It is of great scientific significance to construct a 3D dynamic structural color with a special color effect based on the microlens array.However,the problems of imperfect mechanisms and poor color quality need to be solved.A method of 3D structural color turning on periodic metasurfaces fabricated by the microlens array and self-assembly technology was proposed in this study.In the experiment,Polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)flexible film was used as a substrate,and SiO2 microspheres were scraped into grooves of the PDMS film to form 3D photonic crystal structures.By adjusting the number of blade-coated times and microsphere concentrations,high-saturation structural color micropatterns were obtained.These films were then matched with microlens arrays to produce dynamic graphics with iridescent effects.The results showed that by blade-coated two times and SiO2 microsphere concentrations of 50%are the best conditions.This method demonstrates the potential for being widely applied in the anticounterfeiting printing and ultra-high-resolution display. 展开更多

TiO2 particles coated with polystyrene which were prepared via in situ polymerization and oil green dye were dispersed in tetrachloroethylene and xylene, the mixture came to be electrophoretic ink and was encapsulated in to microcapsules by complex coacervation from gelatin and a hydrolyzed copolymer of styrene and maleic anhydride(SMA). It was demonstrated that the membranes of the microcapsules were formed from nano sized coacervate droplets resulting from gelation and hydrolyzed SMA, which leads to a compact membrane structure. Microcapsules were characterized in terms of microstructure, morphologies by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Electrophoretic display prototype was prepared by coating electrophoretic ink microcapsules slurry on ITO glass with nearly single layer and sealed by UV curable adhesives. The crystal structure of the title complex, [Cu(C23H26N2)Cl2]2·2CH2Cl2, has been determined by single-crystal, X-ray diffraction techniques. The compound crystallizes as dark-green prisms in space group P21/c of the monoclinic system, with Z=4 and unit cell dimensions a=1.710 9(7) nm, b=2.395 2(11) nm, c=1.348 9(6) nm and β=110.651(8)°. The complex consists of two similar but crystallographically independent dimers, of which Cu(Ⅱ) centers display five-coordinated trigonal-bipyramidal geometry with Cu-Cu separations in two centrosymmetric dimers are 0.345 1 and 0.347 8 nm, respectively, and in each dimer the two copper centers share a common edge formed by two bridging chloride ions, each being equatorial. Display devices have significantly changed our daily life for decades,from the watches,television,to the laptop and smartphone.As the desire of advanced display device with high-resolution,long operation life and lightweight properties,several display techniques have been demonstrated.There are mainly four types of electronic display device:cathode ray tube(CRT),liquid-crystal display(LCD),organic light-emitting diode(OLED),and micro-LED.Due to the different working principles and device structures,each type of display device has its special characteristic properties.The performance of devices could be adjusted through the material selection or device design.With careful device structure regulation,not only the efficiency but also the stability would be improved.Herein,a brief review of innovative strategies towards the structure design is presented. 展开更多

A novel group decision-making (GDM) method based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) is developed to evaluate the ergonomics of aircraft cockpit display and control system (ACDCS). The GDM process with four steps is discussed. Firstly, approaches are proposed to transform four types of common judgement representations into a unified expression by the form of the IFS, and the features of unifications are analyzed. Then, the aggregation operator called the IFSs weighted averaging (IFSWA) operator is taken to synthesize decision-makers’ (DMs’) preferences by the form of the IFS. In this operator, the DM’s reliability weights factors are determined based on the distance measure between their preferences. Finally, an improved score function is used to rank alternatives and to get the best one. An illustrative example proves the proposed method is effective to valuate the ergonomics of the ACDCS. 展开更多

Electrophoretic display(EPD) technology has become one of the main supporting pillars of the electronic paper display industry.Despite its benefits,the EPD technology suffers from several disadvantages such as non-fixed threshold voltage value for gray scale display.In addition,the display has to repeatedly refresh between white and black states to eliminate ghost image when it needs to update a new image.The traditional driving waveform for the EPD includes four stages: erasing the original image,resetting to black state,clearing to white state,and writing a new image.A flicker can be found when transferring between two adjacent stages.A new driving waveform based on the improvement of activation pattern is proposed to weaken the ghost image and reduce the flicker.Experimental results show that the proposed driving waveform could weaken the ghost image effectively and reduce the number of flickers by 50%.Compared with the traditional driving waveform,the driving waveform of this work has a better performance. 展开更多

With the rapid development of digital and intelligent information systems, display of radar situation interface has become an important challenge in the field of human-computer interaction. We propose a method for the optimization of radar situation interface from error-cognition through the mapping of information characteristics. A mapping method of matrix description is adopted to analyze the association properties between error-cognition sets and design information sets. Based on the mapping relationship between the domain of error-cognition and the domain of design information, a cross-correlational analysis is carried out between error-cognition and design information.We obtain the relationship matrix between the error-cognition of correlation between design information and the degree of importance among design information. Taking the task interface of a warfare navigation display as an example, error factors and the features of design information are extracted. Based on the results, we also propose an optimization design scheme for the radar situation interface. 展开更多
