Regulatory effects of seed soaking with a beneficial microbial agent on the rhizosphere soil microflora of edible lilies

【Background】The application of beneficial-microbial seed soaking prior to sowing represents a novel technology that has not been employed in Lanzhou lily cultivation.We conducted an experiment to explore the impact ... 【Background】The application of beneficial-microbial seed soaking prior to sowing represents a novel technology that has not been employed in Lanzhou lily cultivation.We conducted an experiment to explore the impact of this soaking method on the fungal and bacterial community structures using next-generation sequencing technology(NGS).【Methods】Lily bulbs were soaked in a seed treating agent containing beneficial microbes(SP treatment)for 4 hours.Subsequently,they were planted in soil in July and sampled in September to assess plant growth,rhizosphere soil physicochemical properties,and microorganism community structures.In addition,we employed the software PICRUSt and FUNGuild to predict bacterial pathways and fungal functions.【Results】Under SP treatment,there were significant alterations in fungi and bacteria community structures,accompanied by improved soil nutrient status.Notably,the relative abundance of dominant microorganism groups,such as the fungi Basidiomycota,Pseudeurotium,Cladophialophora,Microascus,and Dactylonectria,as well as the bacteria Proteobacteria,Chloroflexi,Ochrobactrium,Lysobacter,and RB41,underwent notable changes.Microorganism function prediction results indicated a reduction in pathotrophic fungi(including plant pathogens)and an increase in endophytic and saprotrophic fungi under SP treatment.Among the top 20 metabolism pathways,80%were upregulated in SP treatment compared to the CK.【Conclusions】Seed soaking with beneficial microbial strain promotes the growth of Lanzhou lily bulbs.The beneficial microorganisms play a crucial role in regulating soil microbial structures,enhancing the accumulation of endophytic fungi,reducing the abundance of pathogens,and improving soil functions.Furthermore,specific microbial groups are found to be involved in maintaining soil health. 展开更多

Edible blend oil market is confused at present.It has some problems such as confusing concepts,randomly named,shoddy and especially the fuzzy standard of compositions and ratios in blend oil.The national standard fails to come on time after eight years.The basic reason is the lack of qualitative and quantitative detection of vegetable oils in blend oil.Edible blend oil is mixed by different vegetable oils according to a certain proportion.Its nutrition is rich.Blend oil is eaten frequently in daily life.Different vegetable oil contains a certain components.The mixed vegetable oil can make full use of their nutrients and make the nutrients more balanced in blend oil.It is conducive to people's health.It is an effectively way to monitor blend oil market by the accurate determination of single vegetable oil content in blend oil.The types of blend oil are known,so we only need for accurate determination of its content.Three dimensional fluorescence spectra are used for the contents in blend oil.A new method of data processing is proposed with calculation of characteristics peak value integration in chosen characteristic area based on Quasi-Monte Carlo method,combined with Neural network method to solve nonlinear equations to obtain single vegetable oil content in blend oil.Peanut oil,soybean oil and sunflower oil are used as research object to reconcile into edible blend oil,with single oil regarded whole,not considered each oil's components.Recovery rates of 10 configurations of edible harmonic oil is measured to verify the validity of the method of characteristics peak value integration.An effective method is provided to detect components content of complex mixture in high sensitivity.Accuracy of recovery rats is increased,compared the common method of solution of linear equations used to detect components content of mixture.It can be used in the testing of kinds and content of edible vegetable oil in blend oil for the food quality detection,and provide an effective reference for the creation of national standards. 展开更多

Soybean is generally recognized as a source of edible and the deoiled meal is seen as a source of protein in animal feed.In recent years.However,more interest has been directed toward using soy meal as a protein souce for human consumption.Extrusion expelling of soybean provides an opportunity in this direction.The main focus of this study was to maximize the oil recovery from extruded soybean processed using three different kinds of extrudates and processing conditions.These extruded samples were later pressed uniaxially in a specifically designed test cell and the oil recovery was recorded over time.The effects of process variables,including applied pressure,pressing temperature and sample height,were investigated.Results indicated that over90% of the available oil could be recovered from pressing of extruded soy samples.The information generated is likedly to be useful in interpreting the effect of precess variables and extruding equipment for pretreatment of soybean for subsequent mechanical oil expression. 展开更多

The growth dynamics of fruit showed that the two cultivars performed similar changes with their fresh weight volume and structure, it included the first slow growth stage, the rapid growth stage and the second solw growth stage. The fruit was a typical polyachene with a ovule which belonged to a Poligonum type, the growth process of pollen tube from stigma to embryo sac was clearly observed by flourescence microscopy. Embryo development was similar to that of most dicotyls, and the mature embryo was orthotropous; Endosperm development was a nuclear type, and gradually disappeared with development:Seed coat consisted of 34 layer cells, and pericarp was composed of 68 layer cells which differentiated from ovary wall cell; The structure of receptacle was a typical stem which consisted of epidermis ,cortex and vascular cylinder.
