We theoretically analyze the transient properties of a probe field absorption and dispersion in a coupled semiconductor double-quantum-dot nanostructure.We show that in the presence of the Gaussian laser beams,absorption and dispersion of the probe field can be dramatically influenced by the relative phase between applied fields and intensity of the Gaussian laser beams.Transient and steady-state behaviors of the probe field absorption and dispersion are discussed to estimate the required switching time.The estimated range is between 5-8 ps for subluminal to superluminal light propagation. 展开更多

The re-entrant double-staggered ladder slow-wave structure is employed in a high-power V-band coupled-cavity traveling-wave tube. This structure has a wide bandwidth, a moderate interaction impedance, and excellent thermal dissipation properties, as well as easy fabrication. A well-matched waveguide coupler is proposed for the structure. Combining the design of attenuators, a full-scale three-dimensional circuit model for the V-band coupled-cavity traveling- wave tube is constructed. The electromagnetic characteristics and the beam wave interaction of this structure are investigated. The beam current is set to be 100 mA, and the cathode voltage is tuned from 16.8 kV to 15.8 kV. The calculation results show that this tube can produce a saturated average output power over 100 W with an instantaneous bandwidth greater than 1.25 GHz in the frequency ranging from 58 GHz to 62 GHz. The corresponding gain and electronic efficiency can reach over 32 dB and 6.5%, respectively. 展开更多

We discuss the effects of dissipation on the behavior of single photon transport in a system of coupled cavity arrays, with the two nearest cavities nonlocally coupled to a two-level atom. The single photon transmission amplitude is solved exactly by employing the quasi-boson picture. We investigate two different situations of local and nonlocal couplings, respectively. Comparing the dissipative case with the nondissipative one reveals that the dissipation of the system increases the middle dip and lowers the peak of the single photon transmission amplitudes, broadening the line width of the transport spectrum. It should be noted that the influence of the cavity dissipation to the single photon transport spectrum is asymmet- ric. By comparing the nonlocal coupling with the local one, one can find that the enhancement of the middle dip of single photon transmission amplitudes is mostly caused by the atom dissipation and that the reduced peak is mainly caused by the cavity dissipation, no matter whether it is a nonlocal or local coupling case. Whereas in the nonlocal coupling case, when the coupling strength gets stronger, the cavity dissipation has a greater effect on the single photon transport spectrum and the atom dissipation affection becomes weak, so it can be ignored. 展开更多

This paper investigates the effect of Dresselhaus spin orbit coupling on the spin-transport properties of ferromagnet/insulator/semiconductor/insulator/ferromagnet double-barrier structures. The influence of the thickness of the insulator between the ferromagnet and the semiconductor on the polarization is also considered. The obtained results indicate that (i) the polarization can be enhanced by reducing the insulator layers at zero temperature, and (ii) the tunnelling magnetoresistance inversion can be illustrated by the influence of the Dresselhaus spin-orbit coupling effect in the double-barrier structure. Due to the Dresselhaus spin-orbit coupling effect, the tunnelling magnetoresistance inversion occurs when the energy of a localized state in the barrier matches the Fermi energy EF of the ferromagnetic electrodes. 展开更多

探究车辆在双层钢桁梁斜拉桥的行车舒适性,为优化双层桥梁结构设计理论提供依据。以车桥耦合振动理论为基础,利用ANSYS分析软件进行数值模拟,通过求解车体的振动加速度,并根据《机械振动和冲击—评估人体暴露于全身振动的情况》(ISO2631... 探究车辆在双层钢桁梁斜拉桥的行车舒适性,为优化双层桥梁结构设计理论提供依据。以车桥耦合振动理论为基础,利用ANSYS分析软件进行数值模拟,通过求解车体的振动加速度,并根据《机械振动和冲击—评估人体暴露于全身振动的情况》(ISO2631-1)中均方根乘值法对乘车舒适性进行评价,探究了单(双)层加载、车速、车载质量、桥面不平顺度、车辆间距、车辆数目等因素对行车舒适性的影响。相较于单层通车,上下层同时通车时车体的振动强度略微降低;当车载质量越小或车速越大时,车体的加速度均方根值会逐渐增大;路面对车体振动强度影响较大,当路面等级处于较差的D级和E级时,车体振动强度会成倍增加。双层同时加载时,车辆的行车舒适性略优于单层通车;保持适当的车速或增大车载质量可以提高司乘人员的行车舒适性;行车舒适性对于路面等级较为敏感,当路面等级较差时,车内司乘人员受其影响无法长时间乘车。 展开更多

使用结构力学计算模型分析门架式双排抗滑桩内力变形,由于引入简化假定在实际工程中存在一定局限。依托湖北省巴东县某建筑边坡工程,以FLAC3D和PFC3D为工具建立包含门架式双排抗滑桩结构和边坡的三维连续-离散耦合分析模型,采用重力增... 使用结构力学计算模型分析门架式双排抗滑桩内力变形,由于引入简化假定在实际工程中存在一定局限。依托湖北省巴东县某建筑边坡工程,以FLAC3D和PFC3D为工具建立包含门架式双排抗滑桩结构和边坡的三维连续-离散耦合分析模型,采用重力增加法获取给定安全系数下的门架式双排抗滑桩的内力变形,并通过对比分析明确排距、桩距和桩径对内力变形的影响。研究表明,连续-离散耦合模型可有效获取桩后土体潜在滑移趋势并考虑桩土相互作用。前后排桩弯矩分布呈现“S”型曲线特征,且前排桩承受更大弯矩。前后排桩侧向位移总体上均由桩底向上逐步增大,前排桩略大于后排桩,但由于连梁约束作用前排桩侧向位移在近桩顶处减小。给定安全系数增大会导致前后排桩弯矩增大和侧向位移非线性增长。排距增大后,前排桩桩顶负弯矩增大,前后排桩桩身正弯矩减小、负弯矩增大。桩距增大对桩顶弯矩影响较小,但会导致前后排桩桩身正弯矩和负弯矩均增大。桩径增大后,后排桩桩顶正弯矩增大,前排桩正弯矩和负弯矩均增大,后排桩正弯矩增大而负弯矩减小。 展开更多

为了研究流水孔对双壳体潜艇流激噪声产生的影响,基于CFD数值仿真方法,采用SST-SAS模型计算SUBOFF标模的非定常流场,对比SUBOFF标模试验验证了流场计算方法的准确性,在此基础上,计算了开设相同面积的正方形孔、圆形孔以及菱形孔等3种开... 为了研究流水孔对双壳体潜艇流激噪声产生的影响,基于CFD数值仿真方法,采用SST-SAS模型计算SUBOFF标模的非定常流场,对比SUBOFF标模试验验证了流场计算方法的准确性,在此基础上,计算了开设相同面积的正方形孔、圆形孔以及菱形孔等3种开孔方案的锥-柱-球双壳体模型的非定常流场,在LMS Virtual Lab中基于声振耦合方法计算壳体表面向外辐射的流激噪声。选取总辐射声功率最小的正方形孔作为研究对象,分析开孔对流场脉动压力及流速特性的影响,研究不同开孔位置及分布对潜艇近、远场流激噪声的影响。研究结果表明,开孔会增加潜艇整体流激噪声声压级;在5 m/s的航速下,艇体表面开设均匀流水孔导致潜艇的远场与近场流激噪声声压级有不同程度的增加,开孔侧最大增量约有20 dB。 展开更多

Flash型FPGA(Filed Programmable Gate Array)在进行编程操作时,电荷泵为编程管栅端提供正高压。为满足Flash型FPGA的上电及时运行性和编程稳定性,要求电荷泵不仅能输出高压,还应具有较快的启动速度和较小的输出电压纹波。文中基于传统交叉耦合电荷泵提出一种正高压电荷泵。电荷泵的主体采取并联双支路结构,降低了输出电压纹波,采用六相不交叠时钟和新增时钟升压模块对电荷泵进行时序控制,在消除了反向电流影响的同时提高了电荷泵启动速度。在输出端设置稳压模块进行稳压调节,保证编程稳定性。仿真结果表明,在电源电压为3.3 V、时钟频率为20 MHz、负载电容为50 pF的条件下,电荷泵启动时间为6.6μs,输出电压稳定到15 V,输出纹波仅有23 mV。采用0.18μm CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor)工艺流片后,测试结果满足Flash型FPGA的编程需求。 展开更多

废稀释剂中丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯回收单元的模拟与优化

利用Aspen Plus软件,采用双效热耦合精馏工艺,建立了废稀释剂中丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯(PGMEA)回收单元的模拟模型,考察了脱轻组分塔再沸器热负荷、脱重组分塔塔顶采出量和进料位置对PGMEA品质的影响,并对最佳工艺条件下的物料平衡进行了分析... 利用Aspen Plus软件,采用双效热耦合精馏工艺,建立了废稀释剂中丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯(PGMEA)回收单元的模拟模型,考察了脱轻组分塔再沸器热负荷、脱重组分塔塔顶采出量和进料位置对PGMEA品质的影响,并对最佳工艺条件下的物料平衡进行了分析。结果表明:脱轻组分塔除H_(2)O率和回流比均随脱轻组分塔再沸器热负荷的增加而增加,热负荷为1300 MJ/h时,除H2O率为99.01%,回流比为40.08;脱重组分塔塔顶采出量为930 kg/h时,PGMEA质量分数高达99.14%,回收率为97.98%,原料中的PGMEA几乎全部被回收;脱重组分塔采用孔板波纹填料设计,从脱重组分塔第18~65层理论塔板进料时,PGMEA质量分数始终稳定在99.24%;每生产1 t PGMEA产品,双效热耦合精馏工艺的能耗为1480 MJ,相比常规精馏回收工艺节能约25.3%。 展开更多

The simple analytical solutions are obtained in several particular cases, which demonstrate the clear and simple physical picture for the quan-tum state transition of the system. In the large detuning or hoppling case, the quantum states transferring between qubits follow a slow periodic oscillation induced by the very weak excitation of the cavity mode. In the large coupling case, the system can be interpreted as two Jaynes-Cummings model subsystems which interact through photon hop between the two cavities. In the case of λ≈△〉〉 g, the quantum states transition of qubits is accompanied by the excitation of the cavity, and the cavity modes have the same dynamic behaviours and the amplitude of probability is equM to 0.25 which does not change with the variation of parameter. 展开更多
