Deformation behavior of slab at the straightening stage during continuous casting was simulated by the explicit dynamic finite element method,and the stress distribution along the width direction of the slab and its change regularity at slab center during continuous casting were obtained.The influence of distribution and change of stress on the propagation of longitudinal cracks on slab surface was discussed.The results show that the tensional stress appears on slab surface at the inner arc side and the compressive stress appears on slab surface at the outer arc side at stages 6-8 in straightening zone during continuous casting.Longitudinal cracks generally appear on slab top surface and do not appear on slab bottom surface,which are also observed in industry. 展开更多

A new method called mixed Lagrangian and Eulerian method (MILE method) was used to simulate the thermomechanical behavior during continuous casting process of steel YF45MnV. The simulation results are basically in agreement with the measured data. The delaying period at the beginning of solidification is about 0.1. in square root of solidification time which is agreement with the data in literatures, and shell thickness increases in linear relation to square root of solidification time. The bloom surface temperature decreases gradually as the casting proceeds. The effective stress in the comer is much larger than that in the mid-face. The comer area is the dangerous zone of cracking. The effects of mold flux break temperature on the air gap and hot tearing indicator were also modeled. The model predicts that the bloom surface temperature increases with the increase of the mold flux break temperature, but the heat flux decreases with the increase of the mold flux break temperature. ,The hot tearing indicator is much smaller when the mold flux break temperature is higher. 展开更多

Following the assumptions proposed by MESRI and ROKHSAR,the one-dimensional nonlinear consolidation problem of soil under constant loading is studied by introducing continuous drainage boundary.The numerical solution is derived by using finite difference method and its correctness is assessed by comparing with existing analytical and numerical solutions.Based on the present solution,the effects of interface parameters,stress ratios(i.e.,final effective stress over initial effective stress,N_(σ))and the ratio c_(c)/c_(k)of compression index to permeability index on the consolidation behavior of soil are studied in detail.The results show that,the characteristics of one-dimensional nonlinear consolidation of soil are not only related to c_(c)/c_(k)and N_(σ),but also related to boundary conditions.In the engineering practice,the soil drainage rate of consolidation process can be designed by adjusting the values of interface parameters. 展开更多

The two-step continuity Runge-Kutta methods possess good numerical stability properties and higher stage-order, and keep the explicit process of computing the Runge-Kutta stages. During five-axis machining of impeller, the excessive local interference avoidance leads to inconsistency of cutter posture, low quality of machined surface and increase of processing time. Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency of five-axis machining of impellers, it is necessary to minimize the cutter posture changes and create a continuous tool path while avoiding interference. By using an MC-space algorithm for interference avoidance, an MB-spline algorithm for continuous control was intended to create a five-axis machining tool path with excellent surface quality and economic feasibility. A five-axis cutting experiment was performed to verify the effectiveness of the continuity control. The result shows that the surface shape with continuous method is greatly improved, and the surface roughness is generally favorable. Consequently, the effectiveness of the suggested method is verified by identifying the improvement of efficiency of five-axis machining of an impeller in aspects of surface quality and machining time. 展开更多

This paper presents the one-dimensional(1D)viscoelastic consolidation system of saturated clayey soil under continuous drainage boundaries.The fractional-derivative Merchant(FDM)model has been introduced into the consolidation system to simulate the viscoelasticity.Swartzendruber’s flow law is also introduced to describe the non-Darcian flow characteristics simultaneously.The generalized numerical solution of the 1D consolidation under continuous boundaries is given by the finite difference scheme.Furthermore,to illustrate the effectiveness of the numerical method,two simplified cases are compared against the current analytical and numerical results.Finally,the effects of boundary parameters and model parameters on the viscoelastic consolidation were illustrated and discussed.The results indicated that the boundary parameters have a significant influence on consolidation.The larger the values of boundary parameters,the faster the whole dissipation of the excess pore-water pressure and soils’settlement rate.Fractional-order and viscosity parameter have little effect on consolidation,which are primarily significant in the middle and late consolidation phases.With the increase of the modulus ratio,the whole consolidation process becomes faster.Moreover,considering Swartzendruber’s flow delays the consolidation rate of the soil layer. 展开更多

The effect of concrete creep on the pre-camber of a long-span pre-stressed concrete continuous rigid-frame bridge constructed by cantilever casting method was investigated.The difference of creep coefficients calculated with two Chinese codes was discussed.Based on the calculations,the pre-camber of a pre-stressed concrete continuous rigid-frame box bridge was computed for construction control purpose.The results show that the short-term creep coefficient and long-term creep coefficient calculated with the CC-1985 are larger than those calculated with the CC-2004,while the medium-term creep coefficient calculated with the CC-1985 is smaller than that calculated with the CC-2004.The difference of creep deformation calculated with these two codes is small,and the influences of concrete creep on the pre-camber for most of the segments are negligible.The deflections and stresses of the box girder measured during the construction stages agree very well with the predictions. 展开更多

With the development of the monitoring technology,it is more and more common that the system is continuously monitored.Therefore,the research on the maintenance optimization of the continuously monitored deterioration system is important.The deterioration process of the discussed system is described by a Gamma process.The predictive maintenance is considered to be imperfect and formulated.The expected interval of two continuous preventive maintenances is derived.Then,the maintenance optimization model of the continuously monitored deterioration system is presented.In the model,the minimization of the expected operational cost per unit time and the maximization of the system availability are the optimization objectives.The improved ideal point method with the normalized objective functions is employed to solve the proposed model.The validity and sensitivity of the proposed multiobjective maintenance optimization model are analyzed by a numerical example. 展开更多

To improve drying uniformity and anthocyanin content of the raspberry puree dried in a continuous microwave dryer,the effects of process parameters(microwave intensity,air velocity,and drying time)on evaluation indexes(average temperature,average moisture content,average retention rate of the total anthocyanin content,temperature contrast value,and moisture dispersion value)were investigated via the response surface method(RSM)and the artificial neural network(ANN)with genetic algorithm(GA).The results showed that the microwave intensity and drying time dominated the changes of evaluation indexes.Overall,the ANN model was superior to the RSM model with better estimation ability,and higher drying uniformity and anthocyanin retention rate were achieved for the ANN-GA model compared with RSM.The optimal parameters were microwave intensity of 5.53 W•g^(-1),air velocity of 1.22 m·s^(-1),and drying time of 5.85 min.This study might provide guidance for process optimization of microwave drying berry fruits. 展开更多

基于能量法的隔震连续梁桥抗震加固研究

隔震连续梁桥广泛应用于铁路及公路交通中,使用年限的增加及地震动作用导致桥墩抗震能力降低,桥墩加固对隔震连续梁桥地震响应的影响需进行系统研究。采用钢管作为加固材料,建立隔震连续梁桥有限元模型;依据不同的加固方案建立9种分析工... 隔震连续梁桥广泛应用于铁路及公路交通中,使用年限的增加及地震动作用导致桥墩抗震能力降低,桥墩加固对隔震连续梁桥地震响应的影响需进行系统研究。采用钢管作为加固材料,建立隔震连续梁桥有限元模型;依据不同的加固方案建立9种分析工况,选用与目标加速度反应谱相匹配的7条地震波,结合能量法进行非线性动力时程分析,对桥梁结构基本周期、滞回耗能、墩底弯矩、墩底剪力及隔震支座受力特性进行研究;选取隔震支座水平剪力及水平位移作为隔震效果评价指标,7条地震波作用平均值作为墩底弯矩及剪力的评价指标。研究结果表明:连续梁桥结构基本周期、隔震支座力学特性及体系滞回耗能与桥墩加固高度、加固墩数量具有相关性,加固高度较大时(H/2),其影响幅值范围为5.74%~20%,桥墩加固对墩底弯矩及剪力的影响幅值范围为1.86%~6.46%;在峰值加速度相同的情况下,地震波对加固后连续梁桥的滞回耗能影响幅值范围为6.88%~8.16%,而桥墩长径比对隔震支座受力特性有较大影响。研究成果可为既有隔震连续梁桥桥墩抗震加固提供借鉴。 展开更多

力法是超静定结构弯曲分析的经典方法,根据连续箱梁弯曲和约束扭转问题的相似性,将力法应用于约束扭转分析,解决图乘法无法计算柔度的关键问题.利用薄壁箱梁约束扭转微分方程的初参数解,推导赘余力和荷载(集中扭矩、均布扭矩、集中双力... 力法是超静定结构弯曲分析的经典方法,根据连续箱梁弯曲和约束扭转问题的相似性,将力法应用于约束扭转分析,解决图乘法无法计算柔度的关键问题.利用薄壁箱梁约束扭转微分方程的初参数解,推导赘余力和荷载(集中扭矩、均布扭矩、集中双力矩和均布双力矩)作用于基本结构时其状态向量(扭角、翘曲位移、双力矩和扭矩)的理论解析;利用理论解析直接计算基本结构的柔度,利用叠加法进行状态向量后处理.状态向量的理论解和后处理方法为连续薄壁箱梁约束扭转力法分析奠定了基础.算例结果表明,连续薄壁箱梁约束扭转的力法分析结果与超越有限元结果一致,表明力法是连续薄壁箱梁约束扭转分析中的精确方法.本文提出以基本结构状态向量解析解、状态向量后处理的叠加法为基础的完整力法分析方法,为力法推广应用解决了关键问题. 展开更多

连续配筋混凝土路面微裂缝处疲劳损伤特性及影响因素研究

为研究连续配筋混凝土路面(CRCP)微裂缝处损伤特性并提出控制措施,文章开展带微裂缝CRC梁的四点弯曲试验,基于试验结果建立并验证疲劳损伤模型,分析微裂缝处力学响应及损伤特性,进一步设计和计算“五因素三水平”的CRCP微裂缝处损伤响应... 为研究连续配筋混凝土路面(CRCP)微裂缝处损伤特性并提出控制措施,文章开展带微裂缝CRC梁的四点弯曲试验,基于试验结果建立并验证疲劳损伤模型,分析微裂缝处力学响应及损伤特性,进一步设计和计算“五因素三水平”的CRCP微裂缝处损伤响应面,研究微裂缝处损伤演化规律并推荐了损伤控制的参数组合。研究表明:微裂缝处损伤呈非线性累积,当裂缝扩展至钢筋附近时速度急剧减缓,开裂后试件上方荷载继续增加;微裂缝处拉应力峰值随裂缝向纵钢筋位置的扩展而减小;CRCP微裂缝处损伤影响因素排序为:裂深比、纵向钢筋直径、配筋率、裂缝间距、钢筋埋置深度;损伤随着裂深比的增加先增大后减小,与裂缝间距、钢筋直径及埋置深度呈正相关,与配筋率呈负相关关系;通过响应面分析确定CRCP微裂缝处损伤控制标准为0.24,并推荐损伤控制的参数组合,采用该参数组合损伤可降低29.4%以上。研究成果对实现CRCP微裂缝损伤劣化行为的主动调控具有理论意义与实际价值。 展开更多

高标准农田建设政策对农业碳排放的影响

高标准农田建设是农业绿色转型的重要抓手,是推动农业高质量发展的有力支撑。本文基于2006—2020年中国30个省(自治区、直辖市,未包含西藏、香港地区、澳门地区及台湾地区)的面板数据,采用连续型双重差分法,系统评估高标准农田建设政策... 高标准农田建设是农业绿色转型的重要抓手,是推动农业高质量发展的有力支撑。本文基于2006—2020年中国30个省(自治区、直辖市,未包含西藏、香港地区、澳门地区及台湾地区)的面板数据,采用连续型双重差分法,系统评估高标准农田建设政策对农业碳排放的影响及其作用路径。研究发现:1)高标准农田建设政策对抑制农业碳排放具有显著的积极作用,且该结论在多种稳健性检验下依然成立。2)异质性分析发现,高标准农田建设政策在不同土地质量以及粮食主产区的减排效果上存在显著差异。3)机制检验结果表明,高标准农田建设政策通过降低农业能源消耗强度和提升土地生产率对农业碳排放产生抑制作用。据此,提出应进一步优化各级政府财政支出结构,切实有效地推进高标准农田建设;推广节能农业机械设备、改良土壤、优化种植结构;秉持因地制宜的原则,采取多元化手段精准高效地推广并执行高标准农田建设的政策措施。 展开更多

深空背景观测在空间碎片探测任务中具有关键作用,但现有三维观测研究存在覆盖分析方法复杂、星座设计方法缺失等不足。针对此问题,建立考虑双高度段约束的单星覆盖区域二维图解法模型,并基于最小重复单元提出半解析覆盖分析方法,使覆盖... 深空背景观测在空间碎片探测任务中具有关键作用,但现有三维观测研究存在覆盖分析方法复杂、星座设计方法缺失等不足。针对此问题,建立考虑双高度段约束的单星覆盖区域二维图解法模型,并基于最小重复单元提出半解析覆盖分析方法,使覆盖分析效率显著提升。基于连续覆盖带理论开发普适性星座设计方法,适用于不同轨道高度和传感器作用距离。仿真验证表明:半解析方法在保证与传统网格点法相近精度的前提下,运算时间至少缩短80%;新星座构型卫星数量显著少于传统Walker星座,且适用于不同倾角的星座设计分析。研究成果可为深空探测任务提供技术支撑,具有重要工程应用价值。 展开更多

Lamb波频散特性曲线是声发射技术定位轴承损伤源的重要参考依据,然而传统的解析法或数值法在分析轴承中导波传播特征时,无法获得完整的Lamb波频散特性曲线。针对这一问题,采用半解析有限元法求解轴承中Lamb波频散特性曲线。将该频散曲线与声发射信号时频图相对照,识别信号在轴承中的传播模态,并根据频散特性曲线中包含的频率信息分离不同频率的信号,使用小波系数模最大值法计算不同频率信号到达传感器的时间,结合传播速度与到达时间差计算损伤源与传感器之间的相对角度,从而定位轴承损伤源。此外,针对单传感器定位存在的位置不确定性问题,通过移动传感器进行二次定位,两次定位结果的重叠区域即为轴承损伤源的真实位置。通过断铅试验和模拟损伤源定位的测试,验证了所提方法的有效性。 展开更多

合成聚异戊二烯胶乳制备中蒸馏操作工艺的优化

针对合成聚异戊二烯胶乳制备过程中的关键环节-含溶剂异戊二烯乳液的溶剂脱除工艺,系统考察了蒸馏操作参数对脱溶剂效果的影响。研究重点分析了蒸馏温度、平均停留时间、溶剂脱除率和固含量等关键参数,并对不同蒸馏方式进行了对比实验... 针对合成聚异戊二烯胶乳制备过程中的关键环节-含溶剂异戊二烯乳液的溶剂脱除工艺,系统考察了蒸馏操作参数对脱溶剂效果的影响。研究重点分析了蒸馏温度、平均停留时间、溶剂脱除率和固含量等关键参数,并对不同蒸馏方式进行了对比实验。结果表明,采用多级串联与并联相结合的连续蒸馏工艺(如一釜三并联再与第四釜串联,且四釜温度不超过78℃)一釜最优蒸馏温度在70~72℃、平均停留时间在5.5~6.5 h时,溶剂脱除率可达65%~75%,出料固含量(质量分数)约9%,凝胶含量(质量分数)小于2%;在保持工艺参数稳定的条件下,可有效提高蒸馏设备利用率和胶乳处理能力。该研究为工业生产的溶剂脱除工艺优化提供了技术参考。 展开更多

为解决现有铁路混凝土连续梁桥竖向预应力后张法的不足,提高竖向预应力的可靠性和耐久性,以金建高铁大洋溪特大桥[(48+80+48)m混凝土连续梁桥]为背景,提出竖向预应力钢绞线+挤压套锚固+造桥机台座的竖向预应力先张法方案。该方案采用高... 为解决现有铁路混凝土连续梁桥竖向预应力后张法的不足,提高竖向预应力的可靠性和耐久性,以金建高铁大洋溪特大桥[(48+80+48)m混凝土连续梁桥]为背景,提出竖向预应力钢绞线+挤压套锚固+造桥机台座的竖向预应力先张法方案。该方案采用高强度预应力钢绞线替换精轧螺纹钢筋,解决了传统后张法施工中钢筋断裂窜出的安全问题,同时竖向预应力钢绞线采用挤压套锚固、以造桥机兼作张拉台座,解决了先张法应用在竖向预应力施工中的锚固连接和张拉台座问题。为验证该竖向预应力先张法的可行性,开展连续梁腹板足尺模型试验,并成功应用于该桥施工中。研究表明:竖向预应力先张法的预应力传递长度约为50 cm,预应力损失可控制在7%以内;其应用为解决连续梁开裂问题提供了一种新的技术手段和思路,但施工过程中需重点做好施工控制与监测工作。 展开更多

为提高页岩气的开发效果,针对页岩气储层燃爆压裂裂缝扩展规律,基于连续-非连续方法,引入裂隙渗流模型与爆源模型构建燃爆压裂裂缝扩展模型,建立以裂缝范围和破裂度为评价指标的燃爆压裂效果评价体系.基于建立的燃爆压裂裂缝扩展模型,... 为提高页岩气的开发效果,针对页岩气储层燃爆压裂裂缝扩展规律,基于连续-非连续方法,引入裂隙渗流模型与爆源模型构建燃爆压裂裂缝扩展模型,建立以裂缝范围和破裂度为评价指标的燃爆压裂效果评价体系.基于建立的燃爆压裂裂缝扩展模型,进行单级和多级燃爆压裂裂缝扩展模拟,并探究复合压裂作用下的改造效果.研究发现,燃爆压裂能够突破井底的应力集中,在应力冲击作用下沿井周形成初始径向裂缝,而后在高压爆生气体的驱动下裂缝长度增加.相较于单级脉冲,3级燃爆脉冲下的破裂度提高14.5%,裂缝长度增加10.7%以上;采用复合压裂工艺在地应力差为10 MPa时仍可形成多条裂缝.研究结果可为页岩气储层的开发提供指导. 展开更多
