Conventional plasticizers deteriorate mechanical and viscoelastic properties of the propellants due to their migration upon aging and long-term storage,which affects reliability and safety properties during exploitation.To address this issue,conventional plasticizer,dioctyl adipate(DOA),is replaced by reactive one,castor oil(CO).In addition,three different types of HTPB were used to obtain propellants with designed viscoelastic and mechanical properties.The CO increased propellants viscosity,without a significant impact on the propellant processability,regardless to the type of prepolymer.Conversely,mechanical properties were different depending on the type of resin,which were further analyzed by gel permeation chromatography(GPC).Addition of CO formed a denser polymer network and shifted T_(g) to higher values,compared to the compositions with DOA.The tensile strength of CO-containing propellants was lower at +20℃ and +50℃ compared to the reference compositions,while the strain at maximum load and strain at break were significantly increased with pronounced plastic deformation,especially for samples at -30℃.The inclusion of CO in the propellants composition gives more room for adjusting a wide range of mechanical properties. 展开更多

In this work, the nonlocal elastic theory and classical plate theory(CLPT) are used to derive the governing equations. The element-free framework for analyzing the buckling behaviors of double layer circular graphene sheets(DLCGSs) relying on an elastic medium is proposed. Pasternak-type model is adopted to describe the elastic medium. Accordingly, the influences of boundary conditions, size of GSs and nonlocal parameters on the buckling behavior of DLCGSs are investigated. The results show that the OP buckling modes are only sensible to the van der Waals forces. 展开更多

A feasible method to improve the reliability and processing efficiency of large vibrating screen via the application of an elastic screen surface with multiple attached substructures (ESSMAS) was proposed. In the ESSMAS, every screen rod, with ends embedded into elastomer, is coupled to the main screen structure in a relatively flexible manner. The theoretical analysis was conducted, which consists of establishing dynamic model promoted from the fuzzy structure theory as well as calculating for the equivalent stiffness of each attached structure. According to the numerical simulation using the NEWMARK-fl integration method, this assembling pattern significantly leads to the screen surface/rod having larger vibration intensity than that of the corresponding position on screen structure, which specifically, with an averaged acceleration amplitude increasing ratio of 11.37% in theoretical analysis and 20.27% in experimental test. The experimental results, within a tolerant error, also confirm the established model and demonstrate the feasibility of ESSMAS. 展开更多

A feasible method was proposed to improve the vibration intensity of screen surface via application of a new type elastic screen surface with multi degree of freedom(NTESSMDF). In the NTESSMDF, the primary robs were coupled to the main screen structure with ends embedded into the elastomers, and the secondary robs were attached to adjacent two primary robs with elastic bands. The dynamic model of vibrating screen with NTESSMDF was established based on Lagrange's equation and the equivalent stiffnesses of the elastomer and elastic band were calculated. According to numerical simulation using the 4th order Runge-Kutta method, the vibration intensity of screen surface can be enhanced substantially with an averaged acceleration amplitude increasing ratio of 72.36%. The primary robs and secondary robs vibrate inversely in steady state, which would result in the friability of materials and avoid stoppage. The experimental results validate the dynamic characteristics with acceleration amplitude rising by62.93% on average, which demonstrates the feasibility of NTESSMDF. 展开更多

The rigid body limit equilibrium method(RBLEM) and finite element method(FEM) are two widely used approaches for rock slope's stability analysis currently. RBLEM introduced plethoric assumptions; while traditional FEM relied on artificial factors when determining factor of safety(FOS) and sliding surfaces. Based on the definition of structure instability that an elasto-plastic structure is not stable if it is unable to satisfy simultaneously equilibrium condition, kinematical admissibility and constitutive equations under given external loads, deformation reinforcement theory(DRT) is developed. With this theory, plastic complementary energy(PCE) can be used to evaluate the overall stability of rock slope, and the unbalanced force beyond the yield surface could be the identification of local failure. Compared with traditional slope stability analysis approaches, the PCE norm curve to strength reduced factor is introduced and the unbalanced force is applied to the determination of key sliding surfaces and required reinforcement. Typical and important issues in rock slope stability are tested in TFINE(a three-dimensional nonlinear finite element program), which is further applied to several representatives of high rock slope's stability evaluation and reinforcement engineering practice in southwest of China. 展开更多

在利用红外光谱进行多组分混合气体定量分析建模中,须根据各目标气体成分的光谱特点进行光谱维数降维和特征变量选择。以甲烷、乙烷、丙烷、异丁烷、正丁烷、异戊烷和正戊烷等7种气体为分析目标,采用最小绝对收缩和选择算子(LASSO)与弹... 在利用红外光谱进行多组分混合气体定量分析建模中,须根据各目标气体成分的光谱特点进行光谱维数降维和特征变量选择。以甲烷、乙烷、丙烷、异丁烷、正丁烷、异戊烷和正戊烷等7种气体为分析目标,采用最小绝对收缩和选择算子(LASSO)与弹性网络(ElasticNet)方法进行目标气体数据预处理。针对LASSO和Elastic Net方法参数优化选择的问题,采用均方误差和预测偏差最小两个准则进行参数的优化选取。对4cm-1的实测光谱数据,采用LASSO和ElasticNet方法分别在0.0019和0.0021均方误差条件下使得维度从2542维分别降为2维和3维,LASSO的交叉灵敏度最大和最小为10.2718%和1.4205%,ElasticNet分别为5.4945%和0.7493%。结果表明:Elastic Net在用于光谱定量分析的数据预处理中具有一定的优势,为准确建立定量分析模型奠定了基础。 展开更多

Non-pneumatic tire appears to have advantages over traditional pneumatic tire in terms of flat proof and maintenance free.A mechanical elastic wheel(MEW) with a non-pneumatic elastic outer ring which functions as air of pneumatic tire was presented.The structure of MEW was non-inflatable integrated configuration and the effect of hinges was accounted for only in tension. To establish finite element model of MEW, various nonlinear factors, such as geometrical nonlinearity, material nonlinearity and contact nonlinearity, were considered. Load characteristic test was conducted by tyre dynamic test-bed to obtain force-deflection curve. And the finite element model was validated through load characteristic test. Natural dynamic characteristics of the MEW and its influencing factors were investigated based on the finite element model. Simulation results show that the finite element model closely matched experimental wheel. The results also show that natural frequency is related to ground constraints, material properties, loads and torques. Influencing factors as above obviously affect the amplitude of mode of vibration, but have little effect on mode of vibration shape. The results can provide guidance for experiment research, structural optimization of MEW. 展开更多

A new structure design method of elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing is proposed, in which PTFE is embedded into a hollow cylindrical rolling element, according to the principle of creative combinations and through innovation research on cylindrical roller bearing structure. In order to systematically investigate the inner wall bending stress of the rolling element in elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing, finite element analysis on different elastic composite cylindrical rolling elements was conducted. The results show that, the bending stress of the elastic composite cylindrical rolling increases along with the increase of hollowness with the same filling material. The bending stress of the elastic composite cylindrical rolling element decreases along with the increase of the elasticity modulus of the material under the same physical dimension. Under the same load, on hollow cylindrical rolling element, the maximum bending tensile stress values of the elastic composite cylindrical rolling element after material filling at 0° and 180° are 8.2% and 9.5%, respectively, lower than those of the deep cavity hollow cylindrical rolling element. In addition, the maximum bending-compressive stress value at 90° is decreased by 6.1%. 展开更多

A motor-driven linkage system with links fabricated from 3-dimensional braided composite materials was studied. A group of coupling dynamic equations of the system, including composite materials parameters, electromagnetism parameters of the motor and structural parameters of the link mechanism, were established by finite element method. Based on the air-gap field of non-uniform airspace of three-phase alternating current motor caused by the vibration eccentricity of rotor, the relation of electromechanical coupling at the actual running state was analyzed. And the motor element, which defines the transverse vibration and torsional vibration of the motor as its nodal displacement, was established. Then, based on the damping element model and the expression of energy dissipation of the 3-dimentional braided composite materials, the damping matrix of the system was established by calculating each order modal damping of the mechanism. 展开更多

为建立钢纤维混凝土(SFRC)三轴塑性-损伤模型(CDP),采用普通混凝土三轴塑性-损伤模型构建方法,对已有钢纤维混凝土单轴力学性能试验数据库进行整理分析,提出适用于不同钢纤维体积分数下混凝土立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、轴心抗拉强... 为建立钢纤维混凝土(SFRC)三轴塑性-损伤模型(CDP),采用普通混凝土三轴塑性-损伤模型构建方法,对已有钢纤维混凝土单轴力学性能试验数据库进行整理分析,提出适用于不同钢纤维体积分数下混凝土立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、轴心抗拉强度、弹性模量、受压峰值应变与受拉峰值应变的统一计算公式以及钢纤维混凝土单轴受压、受拉应力-应变骨架曲线和卸载刚度表达式。根据钢纤维混凝土损伤比强度理论,推荐了塑性-损伤模型中的三轴强度及其他参数,提出约束钢纤维混凝土三轴塑性-损伤模型。结果表明,在钢筋钢纤维混凝土简支梁静力加载、短柱轴压加载以及悬臂柱低周反复加载的有限元模型分析中,所提模型的计算结果与试验结果符合良好。 展开更多

新型钢框架-熔断子结构体系的受力机制与塑性分析

为了探索新型耗能结构体系并优化体系的构造,根据可替换耗能梁段和可恢复功能结构的国内外已有研究,设计一种新型钢框架-熔断子结构体系,基于塑性分析理论,建立该体系在极限状态下的典型屈服机制,并提出弹性抗侧刚度和极限承载力简化计... 为了探索新型耗能结构体系并优化体系的构造,根据可替换耗能梁段和可恢复功能结构的国内外已有研究,设计一种新型钢框架-熔断子结构体系,基于塑性分析理论,建立该体系在极限状态下的典型屈服机制,并提出弹性抗侧刚度和极限承载力简化计算公式;采用有限元软件SAP2000对该体系推覆计算,并比较推覆计算结果与简化计算公式结果。结果表明:将耗能梁段集中布置形成耗能子结构,并与钢框架相结合形成带有熔断子结构的钢框架体系,该体系具有良好的抗震性能,能实现理想的耗能和破坏模式;刚度和承载力误差均小于5%,所提出的简化计算公式能较准确地预测该体系的弹性抗侧刚度和极限承载力。 展开更多

在氮气气氛下,30~800℃的温度范围内,以20℃/min的升温速率,对油菜秸秆、聚丙烯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS树脂)以及质量比为1∶1的油菜秸秆与聚丙烯、油菜秸秆与ABS树脂共混物进行了热重试验,利用Friedman法测定了表观活化能,... 在氮气气氛下,30~800℃的温度范围内,以20℃/min的升温速率,对油菜秸秆、聚丙烯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS树脂)以及质量比为1∶1的油菜秸秆与聚丙烯、油菜秸秆与ABS树脂共混物进行了热重试验,利用Friedman法测定了表观活化能,并进行了动力学分析,同时在固定床反应器上采用HZSM-5催化剂进行油菜秸秆的单独催化热解及油菜秸秆与聚丙烯、油菜秸秆与ABS树脂的共催化热解试验,并对三相产率进行了测试分析.研究发现:共热解反应物之间存在相互作用,并且共混有利于降低热解反应的难度,提高反应的自发性;当秸秆与聚丙烯共混质量比为1∶1时,单环芳烃产率最高,约为22.11%;秸秆与ABS树脂在该共混质量比下同样具有最高的单环芳烃产率,达到了32.87%. 展开更多

为探究洪积粉砂土填料的动力特性,考虑动应力幅值、含水率、围压和频率的影响进行了洪积粉砂土填料动三轴试验,研究了洪积粉砂土试样在不同影响因素下的动力变形规律,并建立了动弹性模量与动应变、动强度与循环次数的拟合曲线模型。结... 为探究洪积粉砂土填料的动力特性,考虑动应力幅值、含水率、围压和频率的影响进行了洪积粉砂土填料动三轴试验,研究了洪积粉砂土试样在不同影响因素下的动力变形规律,并建立了动弹性模量与动应变、动强度与循环次数的拟合曲线模型。结果表明:随着循环次数的增加,洪积粉砂土的累积塑性应变逐渐增大,加载初期累积塑性应变积累较快,但1000次循环后保持相对稳定;动弹性模量随着塑性变形的增加而发生衰减,围压和含水率对洪积粉砂土的动弹性模量影响较大,当围压越大且含水率接近最佳含水率时,动弹性模量越大;阻尼比随着应变的增加呈非线性增长;洪积粉砂土的动强度与围压呈正相关关系,而与循环次数呈负相关关系。 展开更多

针对区域货运结构优化的关键影响因素及其作用机制不明确的问题,提出一套系统性研究方法.首先,基于潜在狄利克雷分配(Latent Dirichlet Allocation,LDA)主题模型,系统挖掘并识别出影响区域货运结构优化的八大主要因素,包括经济社会发展... 针对区域货运结构优化的关键影响因素及其作用机制不明确的问题,提出一套系统性研究方法.首先,基于潜在狄利克雷分配(Latent Dirichlet Allocation,LDA)主题模型,系统挖掘并识别出影响区域货运结构优化的八大主要因素,包括经济社会发展水平、产业结构、自然地理条件、能源结构、环境保护意识、技术经济特性、科技进步和交通运输业政策.然后,基于研究假设,构建结构方程模型(Structural Equation Modeling,SEM),深入分析这些因素对区域货运结构的影响及其相互关系.最后,引入弹性分析方法,量化这些因素对货运结构调整的贡献程度.研究结果表明:八大因素对区域货运结构调整均有显著促进作用,但在不同区域的作用程度和弹性存在差异;东部区域应聚焦优化产业结构,充分利用地理优势,加强环境保护意识,推动绿色货运技术的应用和政策引导,打造绿色高效货运体系;中部区域需注重地理条件的优化利用,推动交通基础设施建设,提升区域货运网络的连通性和效率,并加强投资引导,推动技术经济特性的提升,促进货运结构优化调整;西部区域应加快生态保护与技术发展的结合,注重技术经济特性的提升,推动货运技术创新和成本优化,促进货运结构的绿色创新发展;整体层面则应强化产业结构与技术经济特性的动态适配,提升政策精准性和协同性,推动运输方式和模式的创新升级. 展开更多

为探明弹性支承块式无砟轨道结构在基础变形恶劣地质条件下的变形规律,采用Abaqus有限元软件建立隧道段弹性支承块式无砟轨道精细化数值仿真模型,在考虑弹性支承块式无砟轨道道床板直接构筑于仰拱上的特殊结构形式前提下,以仰拱余弦型... 为探明弹性支承块式无砟轨道结构在基础变形恶劣地质条件下的变形规律,采用Abaqus有限元软件建立隧道段弹性支承块式无砟轨道精细化数值仿真模型,在考虑弹性支承块式无砟轨道道床板直接构筑于仰拱上的特殊结构形式前提下,以仰拱余弦型不均匀沉降作为基础变形输入形式,分析幅值、波长对钢轨位移、道床板位移及道床板与基础间离缝及脱空高度与长度的影响,提出基础变形作用下弹性支承块式无砟轨道的薄弱位置及最不利变形形式。研究结果表明:1)当基础变形形式为余弦型不均匀沉降时,钢轨变形形式与基础变形形式一致性较高,道床板变形形式一致性较低;结构沉降随基础沉降幅值增大而增大,基础沉降波长对结构沉降最大值影响较小;沉降中心出现沉降最大值,沉降端部出现小幅上拱;2)当沉降幅值与波长不变时,由于道床板的纵向不连续性,沉降中心为板中的情况变形较为缓和,沉降中心为板端的情况变形较为剧烈;3)层间离缝及脱空高度随沉降幅值的增大而增大,随沉降波长的增大而减小;随沉降幅值的增大而增大,随沉降波长的增大先增大后减小;基础沉降波长小于40 m时,只要发生沉降即需进行检查修补;基础沉降波长超过80 m时,可不进行离缝修补。综上所述,沉降幅值与轨道结构变形呈正相关;道床板的纵向不连续使得结构沉降与离缝突变性强,极大恶化轨道结构力学性能。研究结果可为基础变形地段弹性支承块式无砟轨道的优化设计与运维养修提供参考与依据。 展开更多

中国乘用车塑料废弃量驱动因素及情景分析

探究了中国1998—2020年省级乘用车各类塑料废弃量及其时空分布特征,分析了不同因子对塑料废弃量的驱动机制,预测了未来乘用车塑料发展趋势。结果表明:1)1998—2020年,中国乘用车塑料废弃量迅速增长,从5万t增长至175万t,年均增速17.5%,... 探究了中国1998—2020年省级乘用车各类塑料废弃量及其时空分布特征,分析了不同因子对塑料废弃量的驱动机制,预测了未来乘用车塑料发展趋势。结果表明:1)1998—2020年,中国乘用车塑料废弃量迅速增长,从5万t增长至175万t,年均增速17.5%,在空间上,东部区域增长83.03万t,中西部分别增长45.07万、41.76万t,呈现“东多西少”的分布格局;2)塑料废弃量具有显著的空间正相关性,热点区域主要分布在以江苏为代表的东部省份,冷点区域主要分布在西藏等西部省份;3)年末总人口、国内生产总值(GDP)和城市客运周转量是主要驱动因素,因子决定力(q值)分别达0.861、0.822和0.642,多种因子共同作用于乘用车塑料废弃量的空间分布;4)未来乘用车塑料废弃量将保持增长趋势,高保有量情景增速最快且增量最多,低保有量情景增速最慢且增量最少,聚丙烯(PP)在不同情景中废弃量均为最多。研究结果从多方面量化了乘用车塑料废弃量,为废弃塑料资源回收和环境可持续性发展提供数据基础。 展开更多
