侧壁导坑法更低;通过声波探测分析:双侧壁导坑法两侧拱腰松动圈范围约1.0~1.2 m,单侧壁导坑法扩挖面、导洞面松动圈范围分别为0.8 m、1.0~1.2 m。通过EEMD-Hilbert与声波探测联合分析可知,单侧壁导坑法相对更适合该洞库爆破施工。 展开更多
