The seismic damage to ancillary facilities on high-speed railway(HSR)bridges can affect the normal movement of trains.To propose the bridge deck acceleration response spectra of the typical HSR simply-supported girder bridge for simplifying the seismic responses analysis of the facilities on bridges,the finite element models of the HSR multi-span simply-supported girder bridges with CRTSII track were established,and the numerical model was validated by tests.Besides,the effects of the span number,peak ground acceleration(PGA),pier height on the seismic acceleration and response spectra of the bridge deck were investigated.Afterward,the bridge acceleration amplification factor curves and bridge deck response spectra with different PGAs and pier heights were obtained.The formula for bridge deck acceleration amplification factor,with a 95%guarantee rate,was fitted.Moreover,the finite element models of the overhead contact lines(OCL)mounted on rigid base and bridges were established to validate the fitted formula.The results indicated that the maximum seismic acceleration response is in the midspan of the beam.The proposed formula for the bridge deck acceleration response spectra can be used to analyze the earthquake response of the OCL and other ancillary facilities on HSR simply-supported girder bridges.The bridge deck acceleration response spectra are conservative in terms of structural safety and can significantly improving the analysis efficiency. 展开更多

Effects of horizontal splitter plates on the vortex-induced vibration and aerostatic characteristics of twin separated parallel decks for a rail-cum-road bridge

Installing the splitter plates is a passive aerodynamic solution for eliminating vortex-induced vibration (VIV). However, the influences of splitter plates on the VIV and aerostatic performances are more complicated due to aerodynamic interference between highway and railway decks. To study the effects of splitter plates, wind tunnel experiments for measuring VIV and aerostatic forces of twin decks under two opposite flow directions were conducted, while the surrounding flow and wind pressure of static twin decks with and without splitter plates are numerically simulated. The results showed that the incoming flow direction affects the VIV response and aerostatic coefficients. The highway deck has poor vertical and torsional VIV, and the VIV region and amplitude are different under different directions. While the railway deck only has vertical VIV when located upstream. The splitter plates can impede the process of vortex generation, shedding and impinging at the gap between twin deck, and significantly reducing the surface fluctuating pressure coefficient, thus effectively suppressing the VIV of twin decks. While, the splitter plates hurt the upstream deck regarding static wind stability and have little effect on the downstream deck. The splitter plates of appropriate width are recommended to improve VIV performances in twin parallel bridges. 展开更多

Crack stop holes in steel bridge decks:Drilling method and effects 被引量:19

Force analysis using a compact tension model, as recommended by ASTM, was carried out on a crack stop hole. The stress before, and after, drilling the hole was compared in terms of stress concentration and stress gradient. The optimum drilling location and diameter were studied through analysis of different locations and diameters. By analyzing the effects of flank holes and an additional hole, drilling advice was proposed and fatigue testing of the cracks in a steel bridge deck with a crack stop hole was conducted. The results show that the stress at the crack tip with a crack stop hole decreased, and the major principal stress around the hole was distributed accordingly. The optimum position of the crack stop hole centre was where the centre of the crack stop hole was situated behind the crack and the hole edge coincided with the crack tip. Therefore, hole diameters larger than 8 mm, or those weakening the section by 10%, were suggested as the best diameters. In terms of multi-hole crack stopping, a flank hole was not recommended. The optimum horizontal position of flank holes was at a distance of 1/4 of a single hole diameter from, and in front of, the single hole. Besides, the experiment showed that crack stop hole could only prevent cracks from growing and had no influence on crack growth rate. 展开更多

A3D finite element model(FEM)with realistic field measurements of temperature distributions is proposed to investigate the thermal stress variation in the steel–concrete composite bridge deck system.First,a brief literaturereview indicates that traditional thermal stress calculation in suspension bridges is based on the2D plane structure with simplified temperature profiles on bridges.Thus,a3D FEM is proposed for accurate stress analysis.The focus is on the incorporation of full field arbitrary temperature profile for the stress analysis.Following this,the effect of realistic temperature distribution on the structure is investigated in detail and an example using field measurements of Aizhai Bridge is integrated with the proposed3D FEM model.Parametric studies are used to illustrate the effect of different parameters on the thermal stress distribution in the bridge structure.Next,the discussion and comparison of the proposed methodology and simplified calculation method in the standard is given.The calculation difference and their potential impact on the structure are shown in detail.Finally,some conclusions and recommendations for future bridge analysis and design are given based on the proposed study. 展开更多

It is of great significance to carry out effective scheduling for the carrier-based aircraft flight deck operations.In this paper,the precedence constraints and resource constraints in flight deck operations are analyzed,then the model of the multi-aircraft integrated scheduling problem with transfer times(MAISPTT)is established.A dual population multi-operator genetic algorithm(DPMOGA)is proposed for solving the problem.In the algorithm,the dual population structure and random-key encoding modified by starting/ending time of operations are adopted,and multiple genetic operators are self-adaptively used to obtain better encodings.In order to conduct the mapping from encodings to feasible schedules,serial and parallel scheduling generation scheme-based decoding operators,each of which adopts different justified mechanisms in two separated populations,are introduced.The superiority of the DPMOGA is verified by simulation experiments. 展开更多

Based on the character of short-time non-stationary random signal, the relationship between the maximum decking charge and energy distribution of blasting vibration signals was investigated by means of the wavelet packet method. Firstly, the characteristics of wavelet transform and wavelet packet analysis were described. Secondly, the blasting vibration signals were analyzed by wavelet packet based on software MATLAB, and the change of energy distribution curve at different frequency bands were obtained. Finally, the law of energy distribution of blasting vibration signals changing with the maximum decking charge was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of decking charge, the ratio of the energy of high frequency to total energy decreases, the dominant frequency hands of blasting vibration signals tend towards low frequency and hlasting vibration does not depend on the maximum decking charge. 展开更多

To evaluate the effect of treating long cracks with the impact crack-closure retrofit(ICR)technique,three rib-to-deck welded specimens with a crack length of about 100 mm were tested.The metallographic structure,crack section,crack propagation life,and stress variation were analyzed.Finite-element models were also developed,and some optimal values of certain parameters are suggested according to the simulated results.The results show that new crack sources are generated on both sides of the ICR-treated region because of the stress distribution.The fatigue lives of cracked specimens with long cracks are significantly improved by the technique.Considerable residual compressive stress is also induced,and so it is suggested that the optimal impact angle to be applied to real bridges should be 70°.The stress at the weld root is distributed uniformly with the crack closed,and the optimal crack-closure depth is 4 mm.To evaluate the effect of different crack-closure depths in tests,it is recommended that a hot-spot stress method which is extrapolated by three reference points should be adopted. 展开更多

Aimed at two typical composite floor systems of through steel bridges in high speed railway,design methods of headed studs were put forward for different composite members through comparing and analyzing the structure,mechanical characteristics and transmission routes of deck loads.The simplified calculation models were brought out for the stud design of the longitudinal girders and transverse girders in the composite floor system of Nanjing Dashengguan Yangtze River Bridge (NDB).Studs were designed and arranged by taking the middle panel of 336 m main span for example.The results show that under deck loads,the longitudinal girders in the composite floor system of through steel bridges are in tension-bending state,longitudinal shear force on the interface is caused by both longitudinal force of "The first mechanical system" and vertical bending of "The second mechanical system",and studs can be arranged with equal space in terms of the shear force in range of 0.2d (where d is the panel length) on the top ends.Transverse girders in steel longitudinal and transverse girders-concrete slab composite deck are in compound-bending state,and out-of-plane bending has to be taken into account in the stud design.In orthotropic integral steel deck-concrete slab composite deck,out-of-plane bending of transverse girders is very small so that it can be neglected,and studs on the orthotropic integral steel deck can be arranged according to the structural requirements.The above design methods and simplified calculation models have been applied in the stud design of NDB. 展开更多

Fatigue has become critical issue for bridge with orthotropic steel deck.Number of stress cycle and equivalent stress amplitude were adopted as two investigated fatigue effects.As presented from fatigue monitoring comparison of two series-lined bridges,three local geometric parameters of steel box girder have significant influence on fatigue performance of two welded joints.They are thickness of longitudinal ribs(Tr),longitudinal spacing of transverse floor plate(Sc)and longitudinal truss(LT).Fatigue analytical models were created for parametric study of fatigue effects under wheel load.Consequently,three local parameters have exhibited insignificant influence on number of stress cycle.Compared with Tr and Sc,configuration of LT has brought about foremost effect on the equivalent stress amplitude.For equivalent stress amplitude of rib-to-deck and rib-to-rib welded joints,the influence regions of LT are respectively longitudinal strap and quadrate with the geometric length of 600 mm.Enough attention ought to be paid for local stiffen structure on fatigue performance of orthotropic steel deck in fatigue design and monitoring. 展开更多

重庆武两高速公路凤来大溪河特大桥主桥采用跨径580 m的上承式钢桁拱桥,桥面距大溪河谷底高差约310 m,具有跨度大、横向刚度较小的特点,设计风速大,地基承载能力相对较低,横风荷载成为桥梁设计的控制因素之一。该桥采用“拱上梁变跨度... 重庆武两高速公路凤来大溪河特大桥主桥采用跨径580 m的上承式钢桁拱桥,桥面距大溪河谷底高差约310 m,具有跨度大、横向刚度较小的特点,设计风速大,地基承载能力相对较低,横风荷载成为桥梁设计的控制因素之一。该桥采用“拱上梁变跨度分联布置+变刚度水平弹性约束支座”体系,更好地协调拱、柱、梁的空间刚度匹配与协同受力。主拱采用递进增强式平行拱圈结构,两榀拱肋为变高度截面设计,中心矢高116 m,拱肋主桁采用N形桁,拱顶桁中心高13.5 m,拱脚桁中心高16 m,主桁弦杆采用内高、内宽相等的箱形截面,拱脚段弦杆截面尺寸增大,上、下弦平联均采用连续K形撑布置,横联采用X形、V形和倒V形撑。两岸拱座均采用轻型组合式拱座结构,有效降低拱座自重引起的基底应力。拱上立柱为钢结构双柱刚架,拱上梁采用相对较轻的钢板-混凝土结合梁,左、右分幅设置。主桥采用拱圈内力主动调节成拱方法,采用缆索吊装、斜拉扣挂方式施工。 展开更多

考虑桥面约束系统的跨断层简支梁桥模型试验研究

为探究桥面约束系统对跨断层简支梁桥抗震性能的影响,设计了有桥面约束和无桥面约束的2座五跨简支梁桥模型进行对比试验。采用1∶50缩尺模型,通过三向加载系统,模拟断层错动与地震动复合作用,监测桥墩位移、主梁加速度及梁间距变化量等... 为探究桥面约束系统对跨断层简支梁桥抗震性能的影响,设计了有桥面约束和无桥面约束的2座五跨简支梁桥模型进行对比试验。采用1∶50缩尺模型,通过三向加载系统,模拟断层错动与地震动复合作用,监测桥墩位移、主梁加速度及梁间距变化量等关键参数,以量化分析桥面约束系统对桥梁动力响应的影响。试验结果表明:相同工况下有桥面约束的简支梁桥主梁和桥墩的动力响应明显小于无桥面约束的简支梁桥,跨断层处桥面约束对主梁的约束效果最明显;桥面约束系统提高了多跨简支梁桥的整体结构刚度,显著降低了主梁和桥墩的动力响应。试验数据和结论可为跨断层桥梁的后续研究提供参考,有助于未来针对跨断层桥梁的抗震设计。 展开更多

为保障系杆拱桥吊杆更换时的索力和桥面变形满足施工要求,本文考虑了被更换吊杆及周边吊杆的协同受力影响,建立了关于新旧吊杆、临时吊杆、相邻及次相邻吊杆的索力协同控制计算模型,依托某钢管混凝土系杆拱桥吊杆更换工程,开展了吊杆更... 为保障系杆拱桥吊杆更换时的索力和桥面变形满足施工要求,本文考虑了被更换吊杆及周边吊杆的协同受力影响,建立了关于新旧吊杆、临时吊杆、相邻及次相邻吊杆的索力协同控制计算模型,依托某钢管混凝土系杆拱桥吊杆更换工程,开展了吊杆更换时的索力协同控制分析,对比了索力单独控制的分析结果,并将索力协同控制方法运用在实际施工当中。结果表明:索力单独控制时,控制点的最大相对位移为15 mm,造成了混凝土桥面开裂,降低了施工质量;索力协同控制时,控制点的最大相对位移为5 mm,整个更换过程共需提升桥面6次且桥面不会开裂,施工质量更高;吊杆更换后除该桥端部短吊杆外其余吊杆索力与设计索力偏差均在±10%以内,大桥长期服役性能得到了巩固。 展开更多

为提高铁路桥梁BIM(Building Information Modeling)设计效率及其参数化模型的通用性,解决其内置几何约束表征对二次开发参数化桥梁结构建模的限制问题,本文基于几何语义分析铁路连续梁桥面系结构参数化建模流程,研究桥面系断面轮廓参... 为提高铁路桥梁BIM(Building Information Modeling)设计效率及其参数化模型的通用性,解决其内置几何约束表征对二次开发参数化桥梁结构建模的限制问题,本文基于几何语义分析铁路连续梁桥面系结构参数化建模流程,研究桥面系断面轮廓参数化设计算法,开发具备二维交互式设计及XML结果输出功能的桥面系横断面设计软件,并通过国产BIMBase几何引擎二次开发形成铁路连续梁桥面系三维BIM设计软件。基于几何语义对铁路连续梁桥面系横断面进行分解,确定分段形式下的参数关系,提出了一种断面轮廓参数化设计算法。对应内存和本地XML定义两套数据结构,基于RapidXML工具包开发桥面系横断面设计软件,实现了二维环境下的横断面交互式设计。基于国产BIMBase几何引擎开发三维设计软件,验证了横断面设计软件及参数化算法的有效性。本文提出的参数化算法不受几何引擎内置约束表征的限制,直接绘制三维模型,满足桥面系二维、三维一体化设计需求,可提高铁路桥梁工程参数化设计的通用性。 展开更多

正交异性钢桥面一直面临疲劳开裂和铺装损坏的严重问题.为了改善桥面板受力状态,提出了一种新型的正交异性钢板薄层活性粉末混凝土(RPC)组合桥面结构体系.通过纵向足尺节段实验和横向受弯实验,表明新型组合桥面体系的抗弯拉强度远大于... 正交异性钢桥面一直面临疲劳开裂和铺装损坏的严重问题.为了改善桥面板受力状态,提出了一种新型的正交异性钢板薄层活性粉末混凝土(RPC)组合桥面结构体系.通过纵向足尺节段实验和横向受弯实验,表明新型组合桥面体系的抗弯拉强度远大于设计荷载下的拉应力,而重量与传统铺装持平.横向受弯实验结果证明,截面配筋率和截面有效高度对组合桥面结构抗弯拉强度影响很大,截面配筋率提高一倍和两倍,RPC的抗弯拉强度分别提高15%和40%.同样,截面有效高度增大20%,不同截面配筋率下RPC的抗弯拉强度提高30%~50%.因此,提高截面配筋率或截面有效高度能大幅降低组合桥面结构开裂破坏的风险. 展开更多

东江大桥是国内首座双层桥面三桁刚性悬索加劲钢桁梁桥,其造型新颖独特、受力复杂,并且施工过程中存在着体系转换与内力调整。为研究这种新型结构的体系转换过程和结构整体受力性能,利用全桥模型试验模拟了实桥施工全过程。介绍了模型... 东江大桥是国内首座双层桥面三桁刚性悬索加劲钢桁梁桥,其造型新颖独特、受力复杂,并且施工过程中存在着体系转换与内力调整。为研究这种新型结构的体系转换过程和结构整体受力性能,利用全桥模型试验模拟了实桥施工全过程。介绍了模型试验的目的、设计原则、相似关系、测点布置以及试验工况等。通过各工况下试验数据与理论数据比较,可以看出两者比较吻合,从而从试验和理论两方面证明了该桥的桥型设计及施工方法是合理的。同时发现,通过体系转换能使后安装的加劲弦较好地参与整体结构受力,以及纵向内力调整效果良好。而节点横向连接刚度较小使得横向内力调整效果与理论相差较大,因此在实桥有限元模型计算时应考虑半刚性节点的影响,同时在施工时应加强此工况的监控。 展开更多

考虑到传统健康监测系统与有限元方法的不足,为实现钢-混组合桥面系温度及温度效应的实时评估及预测,提出基于多层前馈--长短期记忆(BP-LSTM)混合模型的实时评估及预测方法。研究过程中,以某桥为工程背景,采用其健康监测系统数据,并利... 考虑到传统健康监测系统与有限元方法的不足,为实现钢-混组合桥面系温度及温度效应的实时评估及预测,提出基于多层前馈--长短期记忆(BP-LSTM)混合模型的实时评估及预测方法。研究过程中,以某桥为工程背景,采用其健康监测系统数据,并利用有限元法热力耦合分析扩充数据,构建包含"结构特征、时间特征、环境特征--温度、温度效应"映射的样本库,并通过实测数据验证有限元计算的准确性;设计BP-LSTM混合模型结构,对LSTM网络以考虑时间权重的均方误差(MSE)损失函数加以改进,读入样本库数据进行训练、验证、测试,从而获得输出精度较高的混合模型;最后,分别给出利用BP-LSTM混合模型进行温度及温度效应实时评估与预测的方法。结果表明:基于气象数据的结构温度场有限元计算结果与实测基本一致,"结构特征、时间特征、环境特征--温度、温度效应"映射具有高度非线性,单独BP网络或LSTM网络效果不佳,而BP-LSTM混合模型精度较高;根据本文提出的实时评估及预测方法,混合模型输出值与目标值的决定系数最低为0.930,最高为0.993,精度较高,可用于钢-混组合桥面系空间温度场及温度效应实时评估及预测。 展开更多

采用空间有限单元法和模型试验,研究南京大胜关长江大桥三主桁(拱)密布横梁体系钢正交异性板整体桥面结构的受力行为。研究结果表明:50%以上的桥面荷载通过下弦杆或系梁传至下弦节点,这部分荷载会引起下弦杆或系梁的竖向弯曲。针对... 采用空间有限单元法和模型试验,研究南京大胜关长江大桥三主桁(拱)密布横梁体系钢正交异性板整体桥面结构的受力行为。研究结果表明:50%以上的桥面荷载通过下弦杆或系梁传至下弦节点,这部分荷载会引起下弦杆或系梁的竖向弯曲。针对三主桁(拱)密布横梁正交异性板桥面结构,提出桥面荷载在3片主桁(拱)中的2次分配的分析方法,第1次桥面荷载分配在3片主桁下弦杆或3片桁拱系梁中进行,中桁与每片边桁分配到的荷载比约为2.3-3.3,支座处大,跨中小;第2次桥面荷载分配通过横联在上弦节点中进行,中桁将0-24%的桥面荷载分配给2个边桁,跨中大,支座处小;经2次分配后,在离支座1-2节间以外的区域,中桁与边桁分配到的总荷载比约为1.0-1.2,靠近支座的区域,中桁与边桁分配到的总荷载比仍为2.5-3.3;只有第1次分配到的桥面荷载引起主桁下弦杆和桁拱系梁竖向弯曲,中桁(拱)的吊杆力、下弦杆和系梁的竖向弯矩约为边桁的2倍以上。 展开更多
