A new meso-mechanical testing scheme based on SEM was developed to carry out the experiment of microfracturing process of rocks. The microfracturing process of the pre-crack marble sample on surrounding rock in the immerged Long-big tunnel in Jinping Cascade II Hydropower Station under uniaxial compression was recorded by using the testing scheme. According to the stereology theory, the propagation and coalescent of cracks at meso-scale were quantitatively investigated with digital technology. Therefore, the basic geometric information of rock microcracks such as area, angle, length, width, perimeter, was obtained from binary images after segmentation. The failure mechanism of specimen under uniaxial compression with the quantitative information was studied from macro and microscopic point of view. The results show that the image of microfracturing process of the specimen can be observed and recorded digitally. During the damage of the specimen, the distribution of microcracks in the specimen is still subjected to exponential distribution with some microcracks concentrated in certain regions. Finally, the change law of the fractal dimension of the local element in marble sample under different external load conditions is obtained by means of the statistical calculation of the fractal dimension. 展开更多

The macro mechanical properties of materials with characteristics of large scale and complicated structural composition can be analyzed through its reconstructed meso-structures.In this work,the meso-structures of talus deposits that widely exist in the hydro-power engineering in the southwest of China were first reconstructed by small particles according to the in-situ photographs based on the self-adaptive PCNN digital image processing,and then numerical direct shear tests were carried out for studying the mechanical properties of talus deposits.Results indicate that the reconstructed meso-structures of talus deposits are more consistent with the actual situation because the self-adaptive PCNN digital image processing has a higher discrimination in the details of soil-rock segmentation.The existence and random distribution of rock blocks make the initial shear stiffness,the peak strength and the residual strength higher than those of the "pure soil" with particle size less than 1.25 cm apparently,but reduce the displacements required for the talus deposits reaching its peak shear strength.The increase of rock proportion causes a significant improvement in the internal friction angle of talus deposit,which to a certain degree leads to the characteristics of shear stress-displacement curves having a changing trend from the plastic strain softening deformation to the nonlinear strain hardening deformation,while an unconspicuous increase in cohesion.The uncertainty and heterogeneity of rock distributions cause the differences of rock proportion within shear zone,leading to a relatively strong fluctuation in peak strengths during the shear process,while movement features of rock blocks,such as translation,rotation and crossing,expand the scope of shear zone,increase the required shear force,and also directly lead to the misjudgment that the lower shear strength is obtained from the samples with high rock proportion.That,however,just explains the reason why the shear strength gained from a small amount of indoor test data is not consistent with engineering practice. 展开更多

Surface strain fields of the designed compact tension(CT)specimens were investigated by digital image correlation(DIC)method.An integrative computer program was developed based on DIC algorithms to characterize the strain fields accurately and graphically.Strain distribution of the CT specimen was predicted by finite element method(FEM).Good agreement is observed between the surface strain fields measured by DIC and predicted by FEM,which reveals that the proposed method is practical and effective to determine the strain fields of CT specimens.Moreover,strain fields of the CT specimens with various compressive loads and notch diameters were studied by DIC.The experimental results can provide effective reference to usage of CT specimens in triaxial creep test by appropriately selecting specimen and experiment parameters. 展开更多

Microwave diffraction tomography is a process to infer the internal structure of an objectfrom multiple angle views of microwave diffraction shadow. Being sensitive to variations in refractive index of the object, the procedure can be used to measure permittivity distributions within dielectric objects and to image soft tissues for biomedical applications. The optimal resolution distance obtainable is half a wavelength, but this can rarely be achieved because of practical limitations. Some procedures, however, are available to improve the practical resolution. One, which is suitable for microwave tomography, is to use multiple angle views data and to combine the resulting images. The other, which is suitable for improving the image reconstruction resolution, is to use the digital filtering technique and the filtered backpropagation algorithm. A system operating over the X-band microwave frequency is described and some experimental results for objects in air are given. 展开更多

A developed stereo particle image velocimetry(stereo-PIV) system was proposed to measure three-dimensional(3D) soil deformation around a laterally loaded pile in sand.The stereo-PIV technique extended 2D measurement to 3D based on a binocular vision model,where two cameras with a well geometrical setting were utilized to image the same object simultaneously.This system utilized two open software packages and some simple programs in MATLAB,which can easily be adjusted to meet user needs at a low cost.The failure planes form an angle with the horizontal line,which are measured at 27°-29°,approximately three-fourths of the frictional angle of soil.The edge of the strain wedge formed in front of the pile is an arc,which is slightly different from the straight line reported in the literature.The active and passive influence zones are about twice and six times of the diameter of the pile,respectively.The test demonstrates the good performance and feasibility of this stereo-PIV system for more advanced geotechnical testing. 展开更多

This paper proposed a method to automatically generate the trimap for digital matting. Camera parameters of aperture and shutter speed are used to control its exposure, and accordingly to take pictures of stationary foreground with blurred background. Our method was inspired by color difference matting, both of which require a pre-record background image. In our method, only one image was required. Upon this input image, the process of blurring-deblurring, subtraction, thresholding and dilation were applied to finally generate the trimap. No user' s direct interface with the image was needed, and the user only needed to adjust the threshold or width of dilation for some input images. It reduces users' conservative interaction, and results are reliable for most of the pictures. 展开更多

The approach consists of two modules:segmentation module and learning module. The segmentation module uses the region-growing algorithm combined with the smooth filtering and the morphological filtering to segment mammograms. The learning module uses the segmentation output as the feedback to learn to select the optimal parameter settings of the segmentation algorithm according to the image properties using reinforcement learning techniques. The approach can adapt itself to various kinds of mammograms through training and therefore obviates the tedious and error-prone tuning of parameter settings manually. Quantitative test results show that the approach is accurate for several kinds of mammograms. Compared to previously proposed approaches,the approach is more adaptable to different mammograms. 展开更多

The geometric accuracy of topographic mapping with high-resolution remote sensing images is inevita-bly affected by the orbiter attitude jitter.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct preliminary research on the stereo mapping camera equipped on lunar orbiter before launching.In this work,an imaging simulation method consid-ering the attitude jitter is presented.The impact analysis of different attitude jitter on terrain undulation is conduct-ed by simulating jitter at three attitude angles,respectively.The proposed simulation method is based on the rigor-ous sensor model,using the lunar digital elevation model(DEM)and orthoimage as reference data.The orbit and attitude of the lunar stereo mapping camera are simulated while considering the attitude jitter.Two-dimensional simulated stereo images are generated according to the position and attitude of the orbiter in a given orbit.Experi-mental analyses were conducted by the DEM with the simulated stereo image.The simulation imaging results demonstrate that the proposed method can ensure imaging efficiency without losing the accuracy of topographic mapping.The effect of attitude jitter on the stereo mapping accuracy of the simulated images was analyzed through a DEM comparison. 展开更多

为研究超高性能混凝土(UHPC)的劈拉破坏特征,采用3种不同的加载速率(0.1、0.01、0.001 mm/s)进行劈拉加载,在加载过程中采用数字图像相关(DIC)方法非接触观测裂缝演化,同时结合声发射(AE)技术对UHPC的破坏全过程进行动态监测,并基于DIC... 为研究超高性能混凝土(UHPC)的劈拉破坏特征,采用3种不同的加载速率(0.1、0.01、0.001 mm/s)进行劈拉加载,在加载过程中采用数字图像相关(DIC)方法非接触观测裂缝演化,同时结合声发射(AE)技术对UHPC的破坏全过程进行动态监测,并基于DIC应变云图、AE参量分析试件的破坏特征。结果表明,钢纤维的掺入改善了混凝土的脆性,UHPC峰后荷载-位移曲线下降更平缓,没有出现急剧下降的情况;加载速率越高,UHPC测出劈拉强度越高,符合混凝土速率效应规律,加载速率由0.001 mm/s提升到0.01 mm/s和由0.01 mm/s提升到0.1 mm/s,劈拉峰值荷载分别提高了27.9%和28.5%。采用DIC法进行UHPC劈拉试验的变形测量可获得连续的变形数据,能完整地捕捉裂缝的开展过程,证明DIC能很好地反映试件表面裂缝开展演化过程。基于RA-AF值分析可以快捷、有效地判断混凝土中裂缝的开展类型。根据分析结果,UHPC劈拉试验的裂缝类型绝大多数为拉伸裂缝,且随着加载速率的提高,拉伸裂缝占总裂缝的比例提高。 展开更多

在天然气与煤炭资源叠置区中,高强度的煤层开采造成的覆岩运移使保护煤柱内的天然气井井身结构发生径向挤压变形甚至破坏,从破坏区域扩散的天然气极易导致煤矿矿井发生火灾爆炸或人员中毒事故。为探明在天然气与煤炭交叉开采影响下,天... 在天然气与煤炭资源叠置区中,高强度的煤层开采造成的覆岩运移使保护煤柱内的天然气井井身结构发生径向挤压变形甚至破坏,从破坏区域扩散的天然气极易导致煤矿矿井发生火灾爆炸或人员中毒事故。为探明在天然气与煤炭交叉开采影响下,天然气井井身结构受到不均匀载荷时的力学性能,依据井身结构设计4类套管−水泥环组合体,将天然气井井身结构复杂的径向应力模型简化为单向受力模型,并利用数字图像相关法(DIC)技术和RMT-150岩石力学实验仪开展套管−水泥环组合体的径向压缩试验和DIC测试试验,最后从不同材料的变形速率和力的传递规律角度对井身结构力学性能机制进行分析。结果表明:最外层为套管的井身结构,其力学性能显著优于最外层为水泥环的井身结构,井身结构的力学性能与材料的变形速率以及力的传递规律密切相关;组合体试件在受到外力作用时,力的传递规律呈现出由外至内逐渐减小的特点,试件最外层受到的力最大;当井身结构最外层为水泥环时,结构整体呈脆性,由于水泥环的变形速率大于套管导致水泥环和套管胶结面处出现裂缝,在拉应力作用下水泥环易发生脆性断裂;当井身结构最外层为套管时,结构整体呈弹塑性,在载荷作用下外层套管先发生压缩变形,内部水泥环在套管的挤压作用下产生内部裂隙,但在套管的约束下未出现断裂,试件整体呈径向压缩变形破坏。 展开更多

数字图像比色法测定肉桂油中醛类化合物的研究

为研究形状记忆合金(SMA)嵌入式加固法对钢筋混凝土柱抗震性能的影响,设计制作6根SMA嵌入式加固钢筋混凝土柱试件,通过低周往复荷载试验研究SMA筋加固混凝土柱的破坏过程及破坏模式,分析SMA加固量、轴压比和环包CFRP布对加固柱滞回性能... 为研究形状记忆合金(SMA)嵌入式加固法对钢筋混凝土柱抗震性能的影响,设计制作6根SMA嵌入式加固钢筋混凝土柱试件,通过低周往复荷载试验研究SMA筋加固混凝土柱的破坏过程及破坏模式,分析SMA加固量、轴压比和环包CFRP布对加固柱滞回性能、位移延性、刚度退化和耗能等抗震性能的影响,基于数字图像相关法分析SMA筋嵌入式加固柱的曲率分布。结果表明:SMA筋嵌入式加固钢筋混凝土柱因柱脚处纵向受拉钢筋屈服和混凝土压溃形成塑性铰而破坏,主要表现为延性破坏模式;相同轴压比下,加固柱试件较普通混凝土柱承载力提高了51.2%~70.2%,位移延性和累计耗能也得到提升,抗震性能显著改善;随加固量增加,SMA筋嵌入式加固柱的耗能、塑性铰长度和极限位移显著提高;在层间位移角达到1/50之前,承载力没有明显下降;轴压比增大至0.4时,加固柱的峰值荷载和耗能能力增大,延性显著降低,环包CFRP布后加固柱的变形和耗能明显改善。基于平截面假定,提出SMA筋嵌入式加固钢筋混凝土柱受弯承载力计算模型,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。 展开更多

煤炭地下气化(Underground Coal Gasification,UCG)过程中,原位煤层经高温热解和气化作用不断被消耗转化为煤气并形成燃空区。燃空区顶板覆岩承受高温及开采引起的应力集中作用,热−力耦合效应显著加剧了围岩失稳风险,影响UCG进程的稳定... 煤炭地下气化(Underground Coal Gasification,UCG)过程中,原位煤层经高温热解和气化作用不断被消耗转化为煤气并形成燃空区。燃空区顶板覆岩承受高温及开采引起的应力集中作用,热−力耦合效应显著加剧了围岩失稳风险,影响UCG进程的稳定性。以鄂尔多斯市上海庙矿区煤层顶板砂岩为研究对象,对高温热处理后的标准砂岩试样进行单轴压缩试验,结合声发射(AE)技术和数字图像相关(DIC)技术,探究试样内部AE信号和表面变形特征,揭示砂岩热−力耦合作用下的破裂机理。结果表明:①砂岩的力学特性呈现显著的温度依赖性,弹性模量在温度达到200℃以后呈递减趋势,单轴抗压强度在温度为600℃时达到最大值54.51 MPa,对比常温状态下单轴抗压强度增加了57.8%,二者呈现弹性模量峰值先于抗压强度峰值的非同步响应。②通过DIC技术观测发现,高温下应变场局部化现象加剧,温度为600℃时主控裂纹由试样内部向边界迁移,破坏范围扩大。③砂岩试样加热温度为200~1000℃时,压密阶段到屈服阶段以拉伸裂纹为主,峰后破坏阶段以剪切裂纹为主,温度为600℃时剪切裂纹活跃度最高。④峰后阶段声发射b值呈现快速波动下降,以中、小尺度破裂为主,b值快速下降阶段早于砂岩试样最终破坏阶段。将AE和DIC技术相结合,形成宏、微观互补优势,当b值连续下降至该类岩石临界阈值且表面应变集中时,触发预警信号,通过调整气化参数等措施以防塌陷,研究可为UCG围岩稳定性控制、破坏预警以及温度场调控提供科学依据。 展开更多

裂缝广泛存在于各类岩石中,其特征对于储层评价、油气藏开发和地质灾害预测等领域具有重要意义。现有基于图像处理的裂缝提取技术在微裂缝识别、裂缝细节特征提取、裂缝与孔隙区分等方面存在明显不足。提出了一种多尺度裂缝滤波核叠加... 裂缝广泛存在于各类岩石中,其特征对于储层评价、油气藏开发和地质灾害预测等领域具有重要意义。现有基于图像处理的裂缝提取技术在微裂缝识别、裂缝细节特征提取、裂缝与孔隙区分等方面存在明显不足。提出了一种多尺度裂缝滤波核叠加降噪方法,采用多个滤波核叠加对岩心CT扫描图像进行滤波降噪,再将滤波结果叠加;提出了一种多尺度信息增强裂缝分割方法,将阈值分割、顶帽分割等图像分割方法与边缘增强技术相结合,以增强微裂缝信息,并针对不同尺度裂缝采取不同的分割策略;分析了图像分割三维体的长度、宽度、表面积、体积、形状因子、平整度和伸长率等形态参数之间的关系。研究结果表明,多尺度裂缝滤波核叠加降噪方法显著降低了岩心CT扫描图像噪声干扰,精准地保留了裂缝细节特征;多尺度信息增强裂缝分割方法提高了多尺度裂缝的提取精确度和稳定性;裂缝形态参数图版能剔除与裂缝相似的孔隙、特殊矿物边界等非裂缝,最终实现多尺度裂缝的准确提取。 展开更多

岩石-混凝土界面是工程结构的薄弱环节,对结构整体的强度和稳定性有重要影响。为反映岩-混界面天然粗糙状态,基于内聚力模型(cohesive zone model,简称CZM),建立了具有随机生成粗糙界面的岩石-混凝土复合巴西圆盘试件数值模型,通过不同... 岩石-混凝土界面是工程结构的薄弱环节,对结构整体的强度和稳定性有重要影响。为反映岩-混界面天然粗糙状态,基于内聚力模型(cohesive zone model,简称CZM),建立了具有随机生成粗糙界面的岩石-混凝土复合巴西圆盘试件数值模型,通过不同加载角度下的巴西劈裂物理试验验证了该方法的可靠性,并探究了界面粗糙度、加载角度对试件峰值荷载和破坏特征的影响。结果表明:不同加载角度下,试件存在3种典型破坏模式:界面黏结破坏、复合破坏、双材料拉伸开裂破坏;加载角度对试件力学行为的影响以70°为界,加载角度小于70°时影响显著,大于70°后影响不显著;界面粗糙度的影响随加载角度的不同有较大差异,当加载角度在15°~65°范围内,提高界面粗糙度可显著提高试件峰值荷载,增强岩-混结构的承载能力;界面处应力状态的差异决定了试件破坏模式的不同,但粗糙的界面可以增强混凝土与岩石之间的黏结和互锁效应,对试件破坏模式产生影响。研究结果将加深对岩石-混凝土界面破坏机制的认识,对工程建设具有指导意义。 展开更多
