Objective To observe value of 0D-1D coupling model and 3D fluid-structure interaction(FSI)model based on coronary CT angiography(CCTA)for displaying hemodynamic characteristics of coronary artery stenosis. Methods Based on CCTA data of the stenosed left anterior descending branch(LAD)in a patient with coronary heart disease,an 0D-1D coupling model and 3D FSI model were built, respectively. Then hemodynamic characteristic indexes, including the pressure, flow velocity and wall shear stress(WSS)were obtained in every 0.01 s during 1 s at 5 sampling points(i.e.sampling point 1—5)using these 2 models, respectively, and the consistencies of the results between models were evaluated with Spearman correlation coefficient r s.Results The time consuming for construction of 0D-1D coupling model and 3D FSI model was 0.033 min and 704 min, respectively. Both models showed basically distribution of the pressure, flow velocity and WSS of the stenosed LAD.For more details, the pressure at the stenosed segment of LAD and the proximal segment of stenosis were both higher, which gradually decreased at the distal segment of stenosis, and the flow velocity at the proximal segment of stenosis was in a relatively slow and uniform condition, with significantly increased flow velocity and WSS at the stenosed segment.Compared with 3D FSI model,0D-1D vascular coupling model was relatively unrefined and lack of distal flow lines when displaying blood flow velocity. For sampling point 2 at the stenosed segment of LAD,no significant consistency for pressure between 2 models was found(P=0.118),but strong consistency for the flow velocity and WSS(r s=0.730,0.807,both P<0.05).The consistencies of pressure, flow velocity and WSS between 2 models at the proximal and distal segment of stenosis,i.e.1,3—5 sampling points were week to moderate(r s=0.237—0.669,all P<0.05).Conclusion 0D-1D coupling model exhibited outstanding computational efficiency and might provide relatively reasonable results, while 3D FSI model showed higher accuracy for details and streamline when simulating LAD stenosis. 展开更多

Objective The aim of this study was to assess quality of results of elderly patients with coronary disease after medical or revascularisation therapy. Methods In this study, we enrolled 103 patients aged 75 years or older with chronic angina in which 47 patients were assigned coronary angiography and revascularisation and 56 patients with optimised medical therapy. The primary endpoint was quality of life after 6 months, as assessed by questionnaire and the presence of major adverse cardiac events (death, non fatal myocardial infarction, or hospital admission for acute coronary syndrome with or without the need for revascularisation). Results After 6 months follow up, angina severity decreased and measures of quality of life increased in both treatment groups( P <0.05 ); however, these improvements were significantly greater after revascularisation( P <0.01 ). Major adverse cardiac events occurred in 30 ( 53.6% ) of patients in the medical group and 9 ( 19.1% ) in the invasive group ( P <0.01 ).Conclusions Patients aged 75 years or older with angina benefit more from revascularisation than from optimised medical therapy in terms of symptom relief and quality of life. Therefore, these patients should be offered invasive assessment despite their high risk profile followed by revascularisation if feasible. 展开更多

Objective This study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a short acting reduced dose fibrinolytic regimen to promote early infarct related artery (IRA) patency for acyute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients referred for percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods Following aspirin and heparin, 166 patients were randomized to a 50 mg bolus of recombinant tissue type plasminogen activator(rt PA) or to a same volume sodium chloride injection followed by immediate primary PCI. The end points included patency rates on catheterization laboratory (cath lab) arrival, revascularization results when PCI was performed, complication rates, left ventricular function and restored patency rate following PCI. Results Patency on cath lab arrival was 64% with rt PA (34% TIMI 3,30% TIMI 2), while 31% of placebo (13% TIMI 3, 18% TIMI 2). There was no difference in the restored TIMI 3 rates of IRA between the two groups (85% vs 87%). No difference were observed in stroke or major bleeding. Left ventricular function was similar in both groups (52±9% vs 50±8%), but left ventricular ejection fraction fraction (LVEF) was higher with patent IRA (TIMI 3) on cath lab arrival than that of others (56±12% vs 48±10%).Conclusions Strategy thrombolytic regimens were compatible with subsequent PCI lead to more frequenc early recanalization (before cath lab arrival), which facilitates greater left ventricular function preservation with no augmentation of adverse events. 展开更多

Objective Comparative study on the feasibility, safety and outcome of transradial artery and transfemoral artery access for primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods Two hundred and eight patients with AMI episoded within 12 hours, male 159, female 49, age 58.9 ±11.9 (34~88)years, were randomly divided into transradial artery access for primary PCI (TRA pPCI) group of 106 cases and transfemoral artery access for PCI (TFA pPCI) group of 102 cases during Sept, 2000 to Aug, 2002. The protocols of the manipulation duration and the effect for TRA pPCI and TFA pPCI procedures were respectively compared, including the time of transradial artery puncture and the rate of puncture success at first time ; the time of guiding catheter engaging into target coronary ostium; the rate of patence in infarct related artery (IRA); total duration of manipulation and the successful rate. The incidence of complications such as bleeding, vessel injury, thrombi and embolism as well as the average stay of hospitalization between two groups was compared. The status and the incidance of vessel spasm were observed and the effect of medicine administration to prevent from and relieve the vascular spasm was evaluated. The time of Allen’s test before and after TRA pPCI , the inner diameter and the peak of blood velocity of the right and left radial artery were investigated with color Doppler vessel echography as well as the complications of radial artery were followed up 1 month after TRA pPCI procedure. Results Two cases in every TRA pPCI and TFA pPCI groups were crossed over each other because procedure of the transradial or transfemoral access was failure. One handred and six vessels (48 vessels in LAD,22 vessels in LCX and 36 vessels in RCA) associated with 28 vessels of total occlusion in TRA pPCI group and 102 vessels (51 vessels in LAD,18 veesles in LCX and 33 vessels in RCA) with 24 vessels in total occlusion in TFA pPCI group were angioplasticized . The successful rates of the first time puncture in access artery, the re patence IRA and pPCI were similar in TRA pPCI and TFA pPCI groups ( 93.4% vs 96.1% ;100% vs 100%; 96.2% vs 97.1% , P >0.05 ). There were no significant diffierence in the average time of puncture time of access artery ,engaging in target vessels of guiding catheters and the total procedure of PCI between the two groups ( 1.3 ±0.3s vs 1.2 ±0.3s ; 6.0 ±1.6min vs 5.8 ±0.9min ; 49.2 ±24.1min vs 46.5 ± 26.4min , P >0.05 ). The access artery complications such as bleeding ,hematoma and embolism as well the veneous thrombosis in TFA pPCI group were much more than those in TRA pPCI group(p< 0.01 ). Although slight artery spasm of 4.7% cases in TRA pPCI group was happened during the procedure of PCI , the procedure had being continued after administration of medicine to release the spasm. The time of Allen’s test ,diameter and the systolic velocity of blood in daul radial arteries were no significant change before and after pPCI.Conclusions The duration and effect by TRA pPCI for AMI with stable hemodynamics was similar to TFA pPCI. The complications such as of bleeding, vessel injury, thrombi and embolism by TRA pPCI were few, and it was unnecessary to discontinue the anticoagulation medicine. TRA pPCI might be selected as a access vessel for pPCI in AMI patients with stable hemodynamics. 展开更多

Plaque erosion, together with plaque rupture,is a common cause for acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Plaque erosion alone is responsible for about one third of the patients with ACS.Eroded plaque is defined as thrombosed,endothelium-absent and non-ruptured but often-inflamed plaques based on histological findings.Even though there is efficient imaging technologies to detect the eroded plaque in vivo and tailored treatment strategy has also been developed for ACScaused by erosion in clinics, the pathogenesis mechanisms that cause plaque erosion are not fully understood. It is widely postulated that thrombus formation and endothelial apoptosis(the precursors of plaque erosion)have closed association with biomechanical conditions in the coronary vessel.Revealing of the mechanical conditions in the eroded plaque could advance our knowledge in understanding the formation of plaque erosion. To this end,patient-specific OCT-based fluid-structure interaction(FSI)models were developed to investigate the plaque biomechanical conditions and investigate the impact of erosioninduced inflammation on biomechanical conditions. In vivo OCTand Biplane X-ray angiographic data of eroded coronary plaque were acquired from one male patient(age:64). OCT images were segmented manually with external elastic membrane contour and the trailing edge of the lipid-rich necrotic core(lipid)assumed to have positive remodeling ratio 1.1.Locations with luminal surface having direct contact with intraluminal thrombus on OCT images were identified erosion sites.Fusion of OCT and biplane X-ray angiographic data were performed to obtain the 3D coronary geometry.OCT-based FSI models with pre-shrink-stretch process and anisotropic material properties were constructed following previously established procedures. To reflect tissue weakening caused by erosion-induced inflammation, the material stiffness of plaque intima at the erosion site was adjust to one tenth of un-eroded fibrous plaque tissue.Three FSI models were constructed to investigate the impacts of inflammation and lipid component on plaque biomechanics:M1,without erosion(this means plaque intima at the erosion sites were not softened)and without inclusion of lipid component;M2,with erosion but no lipid;M3,with erosion and inclusion of lipid.FSI models were solved by ADINA to obtain the biomechanical conditions at peak blood pressure including plaque wall stress/strain(PWS/PWSn)and flow wall shear stress(WSS).The average values of three biomechanical conditions at the erosion sites and at the fibrous cap overlaying lipid component were calculated from three models for analysis. The results of M1 and M2 were compared to investigate the impact of erosion-induced inflammation on plaque biomechanics.Mean PWS value decreases from 49.98 kPa to 18.83 kPa(62.32%decrease)while Mean PWSn value increases from 0.123 1 to 0.138 4(12%increase)as the material stiffness becomes 10times soft.Comparing M2 and M3 at the cap sites,M3(with inclusion of lipid)will elevates mean PWS and PWSn values by48.59%and 16.09%,respectively.The impacts of erosion and lipid on flow shear stress were limited(<2%).To conclude,erosion-induced inflammation would lead to lower stress distribution but larger strain distribution, while lipid would elevate both stress and strain conditions. This shows the influence of erosion and lipid component has impacts on stress/strain cal-culations which are closely related to plaque assessment. 展开更多

Background Coronary artery stenting is commonly used for the treatment of coronary atherosclerosis, but it causes serious clinical complications, such as the in-stent restenosis(ISR).The main reason leading to ISR is the neointimal hyperplasia(NH),which is related to the stresses of plaque and artery, and to the altered local hemodynamic environment due to the presence of stents.Different stent structures indeed have various impacts on the stresses of plaque and artery, and the local hemodynamic environment, such as the wall shear stress(WSS),average WSS(AWSS),and WSS gradient(WSSG).Thus,it is important to evaluate the performance of stents with different structures by the mechanical factors after coronary stenting. Methods Six stents implanted into a stenotic curved coronary artery were treated separately, and they included three typical commercial stents(Palmaz-Schatz,Xience,and Cypher)and three author-developed stents, which were constructed by reducing the numbers of link(C-Rlink)and crown(C-Rcrown),and aligning the strut(C-Astrut)of the commercial Cypher Solid mechanical analyses of the balloon-stent-plaque-artery system in Abaqus were first performed to assess the performance of different stent structures and provide the deformed boundary of lumen for the subsequent hemodynamic analysis. With the deformed boundary, then hemodynamic analyses in Ansys were conducted to quanti-fy the hemodynamic parameters induced by different stent structures.Combining the solid mechanical and hemodynamic analyses, the performance of the six stents was evaluated. Results The results show that among the three commercial stents, the Palmaz-Schatz stent has the least stent dogboning and recoiling, which corresponds to the greatest maximum plastic strain as well as the largest diameter. However,it induces the greatest maximum stress of plaque, intima, and media. From the viewpoint of hemodynamics, the Palmaz-Schatz stent also performs better and it has smaller areas of adverse low WSS(<0.5 Pa),high WSS(>15 Pa),low AWSS(<0.5 Pa),and high WSSG(>5 000 Pa/m).Compared to the commercial Cypher stent, the author-developed Cypher-based C-Rcrown and C-Astrut stents have smaller recoiling, greater maximum plastic stain and larger diameter, which indicates the improved mechanical performance of the Cypher stent. Moreover, both C-Rcrown and C-Astrut have smaller areas of adverse low WSS,high WSS,and low AWSS,but only C-Rcrown has smaller area of adverse high WSSG.Nevertheless, the C-Rlink stent is inferior to the commercial Cypher stent. In both senses of the solid mechanical and local hemodynamic analyses, the C-Rcrown stent is superior to the commercial Cypher stent and other Cypher-based stents. Conclusions In this study, solid mechanical and hemodynamic analyses were carried out to study the effects of six stents with different structures on their performances after stenting. It was found that the Palmaz-Schatz stent performed better than other two commercial stents, and the performance of the Cypher stent could be improved by reducing the number of crowns of its strut. The present study comparatively evaluates the performance of different stents inside a curved artery, and could be used as a guide to select a suitable commercial stent for clinical application, and provide a way to improve the performance of the existing commercial stents. 展开更多

Objective According to the report from American Heart Association(AHA),cardiovascular diseases(CVDs)are the leading causes of death globally, and coronary artery disease(CAD),known as coronary atherosclerotic plaques, accounts for over 30%of cardiovascular diseases. Therefore,it is of great clinical significance to study the relationship between coronary bifurcations morphometrical feature change and coronary artery disease.Although coronary atherosclerosis has been extensively investigated, there is a lack of in-deep study on the differences in morphometric features between optimal and realistic geometry of coronary arterial trees. The purpose of the present paper is to determine the morphological changes in patients with CAD lesion compared with non-coronary artery disease(non-CAD)subjects.Methods Due to the difficulty of studying the coronary bifurcations in vivo,image-based in vitro anatomical 3D models have been widely used as a noninvasive method for morphometric measurement and clinical diagnosis of the coronary bifurcations. With the development of coronary computed tomography angiography(CTA)hardware and software technologies, the CTA imaging technique has been shown a promising application in the characterization, visualization, and identification of coronary artery disease in recent decades. The CTA images used to reconstruct three-dimensional(3D)coronary arterial trees are from Asia populations(Southern Chinese populations),including five cadavers without CAD lesion and 102 patients with CAD lesion. The best fit artery diameter was calculated as twice the average radius between the points in the centerlines and the points on the coronary arterial inner wall. The bifurcation angles between larger daughter artery and smaller daughter artery were determined by the intersection angle of their centerlines.Murray’s law was introduced to assess the deviation of the realistic vascular networks from its optimal state. Results Based on the morphometric analysis of coronary artery bifurcations in non-CAD subjects and patients with CAD lesion subjects, the most important finding is that morphological feature parameters of non-CAD subjects are closer to the optimal values than those of patients with CAD lesion. Moreover,by comparing the morphometric data between the left and right coronary arteries, the right coronary artery exhibits a structure closer to the optimal one in morphological feature than the left coronary artery. In addition, coronary arterial trees with CAD lesion have higher asymmetry and larger area expansion ratio(AER)than those of the coronary arterial trees without CAD lesion. Conclusions We morphologically found that the coronary arterial trees with CAD lesion and left are more likely to deviate from the optimal structure predicted by Murray’s law than those without CAD lesion and right. The degree to which coronary arterial system deviating from their optimal state may directly affect the incidence of coronary artery disease. This computer morpho-logical analysis strategy is illustrated to be effective in the distinguishing of the geometric differences between the healthy and diseased coronary arteries, and the analysis method may have a large potential in cardiovascular disease earlier diagnosis. 展开更多

Background Current bottleneck of patient-specific coronary plaque model construction is the resolution of in vivo medical imaging. The threshold of cap thickness of vulnerable coronary plaques is 65 microns, while the resolution of in vivo coronary intravascular ultrasound(IVUS)images is 150-200 microns, which is not enough to identify vulnerable plaques with thin caps and construct accurate biomechanical plaque models.Optical coherence tomography(OCT)with a 15-20μm resolution has the capacity to identify thin fibrous cap.IVUS and OCT images could complement each other and provide for more accurate plaque morphology, especially, fibrous cap thickness measurements.A modeling approach combining IVUS and OCT was introduced in our previous publication for cap thickness quantification and more accurate cap stress/strain calculations. In this paper, patient baseline and follow-up IVUS and OCT data were acquired and multimodality image-based Fluidstructure interaction(FSI)models combining 3D IVUS,OCT,angiography were constructed to better quantify human coronary atherosclerotic plaque morphology and plaque stress/strain conditions and investigate the relationship of plaque vulnerability and morphological and mechanical factors. Methods Baseline and 10-Month follow-up in vivo IVUS and OCT coronary plaque data were acquired from one patient with informed consent obtained.Co-registration and segmentation of baseline and follow-up IVUS and OCT images were performed for modeling use.Baseline and follow-up 3D FSI models based on IVUS and OCT were constructed to simulate the mechanical factors which integrating plaque morphology were employed to predict plaque vulnerability. These 3D models were solved by ADINA(ADINA R&D,Watertown,MA,USA).The quantitative indices of cap thickness, lipid percentage were classified according to histological literatures and denoted as Cap Index and Lipid Index.Cap Index,Lipid Index and Morphological Plaque Vulnerability Index(MPVI)were chosen to quantify plaque vulnerability, respectively.Random forest(RF)which was based 13 extracted features including morphological and mechanical factors was used for plaque vulnerability classification and prediction.Over sampling scheme and a 5-fold crossvalidation procedure was employed in all 45 slices for training and testing sets.Single and all different combinations of morphological and mechanical risk factors were used for plaque progression prediction. Results When Cap Index was used as the measurement, minimum cap thickness(MCT)was the best single predictor which area under curve(AUC)is 0.782 0;the combination of MCT,critical plaque wall strain(CPWSn),critical wall shear stress(CWSS)and cap wall shear stress(CapWSS)was the best predictor with ACU=0.868 6.When Lipid Index was used as the measurement, the lipid percentage(LP)was the best single predictor which AUC value is 0.857 8;the combination of Mean cap thickness(MeanCT),LP,CWSS and cap plaque wall stress(CapPWS)and was the best predictor with ACU=0.9821.When MPVI was used as the measurement,MCT was the best single predictor which AUC value is 0.782 9;the combination of MCT,LP,plaque area(PA),CPWSn and CapWSS was the best predictor with ACU=0.872 9.Conclusions Combinations of morphological and mechanical risk factors had higher prediction accuracy, compared to the prediction of single factors and other combination of morphological factors. 展开更多

Background and Aim Vascular smooth muscle cell (SMC) phenotype change is a hallmark of vascu-lar remodeling, which can be regulated via MicroRNAs (miRNAs)-dependent mechanism. We recently identified Asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA) positively correlates to vascular remodeling-based diseases. Here, we hy-pothesized that ADMA induces SMC phenotypic change via a miRNA-dependent mechanism. Methods and Results Microarray analysis enabled the identification of 7 deregulated microRNAs in ADMA-treated human aortic artery smooth muscle cells (hASMCs). miR-182 was validated by real-time-PCR. Isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantitation (iTRAQ) based analysis of the hASMC proteome revealed that transfection of an miR-182 inhibitor sig- nificantly increased myeloid-associated differentiation marker (MYADM), which was verified using Western blot and reporter activity quantization with the MYADM 3'-UTR dual-luciferase reporter system, miR-182 knockdown further repressed Sprouty2 and enhanced MYADM, leading to ERICZMAP kinase-dependent and MYADM-depend- ent hASMC phenotypic change including proliferation, migration and differentiation marker gene expression change. In vivo, adeno-miR-182 markedly suppressed carotid neointimal formation by using balloon-injured rat carotid artery model, specifically via decreased MYADM expression. Atherosclerotic lesions from patients with high ADMA plas- ma levels exhibited decreased miR-182 expression levels and elevated MYADM expression levels. In patients with coronary heart disease (n- 164), the miR-182 expression level in plasma was negatively correlated with the plas- ma ADMA levels. Conclusions miR-182 is a novel SMC phenotypic modulator by targeting MYADM and can be a potential therapeutic target combating vascular remodeling-associated diseases. Reduced plasma miR-182 levels might be a new predictor of high vascular remodeling risk especially in patient with coronary heart disease. 展开更多

Aim This work is to provide a network approach to identify the potential therapeutic targets in molecular level for xuefu-zhuyu decoction (XZD) and gualou-xiebai-banxia decoction (GXBD) in treating Coronary artery dis- ease (CAD). Methods The networks between the ingredients/drugs and relevant target proteins for XZD, GXBD, and modern anti-CAD drugs were constructed, respectively. A master network based on the three established networks was further generated. By comparing the similarities and the differences of the targets containing in the master net- work between the individual formula and the modern drugs, the potential anti-CAD targets for XZD and GXBD were i- dentified for further pharmacological investigations. Results Although the herbal formulations and the chemical con- stituents of XZD and GXBD were significant different, both formulas presented the great similarity on target proteins and with the Tanimoto coefficient of 0. 7225. Comparison the formula-specific targets to modem drugs targets, 50 mu- tual targets with higher possibility were modulated. Moreover, a total amount of 114 mutual targets between formulas derived from the master network were identified to be not yet related to those of the approved anti-CAD drugs. Among them, the top 10 targets were identified to be NOS3, PTPN1, GABRA1, PRKACA, CDK2, MAOB, ESR1, ADH1C, ADH1B and AKR1B1. The formula-specific targets of XZD or GXBD which were not yet covered by the current anti- CAD drugs provided the potential opportunities to discovery of the new drug candidates from the two formulas for CAD treatment. Conclusion The established method of network analysis provides a novel approach for screening of the potential therapeutic targets based on the chemical constituents in traditional Chinese medicines or formulas. It is cru- cial for this work to select relatively favorable therapeutic areas of traditional Chinese medicines, syndrome-oriented formulas and syndrome differentiation of same diseases. Meanwhile, this kind of work is helpful for unveiling the mo- lecular mechanism of TCM formulas. 展开更多

China Cardiovascular Disease Report 2017(Summary)pointed out that at present, cardiovascular diseases(CVD)account for the highest number of deaths among urban and rural residents. In the middle or later stages of atherosclerosis, the plaques become increasingly unstable with high chance to rupture, which may lead acute death from coronary heart diseases.Medical imaging and image-based computational modeling have been used in recent years to quantify ather-osclerotic plaque morphological and biomechanical characteristics and predict the coronary plaque growth and rupture processes.Analyzing the vulnerability of plaques effectively could lead to better patient screening strategies and enable physicians to adopt timely and necessary intervention or conservative treatment.Earlier investigations of vulnerable plaques were mostly based on histopathological data. With the accumulation of experience in pathology and the gradual enrichment of autopsy materials, the criteria for the diagnosis of vulnerable plaques appeared in 2001,mainly manifested as the necrotic lipid nuclei, fibrous caps that are infiltrated by a large number of macrophages, and fibrous cap thickness less than 65μm.Because of the obvious importance of the thin fibrous cap in the study of plaque vulnerability,it has been a focus of attention by many investigations.Watson,M.G.et al.are concerned about the formation of early fibrous caps in recent years. The presentation of local maximum stress on plaque further confirmed the importance of thin fibrous cap.The development of medical images has greatly promoted the study of coronary atherosclerosis.Compared with autopsy ex vivo, medical image could provide plaque data under in vivo conditions and greatly promote the study of coronary atherosclerosis.Huang XY et al.used ex vivo magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)to study the relationship between plaque wall stress(PWS)and death caused by coronary artery disease.Due to technical limitations and the accessibility of the coronary artery in the body,MRI is not widely used for in vivo coronary studies.Interventional intravascular ultrasound(IVUS),with an image resolution of 150-200μm,has been used in research and clinical practice to identify plaques, quantify plaque morphology, and characterize plaque components.More recently, optical coherence tomography(OCT),with its resolution of 5-10μm,has emerged as an imaging modality which can be used to detect thin fibrous caps and improve diagnostic accuracy. It is commonly believed that mechanical forces play an important role in plaque progression and rupture.Image-based biomechanical plaque models have been developed and used to quantify plaque mechanical conditions and seek their linkage to plaque progression and vulnerability development activities.Based on recent advances in imaging and modeling, this paper attempts to provide a brief review on plaque research, including histological classification, image preparation, biomechanical modeling and analysis methods including medical imaging techniques represented by intravascular ultrasound(IVUS)and optical coherence tomography(OCT),computational modeling and their applications in plaque progression and vulnerability analyses and predictions. The clinical application and future development direction are also briefly described. We focus more on human coronary plaque modeling and mainly included results from our group for illustration purpose. We apologize in advance for our limitations. 展开更多

Background and Objective Renal insufficiency(RI)is reported to be associated with increased ischemic and bleeding events after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),which is possibly due to high residual platelet reactivity(HRPR)during DAPT therapy. Therefore,we performed a large prospective observational study to evaluate the platelet reactivity and related clinical outcomes in real-world patients with different renal insufficiency stage after PCI,and to examine whether HRPR is associated with higher incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in a 2-year follow up. 展开更多
