Cognitive bias,stemming from electronic measurement error and variability in human perception,exists in cognitive electronic warfare and affects the outcomes of conflicts.In this paper,the dynamic game approach is emp...Cognitive bias,stemming from electronic measurement error and variability in human perception,exists in cognitive electronic warfare and affects the outcomes of conflicts.In this paper,the dynamic game approach is employed to develop a model for cognitive bias induced by incomplete information and measurement errors in cognitive radar countermeasures.The payoffs for both parties are calculated using the radar's anti-jamming strategy matrix A and the jammer's jamming strategy matrix B.With perfect Bayesian equilibrium,a dynamic radar countermeasure model is established,and the impact of cognitive bias is analyzed.Drawing inspiration from the cognitive bias analysis method used in stock market trading,a cognitive bias model for cognitive radar countermeasures is introduced,and its correctness is mathematically proved.A gaming scenario involving the AN/SPY-1 radar and a smart jammer is set up to analyze the influence of cognitive bias on game outcomes.Simulation results validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.展开更多

Although the median value of the total cross-eye gain distribution had been analyzed in previous studies, the extreme values providing useful indications of the upper and lower bounds of the total cross-eye gain have not been analyzed until now. In this paper, the cumulative distribution function and the extreme values of the total cross-eye gain of MRCJ are derived. The angular error induced in threat monopulse radar as a figure of merit is used to analyze the performance of MRCJ system. Simulation results demonstrate the variation of the angular error and discuss the proper value of jamming-to-signal ratio(JSR) making the MRCJ system more effective in consideration of the whole distribution of the total cross-eye gain.展开更多

The jamming resource allocation problem of the aircraft formation cooperatively jamming netted radar system is investigated.An adaptive allocation strategy based on dynamic adaptive discrete cuckoo search algorithm(DA...The jamming resource allocation problem of the aircraft formation cooperatively jamming netted radar system is investigated.An adaptive allocation strategy based on dynamic adaptive discrete cuckoo search algorithm(DADCS)is proposed,whose core is to adjust allocation scheme of limited jamming resource of aircraft formation in real time to maintain the best jamming effectiveness against netted radar system.Firstly,considering the information fusion rules and different working modes of the netted radar system,a two-factor jamming effectiveness evaluation function is constructed,detection probability and aiming probability are adopted to characterize jamming effectiveness against netted radar system in searching and tracking mode,respectively.Then a nonconvex optimization model for cooperatively jamming netted radar system is established.Finally,a dynamic adaptive discrete cuckoo search algorithm(DADCS)is constructed by improving path update strategies and introducing a global learning mechanism,and a three-step solution method is proposed subsequently.Simulation results are provided to demonstrate the advantages of the proposed optimization strategy and the effectiveness of the improved algorithm.展开更多

The eastern coastal region with only 60 km width, 15 % area and 40% of population of China, has created about 60% of GDP and has become the most developed region. But marine disaster in China is frequent and serious. From statistical data, economy loss made by surge, billow, sea ice, tsunami, red tide, oil spill, coast erosion, bay deposit, sea water intrusion, sea level rise, land salinization, sea water pollution, etc. increase quickly. Economy loss per year is one billion in the l980s, 10 billion in the l990s, exceeded 20 billion in 1996, and 30 billion in 1997. About 80% of it happened in the coastal area. So, marine disaster at present has become obstacle of society progress and economy development in coastal area. To mitigate marine disaster has become need for the economy development, also important task of the integrated coastal zone management. In the light of above-mentioned problems, water resources utilization strategy must be adjusted and the sustainable social and economic development should be supported by sustainable water resources utilization, and it is necessary to take the following countermeasures: ① establishing overall flood control and disaster relief system; ② developing high water use efficiency agriculture; ③ taking "giving priority to water saving on the basis of pollution control" as urban water resources utilization strategy; ④ implementing comprehensive pollution control strategy with sources control as main point; ⑤ guaranteing water demand of the ecological environment; ⑥implementing the strategy of maintaining water resources supply and demand balance on the basis of water demand management; ⑦ studying countermeasures for the ecological and environmental impacts of trans-basin water transfer and western China devolopment. To deal with the radio frequency threat posed by modern complex radar networks to aircraft,we researched the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)formations radar countermeasures,aiming at the solution of radar jamming resourc...To deal with the radio frequency threat posed by modern complex radar networks to aircraft,we researched the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)formations radar countermeasures,aiming at the solution of radar jamming resource allocation under system countermeasures.A jamming resource allocation method based on an improved firefly algorithm(FA)is proposed.Firstly,the comprehensive factors affecting the level of threat and interference efficiency of radiation source are quantified by a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Besides,the interference efficiency matrix and the objective function of the allocation model are determined to establish the interference resource allocation model.Finally,A mutation operator and an adaptive heuristic are integtated into the FA algorithm,which searches an interference resource allocation scheme.The simulation results show that the improved FA algorithm can compensate for the deficiencies of the FA algorithm.The improved FA algorithm provides a more scientific and reasonable decision-making plan for aircraft mission allocation and can effectively deal with the battlefield threats of the enemy radar network.Moreover,in terms of convergence accuracy and speed as well as algorithm stability,the improved FA algorithm is superior to the simulated annealing algorithm(SA),the niche genetic algorithm(NGA),the improved discrete cuckoo algorithm(IDCS),the mutant firefly algorithm(MFA),the cuckoo search and fireflies algorithm(CSFA),and the best neighbor firefly algorithm(BNFA).展开更多

Offboard active decoys(OADs)can effectively jam monopulse radars.However,for missiles approaching from a particular direction and distance,the OAD should be placed at a specific location,posing high requirements for t...Offboard active decoys(OADs)can effectively jam monopulse radars.However,for missiles approaching from a particular direction and distance,the OAD should be placed at a specific location,posing high requirements for timing and deployment.To improve the response speed and jamming effect,a cluster of OADs based on an unmanned surface vehicle(USV)is proposed.The formation of the cluster determines the effectiveness of jamming.First,based on the mechanism of OAD jamming,critical conditions are identified,and a method for assessing the jamming effect is proposed.Then,for the optimization of the cluster formation,a mathematical model is built,and a multi-tribe adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm based on mutation strategy and Metropolis criterion(3M-APSO)is designed.Finally,the formation optimization problem is solved and analyzed using the 3M-APSO algorithm under specific scenarios.The results show that the improved algorithm has a faster convergence rate and superior performance as compared to the standard Adaptive-PSO algorithm.Compared with a single OAD,the optimal formation of USV-OAD cluster effectively fills the blind area and maximizes the use of jamming resources.展开更多

In the light of above-mentioned problems, water resources utilization strategy must be adjusted and the sustainable social and economic development should be supported by sustainable water resources utilization, and it is necessary to take the following countermeasures: ① establishing overall flood control and disaster relief system; ② developing high water use efficiency agriculture; ③ taking "giving priority to water saving on the basis of pollution control" as urban water resources utilization strategy; ④ implementing comprehensive pollution control strategy with sources control as main point; ⑤ guaranteing water demand of the ecological environment; ⑥implementing the strategy of maintaining water resources supply and demand balance on the basis of water demand management; ⑦ studying countermeasures for the ecological and environmental impacts of trans-basin water transfer and western China devolopment. The key of realization of sustainable water resources utilization is to reform management and investment mechanism of water resources and water price policy. It is the only way to solve the water resources problems in Yangtze river basin as well as the whole China.
文摘To deal with the radio frequency threat posed by modern complex radar networks to aircraft,we researched the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)formations radar countermeasures,aiming at the solution of radar jamming resource allocation under system countermeasures.A jamming resource allocation method based on an improved firefly algorithm(FA)is proposed.Firstly,the comprehensive factors affecting the level of threat and interference efficiency of radiation source are quantified by a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Besides,the interference efficiency matrix and the objective function of the allocation model are determined to establish the interference resource allocation model.Finally,A mutation operator and an adaptive heuristic are integtated into the FA algorithm,which searches an interference resource allocation scheme.The simulation results show that the improved FA algorithm can compensate for the deficiencies of the FA algorithm.The improved FA algorithm provides a more scientific and reasonable decision-making plan for aircraft mission allocation and can effectively deal with the battlefield threats of the enemy radar network.Moreover,in terms of convergence accuracy and speed as well as algorithm stability,the improved FA algorithm is superior to the simulated annealing algorithm(SA),the niche genetic algorithm(NGA),the improved discrete cuckoo algorithm(IDCS),the mutant firefly algorithm(MFA),the cuckoo search and fireflies algorithm(CSFA),and the best neighbor firefly algorithm(BNFA).

文摘Tolerance sensitivity limits the practical application of the cross-eye jammer.Previous literature has demonstrated that retrodirective cross-eye jamming with multiple antenna elements possesses the advantage of loose tolerance requirements compared to traditional cross-eye jamming.However,the previous analysis was limited,because there are still some factors affecting the parameter tolerance of the multiple-element retrodirective cross-eye jamming(MRCJ)system and they have not been investigated completely,such as the loop difference,the baseline ratio and the jammer-to-signal ratio.This paper performs a comprehensive tolerance analysis of the MRCJ system with a nonuniformspacing linear array.Simulation results demonstrate the tolerance effects of the above influence factors and give reasonable advice for easing tolerance sensitivity.
文摘Solving the financing problem in rural areas and improving the level of economic development in rural areas become important guarantees for the expansion of domestic demand. This research, through studying the current situation of rural financing, pointed out the main factors restricting the financing in rural areas, such as high risk credit, slow income growth, high financing cost and difficult mortgage and guaranteed loans. Based on those, the author worked out the objectives and direction of China's rural financing reform, from two aspects of path selection of reform and innovation and specific embodiments for adjusting the overall reconstruction, and put forward some relevant countermeasures.

文摘In this paper,we proposed a new design scheme of real time electronic countermeasure simulation system.This paper mainly expounds the modeling and realization methods of each part of the whole simulation system,and the real-time property of system has been lucubrated.Electronic countermeasure simulation system is the key part of military training of individuals;it can also allow the realistic evaluation of the performance of modern equipments and techniques.As a proof,we have drawn up a series of simulation scenarios,such as radar electronic reconnaissance simulation scenario,to explain the feasibility and the superiority of our modeling scheme in this paper.

文摘Offboard active decoys(OADs)can effectively jam monopulse radars.However,for missiles approaching from a particular direction and distance,the OAD should be placed at a specific location,posing high requirements for timing and deployment.To improve the response speed and jamming effect,a cluster of OADs based on an unmanned surface vehicle(USV)is proposed.The formation of the cluster determines the effectiveness of jamming.First,based on the mechanism of OAD jamming,critical conditions are identified,and a method for assessing the jamming effect is proposed.Then,for the optimization of the cluster formation,a mathematical model is built,and a multi-tribe adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm based on mutation strategy and Metropolis criterion(3M-APSO)is designed.Finally,the formation optimization problem is solved and analyzed using the 3M-APSO algorithm under specific scenarios.The results show that the improved algorithm has a faster convergence rate and superior performance as compared to the standard Adaptive-PSO algorithm.Compared with a single OAD,the optimal formation of USV-OAD cluster effectively fills the blind area and maximizes the use of jamming resources.
