In order to achieve higher efficient cohesion match of procedure and equipment between ironmaking and steelmaking interface, the theory of multi-dimensional material flow control was applied to analyze torpedo ladle-iron ladle transportation process between blast furnace and basic oxygen furnace. Moreover, basic parameters of material flow were analyzed and optimized, such as time, temperature and material quantity. Based on operating principles of material flow, control methods were optimized, such as product organization mode, scheduling discipline and scheduling plan of hot metal ladle. Finally, the material flow control technology of ironmaking and steelmaking interface was integrated. Satisfactory effects are obtained after applying the technology in practice. The total turnover number of torpedo ladle decreases from 20 to 18, the hot metal temperature of 1# BF torpedo ladle decreases from 36 °C to 19.5 °C, the hot metal temperature of 2# BF torpedo ladle decreases from 36.6 °C to 19.8 °C, the temperature drop of desulfurization hot metal decreases by 4 °C, and the temperature drop of non-desulfurization hot metal decreases by 2.8 °C. Furthermore, the ironmaking and steelmaking interface system will realize high-efficiency control by using this control technology. 展开更多

Electrical system of military vehicle is a typical parameterized nonlinear system where complicated bifurcations may exist and threaten its safe and stable operation. An algebraic criterion for Hopf bifurcation is presented briefly and applied to find Hopf bifurcation point of the electrical system with automatic voltage regulator(AVR) dynamics in military vehicle. Hopf bifurcation controllers are designed for this electrical system by using wash-out filter,linear feedback,nonlinear feedback and their combination. The linear feedback control makes the system bring Hopf bifurcation at preferable parameter,the nonlinear feedback control modifies the type of the bifurcation,and the wash-out filter enhances the system damping,thus,the Hopf bifurcation is eliminated and the electrical system stability is ensured. Its control law is proposed to guarantee that the control system is ultimately bounded in a Lyapunov sense and make the servo system track the instruction of reference position globally and asymptotically. In addition, the sliding mode control can restrain the effects of parameter uncertainties and external disturbance. The functions of adaptive mechanism and sliding mode control are analyzed through the simulation in the different conditions.The simulation results illustrate that the method is applicable and robust. 展开更多

Depth Control for AUV Based on RS-LSSVM

Aimed at uncertainties and model's impreciseness, nonlinearity and time-variability of depth control system in autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV), a depth predictive control method was put forward based on rough set (RS) and least squares support vector machine (LSSVM). By using RS theory, the monitor data attribute of AUV was reduced to eliminate the redundant information and to improve efficiency. Then, LSSVM model was trained by using the reduced rules, and its parameters were optimized by using chaos theory for the higher accurate control. Taken an AUV typed NPS Phoenix as an example, its depth step response, horizontal rudder and pitch change were simulated. The simulation results show that the method improves the model's accuracy and has better real-time response, fault-tolerant ability, reliability and strong anti-interfere capability. 展开更多

The non-linear behavior of vibration signals can be described by using fractal dimension quantitatively. In this paper, a fractal dimension calculation method for discrete signals in the fractal theory was applied to extract the fractal dimension feature vectors and classified various fault types. Based on the wavelet packet transform, the energy feature vectors were extracted after the vibration signal was decomposed and reconstructed. Then, a wavelet neural network was used to recognize the mechanical faults. Finally, the fault diagnosis for a wind power system was taken as an example to show the method's feasibility. 展开更多

A novel underwater localization algorithm for autonomous underwater vehicle(AUVs) is proposed. Taking aim at the high cost of the traditional "leader-follower" positioning,a "parallel" model is adopted to describe the localization problem. Under an unknown-but-bounded assumption for sensor noise,bearing and range measurements can be modeled as linear constraints on the configuration space of the AUVs. Merged these constraints,a convex polyhedron representing the set of all configurations consistent with the sensor measurements can be induced. Estimates for the uncertainty in the position of a single AUV or the relative positions of two or more AUVs can then be obtained by projecting this polyhedron into appropriate subspaces of the configuration space. The localization uncertain region for each AUV can be recovered by an approximation algorithm to realize underwater localization for multiple AUVs. The deduced theoretically and the simulated results show that it is an economical and practical localization method for the AUV swarm. 展开更多

Compared with the one-dimensional trajectory correction technology which adjusts longitudinal range, not only does the two-dimensional trajectory correction technology adjust the force in velocity direction, but also need to modulate the lateral force or trajectory (perpendicular to the vertical plane of fire direction). Therefore, the structure of control cabin of two-dimensional trajectory correction projectile (TDTCP) is more complicated than that of one-dimensional trajectory correction projectile (ODTCP). To simplify the structure of control cabin of TDTCP and reduce the cost, a scheme of adding a damping disk to the control cabin of ODTCP has been developed recently. The damping disk is unfolded at the right moment during its flight to change the ballistic drift of spin stabilized projectile. For this technical scheme of TDTCP, a fast and accurate impact point prediction method based on extended Kalman filter is presented. An approximate formula for predicting the ballistic drift and trajectory correction quantity is deduced. And the lateral correction capability for different fire angles and its influencing factors are analyzed. All the work is valuable for further research. 展开更多

Then, aiming at the conditions that large initial estimation errors and non-Gaussian distribution of state or measurement errors may exist in orbit determination process of the two phases, UPF (unscented particle filter) is introduced into the navigation schemes. By tackling nonlinear and non-Gaussian problems, UPF overcomes the accuracy influence brought by the traditional EKF (extended Kalman filter), UKF (unscented Kalman filter), and PF (particle filter) schemes in approximate treatment to nonlinear and non-Gaussian state model and measurement model. In the paper, a discrete error recursive model was obtained by studying the applied SINS error model of ballistic missile, and the discrete Kalman filtering simulation based on the model was carried out. A roll channel dynamics model was established. Considering the couple between the yaw and roll channel as uncertain disturbance, the roll autopilot was designed using dual-loop scheme which takes a linear quadratic regulator (LQR) as inner-loop, to ensure the control effect of the certain part in model, and an H∞-mixed sensitivity control as outer-loop, to restrain coupling disturbance and strengthen the system's robust performance. The dynamic tracking performance and the robustness for the parameter disturbance of the roll controller were analyzed. Although the channel-decoupling assumption is often used in design of three-dimensional guidance laws, it loses its rationality for aircrafts with strong kinematics coupling because body rotation arises. To overcome this trouble, a novel guiding method was proposed based on Lie-group. After a model of 3D guidance is formulated using vectors, the precision guidance with ending angular constraints can be transformed into a problem involving the relation between directional angles and rotational angular velocities of certain vectors. When the guidance model is imposed a SO(3)-based description, a novel 3D sliding mode guidance law with ending angular constraints can be developed via Lie-group control method and variable structure control theory.
