Alloying transition metals with Pt is an effective strategy for optimizing Pt-based catalysts toward the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).Atomic ordered intermetallic compounds(IMC)provide unique electronic and geometri...Alloying transition metals with Pt is an effective strategy for optimizing Pt-based catalysts toward the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).Atomic ordered intermetallic compounds(IMC)provide unique electronic and geometrical effects as well as stronger intermetallic interactions due to the ordered arrangement of metal atoms,thus exhibiting superior electrocata-lytic activity and durability.However,quantitatively analyzing the ordering degree of IMC and exploring the correlation between the ordering degree and ORR activity remains extremely challenging.Herein,a series of ternary Pt_(2)NiCo interme-tallic catalysts(o-Pt_(2)NiCo)with different ordering degree were synthesized by annealing temperature modulation.Among them,the o-Pt_(2)NiCo which annealed at 800℃for two hours exhibits the highest ordering degree and the optimal ORR ac-tivity,which the mass activity of o-Pt_(2)NiCo is 1.8 times and 2.8 times higher than that of disordered Pt_(2)NiCo alloy and Pt/C.Furthermore,the o-Pt_(2)NiCo still maintains 70.8%mass activity after 30,000 potential cycles.Additionally,the ORR activity test results for Pt_(2)NiCo IMC with different ordering degree also provide a positive correlation between the ordering degree and ORR activity.This work provides a prospective design direction for ternary Pt-based electrocatalysts.展开更多

However, for newly developing or developed mobile communication networks(MCN), only limited delay data can be obtained. In such a network, the delay is with epistemic uncertainty, which makes the traditional routing scheme based on deterministic theory or probability theory not applicable. Motivated by this problem, the MCN with epistemic uncertainty is first summarized as a dynamic uncertain network based on uncertainty theory, which is widely applied to model epistemic uncertainties. Then by modeling the uncertain end-toend delay, a new delay bounded routing scheme is proposed to find the path with the maximum belief degree that satisfies the delay threshold for the dynamic uncertain network. Finally, a lowEarth-orbit satellite communication network(LEO-SCN) is used as a case to verify the effectiveness of our routing scheme. It is first modeled as a dynamic uncertain network, and then the delay bounded paths with the maximum belief degree are computed and compared under different delay thresholds.展开更多
The explosive reaction degree and protection from explosions are concerns in the military field.In this work,the reaction degree of the composition B explosive was investigated experimentally.Multi-layered compound st...The explosive reaction degree and protection from explosions are concerns in the military field.In this work,the reaction degree of the composition B explosive was investigated experimentally.Multi-layered compound structures were used as barriers to weaken the blast loads.A comprehensive experiment using a high-speed camera and image processing techniques,side witness plates,and bottom witness plates was presented.Using the experimental fragment velocities,fragment piercing patterns,and damage characteristics,the reaction degree of the explosive impeded by different multi-layered compound structures could be precisely differentiated.Reaction parameters of the explosive obstructed by compound structures were obtained by theoretical analysis and numerical simulations.Unlike the common method in which the explosive reaction degree is only distinguished based on the initial pressure amplitude transmitted into the explosive,a following shock wave reflected from the side steel casing was also considered.Different detonation growth paths in the explosive formed.Therefore,all these shock wave propagation characteristics must be considered to analyze the explosive response impeded by compound structures.展开更多

Different types of pore water (de-aired water or tap water) and pore gas (air or CO2) as well as different magnitudes of back pressure were used to achieve different Sr (or B-value). The measured relationship between B-value and Vp was not consistent with the theoretical prediction. The measurement shows that the Vp value in the specimen flushed with de-aired water is independent of B-value (or St) and is always around the one in fully saturated condition. However, the Vp value in the specimen flushed with tap water increases with B-value, but the shape of the relationship between Vp and B-value is quite different from the theoretical prediction. The possible explanation for the discrepancy between laboratory measurement and theoretical prediction lies in that the air exists in the water as air bubbles and therefore the pore fluid (air-water mixture) is heterogeneous instead of homogenous assumed in the theoretical prediction.展开更多

Non-uniform linear array(NULA)configurations are well renowned due to their structural ability for providing increased degrees of freedom(DOF)and wider array aperture than uniform linear arrays(ULAs).These characteris...Non-uniform linear array(NULA)configurations are well renowned due to their structural ability for providing increased degrees of freedom(DOF)and wider array aperture than uniform linear arrays(ULAs).These characteristics play a significant role in improving the direction-of-arrival(DOA)estimation accuracy.However,most of the existing NULA geometries are primarily applicable to circular sources(CSs),while they limitedly improve the DOF and continuous virtual aperture for noncircular sources(NCSs).Toward this purpose,we present a triaddisplaced ULAs(Tdis-ULAs)configuration for NCS.The TdisULAs structure generally consists of three ULAs,which are appropriately placed.The proposed antenna array approach fully exploits the non-circular characteristics of the sources.Given the same number of elements,the Tdis-ULAs design achieves more DOF and larger hole-free co-array aperture than its sparse array competitors.Advantageously,the number of uniform DOF,optimal distribution of elements among the ULAs,and precise element positions are uniquely determined by the closed-form expressions.Moreover,the proposed array also produces a filled resulting co-array.Numerical simulations are conducted to show the performance advantages of the proposed Tdis-ULAs configuration over its counterpart designs.展开更多

In this scheme, encoded symbols are generated infinitely from k information symbols. Decoder uses only(1+α)k number of encoded symbols to recover the original information. The degree distribution function in the LT codes helps to generate a random graph also referred as tanner graph. The artifact of tanner graph is responsible for computational complexity and overhead in the LT codes. Intuitively, a well designed degree distribution can be used for an efficient implementation of LT codes. The degree distribution function is studied as a function of power law, and LT codes are classified into two different categories: SFLT and RLT codes. Also, two different degree distributions are proposed and analyzed for SFLT codes which guarantee optimal performance in terms of computational complexity and overhead.展开更多

In order to precisely predict the hazard degree of goaf(HDG), the RS-TOPSIS model was built based on the results of expert investigation. To evaluate the HDG in the underground mine, five structure size factors, i.e. ...In order to precisely predict the hazard degree of goaf(HDG), the RS-TOPSIS model was built based on the results of expert investigation. To evaluate the HDG in the underground mine, five structure size factors, i.e. goaf span, exposed area, goaf height, goaf depth, and pillar width, were selected as the evaluation indexes. And based on rough dependability in rough set(RS)theory, the weights of evaluation indexes were identified by calculating rough dependability between evaluation indexes and evaluation results. Fourty goafs in some mines of western China, whose indexes parameters were measured by cavity monitoring system(CMS), were taken as evaluation objects. In addition, the characteristic parameters of five grades' typical goafs were built according to the interval limits value of single index evaluation. Then, using the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS), five-category classification of HDG was realized based on closeness degree, and the HDG was also identified.Results show that the five-category identification of mine goafs could be realized by RS-TOPSIS method, based on the structure-scale-effect. The classification results are consistent with those of numerical simulation based on stress and displacement,while the coincidence rate is up to 92.5%. Furthermore, the results are more conservative to safety evaluation than numerical simulation, thus demonstrating that the proposed method is more easier, reasonable and more definite for HDG identification.展开更多

文摘Non-uniform linear array(NULA)configurations are well renowned due to their structural ability for providing increased degrees of freedom(DOF)and wider array aperture than uniform linear arrays(ULAs).These characteristics play a significant role in improving the direction-of-arrival(DOA)estimation accuracy.However,most of the existing NULA geometries are primarily applicable to circular sources(CSs),while they limitedly improve the DOF and continuous virtual aperture for noncircular sources(NCSs).Toward this purpose,we present a triaddisplaced ULAs(Tdis-ULAs)configuration for NCS.The TdisULAs structure generally consists of three ULAs,which are appropriately placed.The proposed antenna array approach fully exploits the non-circular characteristics of the sources.Given the same number of elements,the Tdis-ULAs design achieves more DOF and larger hole-free co-array aperture than its sparse array competitors.Advantageously,the number of uniform DOF,optimal distribution of elements among the ULAs,and precise element positions are uniquely determined by the closed-form expressions.Moreover,the proposed array also produces a filled resulting co-array.Numerical simulations are conducted to show the performance advantages of the proposed Tdis-ULAs configuration over its counterpart designs.

文摘Separation and recognition of radar signals is the key function of modern radar reconnaissance,which is of great sig-nificance for electronic countermeasures and anti-countermea-sures.In order to improve the ability of separating mixed signals in complex electromagnetic environment,a blind source separa-tion algorithm based on degree of cyclostationarity(DCS)crite-rion is constructed in this paper.Firstly,the DCS criterion is con-structed by using the cyclic spectrum theory.Then the algo-rithm flow of blind source separation is designed based on DCS criterion.At the same time,Givens matrix is constructed to make the blind source separation algorithm suitable for multiple sig-nals with different cyclostationary frequencies.The feasibility of this method is further proved.The theoretical and simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively separate and re-cognize common multi-radar signals.

文摘Based on rough similarity degree of rough sets and close degree of fuzzy sets, the definitions of rough similarity degree and rough close degree of rough fuzzy sets are given, which can be used to measure the similar degree between two rough fuzzy sets. The properties and theorems are listed. Using the two new measures, the method of clustering in the rough fuzzy system can be obtained. After clustering, the new fuzzy sample can be recognized by the principle of maximal similarity degree.

文摘An improvement of tolerance relation is proposed in regard to rough set model based on connection degree by which reflexivity of relation can be assured without loss of information. Then, a method to determine optimal identity degree based on relative positive region is proposed so that the identity degree can be computed in an objective method without any preliminary or additional information about data, which is consistent with the notion of objectivity in rough set theory and data mining theory. Subsequently, an algorithm is proposed, and in two examples, the global optimum identity degree is found out. Finally, in regard to optimum connection degree, the method of rules extraction for connection degree rough set model based on generalization function is presented by which the rules extracted from a decision table are enumerated.

Using the properties of rough similarity degree, the method of clustering in rough systems can be obtained. 文摘LT codes are practical realization of digital fountain codes, which provides the concept of rateless coding. In this scheme, encoded symbols are generated infinitely from k information symbols. Decoder uses only(1+α)k number of encoded symbols to recover the original information. The degree distribution function in the LT codes helps to generate a random graph also referred as tanner graph. The artifact of tanner graph is responsible for computational complexity and overhead in the LT codes. Intuitively, a well designed degree distribution can be used for an efficient implementation of LT codes. The degree distribution function is studied as a function of power law, and LT codes are classified into two different categories: SFLT and RLT codes. Also, two different degree distributions are proposed and analyzed for SFLT codes which guarantee optimal performance in terms of computational complexity and overhead.

文摘A rate equation approach was presented for the exact computation of the three vertex degree correlations of the fixed act-size collaboration networks.Measurements of the three vertex degree correlations were based on a rate equation in the continuous degree and time approximation for the average degree of the nearest neighbors of vertices of degree k,with an appropriate boundary condition.The rate equation proposed can be generalized in more sophisticated growing network models,and also extended to deal with related correlation measurements.Finally,in order to check the theoretical prediction,a numerical example was solved to demonstrate the performance of the degree correlation function.

文摘In order to precisely predict the hazard degree of goaf(HDG), the RS-TOPSIS model was built based on the results of expert investigation. To evaluate the HDG in the underground mine, five structure size factors, i.e. goaf span, exposed area, goaf height, goaf depth, and pillar width, were selected as the evaluation indexes. And based on rough dependability in rough set(RS)theory, the weights of evaluation indexes were identified by calculating rough dependability between evaluation indexes and evaluation results. Fourty goafs in some mines of western China, whose indexes parameters were measured by cavity monitoring system(CMS), were taken as evaluation objects. In addition, the characteristic parameters of five grades' typical goafs were built according to the interval limits value of single index evaluation. Then, using the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS), five-category classification of HDG was realized based on closeness degree, and the HDG was also identified.Results show that the five-category identification of mine goafs could be realized by RS-TOPSIS method, based on the structure-scale-effect. The classification results are consistent with those of numerical simulation based on stress and displacement,while the coincidence rate is up to 92.5%. Furthermore, the results are more conservative to safety evaluation than numerical simulation, thus demonstrating that the proposed method is more easier, reasonable and more definite for HDG identification.
