The conventional data envelopment analysis (DEA) measures the relative efficiencies of a set of decision making units with exact values of inputs and outputs. In real-world prob- lems, however, inputs and outputs typically have some levels of fuzziness. To analyze a decision making unit (DMU) with fuzzy input/output data, previous studies provided the fuzzy DEA model and proposed an associated evaluating approach. Nonetheless, numerous deficiencies must still be improved, including the α- cut approaches, types of fuzzy numbers, and ranking techniques. Moreover, a fuzzy sample DMU still cannot be evaluated for the Fuzzy DEA model. Therefore, this paper proposes a fuzzy DEA model based on sample decision making unit (FSDEA). Five eval- uation approaches and the related algorithm and ranking methods are provided to test the fuzzy sample DMU of the FSDEA model. A numerical experiment is used to demonstrate and compare the results with those obtained using alternative approaches. 展开更多

Efficiency and linearity of the microwave power amplifier are critical elements for mobile communication systems. A memory polynomial baseband predistorter based on an indirect learning architecture is presented for improving the linearity of an envelope tracing (ET) amplifier with application to a wireless transmitter. To deal with large peak-to-average ratio (PAR) problem, a clipping procedure for the input signal is employed. Then the system performance is verified by simulation results. For a single carrier wideband code division multiple access (WCDMA) signal of 16-quadrature amplitude modulation (16-QAM), about 2% improvement of the error vector magnitude (EVM) is achieved at an average output power of 45.5 dBm and gain of 10.6 dB, with adjacent channel leakage ratio (ACLR) of -64.55 dBc at offset frequency of 5 MHz. Moreover, a three-carrier WCDMA signal and a third-generation (3G) long term evolution (LTE) signal are used as test signals to demonstrate the performance of the proposed linearization scheme under different bandwidth signals. 展开更多

An active pipe-embedded building envelope, which is an external wall or roof with pipes embedded inside, was presented. This structure may utilize the circulating water in the pipe to transfer heat or coolth inside directly. This kind of structure is named "active pipe-embedded building envelope" due to dealing with the thermal energy actively inside the structure mass by circulating water. This structure not only deals with thermal energy before the external disturbance becomes cooling/heating load by using the circulating water, but also may use low-grade energy sources such as evaporative cooling, solar energy, and geothermal energy. In the meantime, this structure can also improve the indoor thermal comfort by tempering the internal wall surface temperature variation due to the thermal removal in the mass. This work further presents the thermal performance of this structure under a typical hot summer weather condition by comparing it with that of the conventional external wall/roof with numerical simulation. The results show that this pipe-embedded structure may reduce the external heat transfer significantly and reduce the internal wall surface temperature for improving thermal comfort. This work also presents the effects of the water temperature and the pipe spacing on the heat transfer of this structure. The internal surface heat transfer may reduce by about 2.6 W/mE when the water temperature reduces by 1℃ as far as a brick wall with pipes embedded inside is concerned. When the pipe spacing reduces by 50 mm, the internal wall surface heat flux can also reduce by about 2.3 W/m2. 展开更多

Constant envelope with a fractional Fourier transformorthogonal frequency division multiplexing(CE-FrFT-OFDM)is a special case of a constant envelope OFDM(CE-OFDM),both being energy efficient wireless communication techniques with a 0 dB peak to average power ratio(PAPR).However,with the proper selection of fractional order,the first technique has a high bit error rate(BER)performance in the frequency-time selective channels.This paper performs further analysis of CE-FrFT-OFDM by examining its spectral efficiency(SE)and energy efficiency(EE)and compare to the famous OFDM and FrFT-OFDM techniques.Analytical and comprehensive simulations conducted show that,the CE-FrFT-OFDM has five times the EE of OFDM and FrFT-OFDM systems with a slightly less SE.Increasing CE-FrFT-OFDM’s transmission power by increasing its amplitude to 1.7 increases its SE to match that of the OFDM and FrFT-OFDM systems while slightly reducing its EE by 20%to be four times that of OFDM and FrFTOFDM systems.OFDM and FrFT-OFDM’s amplitude fluctuations cause rapid changing output back-off(OBO)power requirements and further reduce power amplifier(PA)efficiency while CE-FrFTOFDM stable operational linear range makes it a better candidate and outperforms the other techniques when their OBO exceeds 1.7.Higher EE and low BER in time-frequency selective channel are attracting features for CE-FrFT-OFDM deployment in mobile devices. 展开更多

The application of data envelopment analysis (DEA) as a multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) technique has been gaining more and more attention in recent research. In the practice of applying DEA approach, the appearance of uncertainties on input and output data of decision making unit (DMU) might make the nominal solution infeasible and lead to the efficiency scores meaningless from practical view. This paper analyzes the impact of data uncertainty on the evaluation results of DEA, and proposes several robust DEA models based on the adaptation of recently developed robust optimization approaches, which would be immune against input and output data uncertainties. The robust DEA models developed are based on input-oriented and outputoriented CCR model, respectively, when the uncertainties appear in output data and input data separately. Furthermore, the robust DEA models could deal with random symmetric uncertainty and unknown-but-bounded uncertainty, in both of which the distributions of the random data entries are permitted to be unknown. The robust DEA models are implemented in a numerical example and the efficiency scores and rankings of these models are compared. The results indicate that the robust DEA approach could be a more reliable method for efficiency evaluation and ranking in MCDM problems. 展开更多

The classic data envelopment analysis(DEA) model is used to evaluate decision-making units'(DMUs) efficiency under the assumption that all DMUs are evaluated with the same criteria setting. Recently, new researches begin to focus on the efficiency analysis of non-homogeneous DMU arose by real practices such as the evaluation of departments in a university, where departments argue for the adoption of different criteria based on their disciplinary characteristics. A DEA procedure is proposed in this paper to address the efficiency analysis of two non-homogeneous DMU groups. Firstly, an analytical framework is established to compromise diversified input and output(IO) criteria from two nonhomogenous groups. Then, a criteria fusion operation is designed to obtain different DEA analysis strategies. Meanwhile, Friedman test is introduced to analyze the consistency of all efficiency results produced by different strategies. Next, ordered weighted averaging(OWA) operators are applied to integrate different information to reach final conclusions. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the proposed method. The result indicates that the proposed method relaxes the restriction of the classical DEA model,and can provide more analytical flexibility to address different decision analysis scenarios arose from practical applications. 展开更多

Passive house has been constructed in China on a large-scale over the past couple years for its great energy saving potential.However,research indicates that there is a significant discrepancy in energy performance for heating and cooling between passive houses in different climate zones.Therefore,this research develops a comparative analysis on the energy saving potential of passive houses with the conventional around China.A sensitivity analysis of thermal characteristics of building envelope(insulation of exterior walls and windows,and airtightness)on energy consumption is further carried out to improve the climate adaptability of passive house.Moreover,the variation of energy consumption under different heat gain intensity is also compared,to evaluate the effects of envelope thermal characteristics comprehensively.Results suggest that the decrease of exterior wall insulation leads to the greatest increase in energy consumption,especially in severe cold zone in China.However,the optimal insulation may change with the internal heat gain intensity,for instance,the decrease of insulation(from 0.4 to 1.0 W/(m^(2)·K))could reduce the energy consumption by 4.65 kW·h/(m^(2)·a)when the heat gain increases to 20 W/m^(2)for buildings in Hot Summer and Cold Winter zone in China. 展开更多

The tradition AM-AM and AM- PM characteristics of power amplifiers axe extended to envelope domain and base-band filter is applied to distortion complex envelope signal for description of the envelope memory effect. Using traditional one and two-tone tests, the coefficients of nonlinear model and the FIR filter can be extracted. At last the model has been applied to a 10 W WCDMA Power amplifier to predict its output signal. A new facility was presented which can expediently and cheaply measure the transient moisture content profile in multi-layer porous building envelope.Then,a common multi-layer porous building envelope was provided,which was constructed by cement mortar-red brick-cement plaster.With this kind of building envelope installed in the south wall,a well-controlled air-conditioning room was set up in Changsha,which is one of typical zones of hot and humid climate in China.And experiments were carried out to investigate the temperature and moisture distribution in multi-layer building envelope in summer,both in sunny day and rainy day.The results show that,the temperature and humidity at the interface between the brick and cement mortar are seriously affected by the changes of outdoor temperature and humidity,and the relative humidity at this interface keeps more than 80% for a long-term,which can easily trigger the growth of mould.The temperature and humidity at the interface between the brick and cement plaster change a little,and they are affected by the changes of indoor temperature and humidity.The temperature and humidity at the interface of the wall whose interior surface is affixed with a foam plastic wallpaper are generally higher than those of the wall without wallpaper.The heat transfer and moisture transfer in the envelope are coupled strongly. 展开更多

In order to deeply study the leaf-stripping principle for corn stalk, the hexagon-enveloping leaf-stripping experimental device was designed. To achieve higher leaf-stripping percent and provide important references for the separation equipment for corn stalk, it is necessary to fired out the laws of leaf-stripping of such mechanism and to select the main influencing factors of separation performance from a number of factors. Through the study on hexagon-enveloping leaf-stripping mechanism for corn stalks, the leaf- stripping principle of such mechanism was more clear, and the optimization of structural and kinematic parameters achieved by the experiment whose influencing factors were the four selected ones (feeding speed, rotary speed of leaf-stripping roll, clearance and included angle between two leaf-stripping plates) could be directly applied to the development of efficient rind-pith or leaf-stripping separation for corn stalks. 展开更多

Thermal performance of integration of solar collectors and building envelopes

The integration of building with solar collector was studied. The theoretical model of integration of building envelopes and flat plate solar collectors was set up and the thermal performance of integration was studied in winter and summer,and compared to envelopes without solar collectors. The results show that the solar collection efficiency is raised in the integration of building envelopes and solar collectors with the air layer doors closed. This is true whether in winter or summer. The increment is higher as the inlet water temperature increases or the ambient temperature is low. In winter,the heat loss is significantly reduced through integration of the building envelopes and solar collectors with the closed air layer doors. The integration with the open air layer door is worse than that without collectors. In summer,the heat gains of the integration of envelopes and solar collectors are more obviously reduced than envelopes without collectors,the integration with the open air layer door is a little better than the closed one,but the difference is very small. 展开更多

In this paper,a three-dimension envelope-based path planning algorithm(3DE-PP)is proposed to automatically generate a collision-free trajectory for unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV).Firstly,focusing on the defects of low efficiency of obstacle modelling representation and large search space,an elliptical envelope-based obstacle modelling method is proposed to facilitate the generation of obstacle avoidance waypoints and improve the search efficiency.Then,considering safety and aiming at minimum energy consumption,waypoint generation strategies based on tangent guidance and minimum deviation are designed.Meanwhile,aiming at the UAV motion constraint,a three-dimension(3D)path construction method based on improved Dubins is proposed.Finally,combined with the main path generation algorithm based on saving algorithm,a safe and feasible 3D flight path is constructed by considering the power constraint of UAV and the access of charging stations comprehensively.The proposed 3DE-PP is compared with four algorithms(SAS,Dubins-RRT*,APF,3D-TG)by 15 examples generated from five typical environments,and the computational results confirm its advantages.Furthermore,a real-world case is introduced,and the key factors influencing path planning are analyzed. 展开更多

目的:在“一院多区”发展模式下,量化评估综合医院临床科室运行效率,识别资源配置问题,为促进公立医院高质量发展提供参考。方法:选取多院区发展模式下某公立三级综合医院的33个临床科室为研究对象,采用DEA-BCC模型对2024年各科室运行... 目的:在“一院多区”发展模式下,量化评估综合医院临床科室运行效率,识别资源配置问题,为促进公立医院高质量发展提供参考。方法:选取多院区发展模式下某公立三级综合医院的33个临床科室为研究对象,采用DEA-BCC模型对2024年各科室运行效率进行静态分析,并结合投影分析识别投入冗余与产出不足。结果:2024年医院各临床科室的综合效率、纯技术效率和规模效率均值分别为0.720、0.906、0.783,其中11个科室(33.33%)达到DEA有效,4个科室(12.12%)处于弱有效状态,非有效科室占比超过50%,且多数由于规模效率偏低导致。结论:医院临床科室运行效率呈现多维度特征,而规模效率是影响综合效率的主要因素;可通过创新资源配置模式、建立动态监测机制、构建数据驱动的精准质控体系、实施学科差异化发展策略等举措,促进医院综合效能提升,助力公立医院实现多院区高质量协同发展。 展开更多

角模块架构特种车辆具有更好的动力学控制性能,为提升其在陷坑时的脱困和稳定性控制能力,提出一种运动姿态协调控制方法。设计前轮出坑流程,根据轮胎与地面力学的分析,构建车身姿态与质心位置关系模型和各轮垂向载荷模型,并揭示出坑高... 角模块架构特种车辆具有更好的动力学控制性能,为提升其在陷坑时的脱困和稳定性控制能力,提出一种运动姿态协调控制方法。设计前轮出坑流程,根据轮胎与地面力学的分析,构建车身姿态与质心位置关系模型和各轮垂向载荷模型,并揭示出坑高度与坑底路面附着系数和载荷系数的关系;建立整车14自由度动力学模型,设计车高调节前馈控制器和高复杂度线性二次型高斯稳定性反馈控制器;通过角模块样机试验验证滚珠丝杠悬架模型的准确性,并搭建硬件在环测试平台,与低复杂度线性二次型高斯控制器进行对比。研究结果表明,在坑深为0.3 m工况下,所设计控制器控制效果明显提升,左右两前轮依次出坑过程中,峰值载荷最大的车轮,其载荷峰值分别减小15%和9%,车身俯仰角、侧倾角和车身垂向速度的最大值分别减小58%、42%和33%,为特种车辆安全脱困提供了理论依据。 展开更多

列车完整性检测是保障铁路运输安全的关键技术之一。目前传统的列车完整性检测方法主要依赖于轨旁设备与计轴器,存在高维护成本与易受环境影响等问题。为满足下一代列控系统中对列车完整性检测准确度的要求,提出一种基于多质点模型构建... 列车完整性检测是保障铁路运输安全的关键技术之一。目前传统的列车完整性检测方法主要依赖于轨旁设备与计轴器,存在高维护成本与易受环境影响等问题。为满足下一代列控系统中对列车完整性检测准确度的要求,提出一种基于多质点模型构建安全包络的列车完整性检测方法,旨在提高检测精度和实时性。该方法利用双差载波相位解算车长,通过高精度卫星定位技术实时获取列车各车厢的位置信息;构建列车动态安全包络,通过对高速列车的阻力、车间作用力等纵向受力进行分析,从而构建列车多质点模型;采用比例-积分-微分(PID)控制对列车运行过程中的车厢挤压位移进行分析解算,与通信延迟、冗余阈值组成列车动态安全包络作为列车完整性检测的判别依据。通过仿真分析不同列车速度及脱钩车厢情况下的检测时间,在150 km/h速度条件下,多质点模型较单质点模型平均检测时间缩短3.5 s,优化幅度达57.8%;在250 km/h速度条件下,多质点模型较单质点模型平均检测时间缩短2.3 s,优化幅度达39.3%。该方法能够显著提升列车完整性检测的时效性与准确性,为下一代列控系统实现高效、智能的列车完整性感知提供了新的技术途径。 展开更多
