Leverage or crowd out:the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone policies and green innovation efficiency of enterprises

The National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone has been assigned the unique mission of demonstrating and leading national innovation and playing a key supportive role in enhancing green innovation.Based on the sample data of A-share listed companies in China from 2007 to 2021,we apply a multi-period difference-in-differences model to analyze whether the implementation of the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone policies plays a leverage effect or a crowd out effect on the green innovation efficiency of enterprises and systematically test the regulatory mechanism of government grants and media attention in the process of this influence.The empirical results show that the imple-mentation of the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone policies has a positive impact on the green innovation efficiency of enterprises and that the green innovation induced by this reform is not the leverage effect of additional R&D investment on the basis of the existing innovation activities of enterprises but rather the result of the reallocation of resources to crowd out existing non-green innovation.It is further found that government grants and media attention positively moderate the positive driving effect of National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone policies on the green innovation efficiency of enterprises. 展开更多

Femtosecond laser processing is an important machining method for micro-optical components such as Fresnel zone plate(FZP).However,the low processing efficiency of the femtosecond laser restricts its application.Here,a femtosecond laser Bessel beam is proposed to process micro-FZP,which is modulated from a Gaussian beam to a Bessel annular beam.The processing time for FZP with an outer diameter of 60μm is reduced from 30 min to 1.5 min on an important semiconductor material gallium arsenide(GaAs),which significantly improves the processing efficiency.In the modulation process,a central ablation hole that has an adverse effect on the diffraction performance is produced,and the adverse effect is eliminated by superimposing the blazed grating hologram.Meanwhile,the FZP machined by spatial light modulator(SLM)has good morphology and higher diffraction efficiency,which provides a strong guarantee for the application of micro-FZP in computed tomography and solar photovoltaic cells. 展开更多

The new CL-20(hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane)type aluminized explosives in the overdrive detonation(ODD)conditions of the core problem is how to accurately represent the state of the overdrive detonation products.To this end,this paper is based on the impedance matching method to test the ODD conditions of CL-20 type aluminium explosive particle velocity.Calculated the interfacial pressure of the shock wave in different media.Determined the characteristic parameters of the reaction zone of the detonation of CL-20 aluminized explosives.Calibrated the parameters of the JoneseWilkinseLee(JWL)+γ equation for the detonation products(DPs).Revealed the effect of different DPs equation of state(EOS)on the Hugoniot pressure of ODD.The results indicate that when the content of aluminum powder ranges from 0%to 30%,the duration of the ODD reaction zone and the width of the detonation reaction zone of the CL-20-based aluminized explosive are directly proportional to the content of aluminum powder.The width of the detonation reaction zone is increased by 1.97 times to 2.7 times compared to that of the reaction zone without the addition of aluminum powder.However,the energy release efficiency of the detonation reaction zone is inversely proportional to the content of aluminum powder.When the aluminum powder content was held constant,the incorporation of AP caused a 25%reduction in the energy release efficiency of the detonation reaction zone.Compared with existing ODD state equations,the JWL +γ equation is superior in calibrating overpressure Hugoniot data and the isentropic expansion in the C-J state.The deviation between calculated pressure results and experimental measurements is within 6%. 展开更多

Furthermore, we give the simulation models for both uplink and downlink capacity. The results from theoretical analysis and simulation fit very well. This work correlated the detailed work zone location and time data from the Wis LCS system with the five-min inductive loop detector data. One-sample percentile value test and two-sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov(K-S) test were applied to compare the speed and flow characteristics between work zone and non-work zone conditions. Furthermore, we analyzed the mobility characteristics of freeway work zones within the urban area of Milwaukee, WI, USA. More than 50% of investigated work zones have experienced speed reduction and 15%-30% is necessary reduced volumes. Speed reduction was more significant within and at the downstream of work zones than at the upstream. 展开更多

The Yangtze function zone covers the Yangtze river basin, the Lancang river basin and the rivers in the western area of the Lancang river in Southwest China. To reduce defects caused by non-homogeneous metal flow in conventional extrusion,a die with guiding angle was designed to improve the metal flow behavior. The characteristic quantities such as the second invariant of the deviator stress J2 and Lode's coefficient μ were employed for the division of deformation area. The results show that when the metal is extruded with the guiding angle,no metal flow interface forms at the container's bottom,the dead zone completely disappears,the deformation types of the metal in the plastic deformation area change from three types to one type of tension,and the homogeneity of the deformation as well as metal flow are greatly improved. The non-homogeneous metal flow at the final stage of extrusion is improved,reducing the shrinkage hole at the axis end. The radial stress of the furthest point from the axis is transformed from tensile stress to compressive stress and the axial stress,and decreased from 70.8 to 34.8 MPa. Therefore,the surface cracks caused by additional stress are greatly reduced. 展开更多

Recent advances in on-board radar and missile capabilities,combined with individual payload limitations,have led to increased interest in the use of unmanned combat aerial vehicles(UCAVs)for cooperative occupation during beyond-visual-range(BVR)air combat.However,prior research on occupational decision-making in BVR air combat has mostly been limited to one-on-one scenarios.As such,this study presents a practical cooperative occupation decision-making methodology for use with multiple UCAVs.The weapon engagement zone(WEZ)and combat geometry were first used to develop an advantage function for situational assessment of one-on-one engagement.An encircling advantage function was then designed to represent the cooperation of UCAVs,thereby establishing a cooperative occupation model.The corresponding objective function was derived from the one-on-one engagement advantage function and the encircling advantage function.The resulting model exhibited similarities to a mixed-integer nonlinear programming(MINLP)problem.As such,an improved discrete particle swarm optimization(DPSO)algorithm was used to identify a solution.The occupation process was then converted into a formation switching task as part of the cooperative occupation model.A series of simulations were conducted to verify occupational solutions in varying situations,including two-on-two engagement.Simulated results showed these solutions varied with initial conditions and weighting coefficients.This occupation process,based on formation switching,effectively demonstrates the viability of the proposed technique.These cooperative occupation results could provide a theoretical framework for subsequent research in cooperative BVR air combat. 展开更多

It is difficult for the double suppression division algorithm of bee colony to solve the spatio-temporal coupling or have higher dimensional attributes and undertake sudden tasks.Using the idea of clustering,after clustering tasks according to spatio-temporal attributes,the clustered groups are linked into task sub-chains according to similarity.Then,based on the correlation between clusters,the child chains are connected to form a task chain.Therefore,the limitation is solved that the task chain in the bee colony algorithm can only be connected according to one dimension.When a sudden task occurs,a method of inserting a small number of tasks into the original task chain and a task chain reconstruction method are designed according to the relative relationship between the number of sudden tasks and the number of remaining tasks.Through the above improvements,the algorithm can be used to process tasks with spatio-temporal coupling and burst tasks.In order to reflect the efficiency and applicability of the algorithm,a task allocation model for the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)group is constructed,and a one-to-one correspondence between the improved bee colony double suppression division algorithm and each attribute in the UAV group is proposed.Task assignment has been constructed.The study uses the self-adjusting characteristics of the bee colony to achieve task allocation.Simulation verification and algorithm comparison show that the algorithm has stronger planning advantages and algorithm performance. 展开更多

Many classical clustering algorithms do good jobs on their prerequisite but do not scale well when being applied to deal with very large data sets(VLDS).In this work,a novel division and partition clustering method(DP) was proposed to solve the problem.DP cut the source data set into data blocks,and extracted the eigenvector for each data block to form the local feature set.The local feature set was used in the second round of the characteristics polymerization process for the source data to find the global eigenvector.Ultimately according to the global eigenvector,the data set was assigned by criterion of minimum distance.The experimental results show that it is more robust than the conventional clusterings.Characteristics of not sensitive to data dimensions,distribution and number of nature clustering make it have a wide range of applications in clustering VLDS. 展开更多

Constraints of REE and trace elements of high-pressure-veins and host rocks in western Tianshan on origin of deep fluids in paleosubduction zones 被引量:1

The western Tianshan high-pressure(HP) metamorphic belt represents the paleosubduction mélange of paleozoic south Tianshan ocean between the Yili-central Tianshan and Tarim plates. High-pressure veins are extensi... The western Tianshan high-pressure(HP) metamorphic belt represents the paleosubduction mélange of paleozoic south Tianshan ocean between the Yili-central Tianshan and Tarim plates. High-pressure veins are extensively developed in this HP belt. Compared with normal mid-ocean ridge basalt(N-MORB), the high-pressure veins and host rocks are enriched in light rare earth elements(LREE) and incompatible elements. But high-pressure veins show a larger variation than host rocks in total REE abundance. On the trace element spidergram, all the samples are enriched in incompatible elements and show strong positive Pb anomaly relative to N-MORB. The array tendency lines of plots of the HP rocks have apparent slopes on diagram of m(Sr) vs m(Sr)/m(Zr), m(Li) vs m(Li)/m(Y) and (m(Ce)) vs m(Ce)/m(Pb), which indicates that the enrichment in LREE and incompatible elements relative to N-MORB of the HP-metamorphic rocks from western Tianshan is not attributed to magma evolution process of the protolith. High field strength elements, such as Nb, Ta, Ti, Zr and Hf, do not show negative anomaly relative to N-MORB, which is dissimilar to that of island arc basalts. Therefore, the enrichment in LREE and incompatible elements of the HP rocks is not attributed to the enrichment of the source of the protolith. The mass ratios of Rb to Ba, Ce to Pb, Nb to U and Ta to U of high-pressure veins and host rocks are intermediate of mid-ocean ridge basalt or oceanic island basalt and continental crust. The fluids in western Tianshan paleosubduction zones are mixtures of two sources, dehydration or devolatilization of host rocks and of subducted sediments. 展开更多

Both experiments and theory confirm that the micro-and nano-scale oscillatory networks excitation in the solid propellants reactionary zones is a rather universal phenomenon. In accordance with our concept,the micro-and nano-scale structures form both the fractal and self-organized wave patterns in the solid propellants reactionary zones. Control by the shape, the sizes and spacial orientation of the wave patterns allows manipulate by the energy exchange and release in the reactionary zones. A novel strategy for enhanced extreme thrust control in solid propulsion systems are based on manipulation by selforganization of the micro-and nano-scale oscillatory networks and self-organized patterns formation in the reactionary zones with use of the system of acoustic waves and electro-magnetic fields, generated by special kind of ring-shaped electric discharges along with resonance laser radiation. Application of special kind of the ring-shaped electric discharges demands the minimum expenses of energy and opens prospects for almost inertia-free control by combustion processes. Nano-sized additives will enhance self-organizing and self-synchronization of the micro-and nano-scale oscillatory networks on the nanometer scale.
